Love this cleaner! Easy to use, plenty of fittings for different purposes, great heat and steam pressure. Used almost every day, leaves the place smelling nice and fresh. Really impressed with it.
Easy to use covers a good amount of floor before it runs out of steam . Probably would be difficult to empty but as I have used until I ran out that hadn’t been a problem for me
I love this steam cleaner! I use it on my sofa, surya is, rugs, floors and bathroom. It’s excellent and the various fittings make it so versatile. The cable wraps nicely into the base to make storage simple.
I rarely write reviews, but this has to be my best purchase of 2022. My matt white porcelain tile floor stains very easily. Walking across it with muddy shoes requires scrubbing not wiping, and this steam cleaner brought the floor up like brand new with a simple wipe. It also got all the mould out of the wet room grout too. Brilliant, and easy to use.
Easy to use, absolutely delighted with this steamer, perfect for deep cleaning. Have used each attachment and cleaning everything in my flat!
Very simple to use, just fill up, wait a few mins (8 to be precise) then its literally full steam ahead.
Once ready this worked consistently well for at least 50 mins
There is then a short wait for it to cool before refilling, but after almost an hour of steaming I don’t think that’s a bad thing.
Plenty of attachments and very easy to change (carefully) mid use.
It effortlessly cleaned carpets, mattresses, upholstery, a very stubborn shower door and the entire inside of a car. That was all within the first two uses.
For me it felt light and easy to manoeuvre, I’m not sure why I’ve seen reviews saying otherwise. The cube has small wheels almost completely concealed underneath which do not pivot but they run smoothly.
Some initial things that detract from a full 5 stars are:
There’s no indicator for the water level. The instructions say 1200ml but other information indicates it may be more. I used a water bottle to be sure which is fine but and indicator would have been nice.
It doesn’t offer variable steam which can mean its more power than needed or may damage some surfaces. And potentially could last even longer between refills if the steam level could be lowered.
There is no storage on board for attachments and the whole unit, whilst very stylish, is not tiny, so you will need space to store it all.
Unfortunately mine suddenly stopped working and I had to return it. It simply stopped working and to my knowledge had no reason to do so. Once it had stopped I couldn’t tell if the power switch was on or off because it’s a push switch and without the light indicator it just seems the same either way.
And a note about the delivery itself – it was great, took a couple of days but came when indicated. I have since tried to order an alternative brand 3 times and so far none of them has turned up!
Very easy to use and move around and cleans very well
A few weeks ago, it started leaking and although it was well out of the warranty period, I called Dupray direct to see if they could repair it. I got a call back within 5 minutes, the customer service representative set up a case number straight away and asked for a video to show the problem. As soon as I’d uploaded the video, I was informed they were going to send me a brand new machine (I had to return the old one, at their expense and was expecting to be told I hadn’t maintained it properly or some other excuse). A few days later I’ve got a new steam cleaner with all new accessories! Katherine S. dealt with my case all the way through, helped me with an issue uploading the video, kept me informed at all times with regular updates and was generally super helpful all the way through the process. Dupray’s customer service is great and I can’t recommend the steamer and the company more highly. I’ve heard so many stories about terrible customer service but my experience was really positive. Thanks Katerine, and to anyone who is thinking of getting a steam cleaner, go for this one, you can’t go wrong.
This is worth the investment I’ve brought cheaper brands in the past but they don’t last I live in a hard water area and buy deionised water from Halfords in 5Lt bottles I can do my bathroom using just 1Lt. Very pleased my previous Thame H20 ended up down the tip (they replaced it once but both ended up in the tip). It would be better if it had a carpet glider but it works ok on carpets. Its easy to put together it all clicks into place very easily
Light and easy to move around, very quick to heat up, good amount of steam generated. It’s saved two carpets already and quickly got rid of puppy smells.
It doesn’t work miracles on its own, but very worthwhile – I keep finding new jobs for it.
We previously had an expensive Polti which bamboozled my wife with its attachments and led to it being given away, but this is far simpler and neater for those who like to just pull it out and go for it!
I’m liking this product. Purchased it to clean the inside of my windows and it does that well. Will try it on the kitchen floor next.
Heats up quick and the trigger lock is a great feature.
We bought this steamer to help us keep our hard floors clean and hygienic in a way that is safe for our cats. Really pleased with all aspects of the product. It’s more expensive than others but worth it. Particularly like how easily the base rolls around and follows you. Cables etc are plenty long so had no need to keep switching power outlets as we cleaned.
I really like my steamer. It is simple to use and extremely effective.

After trawling Amazon for a powerful steamer to try and clean pale grout in a new build which the builders had dirtied through lack of care, I settled on this one due to good reviews. I have to say I’m thrilled with it. Powerful and effective. I can’t believe I’ve never steam cleaned before. I’m a convert!
I have had my fair share of hand held steamers they just do not last and literally are always running out of steam half way through a job that’s why I invested in a Dupray steam cleaner now I know I can rely on getting the job done in one hit, it also does floors, carpets, and window’s there is nothing like a good steam clean for your home and so much more, so glad i invested in the Dupray steam cleaner.
Arrived on time, very easy to use, I like the extra long hose and the extension pieces, makes cleaning floors a doddle. The wheels make manoeuvrability so smooth.

Love this steamer. I purchased it for the deep cleaning of dog kennels which regularly become ingrained with mud and grease from dog coats. Although the unit takes 8 minutes to reach temperature I don’t find this a problem. The quantity of water held and the power of steam expelled lets me clean kennel walls/floors for up to an hour before a refill is needed. The item has a long flex and a long hose and the water container is on wheels so is really manouverable. Another plus is the on switch has a locking button so one doesn’t have to keep a finger depressing the on trigger. My only criticism is the very small water filling hole but I’ve found a funnel to fit this so not a big problem.
This machine is amazing, I had really thought my kitchen floors were clean until I used this!

Don’t overfill and make sure the top is on tight or it may spurt outnot happened to me
Not sure why you would need to walk around trying to empty, I am leaving the water in it and just topping up when I use again.
The ability to use your own micro fibre cloths is great and it comes with fabulous additional bits and pieces, so will enjoy giving the house a thorough deep clean.
Very happy with my purchase. The steam cleaner is very easy to setup and use – and can get into all the surfaces I need to clean with no problem.
Heats the water quick and produces good steam. I was a bit worried about the cleaning pads staying on but they are fine.

But first the product. It’s great. Powerful enough, lots of great attachments and simple enough (one button) that not even I could make a mistake.
Now the best bit – the warranty. My machine had an issue after about 11 months. Nothing I could fix. I contacted Duprey via Amazon and they wanted to see the issue (short video) and then asked for it to be sent back (they did all the work) and have just sent me a brand new machine (with new attachments). As simple as that. It took about a week from beginning to end and to be honest I have no recollection of service like this. So get this with piece of mind.
Bought this for general house cleaning and it is excellent. the accessories that come with the steamer are great and make housework so easy. Good strong steam for an hour and easy to use. Compact, stylish and practical.
love the cleaner but the hose has split how to I get a replacement hose.
I bought this product after it was recommended by Which the consumer association. It makes light work of all household cleaning. I mainly used it in the the bathrooms and in the kitchen to kill all those nasty bugs.
This is how a steam cleaner should work, lots of powerfull dry steam not spitting out hot water like cheaper ones ive had, the floor attachment is great for floors they dry in 2 mins and they clean easy and deep without scrubbing, in a mobile home ive used it to clean ceiling and walls and it makes that really horrible job simple, its no more diffeclt now than hovvering the floor, the triangle attachment is great for kitchen cabinets and press doors, cleans grime on fridge doors and handles, easy to remove sticky greese around cooker hood. little brush attachments works perfect for around sink taps and draining board, window and glass attachment in shower and windows make cleaner super easy and no bottles of cleaning products needed anymore, ive no cons to give this product its works better than i could of hoped for after owning cheaper garbage steam cleaners. well worth the money.

things I would change are – cord storage is underneath the unit which is just too difficult – it should be on the side .
There is no water indication so you can’t see how much is left in.
Quite difficult to carry upstairs but brilliant for cleaning the bathroom!
This Steamer steams well but is quite cumbersome. It is ideal for a thorough spring clean but not for regular every day cleaning.
My gripe about it is that it does not have a drainage hole so, at the end of cleaning, you have to tip the cube up to drain it from the filling hole. You cannot tell how much water is in the tank at any time.
I am really pleased I bought this steamer. Living in a farmhouse with tiled floors, grubby wellies dogs, I need as much help as I can get for cleaning!
A good choice to get the industrial version that is fit for the job. It takes 40 ounces of water so lasts much longer than the cordless variety. So far I have only cleaned all the tiled floors. They are pale cream so show the dirt. They now look new as the day they were fitted.
The only downside is, you can’t see how much fluid is being used, it’s a guessing game.
Other than that, this is a well-designed steamer. Worth the investment!

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it could do with a visible gauge for filling water & I’d prefer the lead storage to be on the side rather than underneath. Still a brilliant product though.
I bought this primarily to clean my fancy shower. The painted duck board in the bottom was showing signs of age dirt.no, it was filthy!! Our water is very hard and leaves limescale everywhere. It now, due to my steamer looks much better, I have cleaned the kitchen, blasted dirt from places I would never have got to by hand. Watched baked on oven grease emulsify with satisfaction. Moved on to floors and windows. It works as well as chemical cleaners. I do use de-ironised water as suggested due to our limey stuff. I am left with a satisfied feeling.
Excellent product, I’ve returned a couple of steamers that were absolutely rubbish, this one is definitely worth the price tag, tank is large enough to do all the steaming I need without refills. Amount of steam is a good steady amount, very easy to use, and good quality feel to the product, Great selection of tools already included in box. Tools easy to fit and change.
Small enough to lift easily to empty , very easy to fill as built in spout.
If Apple made steamers this would be it!

As a professional house cleaner I love this it is compact for storage manoeuvrability is great like a Hoover lead is really long when using it saves finding plug points which is a fault I have had with others. Great for windows the blade that comes with it is great and I’ve used the other attachments with small square windows. It does make windows wet so buffing is required but leaves them shinning with no chemicals.

If you’re looking to get a good durable steam cleaner just get one, price may not be everyone’s cuppa but it’s a good investment and won’t let you down, if anything it will make you feel dirty, just when you think a mop was hygienic, think again. May make some of you cry.

Cleans well but really needs a redesign.
Power cable is located on the bottom of the machine, this makes it awkward unwinding and rewinding cable. Also because the power cable and hose are located at the bottom of the machine they get tangled very easily.

I’ve had this steam cleaner for a couple of years now and I’ve been really impressed with it. I bought it to replace a cheap steam mop that I had previously, which had stopped working after only a short time. I have used this to clean pretty much everything; furniture, walls, tiles, mirrors, carpets… I don’t think it’s even meant to be used on carpets, but I’ve found it really handy for cleaning the carpet when my baby drops food on it! It has a very long reach and I can get right up to the ceiling without having to stand on something.
Wow! This machine lives up to the generally high ratings and fulsome reviews. It is well designed with a range of useful features (carry handle, long steam hose, easy mechanism for changing cleaning tool/accessories, long electric flex, storage for electric cable under the machine, built in funnel) and is very safe and easy to use. Then there are the jobs that it makes relatively light work of – cleaning the oven and the hob, cleaning the bathroom tiles and shower for example. I wouldn’t say it takes the work out of unpleasant cleaning jobs but at least it looks like you’ve actually achieved something for the effort you’ve made. It can also do a lot of work on it’s 1.2 litre fill. Only one small thought – it could do with some sort of indicator to show when it is running low on water but that is a very minor detail. Definitely worth the 5 stars and good value for money – and definitely not a disappointing Dyson!
Purchased to use mainly for car detailing.
The main body of the steamer looks like it was designed by the famous fruit named technology company. Simple to use, one on-off button, neat carry handle, easy to fill with water with integrated funnel on the top. Mains cable cleverly stored in the base and the neat body sits on small wheels and castors.
A generous length hose makes car interior cleaning easy and the various attachments are well made.

I have bought the Durpray Neat Steam cleaner having used a scrubbing brush and mop to clean my floor tiles for many years. I have two large dogs and textured floor tiles, that result in a lot of mud requiring considerable elbow grease to resolve. The steamer comes with easy to understand instructions and a comprehensive pack of accessories. The powerful steam makes short work of dirt. The tiles are visibly cleaner. For me it has removed the need for harsh chemicals and scrubbing. All together a more relaxing cleaning experience.
I have also used it on grouting and small areas of carpet. It’s a versatile tool with good results.
The cable and hose have a long reach. The Neat has a good capacity for water so keeps going, reducing the need to refill.
I would highly recommend it!
I have now owned this incredible steam cleaner for just over two years. In that time it has been used very regularly. I purchased all the extra cloths etc so that there is always spare even although it comes with a generous selection as it is.
The other day I noticed that there was an escape of steam from around the stopper, so I contacted the company to ask if it would be a worn out washer and if so, what size could I order?
I was amazed to get an email by return of post even although it was a weekend!
I was asked to send a pic to make sure it was the proper size and today I have been notified a new stopper handle is on the way!
That is exceptional service in my book.

This unit has served me well and will continue to do so for years I am sure.
Everything from cleaning cookers to beautifully freshening and taking the creases out of my prized cashmere ponchos etc.

This is just amazing. Super easy to use. I was very sceptical about all the people saying “oh wow this is the best thing ever” but honestly this is the best thing ever. My puppy had a pee on my really expensive brand new memory foam mattress – got a mattress cleaning company out – at the cost of 90 – and they said “yeah, not much we can do”. He went again on the same patch because they’d failed to remove the scent. Used this – following someone else’s instructions, cleaning it gently for ten minutes, then did another ten minutes the next day – and it completely removed the stain, the scent and any trace. It’s like magic.
Its good, prone to breaking if not careful, clips for towel came off for me on the second use, managed to click it back into place but definitely weaker now. Cleaning power is good for removing stains but the heads dont really collect all the debris. 7.5/10 for me
The product arrived on time and in good order. We have used it to sanitise a number of items such as pillows and mattresses where machine washing is not an option.
We are very pleased by how well it works – lots of steam being provided when and where required. Care is needed, but as an adult I do not consider it to be dangerous! I haven’t found it to be straightforward to operate and effective.
I have now used this steamer on my windows, tiled floor, carpet, shower door and tiles, oven and hob. It is brilliant. So simple to use and manoeuvres round so easily, the various attachments make it very adaptable. My kitchen floor is tiled and though I used to mop it regularly I felt I never got it fully clean, I have now used the steamer twice and it looks so much better plus I’m not having to use chemicals. Very pleased I bought this product, my only slight concern is I think the hose could be made of stronger material or could be screw in so a new one could be ordered if needed.
Glad to buy this steam cleaner. It is good in minimizing the use of chemical products in daily cleaning. My hubby use it to steam the car interior.
The major drawback is…you have no idea on the water level of the tank.

This is the real deal, so hopefully you can pick yourself up one as well.
Compact unit and very efficient steam cleaner. Holds just over 1.5L but that lasts quite a while. I have used the unit for nearly two hours and there was still some water left when I came to empty it.
The hose is permanently fastened to the base unit. I would have preferred if this detached for storage and I would not be surprised if that proves a point of failure.

solid construction, easy to move around on its wheels cleans my kitchen floor a lot quicker than a mop and bucket with a lot less effort and did a good job on my hob. Next I am going to use it to clean the covers on my sofa rather than struggle to remove the cushion covers to wash them as I find it very difficult to replace them after washing.

Excellent product! So far I’ve used it to clear windows, shower screens, bathroom, floors and is so easy. Little bit hefty for carrying around but it’s on wheels so is easily mobile. Good length power cord. Although instructions say not to change nossils etc while hot, I found it was OK to do it while it was in orange mode and steam was not being used. That way you can use it for lots of different things. Like others have said you do have to put some effort in like you would normally do for cleaning – but without the need for cleaning products which is a bonus. When cleaning give the area a wipe down with a clean cloth to dry it and it looks streak free.

Really pleased with this machine. Much more flexible than my old stand up model. Lasts a long time too before needing a refill. Good attachments and I have bought additional accessories plus a bag for them online since. Made an amazing job of cleaning the bbq but I destroyed the single brass brush supplied, but replacements reasonably priced and arrived quickly. I am very pleased with this steamer.
I have a large area of stone flooring in the house, not smooth. I used to mop this which was a pain. I looked into a steamer which could tackle an old, textured stone floor and was pleasantly surprised by this. I especially like the fact you can use any old towel off cuts which can easily clip to the head. Minor downside is that there isn’t a water level window to let you know how much to put in. Small grumble.

I ordered (with a discount which was a bonus) and it was delivered less than 24 hrs later on Prime. I was concerned the quality might be flimsy, but it is really high quality. I love that it is a little square box that looks like an Apple product. Easy to set up and easy to use. So far, I have used it to clean the inside of my car – excellent result, a bedroom and stair carpet, windows, the oven, tiled kitchen floor and more! It is so satisfying to do a deep clean with little effort from me. As a person with a disability, this is a big thumbs up. The room just smells fresh and clean after, with no need for chemicals. Lots more cleaning to do! It’s probably a good thing the steam only lasts a limited time or I might not ever stop cleaning! Highly recommended.

I have not yet used this Dupray steam cleaner yet! I will be using it as soon as i get motivated. As i had done a lot of research to find the best available at a good price, i will out. the reviews of other purchasers seems to be good. i would recommend it as steam cleaning is the best way to sanitise your property.
Bought this based on a recommendation online and I’m glad I did.
PROS
– Good sized reservoir, will last a long while.
– Long cable and hose
– Lots of accessories (including several replacement brushes) provided with it.
– Wheeled, so easy to move around
– Cable storage underneath the unit
CONS (All minor!)
– Because it holds quite a lot of water, it takes a while (around 8 minutes) to heat up.
– Although it has cable storage, there’s nowhere for the plug, or the hose.
I have used this a few times now and what I like about this most is that once it’s heated up, it seems more than capable of an ample supply of steam, it also has a handy latch function so you don’t have to hold down the trigger all the time. It comes with long handles for cleaning floors and various other attachments for windows and other surfaces.
I was a little concerned about buying this steamer as the make is unfamiliar to me but I am very pleased I did as it is an excellent steamer! It looks, as it says, ‘neat.’ It is small but the size belies the steaming power and water capacity and it is easy to pull around as there are little wheels underneath.
The last steamer I bought was one of these upright affairs which was rubbish and could only steam floors. This product comes with loads of different tools so many jobs can be done in one steaming session. It comes with 3 floor pads and also a microfibre sheet that can be folded up and used as a floor pad. I have not needed to use this yet but it means that I am never short of cleaning clothes as I already have many microfibre clothes in the house. There are also attachements for smaller jobs, too many to describe.
The only improvement I could make to this product (to this very well made, quality product) is it would be nice if it came with a bag for the pipe extensions and tool heads etc. The unit itself being square can easily be stored but at the moment it is all being stored in the big cardboard box it came with until I can find such a bag for the attachements. But hey, I am very happy with it anyway!
So I fully recommend this product!
Bought this to steam clean my cars engine bay. But tried it out on my mums bathroom 1st. Worked a treat to work off the pink mould that had grown on the grout. The tiles are old so weren’t going to come up as new but still quite a good result.
Not tried it on the car yet as not had enough time, but the unit did produce quite high pressure steam so expect it to work well. It has a small nozzle steam head attachment which I expect will boost the pressure more.
Bought this to steam clean my cars engine bay. But tried it out on my mums bathroom 1st. Worked a treat to work off the pink mould that had grown on the grout. The tiles are old so weren’t going to come up as new but still quite a good result.
Not tried it on the car yet as not had enough time, but the unit did produce quite high pressure steam so expect it to work well. It has a small nozzle steam head attachment which I expect will boost the pressure more.
Easy to use … water container needs refilling after a max of 40 mins but this is usually long enough for most jobs.
Need more practice with the window cleaning attachment as got a small stream of water not just steam, but I need to make sure it wasn’t operator error.
Steam cleaned my cream stair carpet using triangular head and microfiber cover – did a great job of lifting the pile but the ‘grey’ tinge still remained. It may be my carpet is just getting old! As suggested check a small area of carpet in a not so noticeable area first, as the steam is very hot … my carpet was fine, but it’s a wool mix.
Oven is next on the list …
I wanted to buy a reasonably priced steam cleaner to clean hard floors. Having done my research I realised that paying the extra money would mean I had a machine that would cope not only with the floors but tackle carpets, upholstery, windows, oven, you name it I have used it on. This is a fantastic little machine, I had a stain on a carpet which I used absolutely everything including my upright VAX carpet cleaner and various carpet cleaners, it would appear it had gone only to reappear within a couple of days. I tried the steamer and it has disappeared completely, that alone has paid for the price of the cleaner. My oven hasn’t been as clean for a very long time and without any chemicals to boot. If there is one thing that could improve this wonderful machine it would be the ability to see the levels of water. Given this is the only compromise it is one I was willing to accept given that everything else is great. If you are looking for a machine that will give you not only cost savings (no cleaning products required) but also becomes a goto option for all of your cleaning requirements I can highly recommend it.
Bit of an impulse purchase but after reading the reviews I thought what the heck. To be fair I thought it would be like any other gadget that over promises and under delivers. Well, I have been up since 7am on a Sunday morning cleaning the shower, bathroom, skirting boards, floors, couches etc. I think I need help as can’t put the thing down and I HATE CLEANING! This is the gadget that you need in your life but someone please come and take it away from me or I’ll do a Monica and go clean my neighbours house!!!!
The NEAT was delivered yesterday and today I unpacked it and put it to work. Firstly, it’s clean white cube design is very attractive and easy to stash away in the utility room. But, most importantly, the thing actually works!
I own an Everhot cooker, the steel surrounds of which get pretty filthy with baked on grease and food spills. Not a problem for the NEAT, which powered through two years of grime with a nylon brush head.
Next, I tackled the Everhot front fascia, again with the nylon head: I thought it was pretty clean, but now it gleams like new.
Third task, the limestone floor grout and those pesky edges between kitchen cabinets, floors and skirting boards.
With pets, teenage boys, loads of logs and keen gardening, these areas have taken a total bashing and the powered mop simply doesn’t reach them. The NEAT has made short work of the grub. I won’t use it for the main floor as steam can damage porous stone, but it brings the grout up beautifully.
At the weekend, I’m going for the shower screen and the windows.
One thing to note, I wipe up the steamy mess immediately and don’t leave it to dry.
I have had three different types of steamers and the Dupray definitely the best investment for cleaning my house.
I use to have a MLMLANT handheld steamer that was okay but had a small tank so it had to be refilled alot. The MLMLANT steamer put some pressure on my wrists when I used it because it became a little heavy after holding for more than 10 minutes so it wasn’t practical to use for long periods or to clean big areas such as carpets, flooring, large windows.
The other steamer I had was H20 HD steam cleaner which was a lot better to use to clean windows, oven doors, carpets etc but I didn’t like the lack of manoeuvring you get with the steamer because how it is designed. The water tank for H20 HD was surprisingly small. I was also put off from using the steamer because the filter has to be regularly replaced!
In my own personal experience the Dupray is a lot superior than the other steamers. Here are several reasons why I prefer Dupray Neat steamer:
1. It’s easier to use and manoeuvre around the house
2. The water tank is reasonably big 1.2 litres which gives about 40 minutes or more for cleaning
3. The steamer heats up quickly,
4. It is excellent for deep cleaning built up grime and dirt.
5. Can use white vinegar to filter the tank from build up so a lot more practical and cheaper then purchasing replacement filters.
6. Easy to clean windows without much time or effort.
I’ve yet to use Dupray for the whole house but so far it has been good to use on my windows, oven, kitchen floor, bathroom taps.
I’m hoping to deep clean rugs and carpets with the steamer soon.
I was in the market for a versatile steam cleaner to cover everything in my home from hard floors and carpets to the nooks and crannies in my shower and round the toilet. I have to say that overall I am delighted with my purchase.
The Neat cleaner is powerful, has a decent size tank, a generously long power cable, comes with a variety of convenient attachments.
Unlike some of the other steam cleaners I have tried, barely any water drips when i pull the trigger, its literally all steam from the get-go.
A solid addition to the list of gadgets I have to keep my house tidy, a one size fits all product that can tackle most cleaning tasks around the home.

But I saw this on offer and saw great reviews across the internet about it, so took the plunge. And I’m really glad I did. This unit is well designed, easy to use, has just the right number of useful tools AND actually produces steam and really hot steam at that – the sort that you can’t really see (a good thing) and constant too. It has to cycle the heat element of course, but the pressure is so great that even when that is happening steam still continues to be produced at the nozzle end. Since I got it last week, any surface and fabric this was used on has come up a treat and a feel a lot cleaner in the house now.
