After reading the reviews I decided to give this product a go and I must say I am impressed. So far I’ve only used it on my oven door/glass which was the dirtiest bit and my go what a difference it has made already. I only left it for a couple of minutes before wiping it off. Wish I had taken a before and after pic now.
Actually works. Better than any other oven cleaner I have tried, easier for monthly maintenance as it took less than 10 minutes.

This stuff works my oven was minging after Xmas so gave this ago so good I’ve ordered more only thing I will say is once the time is up give the area a good scrub to remove any stubborn bits that are left before you rinse as I think some people are expecting to be able to just rinse and it be perfect judging by some of the negative reviews but other than that fab produc
My pan was really burnt on the bottom side and this really did clean it up a lot. One side is still dark but I think it will go completely away if I heat the pan a little bit more before spraying it with this cleaner.

It does require quite a bit of elbow grease to remove the hard to shift grease etc. But if you leave it on long enough it does eat away at the grease and dirt. I am very happy with how our oven now looks.

Used many products in the past but this is the best. Easy to use , no odour and works ! Highly recommended.
Comes out as a foam so takes a long time to wipe off with a damp sponge. Was good at removing top layer of grease and burnt stuff. However very old hardened layer (from years of student use) was very hard to remove so hard to use a scraper as well as the spray. Did the job – not sure it as good as Oven Pride. But this is cheaper and worth it.
Easy to use! Desolved the grease in the oven and on the glass oven doors, but needed a few goes at removing stubborn grease. Overall very impressed

Where has this been all my adult life of cleaning? Ok, the Mrs uses it more, but it did a fantastic job, of cleaning the kitchen for Christmas (as they do!). It cut through the grease n grime so easily. Some jobs haven’t been done for a while (were both disabled) and this made it such easy cleaning.

Well, I just bought a second that why.
Accidently stumbled across the brand 10 or so years ago in a bright orange bedecked DIY store. Said store has closed their local branch, but even so doesn’t stock the entire range all the time.
Regularly use the same brand of drain cleaner to rid shower of hair related blackages. When SO said we were short of oven cleaner, I did a search on Amazon (I’m in charge of shooping list – don’t ask) to gauage prices. Stumbled across the HG brand, and orderd all three ‘cooker cleaner’ sprays. Microwave, hob and this, the oven cleaner.
Straight off, use it like you would any other oven cleaner: glove up, warm the oven and spray. This is where the similarity ends, no noxious, debilitating fumes, and the baked on grime subjectively comes away easier. Gloves are important if you want to manually wash stuff afterwards. SO chose not to and ended up with very rough dry hands – silly!
In short it is effective and what it sets out to do, clean ovens, without one needing to don NATO spec respiration devices to be in the same room.
only advice I would say, don’t spray too much, is better to do multiple washes with little foam than trying to apply too much in one go
Amazing product. My oven was in a really bad state and this just melts all the grease within minutes of spraying it! It is very easy to use and did not even irritate my skin, so highly recommended!
If youve used HG products before then you’ll already know how well they work! My favourite cleaning product for tough dirt! Does exactly what it says on the bottle! Our oven was hanging and I needed to do it twice with this stuff but so easy to do and didn’t smell either, the HG mold remover has a strong bleach smell so made a nice difference, pretty much odourless
We have a single oven so is used pretty much every day for cooking meals. As a result gets dirty quickly not to mention smoky, creating a choking fog in the kitchen that permeates through the house. Oven cleaning is a job left until I have mustered the courage wade in and have the time to do it. I have used all manner of products each with differing results, this has been one of the best. I used it on a warm oven, left for half an hour and the photos speak for themselves. The oven door especially, this generally takes two goes with Mr Muscle oven cleaner, the burnt grease was removed with HG oven cleaner the first try. Definitely would recommend this and will be using agai
used this on the top of my gas hob which i have scrubbed a million times to no avail. This worked wonders and no scrubbing involved just washed off after an hour.
Never got a product like this before.. 1 year old oil stains in oven and the hob just went out like that.

Try not to spray too much as it is very soapy and you will be wiping for a good 5-10 minutes after. Very fast and visually effective oven cleaner. Excellent action, as you can see the dirt lifting off the oven and surfacing into the soapy-foam (amazing) for advertisements. Great product. Leaves my glass oven door clean and clear like new. Baked on oven grime lifted. If you want perfection follow the bottle instructions to reapply. I would preferably apply x1 a week for perfect outcome (wanting to impress or own standards).
Best oven cleaner I have used , made my dirty oven look new again without too much fuss !
Easy to use as per instructions , for stubborn grease needed a few attempts , but a very effective product , a good big kitchen roll is also required to help clean things up as it’s a messy job , in future would do this job more often .
Definitely worked first time on the silver and stainless steel bits. It does say on the label it can take 2-3 tries. I’ve done it twice on what was a a fairly grubby oven ‘shell’ and it’s definitely made a difference and I hope it will only get easy from here on in, if I keep on top if it!

OMG….I’ve finally found a spray that works in less than 5 minutes.
After reading some reviews I decided to give it a go and follow Nat1000’s 5* review from 2019 by heating the oven first. So after I took the sausages out I sprayed it straight away. It soaked in so I sprayed it again until it was all white foam and just like someone else said who hadn’t cleaned her oven door in years, me the same, I thought it wouldn’t work. But low and behold after that second squirt and 5 minute wait, I went back and wiped it clean. Voila! C’est magnifique!
Make sure you wear gloves as this would he very dangerous on bare skin, but it worked amazingly well. I hadnt cleaned my oven in over a year, and after a few applications it was completely clean. It even worked on the glass door.

We’ve since had our kitchen done and moved the oven so now it’s up higher I can actually clean it!
I’ve tried everything and I mean everything and nothing worked. But this HG cleaner sprayed on as a foam and stuck to the sides of the oven and In minutes the white foam turned a dirty brown as it melted away all the burnt on grease and fat. Then all I had to do was wipe away the foam and then rinse it a few time’s. Unfortunately one bottle wasn’t quite enough for my oven so I will be ordering another to tackle those last few stubborn bits. There was no scrubbing needed and it took me about 30 minutes to wipe it all away. I was quoted 45 for a professional clean.
I’d purchased this for a while, but didn’t use as kids were home all the time in lockdown and from previous oven cleaners there is a big chemical smell…
So when I finally got round to using this, I was so surprised that it actually smelt nice, no chemical smell at all… Product worked well, and I now have a sparkling clean ove
Works like a charm. Moved into an apartment with a disgusting oven. Glass and all. worked like magic, amazing for the price. It was not as effective on the glass, though it did make a big difference.
HG make good cleaners. I use OvenPride for deep cleans but when I need to do an interim clean or something splattered on? I spray this stuff on, give it a while and it scrapes off easily.
Moving out of rented accomodation and cleaning the oven is my challange. Never cleaned it in 4 years since moving in…..how does this grime build up! This stuff definitely works, as my oven was quite bad I’m ordering a second bottle! It says leave for 3-5 mins…I left it for a few hours once and came back to satisfying liequid grime! I did do some scrubbing to help it along after but it definitely works, my oven was very bad! Oven in a good state now but I want to get it into a great state, hence the second bottle. I blame lockdown for getting so into oven cleaning, it’s quite sad!

I recently used this product to return a much used BBQ grill to look like it was brand new, uber impressed.
My only issue with it is that I got 2 uses out of it before the bottle finished.
Though it seems a lot, the way the bottle squirts in a line makes it difficult to get on all parts of the grill.
I’m sure for flat surfaces it would last much longer, I just wish the spray would spread more than squirt out.
Regardless, it is still an easy recommendation from me.
The oven manufacturer’s cleaning instructions were to use hot soapy water and a dishcloth. With fat literally baked onto the oven door that never stood a chance.
I followed the instructions, sprayed the foam onto the inside of the door, gave it time to work then cleaned it off with a damp cloth. No abrasives needed or used. After rinsing, the oven door was as clean as new.

ideal for the BBQ, killed the beast that had started to grow and mutate in the grease sump. Spray on thickly leave for 10-50 mins and rinse down – might need a sponge scourer and hot water to get rid of it all but no need for wire wool. A thorough clean of body/sump, burner plate and grills took 1/2 a canister – just ordered 2 more
I bought this because their mould cleaner is so good, and it did not disappoint… Our 10yer old oven window is now clean again (& the rest but the window is the obvious bit), I didn’t think it would be possible without paying someone 100 to do it for us. No it doesn’t come off in one wipe, you need to put a bit of effort in to get it there, but at least you not breathing in nasty crap some of these cleaners use. Well recommended!

It Foams up ! It took me more then a good hour to get rid off all the foam this product was doing as part of its cleaning Process.
I got to the stage were I was really considering taking the oven out and Hosing it down! But fortunately my hubby stepped in to help!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this product needed some justice.
I’ve been meaning to clean the glass on my oven for a while now and it’s simply gotten more orange/brown as time has gone on. I’d been a bit filthy and the oven hadn’t had a good clean for around a year… Oops.
Sprayed the HG spray onto the glass and left it for the full 5 minutes. The burnt on residue simply wiped away with no effort needed!
The crusty corners needed a little more TLC, but nothing that broke a sweat. This product bubbles as it works, so I would recommend spraying grills in another tray so that they sit in the liquid for the duration.
You just spray it on a slightly warm oven, leave it for 10 mins and wipe it off with a damp cloth. Really easy to use and more effective than other well known brands. Best find ever!

Dont know if it is the wire cleaner or this cleaner but a combo of the 2 obliterates the grime left on the grill with absolute ease.
It really works and cleans a pretty dirty barbecue in 5 minutes. The content is probably highly toxic but it’s probably what it takes. I would highly recommend it.

Takes about a bottle for a 4 burner BBQ, be sure to agitate with a small wire brush and scrub off with soapy water before hose pipe to rinse and lean in sun to dry.
Safe and secure applicator, good product does what it is supposed to do without the horrible smell of some oven cleaners.

No nasty chemical smells
Got rid of most of burnt on food and grease had to give it some major elbow grease for remainder but it did help.
I mean, it’s an HG product, so expect good quality. However, on my case, the marks stayed but the smell and burning smoke went away when oven is turned on. Don’t expect miraculous results, but it does work.
Beware to wear gloves (and maybe goggles and masks) whilst handling this product. It’s very strong.
I wasted money on other brands, Don’t be me…. Get this as your first and only attempt to deal with mold.

The smells not to bad, But I’d advise using a mask or something if your in a confined space and your unable to open any doors or windows for ventilation…. Can be a little much.

I used this on my BBQ grill. It did an OK job, but it still required a fair amount of scrubbing. It didn’t have a toxic smell which was a plus point.
Yes, I’m one of those people who leaves their oven for 3 months and then does a deep clean instead of cleaning it straight after every time, which would be much easier.

Surprisingly good. I never had a good oven cleaner so didn’t think this one would work either. It doesn’t work magic (so any tough long standing stains won’t be removed) but i’d say 80% of the grease was removed.

I always try and clean my BBQ whilst its still hot but sometimes that just doesn’t work out as planned.
A quick spray of this before hand works really well at freeing up the cooked on food. It’s a good size for the price and the spray nozzle makes it really easy to use.

It took about 3 goes and a lot of elbow grease but this worked miracles and removed caked on grease from years of the oven not being cleaned and our oven door looks nearly new now!
I see other reviews complaining that they had to clean more than once. I have also experienced this, buy in my experience it’s you will have to same with any other oven cleaner – I think it’s more about how often you clean the oven.
Also, I put trays and grates in a bin bag, spray on the cleaning agent and leave it in the bin bag to soak in the closed bag. After soak just hose down (All this can be done outside to avoid accidentally spilling oven cleaner in the kitchen). Then into the dishwasher before putting back in oven.
Only things I didn’t like: Tiny text/instructions on bottle split into two text boxes, one on either side of the bottle. Not really a big issue.
I have used this product for cleaning the glass on my woodburner for some time and I am always impressed by the way it simply cuts through the sooty deposits on the glass leaving it sparkling clean with very little effort. I highly recommend the product.
Make sure you wear gloves when using … this is a great product, done a great job on my bbq.
ot bad, it did leave a bit of melted in grime at the bottom of the oven, but a reapplication and a few more hours and it was clean.
