We have a single oven so is used pretty much every day for cooking meals. As a result gets dirty quickly not to mention smoky, creating a choking fog in the kitchen that permeates through the house. used this on the top of my gas hob which i have scrubbed a million times to no avail. This worked wonders and no scrubbing involved just washed off after an hour.

Best oven cleaner I have used , made my dirty oven look new again without too much fuss !
Oven cooker cleane
Easy to use as per instructions , for stubborn grease needed a few attempts , but a very effective product , a good big kitchen roll is also required to help clean things up as it’s a messy job , in future would do this job more often .
Definitely makes a difference
Definitely worked first time on the silver and stainless steel bits. It does say on the label it can take 2-3 tries. I’ve done it twice on what was a a fairly grubby oven ‘shell’ and it’s definitely made a difference and I hope it will only get easy from here on in, if I keep on top if it!

It soaked in so I sprayed it again until it was all white foam and just like someone else said who hadn’t cleaned her oven door in years, me the same, I thought it wouldn’t work. But low and behold after that second squirt and 5 minute wait, I went back and wiped it clean. Voila! C’est magnifique!

Make sure you wear gloves as this would he very dangerous on bare skin, but it worked amazingly well. I hadnt cleaned my oven in over a year, and after a few applications it was completely clean. It even worked on the glass door.

But this HG cleaner sprayed on as a foam and stuck to the sides of the oven and In minutes the white foam turned a dirty brown as it melted away all the burnt on grease and fat. Then all I had to do was wipe away the foam and then rinse it a few time’s. Unfortunately one bottle wasn’t quite enough for my oven so I will be ordering another to tackle those last few stubborn bits. There was no scrubbing needed and it took me about 30 minutes to wipe it all away. I was quoted 45 for a professional clean.

I’d purchased this for a while, but didn’t use as kids were home all the time in lockdown and from previous oven cleaners there is a big chemical smell…
So when I finally got round to using this, I was so surprised that it actually smelt nice, no chemical smell at all… Product worked well, and I now have a sparkling clean ove

Works like a charm. Moved into an apartment with a disgusting oven. Glass and all. worked like magic, amazing for the price. It was not as effective on the glass, though it did make a big difference.

HG make good cleaners. I use OvenPride for deep cleans but when I need to do an interim clean or something splattered on? I spray this stuff on, give it a while and it scrapes off easily.

This stuff definitely works, as my oven was quite bad I’m ordering a second bottle! It says leave for 3-5 mins…I left it for a few hours once and came back to satisfying liequid grime! I did do some scrubbing to help it along after but it definitely works, my oven was very bad! Oven in a good state now but I want to get it into a great state, hence the second bottle. I recently used this product to return a much used BBQ grill to look like it was brand new, uber impressed.
My only issue with it is that I got 2 uses out of it before the bottle finished.
Though it seems a lot, the way the bottle squirts in a line makes it difficult to get on all parts of the grill.
I’m sure for flat surfaces it would last much longer, I just wish the spray would spread more than squirt out.
Regardless, it is still an easy recommendation from me.

Impressive Results
The oven manufacturer’s cleaning instructions were to use hot soapy water and a dishcloth. With fat literally baked onto the oven door that never stood a chance.
I followed the instructions, sprayed the foam onto the inside of the door, gave it time to work then cleaned it off with a damp cloth. No abrasives needed or used. After rinsing, the oven door was as clean as new.

Saw another review of this product where someone suggested applying it to a warm oven. I did that and the baked on grease just melted. A quick wipe with a damp cloth and oven done. Best still, no residue and no horrid burning smell the next time you use the oven. Have bought more!

Very speedy removal.
Amazing product, was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it removed the grease and grime on the bottom of the oven. You simply spray and leave for 5 minutes thats all! No waiting hours for it to work. It foams up really well when srubbing and is very easy to remove. Make sure you wear gloves though this stuff means business!

ideal for the BBQ, killed the beast that had started to grow and mutate in the grease sump. Spray on thickly leave for 10-50 mins and rinse down – might need a sponge scourer and hot water to get rid of it all but no need for wire wool. A thorough clean of body/sump, burner plate and grills took 1/2 a canister – just ordered 2 more

You can't go wrong with HG products
I bought this because their mould cleaner is so good, and it did not disappoint… Our 10yer old oven window is now clean again (& the rest but the window is the obvious bit), I didn’t think it would be possible without paying someone 100 to do it for us. No it doesn’t come off in one wipe, you need to put a bit of effort in to get it there, but at least you not breathing in nasty crap some of these cleaners use. Well recommended!

Amazing for cleaning oven!
I don’t often get excited about a cleaning product but WOW! After a quote for 90 to clean my oven I decided to try myself. After reading the reviews on here i thought I’d give this a go.
Had read a review around following the instructions to every word. So I heated the oven for 5 mins to loosen the grease, sprayed this on and wiped off with wire wool 5 mins later. It was amazing! I really wish I had taken photos of it as it was pretty brown and it basically just lifted all of the grease off and I wiped it out! I’ve bought a second spray just to keep in.
Put all the shelves in a bag and sprayed them. Left overnight and they look amazin today!

HG Heavy duty oven cleane
You just spray it on a slightly warm oven, leave it for 10 mins and wipe it off with a damp cloth. Really easy to use and more effective than other well known brands. Best find ever!
Works very well
We left our BBQ in a state 2 years ago. This dissolved through the dried old crusty stuff on the grill in 10 minutes. I gave it two sprays.
Still had to give the grills a hard scrub, but it was much easier and less soul destroying than using just elbow grease.

Got this to clean the oven I use other products they make for bathroom etc. A bit more expensive then other products but does a top job nice clean ove

Dont know if it is the wire cleaner or this cleaner but a combo of the 2 obliterates the grime left on the grill with absolute ease.

It really works and cleans a pretty dirty barbecue in 5 minutes. The content is probably highly toxic but it’s probably what it takes. I would highly recommend it.

Takes about a bottle for a 4 burner BBQ, be sure to agitate with a small wire brush and scrub off with soapy water before hose pipe to rinse and lean in sun to dry.

Make sure You have some rubber gloves
Safe and secure applicator, good product does what it is supposed to do without the horrible smell of some oven cleaners.

Little disappointed to be honest it didnt clean my bbq as well as I expected
Seems to do the job OK
I used this on my BBQ grill. It did an OK job, but it still required a fair amount of scrubbing. It didn’t have a toxic smell which was a plus point.

Yes, I’m one of those people who leaves their oven for 3 months and then does a deep clean instead of cleaning it straight after every time, which would be much easier.

Surprisingly good. I never had a good oven cleaner so didn’t think this one would work either. It doesn’t work magic (so any tough long standing stains won’t be removed) but i’d say 80% of the grease was removed.

I’ve tried a few BBQ cleaners over the years but this one is really good.
I always try and clean my BBQ whilst its still hot but sometimes that just doesn’t work out as planned.
A quick spray of this before hand works really well at freeing up the cooked on food. It’s a good size for the price and the spray nozzle makes it really easy to use.
Bought to clean my Gas BBQ. Flat plate and grill cleaned up well, so thought I would try on the inside of the Lid which had never been cleaned, 4 years of baked on grease. Was really surprissed that it cleaned it, ~75% on first application, remainer came off on second. Foam ran a little as was upside down but stayed on when rubbed very lightly with a J cloth.

Great for using with a regular cleaning cycle, e.g. weekly, not so for a deep clean, e.g. once a month. The chief problem is the fact then when sprayed on the sides of the oven, it runs down to the bottom, thus taking the cleaning power with it.

Used it to clean my oven tray which is done regular and was a bit disapointed and ive done it twice now
We use this on our gas hob and oven, and it’s incredible. It just cuts through the dried on stuff and grease.
We cook everyday and am usually quite lazy, so it piles on a bit, but this just makes it so soo much easier to deal with.
Can really recommend it.
Omg this stuff is amazing I have had someone in before to clean my cooker costing 50, I won’t ever again this brought my doors up lovely, gutted I forgot to take a before and after, but the photo I have posted shows how it lifts the horrible grease out, I would definitely recommend

Was as good as window cleaner for the wood burner glass.

Oven door looks nearly new now!
It took about 3 goes and a lot of elbow grease but this worked miracles and removed caked on grease from years of the oven not being cleaned and our oven door looks nearly new now!
Oven cleaning is a dirty job, but this stuff takes most of the pain out of it. I like the spray mechanism better than the aerosol ones. The cleaning agent comes out as a nice thick foam that sticks (not too runny). Do wear gloves and protect the surrounding kitchen units, the cleaning agent is caustic.
I see other reviews complaining that they had to clean more than once. I have also experienced this, buy in my experience it’s you will have to same with any other oven cleaner – I think it’s more about how often you clean the oven.
Also, I put trays and grates in a bin bag, spray on the cleaning agent and leave it in the bin bag to soak in the closed bag. After soak just hose down (All this can be done outside to avoid accidentally spilling oven cleaner in the kitchen). Then into the dishwasher before putting back in oven.
Only things I didn’t like: Tiny text/instructions on bottle split into two text boxes, one on either side of the bottle. Not really a big issue.

Simply Excellent for woodburner glass.
I have used this product for cleaning the glass on my woodburner for some time and I am always impressed by the way it simply cuts through the sooty deposits on the glass leaving it sparkling clean with very little effort. I highly recommend the product.

Make sure you wear gloves when using … this is a great product, done a great job on my bbq.

ot bad, it did leave a bit of melted in grime at the bottom of the oven, but a reapplication and a few more hours and it was clean.
