Perfect for the gym
Bought these to use in the gym rather than using my more expensive pair and they are absolutely perfect. The battery life is amazing and sound is really good.

Received and the box was broken but the headphones were ok, smashing for the price. Use at the gym and have long battery life. They are also very loud, bass quality is good and wasn’t expecting from such a cheap pair of headphones.

Bought this to replace 450BT – looks and functions similar good to listen to music and for long office calls. Battery life could be better though as competitors in the price range offer a lot more
Sound quality and battery are awesome, but it sometimes just goes silent.
Sometimes it just goes silent, and wont come back until you turn it off and on again. This happened to me twice in the past 2 weeks.
But overall, the sound quality, noise cancellation and battery life are waaaay better than expected.
Note: it also supports pairing with 2 different devices and switching between them by holding the vol-up and Pause buttons.
Great headphones
The sound is great for its price, good bass. The bluetooth works very well, even from one room to the other and the battery lasts quite a lot. Also very comfortable, not heavy to use for a few hours. I recommend them!

Haven’t used myself as bought as a present. But re is piney extremely pleased with them. Easy to pair, charge lasts a good amount of time and don’t drop their Bluetooth connection. Used mainly with an iPhone. Seem a good value and reasonable product if you’re not looking for something super high end.

Not paid to say this, genuinely like these
The only thing is they don’t have noise cancellation but if you pay about 5 more for the same brand, you can get the same looking headphones with it. My apple products always seem to die on me at some point and JBL has always been my back up and once again these headphones have saved me
Nice sound
These are very snug fitting to the head, initially they were very tight and i had to remove my glasses as they were pressing against my skull and causing a headache.
Battery life seems to be okay, not really run it down much yet.
My only criticism of these is that if you take them off, say to move to another room to do something, come back again, then they seem to suffer from inteference and don’t hold a connection. I’ve found that if i do that, the best option is to turn them off, wait 10 seconds, then turn them back on again and i get perfect connection.
But otherwise they are a good bit of kit with a great sound.
Bass driven sound, looks and practicality with firm clamp
The JBL Tune 500BT has slightly lower sound quality than the Sennheiser HD250BT (side by side recordings of these on my Amazon profile YouTube channel) with more present and impactful but also woolier bass and slightly less clarity. It still sounds good though more consumer rather than pro. The bass can also be toned down and comfort improved by extending the headband to loosen the clamp, though that clamp does mean it isolates you from background noise a bit better than the Sennheiser.
The JBL is less comfortable for long periods due to high clamping force which is over more of the outer ear and its slightly heavier at 156g.
Now usability is where the JBL moves ahead.
It is cheaper, more fashionable looking, foldable, has track skip via long pressing the volume controls, is more secure with stronger clamping force and has multipoint to let you pair to 2 devices at the same time. This prevents, for example, missed calls on the phone while a tablet is being used, as playback is automatically interrupted and continued after the call. Mic quality is fine in both noisy and quiet environments and perfectly intelligible tho less rich sounding than the Sennheiser.
On the downside however it has a shorter battery life of 16h v 25h, charging fully in 2h v 3.5h via Micro usb rather than USB C and no aptx low latency codec or app to bake in a different EQ. That said I didn’t notice any latency with YouTube and was fine with the sound – you can always tone down the bass using EQ on your phone or streaming app.
In summary, the package of good sound quality with the popular bass driven sound signature in a fashionable folding design that sits very securely on the head at a lower price represents great value.

Quite good for the price
I was so excited for these- i got them for Christmas at a discounted price which is only fair for the quality. They’re quite sturdy and the sound quality is impressive however they can be really uncomfortable on the ear.
Wow just wow!
I have been using them for a few months now and they are one of the best headphones I have to date! The bass the sounds, I really can focus on for example work for uni, without the noise in backgroundjust amazing overall, so glad to have got it on offer too, saved some !!!
Good but NOT OVER THE EAR!
Overall a reasonable quality headset – like the audio quality and the fact it can be paired with two sources.
But these are NOT over the ear but on ear and as such could be a little uncomfortable for long periods of use.
Cannot comment on battery life as only used sporadically with my firestick.

Bought 2 for me and my sister for the gym. The sound quality is amazing and you also have a lead so you can choose between bluetooth or plugged in. Long lasting battery and fold away fantastic. All in all, definitely recommend. Great for the price!

Amazing headphones for good price!
I believe these headphones are incredible for day to day use, They’re small, malleable, and are amazing quality. The headphones can wirelessly connect to most – if not all – devices under the sun given the device supports bluetooth.
These headphones have a phenomenal battery life only losing 5-10% in 6 hours of usage. The audio is also crisp and bass heavy providing a perfect balance between many aspects. The microphone in the headphones, unlike many others, supports a loud and crisp output meaning the headphones have a very good multi-function of input and output. They’re very comfortable to wear too!
Perfect for my little gum head
Previously always wore beats, but they constantly slipped off in the gym. These fit great, no falling off on bench sets, bent over sets even, jumping around! Fold away is perfect for throwing in the gym bag too. Sound quality is great, volume levels good and noise cancelling helps with the gym’s weird playlists! Excellent value for money!

So to continue my review I’m going to keep it short and sweet, for everything thinking about buying the headphones, just buy them! Sure there not going to audiophiles tast but for the average person fantastic set of headphones, I brought bang and olufsen h9 pros for 400 pound and these jbls are louder, deeper bass, much more lightweight and much better sound then them I would actually compares these to the 250 pound senheiser headphones I had fantastic for the price

Bout these on a whim and I love them. Not completely noise cancelling but I don’t mind as I can get a bit paranoid when I can’t hear my surroundings. Not too tight on the head and the ear sponges fits over my ears nicely. Battery life is very good I find but I don’t necessarily use them for extended periods of time.

Great headphones but not the most comfortable!
These were great value headphones with great sound quality, but they weren’t the most comfortable I’m afraid. I could only find myself wearing them for about an hour until my ears started to get uncomfortable. Perhaps it is because the ear pads are rather small though, so these may be fine for those will small ears, but for me they just didn’t cover my ears properly and just weren’t that comfortable, but the sound quality was very crisp and clear though.

Just what i needed to work from home
Really easy to set up with laptop, good fit on my head (i do have smaller sized head so its nice to have a headset that doesn’t slip past my ears.
Great for music! The bass is very good.
The black ones look and feel great quality.
For MS Teams calls the audio quality is good, my colleagues said mic quality was also good so i am happy with the inbuilt mic.
For me i found i needed to move one ear piece slightly off my ear when i’m talking to assure me i was talking properly, as the noise cancellation is really good and i couldn’t hear myself speak. That’s my personal preference though and i really do recommend these headphones.
A treat for my fathers ears
My dad (89 years old) loves watching music programs on TV, and being a little deaf, was driving the neighbours to distraction. These are a godsend – he can watch TV at night without disturbing anyone. They have plenty of volume, connect every time he turns them on, and are very comfortable. He loves the sound quality and can hear detail and bass in the music that had been missing from his hearing aid. He was overjoyed after the first week. The charge lasts almost a week using for around 90 minutes per day. They paired really easily and are an excellent set of headphones.

Superb sound quality.
Been using for over a month now and I can honestly say these headphones are GOOD. Sound quality is excellent. Weather I’m listening to music or podcasts it handles all ranges with crystal clarity and stunning bass. Battery life is also brilliant. I have only charged them a handful of times, sometimes for only 10 – 15 minutes and use them daily on my commute to and from work. Build quality is decent and overall I’m very happy and impressed with these headphones. Would recommend and buy these again, no question.

Bought for under 30 ,but definitely worth more .I have used in the gymn with the i pod in preference to the old Apple ear plug wired head phones -and what a revelation! Makes you work ten times harder and totally obliterates the dinky do chart rubbish that’s usually played in exercise areas. Plus they are an excellent fit and will adjust to the biggest size. Great!
