Better than the real thing
I bought this for my 91 year old mum, she so wanted a real cat but that wasn’t an option at her age, this substitute is so much better, mum loves it, it’s random meows and purrs are really cute and gives her something to talk to in lonely moments. I am so pleased I bought it for her.
I like everything about this cat. She’s so lifelike and just sits on the sofa on a blanket (well, a towel really), because she does lose some fur at times.
My little 2 year old Great Grandson also adores her and loves brushing her sooo gently. He will give her a kiss, every time she sighs!!! I honestly look on her as a companion. I’m a 85 year old Widow and has had cats in the past, but the block of flats I live in forbid pets ‘in case we trip on them’
I know if 4 residential blocks of flats for people like me, who reside in these Independent Living flats, that we buy, and also a Care Home next to me that also have one of these pets. I don’t mind people thinking I’m losing my marbles, because I talk to SOX. At least she does reply most times.
Good
Bought for mother in law who has dementia and she likes it. So do the little grand children. Eyes open, purrs, quite realistic but seems to have it on her lap less now the novelty has worn off
My mother was delighted by her robo dog – it may be the best thing I’ve ever bought her. She’s perfectly sound of mind, but talks to the dog and pets him. It’s provided great entertainment to friends and visitors. Worth every penny. The dog responds to being touched or spoken to, and it’s lovely for an elderly person to be greeted when they come down in the morning. Be aware though that it’s very much a toy, and claims of being lifelike are a little overstated. Excellent battery life.
Very cute
This little pup is very endearing and always puts a smile on my face when he wakes up.
Thoroughly recommend
I bought this for my 81 year old mother, who has moderate to advanced semantic / vascular dementia, for Christmas. She had been very restless wouldn’t stay in the house and was often unhappy. She always perked up when she saw a dog and I was very tempted to get a real one but was worried she would over feed it. From the moment she saw this little dog she loved him. We were amazed that we were able to be in the house all Christmas Day lunchtime and afternoon whilst she sat and nursed and talked to him. She did keep trying to feed him though – at one point he had 16 peanuts in his mouth! However that was easy enough to manage as the back of the moth is closed so the food cant get into the mechanism.
From that day he goes everywhere with her and she spends hours ‘talking’ to him – he has brought great joy.
I was a bit disappointed when I saw him and nearly sent him back but I’m so glad I didn’t. She has managed to break some of mouth functions but he still moves his head and barks. I would thoroughly recommend and will definitely buy another if this one stops working. The batteries last 3 – 5 weeks.
The only thing that seems to bother my Mum about him is his hard tongue – if there is one adjustment to be made it would be to make the mouth more realistic – the tail wagging is the best!
Ideal for people with dementia
Can’t say what battery life is like as it was a present for a person who has dementia. I can say that she loved the dog. It was a present for my mother in law who is 89.
Great for dementia patients
My mother has dementia, she loves this dog. It reacts to her voice, just enough to be realistic. Goes into sleep mode when she stops talking to it. A screw driver is needed to replace the batteries. It’s hard to say if it easy on batteries, as my mother has the dog with her all the time. I replace the batteries as soon as they show any signs of slowing down. They last at least two weeks of continuous use. It’s difficult to wash the dog . It gets dirty, as she always has it with her and attempts to feed it. I bought two , so I could switch them out to facilitate keeping them clean. I’d recommend this 100% I also bought the cat. My mother loved that too. Was even more realistic, as cats lay around not doing much. Although I found it looked a bit creepy. Again very difficult to keep clean.
Fantastic
Our son who has Asperger loved this reactive toy, it is soft and cute, just like a puppy. It is now his go to “toy” for comfort .
He likes the fact that you can mute it and just get the reactions, we bought spare batteries, not realising that it came with batteries and was ready to go, however by having the spare set the puppy will keep on going.
Well worth it just to see his face light up.
The person gifted the robotic dog is 94 years old and suffers from dementia. She knows that the dog is not real but it gives her real comfort and companionship. The dog is animated and makes realistic sounds and movements and is providing a lot of pleasure.
Really loveable
Needed as Toto in Wizard of Oz. Cast wowed by the dog and want to keep him in for the performances
Not Just For Older People!
I bought this dog for my 18 month old granddaughter to play with. I wasn’t sure if she’d like it. Anyway, if she didn’t I would keep it for myself. When she first saw it and it started making noises and moving she was a bit startled but watching her mum play with it she soon started joining in. Now, it goes everywhere with her. Its the first thing she goes to in the morning, drags it to mum and turns it upside down so it can be switched on. Recently she was ill and just sat cuddling “doggy dog” on the setee all day. A succesful purchase!
It’s on all day (and also some nights) but battery life seems to be holding up.
Amazing
Amazing, my mum loves this dog, it’s amazing when she speaks to it she seems to make more sense and has helped with her communication. My mums dog passed away just before lockdown and her dementia deteriorated but this has made a difference. Definitely recommended
brown and white puppy
If you are unable to get a real pet, get one of these. Keeps me company and i even find myself talking to him.
He`s great. Well worth the money.
Robo Dog we have called Gale
Purchased for my mother, it is of great quality and barks when the sensor picks up movement. Turns her head to look in the direction of noise. Very happy with the product. Thank you.
We saw this cat advertised on Breakfast TV and instantly thought it’d be a great birthday present for our 93year old Mum.
Even though we thought this cat would be good for Mum, we were also prepared for it to be rejected.
What we weren’t expecting was the delight and instant connection she made with her new companion.
Her joy and the smile on her face told us we had just given her the best present she could have had on her 93rd birthday.
Its been 3 weeks now and the cat is still getting more attention than anyone. Mum loves it and is very protective over it.
I highly recommend this product, it was money well spent.
I do agree with other customer comments that the mechanical noise when the cat moves might put some people off.
BUT…. I am so pleased I made this purchase. If I had listened to the negative comments my Mum would never have met her “Purrfect” companion 🙂
Realistic ca
I bought this for my elderly mum when she went into hospital, she has dementia. As soon as she had this she settled right down and spent her time stroking and looking after her cat. Thus is a great product. Some movements are a bit mechanical but on the whole it’s very realistic. All the nurses loved it too.
Calming & cuddle effects
I got this for our mum who has Alzheimer’s and the effects it has had on her peace of mind is in my opinion remarkable and it was the best thing I could of got for her she loves the cat she talks to it and cuddles it and it’s a wonderful thing to see how content mum is with her cat.
Made us smile
More substantial than we expected and a bit heavier, not a substitute for real thing but still a lot of fun and brings a smile to your face!
Obedient companion a winne
My mother is overjoyed with this companion that constantly makes her and her friends laugh.
He is georgeous
We lost our big goldie several years ago & longed for another puppy. We are too old now to look after one, but this Goldie has fulfilled all our needs. He does all he should bar walking etc., but at least we don’t have to pick up after him. We call him Tiny Tim, & love all his barking, moving etc.
Well worth the money, he brings me comfort.
Purrfect Happiness
The movement and sounds are lovely. This cat was bought as a companion for a lady with learning difficulties that lives where they are not allowed animals. She is completely besotted.
Talking about what the pet had been doing
This cat has given my mum so much joy and got her talking to us all more about her animals and life, it’s really helped with her dementia( given us a little bit of her back).
excellent product for lonely elderly people
Bought for my elderly mother who has dementia, good company for her and puts a smile back on her face.
Very realistic and calming
Fantastic. Best money ever spent. Mum loves it like a real cat and someone else bought one after recommending it and loves it too.
Great, realistic ca
Bought for my Mum who has advanced Alzheimer’s. She loves to fuss it. It’s perfect for her. It has a realistic purr and miaow.
Gif
This product was purchased for a friend, who had just lost her cat,and is a avid cat lover, but felt a new kitten would be a little too much to cope with. Totally loved this as a new companion.
Before purchasing I had read numerous reviews ,good and bad, as I was concerned about paying so much money for a ‘toy’ cat. I looked at other options in the local children’s toy store which weren’t much cheaper, but still continued to return to Joy for All option. Even when I completed my purchase I prayed that I wouldn’t be disappointed or that my loved one wouldn’t be offended or dismissive of my birthday gift. It was for a Gran who I haven’t been able to visit for 14months due to Covid closing the carehomes.
I could not have anticipated my grans reaction to her new pet. She has taken to it with so much love and attention that it fills my heart with so much warmth to know how endeared she is to it. She happily chats away with her cat, tells her she’s a bonnie wee thing with a smile across her face that would melt your heart. Warning though, the cat can be quite a handful. The carehome manager did make us aware that my gran brought the cat to them in the middle of the night ,telling the to throw it in the canal because it kept jumping on her bed and waking her up.
I would highly recommend this item for your loved one. I am currently raising funds to purchase more for my grans carehome because it has been so well received by all the residents and brightened up their days.
Amazing!!
My daughter is autistic, she is breaking her heart for a real cat but her Dad is allergic.
She absolutely adores this cat.
She smiles and grins every time she cuddles it and chats to it.
Yes you can hear the motors and yes it could be softer, but she loves it anyway.
Great dog and very realistic responses
I was surprised how realistic the dog is, I bought it for my husband who has dementia but his illness is too advanced now but I sit him on his bed and the dog reacts to movement and noise so alerts me with his barking when he wakes.
I love the way it barks and whines when he doesn’t get any attention.
A good companion, beautiful pu
Stroking the cat is relaxing and comforting; its purr is very realistic. I can’t afford to keep a real cat and this is the next best thing. I really enjoy having it around.
Very helpful
My mother has advanced dementia and treats “fluffy” like her own real pet… it’s lovely to watch her interact with it… it can help to distract and settle her when she’s anxious.. would definitely recommend for this purpose…
Ageless Innovation, Joy For All Companion Pets, Orange Tabby Ca
Great asset bought for my mum on Mother’s Day, who is 88 and loves and I do too! Highly recommend this product. [It is like it has its own mind which is great!] She has named it Whiskas
Enhanced quality of life
I bought this for my elderly mother who has a degree of dementia and lives on her own. Her cat passed away last year and she misses him terribly. She has been asking me to get her another cat but she wouldn’t be able to look after it properly. So I bought this, though was apprehensive about what she would think of it.
She absolutely adores this cat and often forgets that it’s not real. It’s so realistic, it meows and purrs like a real cat. Mum sits cuddling and talking to it. It’s become a real comfort and companion to her.
I would definately recommend this and is well worth the money.
A lovely companion for my gra
Bought for my 93 year old gran, who always had cats. She misses having a companion and this cat is a great substitute to a real one. She didn’t like the ‘purr’ as it confused her, so we turned the sound off. I would highly recommend to anyone with a relative with dementia.
Very realistic
Bought a ginger one for my elderly mum who has dementia and was becoming rather unsettled in her residential home. Mum adores cats, she’s always had at least one. Having said that, I was a bit dubious about getting this one, thought she would realise it wasn’t real. I needn’t have worried, she was over the moon and truly believes it’s real. The carers have said mum is much more settled now and she’s always got it on her lap when we have our weekly video call. It reacts to stroking, she’s always talking to it and it seems to meow in response, even I get sucked in to believing it’s real! The only downside, if there is one, that when the batteries ran out, mum thought it was dead! Luckily I’d sent it to her with a few spare sets and a discrete word with the Carer sorted it out.
Great fu
This is a wonderful “toy”. Pat or stroke and it responds. Even sighs. Good fun and better than having to poop scoop. Not really something to cuddle though and the gyro’s are a bit noisy.
Very realistic and comforting.
Bought for granddaughter on the loss of our pet cat and she loves it! Every week she plays with her and feeds her as if she were real.
Has really helped her coming to terms with the loss.
Great companion for my mum with dementia
Bought this for my mum who has dementia, Nice looking cat, mechanics a bit noisy, although mum just thinks it’s the cats old joints creaking! Motion and sound sensors a great touch , definitely make him more realistic, Purring is fab, can be felt as well as heard, a few more touch sensors would be good as mum is sometimes too gentle in her petting of him to get a reaction and would like it if the cat shut its eyes when sleeping tho as it appears to always be watching, which sometimes disconcerting mum, otherwise lovely item for mum to chat away to thruout the day Wee tip ! We move him around the house so she thinks he’s more active, but always put him back beside her before we leave so she won’t go looking for him !
It’s a comfort for mum
Brought this for my mum , took a big risk as I didn’t know if she take to it.
It took about couple of weeks before she started to touch/ stroke it.
It does make a mechanical sound, but with mum being hard of hearing, she doesn’t notice i
So lifelike- a true companion for the elderly
93 yr old Mum delighted with cat. It is the resident cat in care home & has its own armchair for the other residents to interact with it. They all want one! A true companion.
Bought this for my father in laws 86th birthday. He was delighted, but my mother in law has fallen in love with it, it resembles their beloved cat Jazzy who passed a year or so ago, we all think the cat is lovely with a strangely expressive face, it is responsive to touch and natural petting movements, the meow is quite loud but can easily be muted, whilst muted the vibrapurr is still audible and my in laws were visibly relaxed and enthralled whilst the cat was being cuddled. Well worth the money
Great companion. Worth every penny.
Fabulous part of the family bought for my 90 year old mother who misses her little dog.
She loves him and now has company and response like a real dog. Well worth the money.
Fabulous company for dementia sufferer.
Bought this for mum’s Christmas. She lives with dementia. Wasnt sure she would like it and was quite expensive. It is literally the best present ever as she loves her little pup and it’s good company for her. Worth every penny and more! Don’t hesitate to buy, you wont regret it.
Well behaved ca
If doesn’t get faulty is great. Expensive but has given so much joy ,who can put a price on that. Gave to dad with dementia and talks to it, strokes it, wants to take it to bed, thinks it is a real cat. Amazed and glad it doesn’t have claws, expected it to scratch him when moving to start with. Can feel it purr and feels like a real cat to him. Has made him happy. Myself, I tried it out first and ended up naming her but have now had to give to its intended purpose. Found it comforting after chemo and strange steroid events. Found myself talking to and stroking her.
Would highly recommend, although very expensive
Given to my Dad with Early stages of dementia, it was amazing. He instantly took a liking to it. Although he commented that it was not real, he spent the first 15 minutes interacting with it, stroking it and taking to it. It most definitely took him through his nightly anxious moments .UPDATE – definitely reducing his nightly anxiety
Mum absolutely loves this cat! She was always saying how lonely she was; since getting the cat she doesn’t mention it at all and looks so much happier. Talks about the cat all the time when we call. Best Buy ever.
(Mum is 87 with Vascular Dementia)
The product arrived swiftly bearing in mind the Christmas rush with no damage.
The Gift was for an elderly friend who is resident in a nursing home with the early stages of dementia and who loves cats. It cheered her up and is a very real like.
Initial excitement then lost interes
The initial reaction to this gift was lovely but the meow became annoying to my elderly mum so I put it on mute. Now it sits on a chair and looks pretty but gets no attention. The product isn’t cuddly and the mechanisms are quite loud but it looks gorgeous and does interact and respond. Sadly in this case it’s become another ornament.
a lovely ca
Has been of great comfort to me since I lost Poppy my dear cat of 19 years. it is nice to hear a meow & pu
Animatronic cat toy
Bought for Mum ( 98)in care home and she thought it was great fun. All the residents and staff loved seeing it too. I bought ginger one. She always had cats and thinks it’s a good toy. It’s a bit noisy ( you can turn sound off) and the mechanics of it are a bit clunky but good buy
Excellent product and would hignly
This has been the most “purrfect” gift for my mum. She loves this cat, it is so interactive, realistic in its mannerisms and behaviours as she lives alone she feels she has a purpose again. Several of her friends have ordered since seeing hers via face time.
This present for someone who likes cats but who’s circumstances did not permit her to have on, went down well.
Only negative response was I do not have dementia.
You do not need to have dementia to enjoy this robotic cat as a companio
Brilliant help for comfort of old people
Bought for aged Mother who wanted some company of a pet but couldn’t look after one. The best thing I should have bought one months ago for her she loves it. Would highly recommend
Ageless Innovation A JOY FOR ALL
My Grandson had one of these for Christmas and when I saw this I was so so surprised at what a lovely almost lifelike cat this is and decided I would like one for myself so I went ahead and bought one so as being home and alone this acts as a companion I am absolutely delighted with it. I would recommend this lovely cat to anyone in my position .
a lovely ca
I recently had to say goodbye to my dear cat Poppy. she was 19 years old. I’m heartbroken & miss her so much. The companion pet has help me. it is never going to replace what I had, but it is just love to hear a meow, & a purr.
Beautiful gift for my so
My 13yr old son with asd had this for christmas and he is obsessed with it. Absolutely worth every penny and it really does bring joy to all.
How life like it is
I ordered a cat for my husband who has dementia and has recently become a resident of a nursing home. He loves cats and I’m sure he will be very happy with this beautiful black and white feline. It purrs, meows and rolls over for a tummy rub.
Great companion!!
My mum has advanced dementia and is in a nursing home. we haven’t seen her since February. Someone at the home told me about these interactive pets and we had to buy her one. Wow this is amazing it has changed her life she loves it and it goes everywhere with her. she talks to it all the time. And because the dog reacts to her voice the interaction is so heart warming to see. It even sleeps beside her at night. This dog has proved to be a brilliant companion for her and we are so glad we bought it.
A present for my granddaughter who wants a real dog. This has thrilled her and it now has it’s own bed and blankets for night time. Excellent ,done the job for now.
Bought this for my husband who has alzheimers and vascular dementia. I didn’t think he would like it. I thought he would think it silly. However, he really loves it! He forgets it’s not real and whistles to it, expecting it to come to him. He “feeds” it biscuits and talks to it all the time. It’s worked better than any antidepressant!
Noisy mechanics
My 91 year old loves this cat, it looks very realistic and sounds realistic, my only criticism is that the mechanics are very noisy which spoils the otherwise perfect companio
A companion without the mess
So cute and great for anyone who has need of a pet but not able to have one, it bark’s, you can hear it’s heart beat and it also pants, you can position it to sit or lie dow
I got this for my elderly mother in law, who has early dementia and misses having a real dog. This battery operated toy dog is really cute, it barks, pants, wags it’s tail, turns its head, blinks its eyes, and is very realistic looking. My mother in law absolutely loves it, and strokes and talks to it. The batteries have lasted a month before running out, which is good as the dog is left switched on all the time. I can really recommend this for an elderly person, or someone with learning difficulties. Quite expensive but definitely worth it.
I wanted to have a pet but not the responsibility or expense of one, this is so cute and I can see why this is something that would be amazing for anyone who needs the company.
Dementia-friendly pet!
On one level it seems very expensive for what it is. However, it has given my Dad a lot of pleasure and is therefore almost priceless! I struggle to think of anything I have bought him over the years that has had the same impact. My only regret is not getting him one sooner!
Gave this to my 84 year old mother who has advanced Alzheimer’s and vascular dementia. She’s very much a dog person and misses not being able to have a dog of her own these days. She was absolutely delighted with her new friend, this is the happiest I’ve seen her for a very long time. This golden retriever puppy interactive toy seems to be well made, it comes with batteries inserted and ready to use. He’s very cute and engaging, the way he turns his head moves his eyes, woofs and wags his tail enchanted my mother.

Life-like without any of the hassle
I bought this for my mother who is unable to have a cat now but misses having one. She really likes it She will talk to it and stroke it and when it annoys her she finds it quite easy to turn it off She will talk to it and stroke it and when it annoys her she finds it quite easy to turn it off We both think the purr is authentic and although To me the meal sounds like a person mum thinks it’s adequately cat like. to me the meal sounds like a person mum thinks it’s adequately cat like It seems like a lot of money but actually for the amount of pleasure it’s given it’s great value and I hope it lasts a long time It seems like a lot of money but actually for the amount of pleasure it’s given it’s great value and I hope it lasts a long time
My mother lost her real cat in extraordinarily distressing circumstances and the memory haunted her daily. This purchase has not only supressed the ghosts but, seemingly, provides her with true companionship. She loves this animatronic so much even though she’s aware it’s not real. She does not have dementia and that she connects with it at an emotional level is a true testimony to the people who researched and produced this wonder.
Arrived fast and in excellent condition. Amazed when opened how realistic the cat is, incredibly cute finding out where to stroke to encourage different reactions. Lovely product and would highly recommend.
indication of battery life would be helpful
ears should be made of softer material.
otherwise an excellent product.
I got this for my mum, she has Alzheimer’s and it made her smile, she is happy to have it on her bed and finds the purring sound relaxing, I think and how this will be great company for her and not feel so lonely
Moves realistically
However….
You can hear the mechanics they are quite loud and the miaow is awful lol so we have it on mute
Guess it depends on the stages of Alzheimer’s but so far so good
Thank you for super fast delivery

I bought this dog for my husband, as he has dementia and misses his dog so much. We all think it is wonderful. There is one problem – changing the batteries. There was no instruction about the screwdriver to use. It is a case of trial and error. It needs new batteries again-. Please supply me with a suitable screwdriver. The dog model is Joy for All B9108. My delivery address is the same and I will pay by paypal. You will make an old man (and woman) happy again.
Thanks in advance for your help. I have recommended your pet companions to several of my friends.
I bought this for my mum, who has Alzheimers. I wasn’t sure about it but it has turned out to be a great buy. She absolutely loves this little dog. Although my mum is aware that the dog isn’t real, she treats it almost as if it was. She even tries to feed it sometimes. Most importantly, it really does act as a companion for her. She talks to it, strokes it, takes it to bed. I’m really glad I got it for her.

Bought this for my mum who has dementia, she was sceptical at first but now a week on it has helped her relax and eased her anxiety. She now has something to focus on rather then sitting there with her mind racing and getting stressed and upset. It has made her smile again.
Joy to see the love shared
My disabled daughter with learning difficulties loves her Honey dad/companion; she also has mental health issues and the dad helps her keep calm, and is a friend she loves. My daughter is a young adult, Honey has been a great buy and I would recommend the dog as a companion friend when a real life dog is not appropriate.
My mother has severe memory impairment and she took to this pooch straight away. It makes her laugh and she talks to it and responds to its movements as if it were a real dog. The best money we have spent in a long time.
Ideal for Autistic person.
I got this for my 36yr old daughter who is Autistic. She absolutely loves her, and she has named her Jess!! We got the cat a little basket and is so realistic looking (and sounding), its unbelievable. I’m thrilled with the fun my daughter is getting out of it, so although it was expensive, it was worth it.
“Dementia friendly”gif
This is a lovely ” companion” for people with Dementia., who are accustomed to having cats around them but are no longer able to respond appropriately to their” living pet”‘s wants/needs.
However we have had most fun with this cat when the grandchildren are around – the toy becomes a focus for continued positive “relationships” between them and their grandfather, who sadly finds participation in “new” experiences difficult.

My mother wanted a real cat, but as she has dementia she wouldn’t be able to look after one. This comes a close second. To me his face isn’t very realistic and his coat is a bit harsh and he feels a bit bony. Also, he clicks and whirrs a bit. However,my mother adores him and strokes him a lot. His actions and voice are realistic and sometimes he miaows or yawns even when you are not near to him, which makes him seem even more realistic.
I am so glad I bought him for her and would recommend him for dementia sufferers or elderly who are lonely.
This cat i named marmalade i love him he is awesome he always with me i miss him so very much had to put him away for Xmas i not like do this think husband wrong but he be out again for sure love marmalade so much it like he real well he is for me …shirley marmalade is my ca
Absolutey priceless. My mother loves this cat, it is giving her so much pleasure. She simply said “she makes me use my voice and I don’t feel alone”. She finds “her” so comforting. I thought about it for longer than I should have before purchasing … I really wish I’d bought “her” sooner. Honestly, worth every penny for the joy “she” is giving my mum.
Purrfec
I got this for my mother who has dementia. I was amazed with how good it is. It does feel, acts and sounds like a real cat.
My mother absolutely loves and is always hugging and stroking it. Well worth it. Her carers thing its brilliant as well. One even said said she would get one in place her real cat!!!
Was buying this for my mum (87yrs) for Xmas but she died 2weeks ago, saw it on Black Friday 20odd pounds cheaper so still bought it to remind me of her, when it came batteries already in so turned it on and it reacts just like a real cat, meows and purrs sometimes when it hears certain noises and scares me to death but I love it.
Very realistic, makes a great companion for a lonely person!
Very realistic – used as a companion for 100 year old lady who loves her! Makes her smile every time it interacts with her – exactly the result we were looking for!
All my friends etc who see the cat, truly are inspired and want one themselves, so realistic for such an item, great prosuct for the elderly and children also love it. Thank you
I bought this for my elderly mother who would like a dog, but couldn’t cope with actually looking after one. She is on her own and doesn’t have dementia, but he has become her companion. She enjoys talking to ‘wags’ and his responses to make her laugh. She feels that she has a friend and it encourages her to use her voice.
My 88 year old mum, who has moderate Alzheimer’s, absolutely loves this cat, and really enjoys stroking it to make it purr and miaow. She insists that all visitors say hello to it. Everyone else considers it rather creepy, with its glassy green eyes, its hard plastic ears and paw pads, and the loud miaow which sounds like a person pretending to be a cat. Not to mention the noticeable whirring of the mechanism while the cat is moving. Luckily my mum is very deaf!
I saw one of these on YouTube and knew I wanted one. I have now got two, and they sit either end of my settee. They are wonderful. All my friends love them. As other people have said, they miaow, bit louder than I thought, they wash their paw, roll over, and the purring is lovely. Quick stroke on their backs and away they go. Delivery was very quick, and I am delighted.
New Friend
Bought this item for an elderly relative who has been diagnosed with dementia. She immediately fell in love with it.
I’m sure this will improve her lifestyle and that she will have many happy days with her new friend.
his was a gift for my partner who loves cats but is extremely allergic. The gift brings a smile to her face every day and that means everything to me
The cat has made such a difference to my mother who has dementia. She is so much calmer and her carers find her so much easier to work with. The cat is really interactive.
THE PROGRAMMING IS FACINATING ! SEEMS TO BE BASED ON THREE RANDOMLY SEEDED ALGORYTHMS. BOUGHT IT TO LOOK AT THE AI INVOLVED. THEN GOT HOOKED ON IT AS A VIABLE COMPANION ….. AM I MAD !? HOHHO !!!
I purchased this for my 8 year old godson who has ADHD , he loved it straight away and had a calming effect on him. So although it was an expensive gift I feel it was worth the money if it assists his condition.
