Good processo
My only downer on this item, is the instructions say you cannot run for longer than a minute at a time before resting the motor. This just slows you down if you have lots of something to do. But it’s not described as a proffesional product so it’s to be expected. Everything else about it is top draw.
Bought this yesterday - Read the manual before use
Bought this yesterday and so far am very pleased with it. Was concerned by the negative reviews, but bit the bullet and glad I did.
Lots of tools, have a play to see what works. Made cauliflower and celeriac rice and had to use two tools because of different textures. Made a smoothie (didnt over fill anx came out well) and chopped nuts For breakfast. Made some pastry as well. Had no issues cleaning any of it, although toom cate because blades are very sharp.
Note this is an 800W device, if you want a heavy duty one go for a higher power. Good size for two of us.
Read the manual before using it and you will mittigate the issues hit by most of the negative reviews, especially around how long to run it before letting if rest, which tools to use and making sure seals are seated properly when swapping tools and not trapped or loose.
The whisks are for cream not cake mixes, pastry mixes in seconds not minutes, etc.
My only negative so far is that you don’t get a storage bag or compact box to store the attachments.
Currently on offer for less than this ag Costco, if you are a member.
Food processing
Ideal for processing for small families (there’s only two of us). Liquidisers elements are glass and excellent. Processing (chopping, shredding, slicing, etc) work reasonably well and are labour saving. Mixer elements; eg, whisking not the most robust. Overall a good choice within this price bracket.
So Far So Good
Bought for a friend. She has stated that she is very happy with it. Not sure on long term quality at this time.
The "spice mill" cannot be used for spices
The product description describes it comes with a spice mill but the instructions it comes with says to not use it for spices as they can damage the plastic parts. I specifically wanted a spice grinder but I have had to order one separately.
Problems
I bought this may 2020 the second time I used the chopping disc itbrokeleaving plastic in my food and I haven’t used italic but upon using the coffee grinder to grind some dried herbs the base started smoking a lot I immediately switched it off at the plug and contacted Amazon I am awaiting an outcome before it goes in the bin or returned I would not advice anyone to purchase this it’s not what I thought Kenwood is all about amd was hoping it would be something I would have for many years not 17 months with issues at the beginning

Great value within the low cost food processor category
This is a great food processor for a small budget. The different options allow for a variety of usages (smoothies, grind to make flour, ). I am following a plant based diet and therefore need it for my recipes multiple times a week.
The design is really sleek and it looks great in your kitchen.
The only thing that is a bit of a design flaw is the smallest part you can put on top as you have to turn it upside down to put it on and that move is quite tricky. It happened to me many times that the inner rubber detached from the part itself and therefore gets damaged.
Sturdy, versatile food processo
Much sturdier than a previous food processor I had. Like all the attachments including liquidiser and nut grinder.
My mother who passed away some years ago always had kenwood products and loved them, including an original toaster given them by Mr Kenwood as a wedding present in 1945.
Great addition to any kitche
Took a few times to get used to, because you really have to click the base in hard, but I’ve made some lovely cakes, biscuits, pancake mixes. Also grated carrots, cheese and got rid of my nutribullet as this does it all – brilliant for the price.
Very economical and must have for kitche
This is really good and economical, i almost saved 1/3 money when buying here as compared to what i had locally available. Very strong machine and our kitchen is less manual now.

My very first food processor/blender and so excited to have it. I used it every day to start with to blend my Kefir with fruit for smoothies. Glass jug is lovely but on the heavy side. I used the mixing bowl to cut oats into oatmeal and make banana loaf mixing all ingredients in the mixer. Was a little concerned though as can’t use for more than 60 seconds at a time and there is always a burning smell?. Not sure what that is about? It also says in description that there is a dough hook. I have yet to see this. There is however a plastic dough mixer which I do not consider to be the same as a dough hook. I have not found this useful. I used the chopper to chop potatoes for a soup but did not like how it chopped unevenly and more or less pured the potato. It would have been nice to have some recipes thrown in to try out as a guide. I also feel the instructions could have been more comprehensive.
I have used the mixer quite a bit mostly to pure soft fruits. I’ve also used the multi mill for herbs and seeds and even ground some eggshells for composting. I haven’t used the slicing/grating discs so can’t comment on those. Overall I am very happy with my purchase but dropped a star for the burning smell, unable to use for more than 60 seconds at a time and fir saying there is a dough hook when there isn’t.
