have to buy anything else. Was easy to put together as well as long as you follow the instructions

It took about 3 hours to build, but I was taking it steady and as long as you follow the instructions step by step , it soon takes shape.
I like the attention to detail in the colour coded screws so they blend in to wherever they are.
Its really impressive once built. Our daughter absolutely LOVES it and plays with it every day!
Compared to branded 12″ doll houses(!) Its really good value!
Ordered for my daughter’s 6th bday Assembly was a hassle since it is big in size. However, after following the guide after 5 hours it was ready. The built quality is very good. Assemble and place it in a place where you want to keep it coz it is not an easy job to move it. Excellent product overall
This has got to be one of my best purchases in a long time my daughter spends hours playing with the dollhouse. It took me three hours to assemble but worth every penny Fits full size Barbie dolls it’s just fantastic well made 10/10 from me
My daughter she can’t really play on the right side of the doll house because of the swimming pool , the swimming pool and the garden area are on the way to play in the house , should be smaller. and the size of the doll hose it’s huge please measure your room before order it .

However, the instructions were not always easy to follow, they were basic and only in black and white – nowhere on the instructions or box was a picture of how the entire house is meant to look once constructed. We had to search up a photo using our phone to make sure we were putting things in the right place.
My daughter has played with it for hours and we are very happy with the item, however before you buy it make sure you have an electric screwdriver. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT THIS WITH A MANUAL SCREWDRIVER – it will never happen!
This is a fantastic dolls house it’s very sturdy and instructions are straightforward and fairly easy to follow. It does take quite a while to put up but it’s worth it. My daughter absolutely loves it. Completely value for money x
