This is a really lovely dolls house, and is good quality. It is well made. Instructions for assembly are ok, but could be a little clearer. It’s not a 1 person assembly (otherwise it’ll take a about 5hrs, as I learned)

I am absolutely delighted with this purchase! My daughter had asked for a barbie dreamhouse for Christmas but looking at it, I didnt think it was worth the expensive cost. Plus the barbie dreamhouse is made of plastic and not sure it would be built to last.
I started looking for an alternative and having bought a kidkraft kitchen in the past, I already knew their wooden toys are well built and durable, and usually look good too!
I quickly found this one and it ticked all the boxes! Similar features to the barbie dreamhouse…..but it’s bigger (it is huge!!!) and I know it will stand the test of time! Plus it was 100 cheaper than the real thing!
It does take about 3.5 – 4 hours to build so make sure you factor that in for christmas, but it is totally worth the effort. Some reviews have mentioned scratches. Mine did have a couple of scratches here and there but thats to be expected with these types of wooden toys. They’re hardly noticable and it won’t spoil my daughter’s enjoyment. I cannot wait to see her face on Christmas morning!

Der Paket kam pnktlich an, war von aussen beschaedigt – innen zum Glck nicht. Alles ist dabei, lediglich 2 Schrauben fehlen, ich konnte sie Problemlos mit 2 brig gebliebene IKEA-Schrauben ersetzen. Der Aufbau war leicht, trotz gute Anleitung dauerte ca 2,5 Stunden, wrde ich auf jedem Fall vorab machen, unter dem Weihnachtsbaum drfte es kein Spass machen. Tipp: die Schrauben der Treppe nicht fest ziehen, sonst ist schwieriger anzubringen.
Liebevolle Motive, sehr schne Details. Das Haus ist stabil und riesig, kostet ziemlich viel Geld fr ein Spielzeug, aber man bekommt auch was dafr, Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis passt.
Sehr viele Mbeln sind dabei, wenn man frh denkt, knnte die Mblen in den Adventskalender stecken. Negativ: leider ist kein Schrank fr die Barbieklamotten dabei, und nur ein Bett, da sollten aber mehrere Barbies schlafen!
Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufreiden, super schn, wenn meine Tochter nicht mehr mit Puppen spielen will, ich behalte es fr mich selbst. 🙂
Arrivata in fretta e in un pacco super compatto. Da sola l’ho montata in circa 3 ore con soli cacciavite. Se siete in due e avete un avvitatore ce la fate in un ora circa. un buon prodotto e molto grande, comoda per giocare insieme! Ci stanno in comodit le barbie (bambole di 30 cm). Fantastica!

Great gift HOWEVER two screws broke when they got half way in. One screw was suppose to support a floor corner so have to prop it up with styrofoam. Second screw was to screw in roof but luckily it lies on top of the house so was manageable. When screws break half way in, that socket becomes useless and you can’t insert another screw.
Also, instructions were sometimes hard to understand in terms of which way each board faces.
Doll house and furniture are great quality. 1 3/4″ screws are real pain to remove when the heads twist off. Fortunately three out of four broke off only half way in.
Wow can’t believe how big it is great value for money. Brought has Xmas present had one very happy little girl. My advice would be follow instructions completely !!! It did take some time to build . Come with furniture most all wooden and some even make noises.

Great value for money. I’m not great at building flat pack but this is quite simple as long as you look carefully at the instructions. Would recommend two people to do. The front slides out the way if needed. Barbies fit perfectly. It’s light enough to move around. All the added extras are great. Some make sounds and light up
It is a lovely piece and worth the effort. It does take some time to build and there were a couple faults with mine. Had to use some screws I already had in places but it looks good. I built it on my own no issue.

Corriere puntualissimo e gentilissimo. La casa era ben imballata (anche se mancavano 4 viti che abbiamo dovuto rimediare) e le istruzioni di montaggio sono risultate molto chiare. Montata veramente bellissima e grande, le bambine ci giocano comodamente in 2. Pienamente soddisfatta!
This is massive! Really big. We brought this for our 3 year old daughter for Christmas and although there are a lot of pieces, it’s not difficult to build. Just takes time. Originally looking at LOL versions of something like this and the price of those given the size compared to this is ridiculous. We would buy this again anytime over an LOL version. Big enough for OMG and barbie dolls.
We got this as a gift for our 5yr old granddaughter for Christmas 2020 and she absolutely loves it.
It takes a while to build but the instructions are very easy to follow, everything is marked out so clearly you can’t go wrong. The only negative thing about the product is that we had few weak B screws that snapped but that really is the only negative.
It is a huge house and well worth the money. I would highly recommend
Picture really doesn’t do it justice! Excellent house for Barbie sized dolls. Solid wood frame. I haven’t made the pool bit yet. Flat pack and instructions are not exactly clear but not so hard to figure out if you’re a visual thinker although it did take a good few hours to build! Nonetheless, an awesome dollhouse!
My daughter loves this house. Its colourful and sturdy and was in perfect condition when it arrived. It took an experienced flat pack builder 3 hours plus to build it , its not easy but worth it. Its very large and would not suit a small bedroom. The lift is a little stiff to move but nothing a touch or grease wouldn’t fix. The little light, musical piano and toilet sounds are fun. There’s lots of furniture included which is good you don’t need much to top its up to doll heaven! We will add some lights and a wardrobe to ours this Xmas. We have had ours for two months and can’t be happier with it .

2 Personen bentigen ca. 1:30 – 2 Std fr den Aufbau. Teilweise ist ein Akkuschrauber hilfreich, da ein Handschrauben nach einer gewissen Zeit sehr anstrengend ist, insbesondere wenn das Haus seitlich auf dem Boden liegt. Beim Zusammenbau des Fahrstuhls hat man erst Bedenken, dass das Plexiglas springt, da man es biegen muss. Ist aber nicht eingetreten.
Schraubkpfe sind farblich abgestimmt an die Stelle wo sie verbaut werden (detailverliebt).
Das Puppenhaus ist sehr stabil und robust.
Ich denke unser Kind wird sehr viel Spa damit haben.
TIP: Can I please recommend that you have some washers handy so that on step 17 and 29 you can reinforce the underside of the stairs and middle wall. The board you are screwing through is not really able to take any kind of stress that the screw head puts on it.
We also had an issue during assembly with a screw-head shearing off leaving the screw in situ. This had the potential to ruin the entire build but was circumvented by drilling a new hole and using a different screw.
What I did like about the build was the screw heads being painted a similar colour to their surroundings so that they blended in a bit better than shiny metal. The instructions are also pretty clear, but take care that you get the orientation of pieces correct by reading ahead a couple of steps to see where the next piece fits in.
Having only built the house today I can not comment on durability in use but I believe the main structure should be fine, however I am concerned with the quality of the thickness of print on the pieces and how this will easily chip and look messy with simple and gentle play.
Overall I think it’s a good buy for what we paid and with a few tweaks I think it could be a fantastic product.
Please remember that if you have missing or damaged parts then you can goto the website mentioned on the first page of the manual to order replacements. We have had to do this for the ceiling fan which was broken in the box.
Well where to start. The product is exceptional and worth every Pound they charge for it. What i would sayis give yourself at least 3 hours to build. Also be prepared to look for the Smallest of Fixings which for some reason the manufacturer decided to mix theses with all the Doll Furniture.

This dolls house is value for money because it is HUGE. I had a rough idea of how big it was but I didn’t measure for it arriving. I had assumed like all toy adverts/photos they used a small doll sized child to play with it, not this time. It’s only a few inches smaller than me and I’m 5ft6inch lol. It arrived in a huge box and had 100s of separate pieces. It was very fiddly to put together and took us 4 hours. The instructions are in black and white and have no details on like the patterns on the walls and floor so it is very easy to get things round the wrong way. There were a few pieces where the drill holes were missing completely and we had to make these ourselves. Most of the furniture comes made up. Once assembled the dolls house is very sturdy and robust. The furniture is mostly wooden with a few plastic pieces. The piano and the flush on the loo are nice additions. Both our daughters love it. Ones 5 the other is 12. It’s a great product once it’s put together and great value for money. I think generations of girls in our family will enjoy it. Elsa, barbie and bieber doll love their new home

Really pleased with this dolls house. Ideal for slightly older children, my 8 year old loves it. The house and accessories fit barbie type dolls perfectly. I was looking at the barbie dream houses but after reading lots of reviews etc got this one and pleased that i did. There are lots of bits to play with and has kept my daughter and friends (and even her big sister sometimes) busy for lots of hours.
Just be aware it takes a LONG time to put together and is pretty complicated. The night before my daughters birthday I thought we were never going to finish it!
That being said it’s a doll loving child’s dream come true. I wish I could shrink down and live in it! Would recommend and would buy again.

Das puppenhaus war ein Weihnachtsgeschenk. Es war nichts beschdigt und ist auch sehr stabil. Ideal fr Kinder zum Spielen. Der Zusammenbau nahm jedoch einiges an Zeit in Anspruch.

Meine Tochter findet es super und spielt sehr gerne damit. Zusammenbau war OK. Alles gut beschriftet. Stabilitt ist sehr stabil. Sehr schn ist, es wird eine Wandhalterung mitgeliefert. So das ein umfallen ausgeschlossen werden kann.

Mia figlia mi aveva chiesto come regalo natalizio una casa di barbie del costo di 250 euro… sono riuscita a convincerla a prenderne una di legno. Ha solo 4 anni e avevo paura che quella in plastica potesse rompersi. Ho scelto questo modelli per gli accessori come l ascensore e altre caratteristiche che mi aveva chiesto la piccola. Poi prevale il rosa come colore quindi restavo in tema barbie e infatti l ho spacciata come tale! Che dire, mia figlia ne estasiata… la casa davvero spettacolare e molto grande… ottimo rapporto qualit prezzo ed arrivata 2 gg prima del previsto. Ci ho impiegato Pi o meno tre ore per montarla ma ne valsa la pena!

Montage pas difficile mais trs long j’ai mis 4h. Bien faire attention au sens des planches sinon la dcoration d’une pice sur les planches peut trs vite ce retrouver dans la pice d’ cot (rsultat la lampe extrieur de la terrasse ce retrouve dans la chambre pour ma part) et il faut tout redemonter. Sinon trs jolie et conforme au descriptif.
Athough this was complex to build it was worth the effort. It looks terrific. The instructions were clear and all the screws and house pieces were clearly marked. My granddaughter will love it when she sees it at Christmas.
So far I am still building and it is hard going. I expect it will take about 6 hours. I wanted to add some thoughts now.
The box it came in has a photo of the product printed on the outside so beware if this is a surprise for someone. It is also extremely heavy and hard to manoeuvre.
So far so good on all parts being in the box. The stickers labelling the parts do rip the printed boards but can be removed if you apply a bit of water to the sticker for a minute or two, otherwise it is impossible and my first two ripped.
Overall I think it will look great when built but this will be a big building job.

Ritengo di aver fatto un ottimo acquisto. La casa fatta con un discreto legno, curata nei particolari e si presta al gioco di pi bambini, vista l’ampiezza. Il montaggio occupa un paio di ore, ma reso del tutto agevole dalla presenza delle pareti numerate, con le istruzioni che illustrano bene anche quali viti utilizzare. La spedizione stata veloce. L’unica pecca che la parete esterna e il tetto risultavano leggermente graffiati. Nell’insieme lo consiglio, vale il prezzo pagato.

Don’t throw wrapping away before everything is finished. We missed part 17, a transparent small bit used when assembling the stairs until we discovered it when going through the pile of wrapping. Also: consider putting some glue behind the elevetor rail to attatch it more securely than with a couple of tiny screws. Spraying the rail from the inside with a silicon based lubricant will greatly improve the smooth movement of the lift and decrease stress on the attachement of the guardian rail.

I quickly found this one and it ticked all the boxes! Similar features to the barbie dreamhouse…..but it’s bigger (it is huge!!!) and I know it will stand the test of time! Plus it was 100 cheaper than the real thing!
It does take about 3.5 – 4 hours to build so make sure you factor that in for christmas, but it is totally worth the effort. Some reviews have mentioned scratches. Mine did have a couple of scratches here and there but thats to be expected with these types of wooden toys. They’re hardly noticable and it won’t spoil my daughter’s enjoyment. I cannot wait to see her face on Christmas morning!

Der Paket kam pnktlich an, war von aussen beschaedigt – innen zum Glck nicht. Alles ist dabei, lediglich 2 Schrauben fehlen, ich konnte sie Problemlos mit 2 brig gebliebene IKEA-Schrauben ersetzen. Der Aufbau war leicht, trotz gute Anleitung dauerte ca 2,5 Stunden, wrde ich auf jedem Fall vorab machen, unter dem Weihnachtsbaum drfte es kein Spass machen. Tipp: die Schrauben der Treppe nicht fest ziehen, sonst ist schwieriger anzubringen.
Liebevolle Motive, sehr schne Details. Das Haus ist stabil und riesig, kostet ziemlich viel Geld fr ein Spielzeug, aber man bekommt auch was dafr, Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis passt.
Sehr viele Mbeln sind dabei, wenn man frh denkt, knnte die Mblen in den Adventskalender stecken. Negativ: leider ist kein Schrank fr die Barbieklamotten dabei, und nur ein Bett, da sollten aber mehrere Barbies schlafen!
Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufreiden, super schn, wenn meine Tochter nicht mehr mit Puppen spielen will, ich behalte es fr mich selbst. 🙂

Arrivata in fretta e in un pacco super compatto. Da sola l’ho montata in circa 3 ore con soli cacciavite. Se siete in due e avete un avvitatore ce la fate in un ora circa. un buon prodotto e molto grande, comoda per giocare insieme! Ci stanno in comodit le barbie (bambole di 30 cm). Fantastica!

Great gift HOWEVER two screws broke when they got half way in. One screw was suppose to support a floor corner so have to prop it up with styrofoam. Second screw was to screw in roof but luckily it lies on top of the house so was manageable. When screws break half way in, that socket becomes useless and you can’t insert another screw.
Also, instructions were sometimes hard to understand in terms of which way each board faces.
Doll house and furniture are great quality. 1 3/4″ screws are real pain to remove when the heads twist off. Fortunately three out of four broke off only half way in.

Fab dolls house. My daughter loves it. The pool part is separate too, so it doesn’t have to be infront of the house. It did take me 3 hours to build but the instructions were good.
Unexpectedly of very good quality and the details are just priceless 🙂

Great value for money. I’m not great at building flat pack but this is quite simple as long as you look carefully at the instructions. Would recommend two people to do. The front slides out the way if needed. Barbies fit perfectly. It’s light enough to move around. All the added extras are great. Some make sounds and light up

Took a long time to build, but worth it to see my nieces face, not as solid as I thought.
It is a lovely piece and worth the effort. It does take some time to build and there were a couple faults with mine. Had to use some screws I already had in places but it looks good. I built it on my own no issue.

La casa es tal como se ve en la foto. Es una chulada de casa, nos ha encantado.
Corriere puntualissimo e gentilissimo. La casa era ben imballata (anche se mancavano 4 viti che abbiamo dovuto rimediare) e le istruzioni di montaggio sono risultate molto chiare. Montata veramente bellissima e grande, le bambine ci giocano comodamente in 2. Pienamente soddisfatta!
This is massive! Really big. We brought this for our 3 year old daughter for Christmas and although there are a lot of pieces, it’s not difficult to build. Just takes time. Originally looking at LOL versions of something like this and the price of those given the size compared to this is ridiculous. We would buy this again anytime over an LOL version. Big enough for OMG and barbie dolls.

We got this as a gift for our 5yr old granddaughter for Christmas 2020 and she absolutely loves it.
It takes a while to build but the instructions are very easy to follow, everything is marked out so clearly you can’t go wrong. The only negative thing about the product is that we had few weak B screws that snapped but that really is the only negative.
It is a huge house and well worth the money. I would highly recommend

Picture really doesn’t do it justice! Excellent house for Barbie sized dolls. Solid wood frame. I haven’t made the pool bit yet. Flat pack and instructions are not exactly clear but not so hard to figure out if you’re a visual thinker although it did take a good few hours to build! Nonetheless, an awesome dollhouse!
My daughter loves this house. Its colourful and sturdy and was in perfect condition when it arrived. It took an experienced flat pack builder 3 hours plus to build it , its not easy but worth it. Its very large and would not suit a small bedroom. The lift is a little stiff to move but nothing a touch or grease wouldn’t fix. The little light, musical piano and toilet sounds are fun. There’s lots of furniture included which is good you don’t need much to top its up to doll heaven! We will add some lights and a wardrobe to ours this Xmas. We have had ours for two months and can’t be happier with it .
Das Paket kam gut verpackt, scheinbar aus Italien, und leicht versptet an. Vereinzelt, wie die Bilder zeigen, haben ein paar Bauteile kleinere Schden erlitten.
2 Personen bentigen ca. 1:30 – 2 Std fr den Aufbau. Teilweise ist ein Akkuschrauber hilfreich, da ein Handschrauben nach einer gewissen Zeit sehr anstrengend ist, insbesondere wenn das Haus seitlich auf dem Boden liegt. Beim Zusammenbau des Fahrstuhls hat man erst Bedenken, dass das Plexiglas springt, da man es biegen muss. Ist aber nicht eingetreten.
Schraubkpfe sind farblich abgestimmt an die Stelle wo sie verbaut werden (detailverliebt).
Das Puppenhaus ist sehr stabil und robust.
Ich denke unser Kind wird sehr viel Spa damit haben.
Das Puppenhaus ist einfach Perfekt! Aufbau ist zwar Zeitaufwendig, lohnt sich aber…
We also had an issue during assembly with a screw-head shearing off leaving the screw in situ. This had the potential to ruin the entire build but was circumvented by drilling a new hole and using a different screw.
What I did like about the build was the screw heads being painted a similar colour to their surroundings so that they blended in a bit better than shiny metal. The instructions are also pretty clear, but take care that you get the orientation of pieces correct by reading ahead a couple of steps to see where the next piece fits in.
Having only built the house today I can not comment on durability in use but I believe the main structure should be fine, however I am concerned with the quality of the thickness of print on the pieces and how this will easily chip and look messy with simple and gentle play.
Overall I think it’s a good buy for what we paid and with a few tweaks I think it could be a fantastic product.
Please remember that if you have missing or damaged parts then you can goto the website mentioned on the first page of the manual to order replacements. We have had to do this for the ceiling fan which was broken in the box.
Well where to start. The product is exceptional and worth every Pound they charge for it. What i would sayis give yourself at least 3 hours to build. Also be prepared to look for the Smallest of Fixings which for some reason the manufacturer decided to mix theses with all the Doll Furniture.

Ein tolles Spielhaus mit allem drum und dran! Die Mbel sind ebenfalls aus Holz und nicht aus Plastik, was das ganze eben einfach hochwertiger macht. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier auf jeden Fall. Unsere Mdels waren voll auf begeistert!

Arrived yesterday and have been putting it together today and found the swimming pool has a crack in it which is a shame. Very happy very everything else so far. But cannot find how to ask for another piece to replace this?

I bought it for my daughter’s birthday gift. It’s awesome. Pretty but took long time to assemble. Need tools for assembling.
Just be aware it takes a LONG time to put together and is pretty complicated. The night before my daughters birthday I thought we were never going to finish it!
That being said it’s a doll loving child’s dream come true. I wish I could shrink down and live in it! Would recommend and would buy again.

Das puppenhaus war ein Weihnachtsgeschenk. Es war nichts beschdigt und ist auch sehr stabil. Ideal fr Kinder zum Spielen. Der Zusammenbau nahm jedoch einiges an Zeit in Anspruch.

Meine Tochter findet es super und spielt sehr gerne damit. Zusammenbau war OK. Alles gut beschriftet. Stabilitt ist sehr stabil. Sehr schn ist, es wird eine Wandhalterung mitgeliefert. So das ein umfallen ausgeschlossen werden kann.

Il montaggio un po laborioso.
Il materiale della piscina per veramente scarso si rotto subito caduto uno sgabellino dell’ arredo e si aperta al centro! No comment. Per il costo che ha magari potrebbero anche utilizzare una plastica pi spessa visto che i bambini dovrebbero anche giocarci.
Per il resto bella non si pu dire nulla ma la qualit miglioriamola!

Montage pas difficile mais trs long j’ai mis 4h. Bien faire attention au sens des planches sinon la dcoration d’une pice sur les planches peut trs vite ce retrouver dans la pice d’ cot (rsultat la lampe extrieur de la terrasse ce retrouve dans la chambre pour ma part) et il faut tout redemonter. Sinon trs jolie et conforme au descriptif.
Athough this was complex to build it was worth the effort. It looks terrific. The instructions were clear and all the screws and house pieces were clearly marked. My granddaughter will love it when she sees it at Christmas.
The box it came in has a photo of the product printed on the outside so beware if this is a surprise for someone. It is also extremely heavy and hard to manoeuvre.
So far so good on all parts being in the box. The stickers labelling the parts do rip the printed boards but can be removed if you apply a bit of water to the sticker for a minute or two, otherwise it is impossible and my first two ripped.
Overall I think it will look great when built but this will be a big building job.

It took us 2,5 hours to complete it and the whole process was flawless due to the great instructions.
It is about a heavy construction by a mix of plastic elements and wooden.
The overall outcome is perfect and I would suggest it for sure!

The additional bag with bolts is btw to fix the construction on the wall to avoid the structure would be pulled over when play gets rough, I think. Don’t throw wrapping away before everything is finished. We missed part 17, a transparent small bit used when assembling the stairs until we discovered it when going through the pile of wrapping. Also: consider putting some glue behind the elevetor rail to attatch it more securely than with a couple of tiny screws. Spraying the rail from the inside with a silicon based lubricant will greatly improve the smooth movement of the lift and decrease stress on the attachement of the guardian rail.
A great house – wish anyone had one like that as a starter of young adult life – with a very tasteful interior. Wouldn’t mind joining Barbie to explore things further.

ascensore, giardino con piscina, finestre…. I mobili in legno, molto carini e rifiniti, sono compatibili con bambole tipo Barbie.
