This was an impulse buy in the middle of the night and I have no regrets; absolutely love it. I find it so relaxing on the blue setting and just lie back and watch the stars fade in and out and the swirl of the background. It is very easy to use and my phone connected to play music without any issue. I also like the dinosaur egg design, it looks lovely on the side both when on and off. Would buy again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone.
Unique and amazing
Although we’ve not had time to fully appreciate this light, as it was bought for a Christmas present. We have tested it and its amazing. Nice to have a unique light that you can watch whilst listening to music or soothe you off to sleep.

Its difficult to purchase lighting based on a static website page but The Galaxy Projector seemed ideal to light the ceiling in my lounge. I received the package on time and eagerly opened it up and was surprised by the build quality for the price I had paid. It came complete with the USB lead so I didn’t have to hunt to for one. It’s great that you can set the stars and or the nebula effect on at the same time. You can also cycle through various colour schemes or have the unit randomise the colours. The adjustable brightness function is also great dependent on the size of room you have. brings a nice ambience in my lounge. first class buy !

Nice, but can’t give 5 stars due to few minor issues:
– its a bit to bright as ambient night light and you can’t control brightness (we ended up using the cover to block most of the light so children could sleep)
– green starts have only one mode where they fade away and appear constantly (wish you could leave them in constant on state) – this dimming /reapearing process is not very smooth especially when they come back on – almost like a flash which is quite distructing

I have a stressful job. This is a great help when I unwind to go to bed. There’s a variety of options to choose from. The colours are fairly bright (enough to be relaxing to look at).
I have a star projector that my mother seen and loved it, seeing its her birthday on Xmas Day there was my answer to my search for a present over with. The one I bought was out of stock so looked for a similar one in a white casing, there are countless black ones and white ones that are a disc shape and give off inferior quality projections so were returned. I came across this product and thought I’d give it try. Straight out of the box I loved it, the egg shaped unit sits in a matching base that allows the ‘egg’ to be tilted at any required angle. So the projected light and laser dots create a relaxing mood lighting that can be placed in the living room or bedroom or wherever suitable. The effects are similar as other quality ones on the market but the main difference here is in the inspired egg shape. The top of the egg comes off to allow all the projections to create your desired mood lighting and colors, you can have either red or a blue moving pattern that gives the impression you are under water, green and white too, you can also mix the colors to your desired effect. The other game changer to all others is that you can put the top back on the egg, which has deliberate cracks to mimic a cracked egg and you get whatever colour you’ve left on showing through the cracks to give an ornament which will be commented upon every time someone visits that’s never seen it, it really is a brilliant gadget to suit anyone from kids up over. So in essence you have a colour projector, the patterns of which swirl in differing directions that can be mixed, the movement speeded up or slowed down to a stop and green highly luminous laser dots. I’ve ordered my own as well as one for my mother now, its so cool I just had to have one.

I absolutely love this light as does my son. Fits in with his dinosaur themed room perfectly and the white noise and projector lights are perfect to help him get to sleep. The only issue I have with it is it turns off automatically after a certain amount of time. I would rather it stayed on as my son doesn’t like the dark.

Bought this for 3 year old who has sensory overload issues. The real bonus is the white noise setting which helps to calm before sleep. The shape is lovely and the different lighting settings are great. Perfectly bright enough for the bedroom. Very happy with the purchase!

As you can see from the video the light is quite relaxing and creates a very soothing affect on the ceiling. The stars and the nebula behind can be switched on separately with the remote. It has a cover so you can make it a night light or remove the top and it lights up the ceiling. I have connected my phone to it and the speakers are quite good considering the price. Easy to use and doesn’t take up much room on my table. Would buy again.

It took me a while to decide which projector to buy and I’m extremely pleased with a choice. Adding a white noise was very clever as its absolutely doing the trick. I bought this as a Christmas present for the nephew so it’s still to pass the nephew test.
I’ve tried this product to ensure it’s in full working order which it appears to be. It casts 4 different colour lights, blue, red, white and green. And you can choose if you want the star field to appear, or maybe you just want that without the colours. When I tested this I actually spent 30 minutes just watching what it does, with the cat who loved it when I shone it on the ground for her.
There’s ambient noises, including a train crossing over tracks and wave sounds. I hope nephew doesn’t discover the train one as it’ll drive rest of house crazy.

The Star projector arrived earlier than advertised and was well packaged.
I was looking for a Xmas present for a 7 year old that has most things and after testing it before Santa takes it and delivers it to her, I was almost tempted to keep it myself.
As a night light you can change the color and it produces a nice background glow.
If you crack the egg (Take off the top) it produces green stars and a blue colored background (or other color) that is constantly moving and is relaxing to watch.
It is dead easy to connect a Bluetooth device and the sound is ok for the price and useable.
I know she and her friends will love it.
The only downside is that it is mains powered, the lead is not that long so will need to go near a socket.
Well please with this purchase and would recommend as an unusual and unique gift for a young child.
The projector already looks good before you switch it on! It basically has 2 projecting ‘lights’ – one (a laser I think) which creates a ‘star’ effect (in green) and another which projects the glow. The glow can be set in various different modes and colours and both the star effect and glow light can be used independently. Control is via a remote (supplied with battery). It really is a great bit of kit and fun. The only thing you’ll need is a USB power source (it comes with the cable but not USB adaptor). This is for my daughter’s bedroom for Christmas – she’s going to love it. Best way to summarise how happy I am is when my wife said “can we have one for our bedroom too?”. Quality.

I have seen these advertise for a while now and decided to try it out, after reviewing some of them I went for this Dinosaur shape projector.
It works very well and looks great especially the stars, you have the option to have the nebula move or can keep it still and just have the stars pulsing which looks nice.
Setup is easy and the Bluetooth connected straight away, the speakers are acceptable for what this item is and goes louder than I expected.
This really is an incredible little gift for someone. Bought it for my grandson who is already planning his Halloween party. He is 12. He just cannot wait to show it off to his mates. First off, it is of a very good quality. It is very compact and doesn’t take up too much room. Love the fact that it has Bluetooth, just perfect for playing his Spooky sounds. After trying this out I am now going to buy another one, for myself this time. As I suffer from Tinnitus it will be perfect to use at night for the white noise sounds that are built in. I will also have the added bonus of the nightlight.
Bought this to go in my 4 year olds bedroom, mainly as a night light but also for the star projection onto the ceiling when he first goes to bed.
Very easy and straightforward to control, with a choice of colours (green/red/white/blue) and modes. Comes with a remote control which allows you to pick the appearance of the output but also the speed and brightness (great feature so the room is not too bright). Also has a timer function, so you can set it to stay on for an hour and then turn off, by which time your child is hopefully asleep.
The projector covers a large proportion of the ceiling and walls, creating a very impressive appearance.
The egg can be angled in the holder so you can choose which part of the room the projection appears on.
Operates very quietly which is definite positive.

This is the best galaxy star projector that I have I love it.
I was attracted to its appearance as it is shaped like a dinosaur egg. It has a cover on the light so it can be used as a comforting night light as well as a projector and the light shines through the crackle glaze.
The projector has many different light functions when using the remote control with lots of hypnotic combinations, some even psychedelic and has a party mode too. Some light combinations are more relaxing and you can dim and fade the light. It has the usual colours red, green blue but this one has extra colours like yellow and orange. It also has white and when cast on a ceiling looks like spooky swirls of smoke.
Another extra on this light is that it is also a blue tooth speaker. I link it to my phone and play music through it. If you dont want music, the speaker has a multitude of relaxing sounds like rain falling, wind blowing and there is even a snoring/ purring noise. The kids love this and laugh out loud!
On the whole, I would highly recommend this projector and t would make an ideal gift idea for Christmas.

You can control the light of the projector, and the combination of the colours are awesome.
Pretty easy to control it over your mobile, and the 1 & 2 hours timer options are just great.
The speaker of the projector is fine, the voice of the speaker is clear, not noisy.

Great little projector, we are planning to use it for Halloween and for Christmas. The addition of the Bluetooth speaker inside makes it great fun for scaring kids with some Halloween sounds. Would recommended
My daughter loves it!
It was a pleasant surprise how nice this projector was with Visual, sound and bluetooth together. I have not explored yet what I can play via the Bluetooth speaker but my daughter loves it especially with a remote control which mixes colours when projecting onto the ceiling…magic!
I wasn’t expecting it to be white and would have loved it better in dark blue as the picture.

Fantastic bit of kit for any of you with kids, works for all ages, weather its my 9 year old playing swifty from Rick and morty to an illuminated bedroom of stars, or my 3 year old dozing off to the nebula glowing around her, Bluetooth speaker option is what sets this model above the others, highly recommended for all!
