We love this thing. We have it in our bedroom and the effect it creates on the ceiling is really nice. Our bedroom is quite small and it fills the entire ceiling (see video).
Only downside is the green LED that creates the star effect slowly goes on and off, I’d prefer it to stay on but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do it.
The in-built speaker for playing music over bluetooth is OK quality. We have another speaker we use but if this is all you haves it’s perfectly good enough for a bedroom or office (etc.).
You can angle it in pretty much any direction, meaning placement shouldn’t be in issue.
Bought this as a wee add on to my sons Christmas gifts. Because of that I wasn’t looking for anything to expensive and after checking out a lot of these projectors it seemed that a lot of them were very expensive. After reading the reviews on this one though I decided to give it a go.
I really have to say I was very pleasantly surprised with it. Arrived nicely packaged and with a USB – type C adaptor cable (No plug though) egg, base and remote control. The egg itself is a hard plastic with grooves around it making it quite decorative, and comes with a separate resting base.
Once turned on there is a choice of different lights and brightness and it also has bluetooth which means you can play your own choice of sounds or music through the egg itself.
I went to my sons room once he had set it up and honestly, although not the biggest of rooms, roughly 10ft by 10 ft the whole ceiling was covered in swimming lights. He loves it and uses it when he is sitting on his tablet or laptop. You can also set a timer to switch off after a couple of hours should you fall asleep with it on. All in all, for the price of this I really am quite pleased with it.

Very relaxing, love it!
Easy to use and you can connect to your phone etc. via BT. You can change the setting of the colours to still or moving around and you can have the colours rotating or sticking to one if some are too bright/not as bright as you would like. Love this purchase.

Bought for my granddaughters birthday, she was over the moon with it, has told everyone it’s he4 best birthday present so now I’ve had to order two more for other grandkids. She has Autism and finds the lights really helpful, and the white noise has helped her to relax before going to sleep. Helps that she really likes stars so an overall winner all round, hopefully not too expensive on the electricity.

Fantastic produc
This is a great product, easy to use and great sound quality. We mainly use this as a night light for our 2 year old twins and it works a treat. Having the remote means we can set a 2 hour timer so it’s not on all night.

Perfect night ligh
This night light was perfect for my nephew. He has a fear of the dark and watching all the colours change really soothes him to fall asleep nicely. He loves the fact he could change the colours himself and even can play classical music from my phone for him to wake him up in the morning. Really great purchase!

I scrolled through hundreds of different galaxy projectors and settled on this one as a present for my son. So glad we did as the projection is awesome. My husband has the nebula but it’s quite limited in it’s projection, this one does so much more and can also be a nightlight. We ended up getting another one for our daughter too!

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. I’ve seen previous ones and hadn’t been impressed, but the reviews for this were decent so figured I’d give it a go. I was so impressed! The colours it creates are fab and light up the whole room. It has white noise options and you can also play your own music through it, which are cool additions, but I got it for the galaxy light effect and she loves it. It’s like sleeping in the Northern Lights!

Brilliant light coverage and array of colours
The Galaxy Projector functions really well and my niece loves it. She has the calming sounds playing at nap time and bed time.

I wish the stars could change colour too. (They are green) Apart from that I was impressed at how cool this thing is.

Love this projector. Clear picture. Just the right brightness to be viewable but not too bright to stop the kids going to sleep. Bluetooth function works well too with music coming through nice and clear.

Too bright for a small bedroom
Impressive light display. Really cool. But for my daughters small room it is a bit too much. Kept her awake as it was far to bright even on the lowest setting. The colour variations aren’t as impressive as it appeared in the description in my opinion. But for a party light or kids play room etc would be fantastic. Unfortunately for our purpose it left something to be desired.

This projector is great and the egg shape that allows for the angles to change is incredibly useful and really makes this product stand out against the others I’ve seen. The colours are beautiful. One thing that is somewhat annoying however is that it makes a noise while it’s running, sort of a background buzz which has really started to annoy me. I also wish there was a setting that allowed the stars to stick in one position as they are constantly changing and rotating through brightnesses.
All in all a great product that could do with a couple of changes. Would recommend if you can ignore the buzzing while it’s on.

This light has met all our expectations. The colours are beautiful. The white noise is perfect and you have the added bonus of a bluetooth speaker which my son uses to broadcast his audiobooks. Highly recommend this product.

I bought this cos a friend had a galaxy star light and I loved it and after reading through all the reviews on this and other galaxy projector lights decided on this one. Totally love it, love the egg shape and cracked design. Really easy to use and beautiful light show. Connects really easy to your phone so you can play your music through it. I also downloaded a sleep music app play them together when I want to relax and chill very soothing. Can’t recommend enough

This is a brilliant projector. It plays soothing music as well as colour changing visual effects. Dimmable as well so it’s not too bright. I got this for my autistic daughter but when her older sister saw it, she wanted one too and she is 12! For any age to relieve stresses from your day and relax.

Bought this as a Secret Santa gift for my friend who absolutely loves it! Love the unique design, most of the other galaxy projectors I came across look very similar to one another, so this product stands out really well.
I’ve tried the product to ensure it’s in full working order, and I love the aesthetic it produces. As a night light, you can change the color between blue, red, white, and green and it produces a really nice background glow. You can also choose if you want a starfield to appear, and it’s possible to use the starfield and regular colour projection both together and separately.
It is also possible to connect your phone to the projector to play music, although the sound quality isn’t amazing so I would use the projector for the lights and play music on a separate speaker.

Bought this as a gift for my 8 year old daughter. I decided to open it to check it all works before she receives it for Christmas. Everything was packaged well in the box. Setting it up was very easy and the remote (requires batteries) and was easy to use. I was impressed at the colours and projections but had hoped it would look more galaxy like. I am still pleased I went with this product as my daughter will love that it looks like a Dragon egg. When the top part it placed on the “egg” it looks very cool. You can change the colour of it when it with the top on. I especially liked the look of it when it is red (as it looks like lava).
The bluetooth option was a nice bonus and I liked that it has whitenoise options too. I am not so sure my daughter will use the whitenoise feature (other than for maybe the sound option of the cat purring).
Overall, this is a great product. I am excited to see my daughters face when she gets it for Christmas. I’m hoping she will like the projections as much as I did! I definitely would recommend.
