The Mr Beams Motion-Sensing Light-Sensing Battery Powered LED Stair Light is part of the Mr Beams line of intelligent wireless LED lights. Ideal light by front door, motion sensor works well and it is ideal to illuminate the door key slot.

Great solid feeling little light used by front door, casts just enough light and the sensor works great. If it has a minor fault I would prefer it to be screwed permanently to the wall, as it just hooks on two mounting screws and can be lifted off, but you wouldnt know this by looking at it.

This is the third one of their models that I’ve bought. Good concepts, and superb product design and quality. Their stuff simply works. Plain and simple.
They’re not rechargeable units, but a standard battery will last me ages for the amount of work it needs to do. And solar/rechargeable lights *will* fail after a few years – I prefer the simplicity and reliability.
I baught the several of these lights to light my foot path as it is very dark at the side of the house. These lights are very responsive and work very well. The best thing is you do not need to run any cables you place the light where you want them. They are very easy to install and I highly recommend them. Item as described and fast delivery.

Great, did what they said on the tin. Not as bright as I would have liked but I used them to light an outdoor laundry room rather than steps so not what they were intended for. Really easy to install and worked straight away. Simples! 🙂

So much easier that hard wiring. Not too bright, but bright enough for access to our bins in the dark and casting light in our shed.
I’ve found these to be ideal to light up a few steps leading up to my front door. They don’t need any wiring and are discreet and economical. Mine are outside in the elements and haven’t had any problems with water getting inside. A good product.

For a battery powered light, and for the money this item is a no brainer, bought for a relative for their porch at night, light is clear and bright considering, motion sensor works as you would expect, cannot fault this product at all and the price point its a steal.

It does what it says on the box! Will be purchasing another to put in a darkened recess of my home that needs light on occasion. Highly recommended.

Well made. Simple solution to side walkway to house. Work fine and look unobtrusive. Nice to have the nighttime pilot light setting too, which reinforces a sense of secured premises.

Very good and really handy when visiting the loo during the night. Not too bright or intrusive with just the right amount of light.
Easy to install and makes a huge difference. Would highly recommend to anyone considering it. (You do need a handheld drill to install it, though.)

Perfect little light! Put on some very dark steps to our back gate, easy to install and works perfectly offering ample light for such a small battery operated fitting. Would absolutely recommend. Think I might get another for the understairs cupboard 🙂

Works well but the sensor could have been toned down a bit as it fires at about 15 feet so anyone walking past trips it, I only wanted it to work within 6 feet of the front door so I can see the key hole

Brilliant for what we wanted. We used by front door. No more searching for the lock when we get home in the dark and great for visitors
Purchased a pair of these to light a pathway. We looked at various lights but didn’t want electric and needed something to fit on a fence and shine on the floor. These fit the bill, easy to fit and set up, shows a good light – brilliant. Just ordered 2 more !!
Arrived on time. Well packed. Such a great product. We bought two for our daughter’s house which is in a fairly dark street. The product is dawn to dusk but has a very low glow until you are near to it. It stays bright long enough to find keys and use them. Not a problem for neighbours.
We are very pleased with this light. A small light with a big beam and lights the porch up very well indeed.

Excellent little battery lights . Have two , 1 each side of gate , work well , battery life seems good so far . Easy for hubby to fit on wooden posts .
NOT YET INSTALLED OVER CHRISTMAS PERIOD BUT FITS THE BILL TO GIVE LIGHT OUTSIDE FRONT DOOR WHEN UNLOCKING THE DOOR TO GET INTO OUR HOUSE SO WELL PLEASED WITH THE LIGHT. ARRIVED ON TIME.

Brilliant – bought it for my porch so I can see where to out key when I get home in the dark – really effective – gives enough light to see and was very easy to install.
Got 4 of these now. 1st was bought about 18 months ago and still haven’t changed the battery. Gives a good amount of light perfect for the side passage and have so far survived all weather conditions.
Really useful light for odd corners outside as well as in. I have one at the front door illuminating the step and another above the rubbish bins so I can see which is which in the dark. Easy to fit and long battery life.

This is one of my best purchases ever! Have placed it in the landing and the sensor on this thing is brillant. The battery life seems very good too. Has been up for 7 months and still going strong.
Really pleased with this unit. Has done a great job of lighting a dark garden path. Had a problem with the light not staying on but when I contacted the company there was not quibble and a new unit was sent immediately.
paid less than 13 quid – now have 2 of these. they work well and stand up to the weather. they wont light your whoile garden up but if you want a bit of light in dark alley for example this will do the job nicely.

he light is small and compact easy to erect as advertised not the brightest but does the job as advertised so i am quiet happy with the product and would recommend it to other buyers who are interested in this produc
I needed it to light up a combination lock on my side gate. It works very well, is easy to fit. It provides more than enough light and the PIR sensor works as well as any other I have had.
This was perfect for the job, no wiring, lights up enough area to see your way in and doesn’t come on when people are passing by

Easy to fit and looks good in place. Has a decent sensory angle and easily picks up people before they enter the “dark & dangerous step zone” on my stairs.
My only criticism is that it works 24 hours a day and would be worth a little more for a built in dusk till dawn light sensor.
My original porch light stopped working so I needed this one in the mean time. It is brighter than I anticipated and does everything it says .I don’t think I need any replacement for this….Excellent product.
But after reading the reviews,I decided to purchase 2.
I am not disappointed with my purchase, they work very well.
But I will just mention that its ashame they don’t run on AA batteries.
