Good for 2 years
These Nilfisk pressure washers are great and do what’s necessary, when new. This is my third Nilfisk, after a few years the pressure reduces and leaves you with a dirty car.
Not sure the other makes are any better, pays your money and takes your choice.

This is due to the pressure release valve sticking. My machine (E140) came to me like it so it was returned to the service shop, they take it out, re-grease it and it works fine.

First, it’s a heavy piece of kit which for me means it did not fall over like the karcher model.
The negative. Useless picture instructions and the huge tablecloth size safety garbage written in what looks like every language on Earth. Yes, English is in there somewhere, you just have to find it.
Ok, eventually wrestled the machine out of the box. First thought… this looks like a well made bit of kit.
Fitted all the bits together which was dead easy.
Washing the car, Make sure you have the right nozzle on the lance. Foam spray was good as for the power? It just blasted two weeks of dry winter grit of my car with no problems. I even attempted to clean a little piece of my driveway using the car nozzle. It power washed away the grime. Will be awesome with the correct nozzle for patios and driveways.
Really good idea having the tough pressure hose on top within its own reel. Good long length of pressure hose.
In my opinion much superior build quality to karcher range of plastic machines. Last kearcher went to the re cycling centre nothing but hassle trying to use that karche

Performs well but too soon to see how well it will last. My previous Nilfisk C130 lasted 7 years of fairly heavy use, which I considered very good. This one is heavier, due to its induction motor. I am hoping it will last even longer!

Love this much nbetter than the old Yellow one. The drum for pi;le wind in does work but pipe is a little reluctanyt to behave when winding in. This is however a minor irritation. I like the way everything stoires away with it anjd its easy to set up to do a quick job then put away again.

If you’re choosing between a Karcher and a Nilfisk pressure washer, it’s no contest in my experience. I’ve just bought a Nilfisk to replace my Karcher which had failed after relatively little use and I’m delighted that it’s an improvement all round. The quality of materials, quality of construction, cleaning performance and just how well thought through everything is – it’s all better. I had the choice to repair the Karcher (which admittedly I thought was good when I first got it) or to put the same money towards a new Nilfisk. It was more expensive, but I chose quality and convenience over price and I’m so glad I did.

I am very pleased with Nilfisk products and after having two short lived Karcher machines would definitely buy Nilfisk again. This is a heavy machine but easy to manoeuvre, the storage drum for the pressure hose is a bonus and the machine comes with good set of attachments.
Which states that these are the best buy although not cheap. Thats entirely correct. They are clearly well designed and well made. If you can afford one get this, The cheap one’s are ok but don’t last so arguably in the long run aren’t that cheap.

On the downside however I quite agree with some of the other posts that I have read about this Nilfisk. The hose to the wand could be more pliable,,as it is a little difficult to wind back in on the reel, and the instructions are less than clear to follow, but otherwise quite satisfied up to now.

This is my second attempt with two new pressure washers of this model, both have broken down after about one hours use, the internal connection breaks and water flows out from the base when the power jet is stopped at the hand trigger, it is a weak plastic internal connector that has let a superb machine down.

All good so far but only used once. Great value and very tidy.
Quite a step up from my 10 year old karcher. Having all the cables and hose being retractable makes life so much easier. The 9m hose makes it a breeze doing the case without having to move the unit. And oh boy is it powerful, too powerful for bodywork so care is required. So yes it does the job wonderfully well. Nice bit of kit, would recommend

I have had a few pressure washers over the years. Cleaning the patio was a long winded chore taking two to three hours. Thanks to the power of this it takes about 30 minutes, does a better job and because of the speed, uses less water. The 10M hose makes life a lot simpler too. No more dragging the unit around. I wish I had got one as powerful as this years ago.

Have only used it only once but it is just as other reviewers have stated. Extremely effective and easy to use.
This power washer being 140 bar pressure is considerably better than my last one. The 9 m pressure pipe, on a wind up spool is advantageous. I also got a same make patio cleaner. I have heard that rotating patio cleaners can leave circular marks on the flags; but this does not. I would certainly recommend this product.

Good Mid Range Unit at a Good Price
So far so good. Great extension hose and a good jet wash nozzle. I bought it to replace an older Nilfisk that contained a cheap spring that would prevent the unit working and cost a fortune to service / repair until the advice was to drop it from a great height to release the trigger (until it broke). Time will tell with this ‘newer model’ but like I said – so far – so good.

would recommend this power wash to any one does what it says on the tin, just great.
I bought this for washing my classic car which is 47 years old. The adjustable pressure nozzle is great, reducing pressure down to what isn’t much higher than the tap pressure. Cranked up, and with my own snow foam bottle, the pressure is very high to produce a real good lather.
Another great feature is the hose reel, which reels out a long enough hose to prevent having to carry the base unit around the car. It winds back up, as does the power cable, allowing for easy storage.
Much better build quality and equaly is not better performance than the Karcher it replaced. A must buy for car washing.
I bought this for washing my classic car which is 47 years old. The adjustable pressure nozzle is great, reducing pressure down to what isn’t much higher than the tap pressure. Cranked up, and with my own snow foam bottle, the pressure is very high to produce a real good lather.
Another great feature is the hose reel, which reels out a long enough hose to prevent having to carry the base unit around the car. It winds back up, as does the power cable, allowing for easy storage.
Much better build quality and equaly is not better performance than the Karcher it replaced. A must buy for car washing.

Great piece of kit. Very powerful and makes short work of cleaning patios. My only critisism is the lack of accessories, such as patio brush, which really should be included in something that costs more than most other similar power washers.

Researched pressure washers in detail. Decided the Nilfisk, as show, was the right one for my purpose,.!! I am not disappointed!!!!!! Meets and even exceeds my expectations. Being able to wind the water cable onto the insitu roller is fabulous!! Coupled it with the Patio Cleaner Plus!.. it has transformed my drive, patio and paths. There are many extras with this Pressure washer at no extra cost. Especially thrilled with the ability to spread pressure wash cleaner on the offending paths. Has taken the ‘slippery’ algae from dangerous pathways, vital for a disabled client, like me!

Bought to replace a Bosch & held off competition from the K brand &…….simply terrific. Slightly heavy to lift but easy to manoeuvre on the wheels. Very well built, high quality & just so easy to use. Switching nozzles, patio cleaners & snowfoam lances is so easy & the ergonomics are spot on. Very powerful, but the adjustable nozzle on it’s lowest setting gives a surprisingly gentle spray. Should really come with the auto nozzle which was purchased retrospectively & has a wider fan jet than the general one supplied. But all round thoroughly recommended. I pored over this for weeks before committing – I need not have hesitated & neither should you. A great product.

I got it with good discount Lighting deal), very powerful but limited accessories, If you need a pressure washer for only light task such as cleaning the car, it is better to go for cheaper model with more accessories included

Ordered this to replace the B&Q one we had and could not get replacement parts for – it had stopped working (no pressure). It arrived the next day (Sunday) and worked practically straight out of the box, just put the accessories on and the handle and it was good to go. My husband says it works as good as or even better than our previous one. Great pressure for cleaning the patio, a job that was long overdue and it looks great now. On the definite plus side is how compact, easy to get ready and put away it is. Our previous one did not have anyway of rolling up the hose or putting the lance on the machine during use or when putting it away, it was a real pain to store neatly and out of the way. Hence I really like the neatness of the machine and how it is not only easy to put away, it doesn’t take up much space and all the accessories (that come with the machine) easily store on it, so less likely to get lost. Overall, while we have only used it for a few days, we can not fault the machine.

Absolutely Superb Piece Of Equipment.
Have now used twice and would highly recommend this model. Extremely powerful and effective. Reel on top works perfectly. really easy to put together, not too noisy at all. Wand well balanced. All parts clip onto unit for easy storage when finished. unit has an excellent build quality feel to it too.

Very good value for the money a lot more powerful than our old one
Brilliant! brought this to replace our 10 year old Bosch, how times have changed! so easy to use and yes its heavy but the wheels make it easy to move around, our very large patio came up like new and cant wait to get to grips with the drive – fully recommended.

Tried it out once and so far i am impressed. Noise is quite low, power is fine. Got also the 90 degree nozzle and the adjustable nozzle which are extremely helpful when it comes to car wheel arches and car roofs. It is easy to assemble and to be able rolling up the hose is very convenient. I hope the machine will last long.

I had an old Alto 5000 which I bought used for 50. I don’t know what model would be equivalent to that old one I had but this one comes close. But not close enough. The Alto 5000 had a powerful kickback, the one on this Nilfisk is tame by comparison. I still recommend this model as it is powerful enough for a lot of jobs around the house.

his is the nuts of a pressure washer – it makes the K brand redundant.
used the turbo nozzle to do the patio and i am very impressed – its removed paint , cement from over filling joints and every thing else in its path. DONT USE ON OUTSIDE PAINTED WALLS it will have the paint off.
used the power wash jet and even that has some serious power in it , removing moss from the walls is simple , the flow and pressure rate is extreme compaired to my old 110psi b&q mac 2, you can even feel the pressure in the air.
changing tools etc is a doddle , just press the blue button and pull the tool off.
** watch your eyes though , this really kicks up stones etc.
Is this one powerful or what? Be careful not to strip the paint of the car if you use the needle jet. Foamer works very well. Took minutes to strip the gunk (and the grouting!) from the paving slabs on the driveway, so treat it with respect. A very nice piece of kit.

I previously had the excellent cheaper model C120-3. I sold this reliable model after getting the E140 upgrade.
Significantly larger and heavier, but better balanced, High pressure hose reel (rather than manually attached and stored). All feels better quality too.
I was pleased with the C120 performance, except for the fact it was a little too easy to pull over if not careful.
This E140 works equally as well and the long flexible hose (which I hear as been upgraded to make easier to roll back up) is a great length to allow going around the car without moving the machine, saving time and frustration. It rolls up easily – lets hope int he winter just as easily!!
The onboard storage works much better too, with a neat little clip for the lance too and decent power cord storage.
This machine provides that extra pressure which should hopefully remove more grime from our driveway/paths using the patio attachment ( I already had from the C120 model kit).
The lance, gun and attachments all go together well and feel solid.
To wash the car I had already purchased an Auto Nozzle to restrict the pressure to optimise for car cleaning safely and a flexible joint to aid under sill etc cleaning.
All in all so far so good. Hoping this will prove as reliable as the C120 (apparently better quality pump and motor on this newer one), but adding to its features and performance.
This is a good, powerful pressure washer, easy to assemble and use. I don’t have a huge amount of experience with pressure washers, but it seemed to do a good job on both the stone work on my patio (previously covered in moss) and washing the car.
I chose this as I thought I’d give a pressure washer brand another go – I used to have karcher pressure washer a few years ago but which I ended up returning as it was so low powered and flimsy feeling.
The sort of uses I intended for it were car washing and cleaning the conservatory roof which, after living here a few years, I noticed was decidedly mossy and green looking!
On its arrival I actually read most of the manual, as I wanted to ensure I used it correctly. The manual was not too long and was useful to a point, but I only worked out how to assemble it by trial and error as the manual pictures I did not find clear.
Anyhow the parts were sturdy looking, easy to connect and so all went well. I was surprised no hose was included as I think I assumed from the picture that the reel was the garden hose bit, but I expect the reason they did not include one was most people are expected to have a garden hose already if they are the type to clean their car themselves etc. The hose on the reel is the one used to connect to the spray gun and clever foam sprayer bottle which you can gather I like a lot.
You make a solution of car shampoo in it – not too strong and the pressure washer mixes it with the water so you no longer need to use a bucket of soapy water and I liked this extra as it was really convenient.
The pressure washer electric lead could have been longer but it managed to reach the drive without use of an extension lead but another metre or two would have been more sensible.
The hose itself was a good length perfect for working all round the car.
The spray is incredibly powerful – so powerful it actually moves you back a bit sometimes when you are spraying, and I found out by accident that not only does it clean the car well, it cleans the dirt from the driveway paving stones as well. It is that good it actually can remove moss between them too and you can use it as a broom to sweep the loose debri away to a corner.
I soon found I was quite addicted and now my driveway looks like new (or like only a few years old rather than 30!) .
I then wondered whether it might be useful for other cleaning and found it can reach the upstairs windows so did those too. I used the foam sprayer first to wash them then a final rinse with the plain pressure nozzle.
I absolutely adore this pressure washer – I have been round a friends house with it to do her conservatory also and drive (tarmac) and it dealt with all that too as well as her fake log stepping stones and childs play frame.
This is a high powered washer one with many uses and will be a good investment if you want to avoid paying someone to clean your home, garden, driveway or car and it is a lot of fun seeing the dirt fly away!
