I absolutely adore this product. Bought this a few months ago to replace and old pressure cooker and decided i wanted an air fryer too so this was perfect! Takes some getting used to to find the right balance for temperature and time to cook but once you do youll never want to use your oven again. Crispy chips, juicy chicken and amazing fish. Brilliant. I would recomment going up a size though to be able to cook multiple items at the same time though.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersCooks much faster than my oven or hob
I like the speed at which it cooks. Have cooked fresh and frozen veg, frozen pizza and made a Chilli from scratch. All were a success even on first go, but I did watch a few videos on you tube before trying to use the Foodi Max. I’m hoping to try roasting a joint later this week and, from what I have seen on you tube, have every confidence that it will be cooked how I like it.

This airfryer has more functions than you can shake a stick at, and after several weeks I’m still experimenting and figuring things out.

So far it has been used for a pretty long list of vegetables, fish and meat and apart from a couple of mishaps with heat and time settings everything has worked out really well.

Golden Review Award: 21 From Our UsersIt does what the hype say’s
I’ve bought other ninja kitchen appliances. It was just waiting for the price to get down to something sensible.
The biggest factors are the energy cost savings.
Not only does it run off a 13amp plug rather than a 30amp mains cooker. It cooks most things in a 1/3 of the time. Many people also over look the power saved from not having to wash so many pots and pans.

The steam then roast feature is what I was looking for with the meat probe. This means it cooks thing like chicken until the probe temp shows it’s done. Saving more cost and giving you that perfect moist succulent flesh with crispy skin.

We cooked a 6lb chicken in 40 mins and the centre of the breast was at 75C. Roast potatoes done in the base at the same time. As the chicken rested. We steamed the veg. Washing up consisted of the bowl and trivet rack.

    Superb quality!
I love how Ninja created a multicooker for busy bees like me. It is ergonomic and easy to manipulate. However, I found an issue when airfrying. It will never close again after it asked shaking the food. The better way to do is remove the rubber to close it properly.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our Users1 year later we are still using this almost every day
Our Ninja foodi is now 1 year old and we still use it almost every day, our oven hasn’t been used in weeks. We originally bought this for the reduced electricity consumption relative to the oven but we keep using it because we have found pressure cooking to add so much flavour to food quickly without being high maintenance. We regularly cook pasta bolognese and risotto type dishes and you can essentially chuck things in, saute for a few minutes then pressure cook until complete, it’s just so efficient for a family of 4.

Only downside is we are on our second pot already and the replacements from ninja aren’t in stock very often but to consider how often it’s used this isn’t such a surprise.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersSo economical
We’ve had this Ninja Foodie 15 in 1 smart lid multi cooker 7.5 litre for several weeks now and it is simply brilliant. We’ve used all the settings and methods of cooking with it and the results are fantastic. For example we cooked an entire Sunday dinner of roast chicken, roast potatoes and veg for the super low price of ten pence of electricity. We baked a wonderful loaf of bread including proving for eight pence. Indian curry from scratch with steamed basmati rice five pence. In short it is fantastically economical to use not to mention the heath benefits of not using a load of cooking oil. Since we’ve had an air fryer we haven’t used the oven at all and only very occasionally use the hob. Getting your head round the different method of cooking is a bit of a bind but once you’ve got it it’s easy.
I would recommend everyone to get an air fryer their a great bit of kit.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersBrilliant!!!!
I wasn’t expecting to like this so much! In 2 weeks I have tried about 50% of the functions and they are pretty good. As a baker of bread I was particularly interested in the bread functions. The Steam Bread made the best sourdough I have ever made, and I used the Prove function using traditional Banneton with no issues. I tried a steam meal yesterday. New pots, veg and chicken perfectly cooked. Although there was no exact recipe for this, you can work it out from the info provided. Air fry perfect, i have done chips, HM pizza, chimichangers etc. Love the pressure cook for my Mexican bean salsa and chicken for burrito…so much time saved. I am actually looking at other recipes to use the PC, I think it will be good. Yogurt next., and maybe try dehydrate on some fruit. Only gripe? No proper recipe book out there. Come on Ninja!!!

Resisted buying one for a while and when I did buy this was scared to use it but once I started to use it I now use it daily. It’s amazing I love the fact you can walk away and leave it cook and even if you get carried away watching a program or something when the timer is finished it stops cooking and your food is still warm when you get it . Very useful if you have teenagers who want quick meals they can easily put chicken tenders , chips , fish and cook themselves because it’s so easy to follow. I tried the lemon , garlic, rosemary recipe which turned out fantastic. Love it so much I bought this one as my 2nd in the prime sale as it was such a good offer and I don’t want to be without one if something happens to my other one

Love this product. Made root veg, potatoes, mixed peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and lamb steaks in 15 minutes and a delicious sauce with the stock!

This item comes with lots of instructions, recipes and quick ‘how to’ guides. More recipes are available online.

The versatility of this machine is amazing. Also less cooking time means less energy use.

All internal cooking components are easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

    A very happy customer!

I love the Ninja 15 in 1. I’ve cooked chicken several time using the Roast/Steam with the temp probe inserted into the chicken breast. The chicken come out succulent & moist while cooking the potatoes at the same time. It’s also very cost effective to run compared to an oven.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our Users5.0 out of 5 stars I love it, cooker is hardly ever used
This is my 2nd Air fryer, I have a Ninja dual already but wanted the option to have a pressure cooker so I opted for this one as well.
Between both of them, they’ve basically replaced our cooker that hardly gets used these days.

It’s very easy to use, just slide the lock over to get to the different options like pressure cooking and steam air fry and then select time, temperature etc and press go.

It takes a little while to build pressure up but cooks very quickly once it has built pressure up.

I would recommend this to anyone.

It’s a beast. You need a lot of counter space for it. The picture is of the Ninja next to a 3.2L air fryer, so you can get an idea of the size.

It’s a cracking piece of kit. It will bake, roast, pressure cook, steam, air fry, fry, dehydrate, etc. etc. Since buying this, I’d say that the use of our conventional oven has reduced by well over 50%. Everything in it, bar the inside of the lid, is very easy to clean. The heating element in the lid is not that easy to deal with and it does get dirty, though that seems not to have interfered with its functionality.

Overall, I’d heartily recommend it – if you have the countertop space.

This is a fantastic product, easy to use and in so time saving not having to wait on an oven to heating up ! Cannot see myself without it moving forward , we’ve even taken it camping with us .

Looks like CP3O sat on the worktop , but very sleek looking

The 15 in once is great buy , I no longer need individual cooking equipment such as : slow cooker , rice cooker, pressure cooker and air fryer , even my oven and pans have become redundant since purchasing my ninja. So much more space saving I love it !

Good stuff altogther, very well build. The only thing missing is stainless steel pot (in lieu of factory ceramic pot.) It is still OK, but it is obviously not a real thing. I will be upgrading to stainless steel pot. It is versatile as one can both fry/roast and steam fry/roast. Somewhat diffrent outcome with each option. I don’t see a point of presseure cooking with it, but this function is still very useful to help clean the thing periodicly. I’m not much of a chef, I guess someone with more cooking swag can squezze much more from i

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our Users5.0 out of 5 stars Bought when our oven stopped working
Our oven stopped working and after a few weeks managing with just a hob, we bought this as an interim measure. We still haven’t used all the features, but it is great as a pressure cooker, air fryer and steamer. We’ve tried some of the hybrid modes and they all seem to work well.
We already had one pressure cooker and found it so useful that we had been planning on getting a second one anyway – so that we can cook meals with more than one when necessary.
The slow cooker mode works better than on some multi-cookers as it has a range of heat settings. The auto pressure relase is useful too as it means it is one less thing to remember to do. Would definitely recomend – particularly if you are used to a simple pressure cooker and looking for something more advanced with additional features.

It’s not small, but after throwing out our old pressure cooker and our old slow cooker, there is plenty of room for this. It cooks super fast and uses less electricity to do it, the timer means you get consistent results every time, how did we manage without this?! Pressure cook is ace, air fry is ace, slow cook is ace, dehydrate is ace and cleaning is easy, I can’t think of anything I would change, we love it!

After hearing lots of people saying these are good I decided to buy one. Not just good. They are brilliant and with a little bit trial and error I use it to cook so much. Saves me lots of money with not having to put my oven on. This NINJA does it all. It has helped me in lots of ways. I am just cooking for me and not the whole family. So lots less wasted food. Very quick and simple to use.

I have not used my conventional oven since I purchased this Ninja foodi max.
My other half, never like’s me cooking chicken, he say’s it’s always dry, no more complaint’s with this, cook’s to perfection, with the built in thermometer.
I have used every function, apart from steam bread, prove and dehydrate.
I have cooked roast lamb and potatoes, slow cooked stews, made gravy, soup, potatoes for mashing in the pressure cooker (perfect)
The other night I had forgot to put braising steak in the slow cooker for tea, I set it to pressure and 45 minutes later, really nice meal on the table.
I do have one complaint, in the bottom of the main pot, are some bit’s of the coating coming off, not much and I only use silicone utensils, so I will be keeping an eye on that.
But saying that, I would recommend this product, it’s so good.

One of my hobbies is cooking, but not really needing or wanting to save any time doing it, I didn’t really consider having a multi-cooker would make a whole lot of difference to my life and being a vegetarian for almost 40 years, I saw no real use for it- but hey, I’m a pushover for kitchen gadgets and everyone was saying how good Ninja’s are …so here it is…
Lets say it’s far, far more than a mere gadget though. And it DOES take some getting used to. But it’s arguably the BEST kitchen appliance I’ve ever had! It does everything we need and I find myself experimenting and creating unusual dishes from experience and growing confidence. I WOULD say this – 1: don’t be daunted by how complicated it first appears when unboxing the item.
2: Be prepared to get a few frustrating ‘hit & misses’ before you master cooking with it.
3: Try not to become a faithful slave buying expensive specialist multi-cooker recipe books as if they’re some kind of magic bible you’ll need to use your Ninja succesfully. Hunt in charity shops for cook books, they can ALL be adapted easily for your Ninja as your skills develop.
4: DON’T BE AFRAID OF EXPERIMENTING!
…..Have fun, it’s going to change how you cook AND save time, too xxx

I bought this because I convinced myself I “needed” an air fryer, and whilst it’s great for that (chips, wedges, breaded chicken etc), I find myself using the pressure cooking and bake functions just as much.

It really is a fantastically versatile piece of equipment. It’s chunky tho! I’d recommended trying to view one in a shop before you commit to the purchase if you’re worried about the space. It’s heavy as well, you wouldn’t really want to be taking it on and out of a cupboard every time you want to use it.

For me, the key differential with this product is the range of use.
Being able to saut bacon, onion, mince in the pot, put in tomatoes, stock and pasta – pressure cook for 5 mins (including about a 6 min “come up to pressure” and then ~5mins pressure release at the end) for a rich pasta bolognaise in the same pot is awesome. Same applies for stews. Slow cook beef falling apart in 30-40mins.

It’s quite daunting at first but I’d recommend joining the various Facebook groups and just getting stuck in.

Bought as a present. Still experimenting but overall we really like it. Not the easiest to clean though. The removable pot is fine as its non-stick. Cleaning splashes from the heating element in the lid and behind it is not the easiest and the dreaded silicon ring is an absolute pig to get back in. We just give it a good wipe in situ most of the time.

Good gadget but is quite large and so need to have some space. Lid opens up so needs some clearance. Takes air of getting used to and need to do a lot of trials to see what works. Chicken and wings are done very well on Airfry. Also has pressure cooker function. If you want just air fryer then the pull out air fryer might be better. This one has more functions and is a little more complicated.

What a brilliant bit of kit. Replaced numerous bench hoggers ( slow cooker, fryer etc). We were wary as we’d had a halogen oven years ago and it never really seemed to cook food nicely – either raw in the middle or so dried out
A few friends already were converts and as we had a little spare money we went for the 15 in 1. It’s fantastic we especially love the potato wedges ( I pressure cook for a few mins then air fry) and the ability to fry/ sear meat directly in the pot saves time and washing up.
We’re eating healthier and saving electric too plus not having to stand over the hob is a godsend ( bad back) Just set it away and a shake now and then if needed then perfect results every time we’ve used it. It’s also very stable even with the heavy lid open
There’s only one drawback I can think of although it doesn’t affect us is the height, I can imagine if you’re less than about 5’4″ you may need a step to stir ingredients safely and avoid catching your hand on the sides

This has been on my wishlist for quite a long time, admittedly I decided I really couldn’t stretch to the 14 max one at a 100 more then the 11 in 1, and waited until this 1 was on offer. I do live alone, and I normally buy enough to cook for quite a few days, simply as I then freeze what I cook, and use it on the days I’m at work.
I’m glad I got a recipe book with this as it made me see what it can really do, and I’ve been baking anything from par-backed rolls with soft boiled eggs in ramekins in the morning, to green thai curry with jasmine rice, to baking carrot cake in it, and to tell the truth who needs to order out at anytime when you have one of these! The food is so much nicer then the normally way of cooking.

Pretty new to product but have managed to cook meals for my family enough for 5/6 people. I would be doubtful it could cater a meal for any more. Could manage one ingredient to feed more e.g. potatoes for a lot more or cook just the meat, veg for more individually. I have also managed to cook a med whole chicken just under 4lb, anything bigger not sure ifit would work, have not tried yet. But medium chicken using the temp pribe was lovely, moist and tasty, cooked potato and veg for 4 under the chicken in stock using steam roast. All was cooked and ready to eat in around 40 minutes. Doing chips I have found I need to keep it to smaller quantities and shake them frequently to get a nice crisp chip. But they were lovely. Still experimenting, going to try to bake banana bread today.
Overall I am really happy , enjoying the product and looking forward to creating more family meals. My grown up children live it as they can whip up something quick to eat, individual portion for themselves all in one pot.
It takes a little getting used to, I was a little fearful at 1st, but jumped in and soon got the hang of it. Would highly recommend saves time and energy with the bonus less saucepans and it is so easy to clean.
Only downside is room to store all the bits and pieces when not in use. I purchased an extra set for trying baking.

I have been hankering after a Ninja foodi for months and when the price was exceptionally good after Christmas I purchased the 11 in 1. I am a very experienced cook and for the most part I’m absolutely delighted with the versatility and ease of use of this cooker. It is quite large so do make sure you have room to keep it on a work surface without cupboards overhead so that you can open it easily. I have tested all the functions and almost all have produced lovely food. For example succulent roast chicken in half the time and so many other successful recipes. My one problem is cooking rare roast beef. I have always seared this in a frying pan and cooked it in my halogen oven on 80 degrees for about two hours. Amazing beef always. I have tried twice now to replicate that in the Ninja and don’t think I’ll try again. It’s not possible to set the temperature low enough. However – this is a very energy efficient and much welcomed addition to my kitche

Golden Review Award: 66 From Our UsersVersatile but no replacement for an ove
I’ve had my 15-in-1 a while now and I’m still getting used to it & discovering new things to cook in it.
I like it, really I do – it’s versatile and a handy thing which can help reduce cooking time and therefore reduce energy consumption, which can only be a good thing.
BUT ( yes, there is a “but” ) handy and versatile though this is, in my case it can never be a complete replacement for an oven.

    Here’s why:

There are times when – even cooking a family meal – the capacity of the Ninja is a problem.
Okay so it will cook my joint and maybe faster too, but I can’t cook my roasted veg, roast spuds AND Yorkies at the same time ( or in quick enough sucession).
Before someone says “Yes you can” – well maybe you can, but not the way I like mine cooked.
Added to that, either my meat cools too much before serving while the rest cooks or I have to cook things how I didn’t want them cooking, and on top of that any potential energy saving is reduced by cooking in the Ninja for longer to cook the different parts of the meal. And there’s nowhere to keep things warm like there is in my oven.
I can’t cook layers of cakes at the same time.
Nor can I cook two large pizzas and a tray of onion rings and/or fries like I can in a regular oven.
Those are just a few examples of why I still couldn’t manage withoutmy oven.

    Otherwise it’s great.
My gammon joint for example turned out lovely, and I’d forgotten how useful a pressure cooker can be & this Ninja combines that with other methods of cooking too for added versatility.
A “quick” sponge turns out great as do many other things like chicken tikka or even heating a pie instead of microwaving it.

But for me, handy and versatile though this Ninja is, it might be a great addition to the kitchen and it will undoubtedly get used very regularly but it just can’t replace my oven.

That’s my experience although I recognize that individual needs differ.

Golden Review Award: 37 From Our Users5.0 out of 5 stars I am a woman obsessed!
OMG I lurve this gadget, my oven is now crying as it has been made redundant (except for baking cakes and such like) but that being said, I will give the Ninja foodi Smart lid a whirl for baking cakes very soon.
I was hyper sceptical and looked at it with a little disdain, when it first arrived (very early btw by at least 2 weeks). I did not want to be drawn into the hype BUT with my upcoming refurbishment work to be carried out in my home, I certainly do not want to rely on takeaways so the Foodi was seen as the cost effective and healthier way forward.

With the cost of living crisis this year etc, we also wanted to cut down on energy costs and we decided to have a Ninja foodi Xmas – the four of us.

    Well…I say…

We brined the turkey the night before and cooked that bird in the Ninja Foodi and to my surprise it came out juicy, succulent and cooked with crispy skin – who knew??? We did the veg both steamed and roasted and the potatoes…Mmmm the potatoes.

Anyway this is a very versatile piece of kit and it does so much with a variety of steaming, cooking baking, sous vide functions and works very well. The down side is for a small family of 4 like mine it’s good but if you were to host a small party or a larger family you’d have to cook in batches. Another issue is do not follow recipe timings to the letter use your discretion/instinct and the thermometer when applicable to ensure your food is cooked through as this air fryer is powerful and can easily over cook you food. Hasn’t happened yet but I am mindful.

Well done Ninja Foodie Smarlid… I like what you do and am looking forward to a long and tasty union.

    Important purchase in current times
Had it for two weeks now and after purchasing (vital!) a Ninja Foodi cookbook am now getting the best out of the machine. Made a full roast chicken dinner yesterday in an hour and it was delicious! Chips are easy and take 12 minutes. My oven is likely to become obsolete.

I’m a sucker for a kitchen gizmo, but this is on another level. I haven’t used my oven in the months that I’ve had it, and only occasionally use the hob and/or microwave. It is fast, much quieter than the Tefal actifry, and I’ve been able to get rid of three (maybe even four, once I’ve tried the dehydrator) appliances so more space.

I’ve made bread, lasagne, vegan fish, chips and peas, pizza, quiche, kale crisps, mango and coconut cake, pasta with garlic bread, the list goes on…

Take the plunge, you’ll be glad you did.

Mine was the 14 in 1, not sure why it’s coming up as 12 in 1…

The best thing ever! it saves so much time and is more energy efficient than using my oven every day.
I would say that I found it a little difficult learning the different modes of cooking, but that’s probably more to do with my age, getting a recipe book certainly helped. The Ninja cooks food perfectly, from perfectly crisped bacon and hunters chicken to cauliflower cheese, and its so easy to clean.
One small downside is quite noisy, but I have mine permanently position in the utility room where it can hum, hiss and beep to its hearts content.
