Comfortable and secure strap , easy to put on and doesn’t slip down .
I only walk with it but for my needs it is perfect , recommend to other buyers.
The product looks and feels good, but wearing it and exercising for a while, the side of it will flip from vertical to horizontal and could be quite uncomfortable.

This is a Christmas present for the old man so not sure if it does the job yet but it’s exactly what he’s been looking for so I’m hoping it does. 62 year old builder with a bust up knee, he’s been looking for a slim one to help and get closer to the area as is knee pad is leaving his skin raw and just not firm enough. Was a great find, happy with the look and quality, packaged really well and arrived in good time. Very happy customer just hope it helps the old man out.
These straps are very comfortable and they do the job in terms of supporting the knee and reducing any pain. The material is quality and sturdy. They actually got a little muddy after my daughter used them whilst playing a football match. They washed up great and look just as new.

Have recently started suffering from tendonitis, I work in catering, therefore on my feet constantly, I have found this a great support so I am able to withstand a full shift with no problem from my knee.

Above is based on a very limited time span, however these are my first impressions
I have suffered knee pain for two years and have taken a lot of painkillers in that time, nothing really helped until now the tendon knee strap has been amazing. I have been able to walk around in comfort shopping, playing with my grandchildren almost totally pain free. It’s comfortable to wear and almost invisible under under my jeans. Wonderful product and great value for money, it’s great to have my life back.
I’m just amazed at how good this is.
In fact I’ve only taken it off to shower since it was delivered.
Final test will be when I golf with it on but it was miles better than the knee bandage in the gym and I forget it was on most of the time , especially when walking.
I don’t really know how it works but it certainly does, and even takes away any knee ache during the night – wish I’d bought one years ago when I first started getting knee trouble.

I bought this having used a much larger bulkier support previously, in the hope that it could provide similar support and comfort…and it does. I have severe osteo arthritis in my left knee and this is a great help, and it fits comfortably under my jeans!
Wow! I’m so impressed with this product. I really didn’t expect them to work as well as they did.
I recently started horse riding after years of not doing it and I experienced horrendous pain in both my knees on the outside of the knee. To the point I could hardly manage to trot, I would lose all strength in my legs as a result of the pain. I honestly didn’t think I would be able to keep riding. Well these have completely changed that. The pain I once had is non existent now! I highly recommend! Thank you so much for these supports! It’s amazing that something so simple can work so well.
I am very pleased with these supports being a 67 year old woman with R A I find it hard to go up and downstairs having worn these I now find it much much easier to do this now I wear them all day and take them off to go to bed but the effects last right through the night and my knees are not stiff in the morning anymore who would have thought that a small band wrapped around the knee could relieve so much discomfort so are they beneficial I would say yes I love them
When I saw these I didn’t think they would work for me. How wrong was I? They are softer than I expected and therefore comfortable to wear. They are fairly small so unobtrusive, not like some clunking great knee straps I have tried before. But best if all, they give me so much pain relief. I can walk for longer spells without sitting. I am very happy with these and can recommend .

I have arthritis in my Patella. Hate wearing the large knee supports as even in the winter i am soaking undeneath the bandage. Most uncomfortable!!
I was looking for something that would support my Patella , but would be more comfortable, thus i would actually use it. This did so!!
I used the support as,I jarred my knee recently. I don’t really think the strap is going to make much difference because maybe I’ve damaged the knee in some way. Possibly will need medical advice. However, I’m sure these straps can help in a lot of cases and I shall definitely be keeping them for any future use.
These are great I was used to using the bigger full knee straps and wraps When playing sport but I’m doing a bit more hiking and don’t find those practical for all day use.
I tore my MCL a few years ago and allthough the knee is fine it does get noticeably sore and tired before the other. These have been great there small comfortable and offer great support had to adjust a little the first few times to get perfect but after that they have been great highly recommend.
I’m not sure about these.
I don’t feel they really did anything on my long run so the next time I did a long I didn’t wear them. However, as I’m currently coaching a c25k group I had to do a double run that day so put them on for the second. It was here that I did feel the support from them.
So basically not sure they do a great deal if you don’t have an issue, but on tired legs they really help.

Brought this to support my knees after I twisted one playing badminton. Comfortable and easy. I feel safer wearing these and confident in moving. Knees are healing with the support they give.
I have found these comfortable to wear even for long periods. They seem to give better support and reduce the pain. Quick and easy to take on and off.
Brought these As replacements for my other knee straps, I have suffered with tendinitis in my knees for several years and these straps do help. These straps are softer than others I have previously had they have a spongy part that sits just under the patella, I have only used these for walking and they work for that purpose. I am very pleased with them from that point of view however if you are going to use them for the gym think about what you need, I have muscular calves so would not say I have a normal sized lower leg and because the padding is lovely and spongy I can not get them tight enough to help with squats at the gym. The physio room do a strap that Velcro’s all the way around and you can tighten them right up to prevent the tendon expanding, but these are still very good straps that help you keep moving and reduces pain on those days you just don’t need i
I did not think this would work, but it does, been weight training for 26 years and my knees started to get sore in the gym and afterwards, put these on an hour before I went to the gym and the difference was amazing 90% of the pain went and I have been able to train legs properly again, you do have to adjust them a bit and they need to be tight, but they definitely work. Wish I got them before, the only niggle is the plastic clip on the sides sometimes nips your skin. But apart from that definitely recommend, they look tiny compared to other knee supports but they are so much bette

Having two bad knees for years, I’ve been in a lot of pain and now doing a job carry stock up stairs really put pressure on my knees. Since I started using this product I haven’t had any pain at all while working. I’ve tried different amounts of supports but these are by far the best and at a great price too!

I have rheumatoid arthritis and degeneration of my knee cap . I struggle exercising, going up and down stairs and pressing the clutch down in my car . I have had these 3 days – wow massive difference. Did an exercise class and everything else with very little pain . Obviously it won’t cure my arthritis and pain but I can now do everyday things pretty much pain free . Definitely worth a try .

I actually cannot believe it works. I’m due to have knee surgery, which at 50 did not want to commit to yet. I tried this product and physically cannot believe the pain relief it has given me. I cannot recommend it enough
I am a long distance walker and was suffering from knee strain and pain on the outer side of each knee. At one point I could hardly walk and feared my walking days were to become short distance hobbling days. The physio advised a series of exercises to be completed twice per day which certainly proved effective after 10 days though still some pain at that point particularly on the right knee. I was also advised this particular type of knee strap. As soon as I put on the knee straps the support and niggles disappeared – amazing. I completed the 3 Yorkshire Peaks with the knee straps and they, coupled with the exercises did the trick. I would advise checking out your problem with a physio as so many different kinds of straps but for my problem – common to long distance walkers and runners – these straps are amazing. The delivery service was also excellent. I would certainly recommend them.
i have tried various reliefs for arthritis in the knee and so far its been one of the best. not total relief but when you have my pain you are grateful for help. would i recommend it to others…absolutely !
I was skeptical about this product – but wow!! I’ve seen a marked improvement in my knee pain and to be supplied with two knee support’s was good value for money.
I was really surprised how much these supports helped. I have arthritis in my knee so I was a sceptical how much they could help me however what a massive difference these have made its been amazing I couldn’t recommend them enough.
I’ve been using these straps for almost a week now & so far so good. Much better than using a enclosed knee support which made my knee become sweaty, itchy and uncomfortable.

These have stopped the pain that my partner suffers with his knees he’s tried a few different knee supports without success but these patella knee supports are comfortable and he’s very pleased with them and would recommend them.
Good product for day to day use and light exercise! I find the plastic loop clip rotates when squating/leg press, so digs in to my knee, but of fiddling after every set, to stop it digging in! Though day to day use helps relieve some of the pain in my knee helps has previous I jury was a torn mcl!
My husband suffers terribly with knee pain due to arthritis also my brother in law. These work great and they both say what a difference these make. They really ease the pain. They said because The Patella isn’t moving as these straps push The patella back up into the proper place where your muscles and tendons should be so muscles and tendons are not being pulled down . So bought them for my brother in law too.
Received earlier than expected, product sent exactly as advertised too early to tell if any improvement in knee condition but fingers crossed it’s as good as shown on the adverts.
I initially tried these patella knee straps just around the house and climbing the steps around the garden. Immediately I felt a difference, the knee felt supported and the twinges seem to have gone away. I use them now for football and other sports and found them supportive, they don’t move about and my knees have felt a lot better after football. As someone else mentioned all you need to worry about is making sure the velcro straps a lined up so that they don’t rub when you’re bending/running.

I even saw my doctor who recommended a pain relief injection but of course there is awaiting list to have one. I came across these Bodyprox knee straps and they came as a pair which was great for me. I received these very quickly I put them on which was very easy and within a short while the pain started to recede in the knees I was able to walk without my stick, and after a few days I was walking better and today I managed to walk about 4 miles pain free. Bought for help walking whilst on holiday, not for any sporting activities, and at the moment its helping me walking distance and climbing stairs.
The bodyorox service has to be commended. The product arrived on time and they took the time and effort to email me regarding the product.
The straps are comfortable and fit well. They stick like glue so there not catching/sticking to your tracksuit bottoms or trousers.
The reason I bought these was to relieve tendinitis when playing football and kick boxing. Unfortunately, for me they didt work because I experienced pain. That said I have chronic tendinitis in the left knee.
Gym work they worked a treat great relief when squatting and leg extensions.
I explained this to bodyprox who kindly sent me the single leg strap. This I can boast did the trick for kicking football so highly recommended this strap.
Having suffered for years with painful knees for years following various football related injuries I was skeptical that these supports would do the job but thought it worth a go for 13 quid. I have to say that my initial reaction is that they’re pretty great. I’ve used them for training and for the odd game of cricket so far but the reduction in discomfort afterwards is noticeable and they’re far less bulky and so more comfortable than full knee supports that I’ve worn in the past. They now have a permanent place in my kit bag.
You do not know you are wearing them. Feel so much better (no pain) after an hour in the hills.
Unfortunately I can not review it as the item was bought for my husband to use when he is able to walk again, hopefully in the near future.
Bought the straps to provide support and pain relief for my arthritic knees comfortable, easy to put on and adjust , wear all day without noticing but have provided as much support if not more than the more awkward and traditional large knee supports. Excellent.
This is much better than compression knee sleeves I’ve had before and they stay as well
I have played golf for 63 years. Recently I have been wearing the elasticated supports with a hole at the knee. .Although effective, they do cause sweating and slight discomfort towards the end of the round. I wore my new Knee straps on Tues, One of the hottest days of the year. I was barely conscious that I was wearing any support at all and they were very efficient in lending the required support to my knees. I would highly recommend this product.

I’ve had problems with my knees for a while now. These are great. I have less pain and can walk better without limping badly.
I had a ICL, ACL and partial meniscotomy 15 years ago, and have all sorts of issues with my knee since. Preventing regular exercise and on occasion climbing stairs. On trying other full strap knee supports, I had a limited success in gaining back a range of movement, my knee regained some strength.
However, putting this little support on has changed EVERYTHING! I played a full 90minutes of football, and am now running a distance, and stairs are no longer an issue. I no longer suffer from excruciating pain, although since running I experience the normal stresses and strains you’d expect from that……. Cannot fault this product, it works a treat for me.

Finally after searching for something to take knee pain away we found these. Both me and my husband have agreed they are a godsend as our knees, although they have pain, it is now totally bearable. I would recommend these instead of full knee braces or strapping. The delivery was very swift and customer service was great.

Very comfortable and it works without me realising. Notice more when I’m not wearing it. It’s not a cure for my rheumatoid arthritis but it means I can walk without a stick.
I really like it! My knee starts hurting when I lift too much weight in the gym or when I do long hikings. I bought these supports because I’d do snowdon. I couldn’t have done it without the support. They’re adjustable so you can make it tighter or loose. I don’t think they are uncomfortable at all.

These arrived today and put them on immediately. I’d had a very difficult day with my knees in huge pain and I’m walk like a snail. Coming down steps was a big concern. The minute I put these on, my knees felt secure and within mins of walking carefully in the garden, the difference was incredible. The pain is far less and the security of walking….well it’s amazing. Yes it does mean wearing trousers all the time to work but who cares. I am totally happy.
I’ve worn big knee support straps on both knees (about 8″ wide with a hole in the middle for your kneecap) when running to try prevent knee ache basically caused when your patella moves/vibrates when running, without too much success. I’ve just run 13 miles today with a knee strap, virtually pain free. I’d say these are well worth the money and work really do work.
Bought this for my mother, and she’s pleased with it.
It’s being used to help her walk, and with this, well, she’s cretainly moving a lot better, not perfectly, but better.

Use this on long hikes when the knees start to get tired, they provide nice support, especially going downhill. Compact and light, ideal for backpacking.
Excellent knee support and very comfy. I previously had one with velcro which was uncomfortable, but you cant feel the strap behind the knee at all, which is great. I walked 80km over 2 days and didn’t have an issue. Normally my knees would give up after 20km. Highly recommend
Good piece of kit. Bit bulky around the sides as they are to pieces that velcro together (previous ones were one piece). Still this perhaps gives better fit.
The physiotherapist advised me to buy this item form my daughter to reduce her knee pain during training. . She said it does help a lot.

I recently started suffering from runners knee and decided to give these a try. I didn’t hold out much hope but used them for the first time today on a park run. I ran the 5k pain free. The strap was comfortable and gave me confidence whilst running. Early days indeed but very impressed.
Going for a run normally leaves my knee feeling like it’s been kicked by a mule, but these bad boys help me run (jog really) like I did before rugby took its tole! Easy to use & don’t look like robocop every time I need support! Get some!

I didn’t think these narrow, knee straps would help as much as other types of supports but as they looked less cumbersome I thought I’d give them a try.
