Good for pattelar tendinopathy
Relieves a bit the pain in my frontal tibiali tendon, but constricts a bit the blood and lymph flow- so not a good idea to wear it for extended periods of time.
Help big time while waiting for a knee replaceme
Waiting for a knee replacement but has been postponed because of Corona virus, after trying many types of knee supports that didn’t help, thought I’d try these straps, they are not a cure but they have definitely helped, my knee feels more secure and when bending down is not cracking as much so less pain. I am elderly and had a sore knee. I bought an elasticated knee support. It felt too tight and rucked up behind the knee.
I saw the strap advertised and I had my doubts and could not imagine it helping me. I was wrong it felt better as soon as I put it on.

I have to say that I couldn’t see how these could make much of a difference to my knee problem so had quite low expectations when I ordered them. The other types of knee supports I’d tried had been somewhat disappointing.
I’ve hesitated to write a review because I could hardly believe how effective they’ve been in relieving the pain. I have now been able to even have a few outings with little problems either during or after the walks. Considering that I was struggling to even walk around the house these have really amazed me.

Well worth the money
I find these so comfortable i use them every time i am on a 12 hour shift..(pretty much every day) , helps when have to be on my feet for a long time, or i have to go down lots of stairs…would definitely recommend to anyone who has painful knees.

Has stopped my runners knee
Bought as started to run and was getting pain around and behind knees, had a search and found these. They work well and support knees as shown, comfortable to wear and prevents knee pain.
They’re Working so far!
I’ve gone on 3 runs since buying these and they’re really helping with my patella tendon pain, knees feel super supported. I’ve never had knee pain before and these are alleviating any fears that I won’t be able to run in the same way again. It’s early days but so far so good!
Worth a try
I have only just started using the knee support, but having over stretched my knee climbing a mountain last Autumn, I wanted to be able to carry on doing exercise and walks while it gradually gets better. This knee support is a lot more comfortable than the elasticated knee sock type thing, which never fit my little short legs. So far it seems promising, it stabilises that slightly loose clicky feeling you get with wear and tear to your knees. Aiming to road test it on some hills very soon!

Great product, size is slightly big though
These are any excellent product. I had the tendon injury for a few days and wanted to carry on running but it was to painful. I ordered these, the size is slightly big so wore over tracksuit bottoms, and it eliminated the pain and I have carries on using them.

Perfect!ideal when exercising or skiing as they stay in place unlike the usual knee supports used in the past. They used to rouche and fold back on themselves which caused friction on the skin resulting in blistered, sore, broken skin.

Genuinely pleased and relieved that these work
Colour me sceptical but my fingers had hovered over the keyboard several times but I’d not been convinced to buy patella straps. Then a colleague who also suffers with arthritis pain in the knee joints recommended them. Can’t recommend these enough. Honestly amazed at how little discomfort I have in my knees now.
Excellent support for the knees
I have tried several other knee supports and this one is the most comfortable and allows me to run and exercise without the pain.
Im 28 and suffer from patella tendonitis quite badly. I’ve got to a stage where I cannot even run a few feet unsupported without being in quite some discomfort and simply getting up, kneeling down, walking up stairs etc can cause quite some pain.
These supports however have worked wonders. They simply keep pressure on the patella tendon below the kneecap, enough so that inflammation and pain is reduced during exercise. With them, I’m at least able to take part in weekly 5 aside matches.
They’re not a miracle cure, and I still suffer for a few days after strenuous activity (impact sports, running etc). However, they’ve helped me manage the problem and reduce pain/ inflammation to a point where I can have some sort of quality exercise.
Good fit, comfortable and doesn’t show under straight leg trousers for women.

Much better than the first purchase from a different company. Your Patella knee Supports is very much more comfortable and more effective in relieving pain in my knees. I wear them almost 24/7. I particularly like the longer length of velcro on the straps to make them tighter.

Love these knee straps. I can walk, pain free, all day wearing them. Yet they are so light, I forget I’ve got them on. Definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The product looks and feels good, but wearing it and exercising for a while, the side of it will flip from vertical to horizontal and could be quite uncomfortable.

Good support, good quality
Good quality and do make all the difference. Used them to hike Mount Toubkal and they really supported my knees. Only downside, they bruised the back of my knees as I had to wear them all day as we were covering 8 hours a day hiking.

This is a Christmas present for the old man so not sure if it does the job yet but it’s exactly what he’s been looking for so I’m hoping it does. 62 year old builder with a bust up knee, he’s been looking for a slim one to help and get closer to the area as is knee pad is leaving his skin raw and just not firm enough. Was a great find, happy with the look and quality, packaged really well and arrived in good time. Very happy customer just hope it helps the old man out.

I bought these in the hope they would ease a little of the pain I have in my knee, I am happy to say they are far better than I thought. When out dog walking I have virtually no pain at all on walking. I’m hoping to take to running again soon! Wearing the support of course.
I brought these as I was going away and my Arthritis was playing up and I had damaged my left knee a few weeks before, so my right knee needed surport as that was gonna take most of my weight as I have Arthritis in that knee to, in my left it’s grade 4 runners knee and right knee grade 3. I managed to dance and walk more comfortably I really noticed the difference straight away, there easy to put on which is a plus as I can’t bend far when sitting, I wore them for 3 plus hours a night and about 2 hours in the day as I didn’t go out for long periods. I was even asked by another guest what they was and did they work, I was honest and said so far all plus points as he to had arthritis and was a roofer in the end I gave him the link as he wanted to try them, I really noticed the difference when I removed them so I would highly recommend these for Arthritis, runners knee injury, also patella condition as I have that to, there small and easy to use and can be carryed in your pocket if only needed at certain times. The price was fantastic to.
Great straps and great value!
These straps are very comfortable and they do the job in terms of supporting the knee and reducing any pain. The material is quality and sturdy. They actually got a little muddy after my daughter used them whilst playing a football match. They washed up great and look just as new.

Have used these 3 times & so far have alleviated the uncomfortable feeling I get in my knees when I’ve done certain exercises, usually squats and deadlifts. Easily adjustable and comfortable to wear.

I bought two of these knee supports, one for my husband as he is beginning to suffer with knee pain when climbing upstairs or getting up from a kneeling position, and one for me to support my knee replacement. My husband finds it of little or no help at all, and consequently doesn’t use it. I find it of enormous help with the discomfort in my knee and am definitely more agile when wearing it.

Comfort at last!
Have recently started suffering from tendonitis, I work in catering, therefore on my feet constantly, I have found this a great support so I am able to withstand a full shift with no problem from my knee.

Wonderful product.
I have suffered knee pain for two years and have taken a lot of painkillers in that time, nothing really helped until now the tendon knee strap has been amazing. I have been able to walk around in comfort shopping, playing with my grandchildren almost totally pain free. It’s comfortable to wear and almost invisible under under my jeans. Wonderful product and great value for money, it’s great to have my life back.
Works a trea
I’m just amazed at how good this is.
In fact I’ve only taken it off to shower since it was delivered.
Final test will be when I golf with it on but it was miles better than the knee bandage in the gym and I forget it was on most of the time , especially when walking.
I don’t really know how it works but it certainly does, and even takes away any knee ache during the night – wish I’d bought one years ago when I first started getting knee trouble.

I bought this having used a much larger bulkier support previously, in the hope that it could provide similar support and comfort…and it does. I have severe osteo arthritis in my left knee and this is a great help, and it fits comfortably under my jeans!
The Patella Tendon Knee Strap appears to be working for me.
I have only been using the Patella Tendon Knee Strap for two days and it seams to be working quite well as the pain in my knee is greatly reduced when walking. It stays in position very well all day it did become slightly uncomfortable after eight hours continuous wearing but this is only to be expected and is much better than any other knee support I have used in the past. It fit unobtrusively under my trousers. I would have liked some fitting instructions in the box as I am not sure exactly which is the best position to suit my particular condition, so some trial and error will be required.

Helped me walk
I did damage to my patella. Couldn’t put my foot to the ground. I did some research and found these. Now I dont feel confident without it. Wore it all day and for the first night as I was reluctant to take it off cause of the pain. The swelling went down after 48 hours and with wearing this an able to gradually walk better. I wouldn’t do without it. There was a lovely card off the sellers in package as well.
It works
My wife is using this knee support, and she says it is making a big difference when going up and down stairs as well as normal walking down to the shops which is quite steep. (Happiness is a wife with less complaints).

Wow! I’m so impressed with this product. I really didn’t expect them to work as well as they did.
I recently started horse riding after years of not doing it and I experienced horrendous pain in both my knees on the outside of the knee. To the point I could hardly manage to trot, I would lose all strength in my legs as a result of the pain. I honestly didn’t think I would be able to keep riding. Well these have completely changed that. The pain I once had is non existent now! I highly recommend! Thank you so much for these supports! It’s amazing that something so simple can work so well.
Walking without pain is a blessing
I am very pleased with these supports being a 67 year old woman with R A I find it hard to go up and downstairs having worn these I now find it much much easier to do this now I wear them all day and take them off to go to bed but the effects last right through the night and my knees are not stiff in the morning anymore who would have thought that a small band wrapped around the knee could relieve so much discomfort so are they beneficial I would say yes I love them
Comfortable supportive pain relief
When I saw these I didn’t think they would work for me. How wrong was I? They are softer than I expected and therefore comfortable to wear. They are fairly small so unobtrusive, not like some clunking great knee straps I have tried before. But best if all, they give me so much pain relief. I can walk for longer spells without sitting. I am very happy with these and can recommend .

To be honest I didn’t think they would help but thought it’s worth a try as I have OA. Now I wish I had got them months ago ! They have made such a difference with the pain in my knees and I can now get some sleep at night. They seem to give that extra support through the day, plus I’ve stop needing to take pain killing tablets as much. Very comfortable to wear and easily adjusted, plus I can wear them under trousers.

These help my knees. They don’t solve the issue but they do help. I do a lot of heavy lifting and bending with steels on in all weathers. The Velcro does become less effective over time. But 10 hours a day 5 days a week, what wouldn’t.

I’m not sure about these.
I don’t feel they really did anything on my long run so the next time I did a long I didn’t wear them. However, as I’m currently coaching a c25k group I had to do a double run that day so put them on for the second. It was here that I did feel the support from them.
So basically not sure they do a great deal if you don’t have an issue, but on tired legs they really help.
Wish I had of bought these soone
These are great I was used to using the bigger full knee straps and wraps When playing sport but I’m doing a bit more hiking and don’t find those practical for all day use.
I tore my MCL a few years ago and allthough the knee is fine it does get noticeably sore and tired before the other. These have been great there small comfortable and offer great support had to adjust a little the first few times to get perfect but after that they have been great highly recommend.

Easy to wear. Has reduced the pain and discomfort I feel in my knee when I run, climb stairs etc. Fast approaching 65 I wanted to complete a triathlon, the patella knee strap is enabling me to run 5km without restrictive pain; something I have struggled with in recent years.

I don’t normally write a review due to being lazy. This support is absolutely amazing… Admittedly I had to use a full knee support to get my knee comfortable before using, but once one the pain is gone.
I removed when I went to bed and woke up with the same pain before I used it… Full support to reduce the pain, then used this support.
So I will only take it off to shower or swim.
And I didn’t realise but I got 2.. Double bonus.

My patella knee straps help my knees feel better when walking by giving a support where the pain usually strikes. They do by the end of the day feel a bit painful around the back of my knee, and I like it when removed, but could be that they are badly placed.
Fussy nan loves them
I had these for my nan. She’s tried lots of things in the past, and absolutely loves these. She said she feels like she can walk further now, and has hardly any pain on the night time. She can be really fussy, so these must be really really good.

These are amazing. I am due a knee operation due to arthritis. My next step was physio to build up the muscle for the op. Put these on today and omg. I can walk, squat, bend to clean and stand up to do Day to day tasks. I really would recommend these. I am still in pain but feel like I have my life back.

Brought this to support my knees after I twisted one playing badminton. Comfortable and easy. I feel safer wearing these and confident in moving. Knees are healing with the support they give.
Good for Patella tendon damage.
I damaged my Patella tendon 2 months ago and I found it difficult to walk, since using the strap I find it supports my kneecap and I am able to walk further. The physio has advised me that the injury may take months to fully heal but I should try to keep mobile so I think the strap will help me to do that.
Very comfy and doesn't restrict moveme
I was a bit dubious at first as the design is small in comparison to the original knee support. However, In one day of wearing them I feel the difference & realise how they support the patellar. I also got the smaller design as I have a walking impediment & I didn’t want anything restricting movement.

I was very sceptical as to whether this would ease the pain in my knee joints. Was absolutely delighted with the effects. I’m in love. I have a few knee things going on because I’m a pratt who’s pushed through pain… and ended up with more pain. When Pat or Ella start grumbling, I pop one of these babies on and the moaning stops. I use them sitting at my desk, speed walking, dancing and watching the TV. A good value twin pack
Brought these As replacements for my other knee straps, I have suffered with tendinitis in my knees for several years and these straps do help. These straps are softer than others I have previously had they have a spongy part that sits just under the patella, I have only used these for walking and they work for that purpose. I am very pleased with them from that point of view however if you are going to use them for the gym think about what you need, I have muscular calves so would not say I have a normal sized lower leg and because the padding is lovely and spongy I can not get them tight enough to help with squats at the gym. They work!
I did not think this would work, but it does, been weight training for 26 years and my knees started to get sore in the gym and afterwards, put these on an hour before I went to the gym and the difference was amazing 90% of the pain went and I have been able to train legs properly again, you do have to adjust them a bit and they need to be tight, but they definitely work. Wish I got them before, the only niggle is the plastic clip on the sides sometimes nips your skin. But apart from that definitely recommend, they look tiny compared to other knee supports but they are so much bette

Suffering from knee pain for quite some time and having limited relief from “knee support covering joint” I decided to try the “patella tendon strap” and use it when necessary with a good result. Have recommended it to a friend, lending her 1 of mine. Waiting her response.

Comfo
I must confess I found the knee straps surprisingly supportive I did not think they would help my knees as I have been in pain for a long time but to my surprise they did I was able to walk normal without a limp.
At last - Pain relief.
Used this whilst doing a 5 mile run and I usually suffer with pain in my left knee for two days after. It was such a relief to find something that actually works and I haven’t stopped telling my running pals all about it.

Definitely worth a try
I have rheumatoid arthritis and degeneration of my knee cap . I struggle exercising, going up and down stairs and pressing the clutch down in my car . I have had these 3 days – wow massive difference. Did an exercise class and everything else with very little pain . Obviously it won’t cure my arthritis and pain but I can now do everyday things pretty much pain free . Definitely worth a try .
