Definitely worth a try
I have rheumatoid arthritis and degeneration of my knee cap . I struggle exercising, going up and down stairs and pressing the clutch down in my car . I have had these 3 days – wow massive difference. Did an exercise class and everything else with very little pain . Obviously it won’t cure my arthritis and pain but I can now do everyday things pretty much pain free . Definitely worth a try .

Amazing and actually works
I actually cannot believe it works. I’m due to have knee surgery, which at 50 did not want to commit to yet. I tried this product and physically cannot believe the pain relief it has given me. I cannot recommend it enough
As a long distance walker the support and relief has been dramatic.
I am a long distance walker and was suffering from knee strain and pain on the outer side of each knee. At one point I could hardly walk and feared my walking days were to become short distance hobbling days. The physio advised a series of exercises to be completed twice per day which certainly proved effective after 10 days though still some pain at that point particularly on the right knee. I was also advised this particular type of knee strap. As soon as I put on the knee straps the support and niggles disappeared – amazing. I completed the 3 Yorkshire Peaks with the knee straps and they, coupled with the exercises did the trick. I would advise checking out your problem with a physio as so many different kinds of straps but for my problem – common to long distance walkers and runners – these straps are amazing. The delivery service was also excellent. I would certainly recommend them.
As good support/pain relief as bulkier more cumbersome products
I don’t know how they do it but they give as good pain relief as much bulkier knee supports but allow much more mobility and better cooling airflow. This is ideal for me as I mainly need this support/pain relief when I’m pounding the theme parks in hot and humid Florida. Easy to put on as only one Velcro strap and therefore easy to adjust if required throughout the day. Support and pain relief works for me and my knackered knees and therefore recommend this product.

Some relief
I have a badly damaged knee, car accident, normal braces seem to constrict too much but wearing these one above and one below the patella seem to give some relief.
I have recently suffered from runner’s knee. The knee strap is obviously not a cure, but following a relatively short period of resting my knee it has definitely helped when I started to run again. I am slowly building up the distance I run and the strap has helped to support my knee and minimise the pain I feel. I find it a very good size, comfortable to wear and it does not slip while I am walking or running. It has proved to be an excellent purchase and good value for money.
I have osteoarthritis in my right knee. It’s very painful and movement in the joint is difficult. Put this on and immediately felt much better with increased movement. After waring for a day and having taken it off to sleep I awoke without the usual pain in my knee. I am very impressed. Oh and you get 2 in a pack so I have a spare.
Provides a large degree of relief
I am almost certain that I am suffering from tendon pain in my left knee. The Patella Tendon Knee Strap has helped significantly to reduce the pain in my knee when I’m moving around. Although it does not ‘cure’ the pain as such, it has been invaluable when I needed to be on my feet for a significant amount of time recently when loading and offloading furniture from a van. I can recommend this product.
Knee strap - must have for runners knees or home workouts
Really good product, generally much prefer it over the protectors with the hole around kneecap.
Pros:
– apply as much pressure as you want
– concentrate the pressure in pain areas
– you can put one above and one below the kneecap for ultimate protection
Cons:
– if having it too tight it is not as comfortable when for example doing squats
– doesn’t relieve all the pain bit that can easily be my specific case

These are very good comfortable straps. You don’t know they’re on.
I was very sceptical about these as i don’t usually wear supports. These have reduced the knee pain when lunging and squatting by half. They’re not miracle straps but at least i can train without having to worry in which position my knees in.
I will update more after a week in the hills.

Great buy
Was not too sure about this before I bought it but I will try anything to help my mobility. My knees have been pretty bad, especially after my knee op to get a cyst removed, and I havnt been able to walk very far without having a lot of discomfort. Being a PE teacher this is definitely a problem !!!. Anyway have been wearing now for a week and I have to say I have been very surprised at the actual amount of support they have given my knees and my walking has certainly improved. Very much worth the money and would recommend.
I have painful arthritic knees and the knee strap stabilises my knee making it less painful to walk. Standing for periods of time is usually worse than walking but I am currently finding standing is not a problem when wearing the knee strap.

I have torn my meniscus in my left knee and been in pain for a while.. I brought this knee support after reading the reviews… OMG as soon as I put it on I had relief from the pain and discomfort..it was like a miracle.. it has helped me so much and I think it’s helping my recovery because in the mornings I have to wait a while before I can stand but after 4 days wearing this I got up this morning with minimal discomfort !!??? My husband suffers terribly with knee pain due to arthritis also my brother in law. These work great and they both say what a difference these make. They really ease the pain. They said because The Patella isn’t moving as these straps push The patella back up into the proper place where your muscles and tendons should be so muscles and tendons are not being pulled down . So bought them for my brother in law too.

I twisted a knee playing football and since it recovered there has been notable twinge and fear that I’ll do more damage. I’ve been using a compression sleeve over my knee and that has given me some confidence and helped with sport. One of the annoying things with that is the tendency to slip down during activity.
I initially tried these patella knee straps just around the house and climbing the steps around the garden. Immediately I felt a difference, the knee felt supported and the twinges seem to have gone away. I use them now for football and other sports and found them supportive, they don’t move about and my knees have felt a lot better after football. As someone else mentioned all you need to worry about is making sure the velcro straps a lined up so that they don’t rub when you’re bending/running.

I play a lot of golf with two arthritic knees, theses straps were a big help in me getting round the golf course with a lot less pain a great product.
Finally found a knee support that works for me. Having read the poorer reviews for this (as well of course, as the overwhelmingly positive majority of reviews!), I think it’s a case of finding a support for your particular needs. I’ve tried 3 different full knee supports previously and none of them suited me at all but this one is perfect for long walks and using at the gym so that I can do squats and lunges without hurting myself! (50+ woman with arthritis in knee)

I came across these Bodyprox knee straps and they came as a pair which was great for me. he only negative on this product the tape to attach to knee strap does not last long and turns up at end you have to b e very careful as it sticks to your clothes the need to out this write i did not send back as the produjct is good but needs to be sorted
Bursitis preveentio
Purchased for a 35 day hike as was concerned bursitis I experienced the previous year would return. I wore it on the initial harder days and kept it close thereafter ‘just in case’ Can only assume it worked as bursitis didn’t return. Gave me confidence and reassurance.

I’ve tried several knee braces trying to relieve the pain in my arthritic knee I’m not saying it’s the best thing since sliced bread but it is the one thing that has given me some pain relief that is noticeable and is worth every penny .

Have run 100k in these now, so feel able to properly review. I bought these as a lighter solution to my full knee open patella braces for the summer months. They’ve been equally as supporting on normal road runs, and certainly a lot cooler to run in. They are possibly not quite so supportive on a trail run I did recently, but as I don’t do this kind of run very often it is difficult to say whether my full braces would have been any better. I certainly had knee pain for a couple of days after. In general, my knee seems to be tracking well by using these on general runs, and having run the aforementioned distance in them, have no issue at all in wearing them.

I have only had this for a short while but the result in the reduction of my knee pain has been quite significant.
I am 74 years old and have run all my life but recently have suffered quite bad knee pain which has prevented me from running.
Since wearing the knee strap I have run three times resulting in 3.5 miles through the woods today, long may it continue.

I have been wearing theses support knee straps for running theses past weeks, I also used them when I have been cycling, and at work, I found I have had no pain, I love them so much, I recommended them to my sister in law, she is now wearing them. Not sure how you would rectify this as by its nature it needs to be tight to the skin. Early days as far as effectiveness goes but seems to do the trick.

After experiencing quite a lot of pain with my knees I decided to try these bands. I was not convinced that they could work. I was wrong, they eliminated about 95% of the pain. Walking has become a pleasure once more!

A very good product and I was surprised at how well they work in releasing the pain in my knees, especially while cycling and walking. Only thing that goes against them is that they chafe the back of my knees after a long period of wear.

The straps are comfortable and fit well. They stick like glue so there not catching/sticking to your tracksuit bottoms or trousers.
The reason I bought these was to relieve tendinitis when playing football and kick boxing. Unfortunately, for me they didt work because I experienced pain. That said I have chronic tendinitis in the left knee.
Gym work they worked a treat great relief when squatting and leg extensions.
I explained this to bodyprox who kindly sent me the single leg strap. This I can boast did the trick for kicking football so highly recommended this strap.

Having suffered for years with painful knees for years following various football related injuries I was skeptical that these supports would do the job but thought it worth a go for 13 quid. I have to say that my initial reaction is that they’re pretty great. I’ve used them for training and for the odd game of cricket so far but the reduction in discomfort afterwards is noticeable and they’re far less bulky and so more comfortable than full knee supports that I’ve worn in the past. They now have a permanent place in my kit bag.

Relief and comfort for golfers.
I have played golf for 63 years. Recently I have been wearing the elasticated supports with a hole at the knee. .Although effective, they do cause sweating and slight discomfort towards the end of the round. I wore my new Knee straps on Tues, One of the hottest days of the year. I was barely conscious that I was wearing any support at all and they were very efficient in lending the required support to my knees. I would highly recommend this product.

Had similar to these before and loved them. Can’t get the same ones again for some reason, so went for these as they looked similar. Not at all disappointed….they look and perform the same. Will be ordering more. If you’ve never tried this type of product and think ‘they can’t do anything’, PLEASE give them a go, it’s surprising what they do.
Life changing piec of kit, recommended
I had a ICL, ACL and partial meniscotomy 15 years ago, and have all sorts of issues with my knee since. Preventing regular exercise and on occasion climbing stairs. On trying other full strap knee supports, I had a limited success in gaining back a range of movement, my knee regained some strength.
However, putting this little support on has changed EVERYTHING! I played a full 90minutes of football, and am now running a distance, and stairs are no longer an issue. I no longer suffer from excruciating pain, although since running I experience the normal stresses and strains you’d expect from that……. Cannot fault this product, it works a treat for me.
For the price, I’m amazed the difference it makes. One knee support I purchased was 40 in the past, and it had made little difference. Absolutely fantastic produc

At the age of 72 I have arthritic knee joints which can be stiff when walking distances but since wearing these supports my knees have improved greatly. I wear them when out shopping or distance walking without feeling any stiffness in the joints.

Finally after searching for something to take knee pain away we found these. Both me and my husband have agreed they are a godsend as our knees, although they have pain, it is now totally bearable. I would recommend these instead of full knee braces or strapping. The delivery was very swift and customer service was great.
Certainly does make a difference
I have pains in my knees, own fault from doing crazy stuff when younger. I now find walking upstairs and some exercises make it much worse. Bought these recently, found badminton a lot better, gym easier and going upstairs is now a doddle! Not sure how they work but they certainly do.

I used the knee braces for walking in Austria, it enabled me to have a pain free holiday. They are far better than support bandages as it was 32 degrees and my knees felt comfortable and not sweaty and they remained in place. I would highly recommend them. They were excellent value for money as you get two pairs

Good support, it calms the pai
I really like it! My knee starts hurting when I lift too much weight in the gym or when I do long hikings. I bought these supports because I’d do snowdon. I couldn’t have done it without the support. They’re adjustable so you can make it tighter or loose. I don’t think they are uncomfortable at all.

These arrived today and put them on immediately. I’d had a very difficult day with my knees in huge pain and I’m walk like a snail. Coming down steps was a big concern. The minute I put these on, my knees felt secure and within mins of walking carefully in the garden, the difference was incredible. The pain is far less and the security of walking….well it’s amazing. Yes it does mean wearing trousers all the time to work but who cares. I am totally happy.
These patella straps really do work
I’ve worn big knee support straps on both knees (about 8″ wide with a hole in the middle for your kneecap) when running to try prevent knee ache basically caused when your patella moves/vibrates when running, without too much success. I’ve just run 13 miles today with a knee strap, virtually pain free. I’d say these are well worth the money and work really do work.

Light, compact and comfortable
Use this on long hikes when the knees start to get tired, they provide nice support, especially going downhill. Compact and light, ideal for backpacking.

Fantastic product. As I am getting older and my knees have taken their wears and tears from decades of playing sports and developing potential patella tendonitis, these knee straps have potentially added on many years of continued sports participation for me. The pain is reduced by at least half and I feel much more comfortable running and doing leg workouts in the gym. Thank you for a great product. I will recommend them to my brother too!

Excellent knee support and very comfy. I previously had one with velcro which was uncomfortable, but you cant feel the strap behind the knee at all, which is great. I walked 80km over 2 days and didn’t have an issue. Normally my knees would give up after 20km. Highly recommend
I had been having a problem with my left knee before I was due to take part in a 10k run. I ordered this knee support to give me confidence on the run. I found it very comfortable and supportive and my knee gave no trouble for the duration of the run.

I decided to give these ago as my old full knee support was preventing me from getting a full range of motion.
As someone who in there 40’s who has been doing weight training and Japanese jujistue for many, many years and has had a few knee problems. I needed a support that would still give me movement.
They are in two pieces
Good piece of kit. Bit bulky around the sides as they are to pieces that velcro together (previous ones were one piece). Still this perhaps gives better fit.
I have Chondromalacia patellae which means that using stairs, sitting for prolonged periods with knees bent and doing lunges while exercising is very uncomfortable. This pack of two supports was good value for money and has been very helpful when worn while exercising. I have worn one above and one below the knee and, while it hasn’t completely got rid of the pain, it has certainly made squats and lunges easier. The support they give also means that pain after exercise has been a lot less. They are good quality, the velcro works well and they stayed in place around my knee even over my clothing. I will certainly be wearing them while hill-walking too!

The physiotherapist advised me to buy this item form my daughter to reduce her knee pain during training. . She said it does help a lot.

I ordered these after suddenly developing sore knees after years of cycling. So far they have helped considerably, and I have been wearing them generally to allow my knees to recover/strengthen again, whilst still cycling etc. With the Velcro fastening they are “very adjustable”, and for me work better that the elastic supports that have a “hole” over the knee part. The only thing I would say, is make sure you line up the Velcro properly, as if there is a slight overlap of the “hook” part of the Velcro it will chafe vulnerable skin in no time!

I’ve only used them for short runs so far but they are super comfortable. They didn’t move at all and kept pain to a minimum. Highly recommend

Pain relief for Osgood Schlatter Disease.
My son has Osgoog Schlatter Disease so after being told he had to refrain from all sport activities I thought the Patella straps might help. So far he has used them at school to help him when climbing stairs and will use them when he returns to sporting activities.
Worked well for me
I recently started suffering from runners knee and decided to give these a try. I didn’t hold out much hope but used them for the first time today on a park run. I ran the 5k pain free. The strap was comfortable and gave me confidence whilst running. Early days indeed but very impressed.

Going for a run normally leaves my knee feeling like it’s been kicked by a mule, but these bad boys help me run (jog really) like I did before rugby took its tole! Easy to use & don’t look like robocop every time I need support! Get some!
Whilst this isn’t a cure, it does help with knee, hand and elbow pain. Yes, I also use it on my rist, hand and elbow. It compress the area temporarily relieving the joint pain. However, couple hours after taking off you may feel ok, but the pain does come back so its a temporary measure which is worth the while in particular if you experience constants pain and just want some relieve, even if its temporary. Price, I would say is expensive given that one could buy similar products from pound shops too.

Easy to use. Very helpful for a cartilage problem by providing support.
I had twisted my knee – the pain was intense because I have rheumatism in the same place. Couldn’t find the strap I’d purchased before so I ordered these. Within minutes of their arrival I put one on, stood up putting pressure on the knee – the difference was immediate. I can put weight on the knee now without wincing. What a relief! Would highly recommend these.
These knee straps do help.
I didn’t think these narrow, knee straps would help as much as other types of supports but as they looked less cumbersome I thought I’d give them a try.
I now wish I’d tried them ages ago as I find them comfortable & easy to fit on. They are helpful in minimising the pain & weakness in my knees & feet.
