It could be witch craf
I was totally sceptical when someone recommended these for my sore knee but it turns out these are amazing!
I’ve always had a bit of a dodgy knee and now I’m old my knee would ace for days after a run but I gave one of these a bash and absolutely no aching at all!!!! Witch craft I tell you!
My only negative is that it didn’t come with any kind of explanation of how to use them but it was easily enough to find out. Was comfortable to wear and not too noticeable under my leggings.
Relief
This support does what it states, my knee pain is much less walking up and down stairs has been made much more easily.
I recommended the support to two friends and they have reported a greater degree of comfort.
Helped but isn’t a game change
Used when I had a bad knee before a golf weekend away, I got through the weekend so it worked to a point but it wasn’t very comfortable and obviously my knee was even more damaged when I got back.

I like this product. It’s easily adjustable and comfortable to wear whilst giving a good level of support. I’ve tried similar products before but always found the velcro closure inadequately covered, uncomfortable and digging into my skin. This part is well padded and avoids that issue. Great to get two in the pack.
The best knee support I’ve tried
Something went in my knee and even though is not swollen or red, it hurts when I walk. It seems I’ve lost strength in it too so it gives in every now and then. I tried different knee supports and this one is definitely the best and most comfortable one so far. I put one strap above the knee and one under the knee cap. I use it when I go out as it takes away a lot of pain and pressure. You can adjust the straps so it doesn’t feel too tight or too loose. Very easy to put it on or take it off, great product and good quality too, good value for money.

These knee supports are really super. They were recommended by my daughters physio for her patellofemoral problem. Since my daughters been using them she’s found them to offer great stability and support. Definitely recommend these.
Best support for my arthritic knee
I’ve had two of these for two years and ordered more as I need support for both knees! They are the best for me. I’ve tried all the fuller knee supports and wasted money as these haven’t fitted well, slipped down and don’t support where I need it; just below the knee!! The fact that I can get the support tight is what is good.
Teens sore knees? - Sorted!!!
I bought these for my daughter who has undiagnosed Osgood Shlatters disease – she is a keen hockey player and swimmer and these have helped with her knee stability on the pitch and means she can play for a lot longer, which also means she can actually swim train now without too much pain. Excellent value and quality
I love that there are two in a pack, makes so much sense. Since often we want to strap above and below the knee cap. They work very well, the velcro strap remains strong and in place. They are comfortable. Strap is a little long for my knee but it doesn’t bother me too much.
Absolutely amazing for jumpers knee
I’ve been struggling with patellar tendinitis for a long time and finally decided to use this product for badminton. Combined with physio/strengthening exercises these supports are fantastic. Minimal pain after 2h badminton sessions with almost no pain the next day.

Very Good
I found the straps a little abrasive behind the knee. I have over come this by wearing a pair of lightweight pyjama bottoms and securing the straps on the outside, I then put my trousers on to go for my walks. Very good at reducing discomfort….However it is now two trouser items that need washing after every walk…but that is a very small price to pay to be pain free. I would happily recommend these, in fact I have bought my wife a pair, which probably says more than anything else.
Having said that, they are expensive for what they are and probably only cost less than 50p each to produce.
HOWEVER…would I buy them again…Yes.

I have osgood shlatter! I’ve 30 and have had this in both knees since I was 13
I have the awful extra fused honey bumps to show off – great! While the left knee has grown out of the pain and soreness the right still flares up when dancing, or weight training at the gym this also generally aches when sitting with my knee joint bent on chairs or the sofa as it has for year, the right hasn’t grown out of the pain and although it doesn’t restrict me purely because I’m use to working through the pain as years as a gymnast it’s still pretty annoying. Bought these and they’re brilliant! No pain at the gym even when squatting right down with weighted barbells, no pain in spin classes or Tuck jumping on boxes etc very please. East to our on, adjustable and comfy
Only One Word!
My wife and I have always been keen walkers, but a few years ago I was smitten by arthritis in both knees, and I came to dread walking downhill; I found that if I tackled a steep downhill or a substantial downward flight of steps, by the time I reached the bottom I was in agony. My walks in hilly country were ruined! In desperation, I decided to purchase a pair of these little gadgets in the hope that they might make things even slightly less painful. (I must admit to a certain measure of scepticism) Today, I decided to test them on one of my most-avoided hills. A fairly long downhill slope, followed by a flight of about 50 steep steps later, I reached the bottom without a single twinge of discomfort! Only One Word? The word is….MIRACULOUS!! I don’t exagerate when I say that these little devices have changed my life – at least as my beloved walks are concerned. Many, many thanks to the makers!

Seems to do the trick
Although I am generally quite strong and fit, the joy had gone out of mountain hiking on account of my knees reminding me of my advancing age when going downhill. These supports, combined with collapsible walking poles gave me, and my knees, a whole new lease of life. Highly recommended!

Sadly the strap hasn’t really helped with my knee issues as it’s more internalNot the fault of the strap!
However, very comfortable, once you have it in place you almost forever it’s there. It provides a lot of support to the patella which did help keep my patella from doing what it shouldn’t be doing.
I would, and have suggested to a lot of my sporting friends who suffer with knee issues try out this support.
It’s also super cool that you get 2 supports so you can rotate them and not wear just one and get it all manky, I just dip it warmish, soapy water and give it a quick scrub and then hang near something warm!

Amazing with instant results
I brought these after moving home which had gradients and steps inside and out, and an old hiking injury came back on my patella along with severe pain in both knees. Lots of puffiness and watery squishy stuff and cracking and squeaky squelches that made me feel sick coming from both knees. I brought these after some hours of research and my word they are amazing and have saved my soul!!! Without these I would be in private physio with no monies and a very slow recovery. These have been worth every penny. The Velcro is super strong, but doesn’t cut off circulation, it does stretch after wearing 10 hours a day but nothing major at all. I came to order another pair a few weeks later and found they was no longer available..thankfully today I have noticed after checking frantically everyday that they are now back in stock Anyone who has a knee complaint on or around the cap these are well worth a try. Back in the day I had a full compression huge wacking thing with a hole cut out for my knee cap. These are far more superior. And for those who need to pop on and off quickly these are ace, whip and they off. They also roll down small enough to fit in a small bag or to carry in one hand when not needed (I do this when on flat surfaces]. I had instant results. They are super secure, even in the lastest heat we’ve had they have stayed in place.
You can adjust where you want the support to be. You can wear over leggings or light trousers. For now I’ve been in shorts for the last 6 weeks so can’t comment on any other clothing. Apart from my knees looking like large saggy fat wrinkly 70 year olds whilst I wearing them that’s all I can complain about. The quality is great and they wash really well, drying them is another issue hence why I brought another pair, one to wear one to wash. I don’t know how long these will stop me from pursuing the gp or physiotherapist but for 13.99 I’m so very happy

I brought this to wear for work as a bit of support for my knee after it has recovered from an meniscus injury and I didn’t want to wear the full knee cover one anymore. I also just wore it during a 10k run. Cannot fault it, beyond happy with the support it offers. Would recommend

So after starting running for the first time my knee took a battering and this allowed me to continue with running. If I didn’t have this I would have given up. The support is brilliant and it’s comfortable

I used to get knee pain quite bad especially when running/cycling but these have eased the pain considerably for me.

I’m always a bit of a sceptic but found that these 2 x Patella Tendon straps really do help with the pain in my knees that I suffer from because of Osteoarthritis. Nothing really takes away the pain of an injured knee tendon, but this strap helps relieve it and makes walking easier.
Amazing just amazing
It doesn’t make any sense but it works. I ordered it together with knee braces just because was in recommended. For last 2 weeks I was in constant pain even when using knee support, pain killers etc. It was literally at the stage that I wasn’t able to walk or even sleep. When parcel arrived I just put it on without slightest hope that it will work and then magic happens. All pain just disappeared, how it is possible don’t know but so happy now as can walk again pain free.

I have had issues finding something that will fit my big legs. Everything I measure and send for comes back and it doesn’t fit. This has been wonderful. I can tighten it as tight as I need to and it stops my knee from grinding as much as normal as well as stops it from locking up on me.

No more knee pain after running

I have almost no cartilage left in my left knee and it can be painful if I even walk on uneven ground. I bought this strap based on the reviews but was skeptical. That didn’t change when I saw it and put it on. It didn’t feel as if it was doing anything at all but I set off on a four mile walk over stoney, uneven fields and had no knee pain during or after! Later that day I wore it while I was pushing a heavy supermarket trolley – that always causes my knee huge problems. Not this time! So don’t be put off by how simple it looks, it works. It works really well. I can also wear it under jeans without it showing and it’s comfortable enough to wear all day. Brilliant product.

Had a contact knee injury rather than tendons or muscles which hurt when running and cycling so thought I’d give the Patella knee strap a go rather than the full knee brace. Was surprised just how effective it was, no pain whilst running and no pain afterwards either.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Started getting a problem with my patella a few months ago and it kept clicking when I squated. I purchased these patella kee supports yesterday, they speedily arrived today….just placed them on my knee, one above the kneecap… one below. These Patella Tendon Knee Strap 2 Pack, I think are brilliant I use them every other day so as not to rely on them to much. but make sure the straps are done up correctly if not the Velcro will scratch the back of you leg.

I bought this for my husband who has been using a walking stick for support for a couple of years. He has hip pain which travels to his knee & lower leg. Sometimes his knee gives way without warning. The effect of using this strap has been incredible for him. Now walking unaided, although still a bit slow, it has reduced the pain in his knee, he still has pain in his hip but that is a hip replacement issue.
For his particular mobility problem it is working wonders, so far so good.

I bought these straps for my mum who has arthritis. I didn’t think they would make a big difference, but she was struggling with so much pain in her knees, it was worth a try. They genuinely made a noticeable difference and my mum wears them a lot. I then got ‘jumper’s knee’ and spent weeks with shooting pains in my knee when walking up and down the stairs. So I bought them and have been surprised at how much they have helped. They don’t stop the jabbing pains completely, but the pain and frequency has definitely reduces.

This is the best I’ve tried and used for my osteoarthritis knees. Very easy to put on and get it in the right place. Great support for my knee and keeping my knee cap in place whilst walking. Great value as you get two and if you only have one bad knee you can swap the other support to keep them fresh n washed highly recommend.
What a massive help for my Patella problem
This strap has eased my Patella issue. I play golf most days I started to think that the only fix would be to rest it. After playing several games with it on, thankfully the pain has eased.

I was somewhat dubious whether this strap could help support my knee. However I have found that it just gives the right support when I am playing golf, and is comfortable when worn for an extended period. Very pleased with the strap which is well made.

I have a drawer full of every kind of knee support, all of which over the years I have found lacking. So I prevaricated before buying these, anyway Eureka! They are wonderful. I have some damage to my knee and arthritis in both. Within a week one knee was stable and almost pain free the other one more stable and less painful and continues to improve. I can enjoy life again. Although appreciate not a cure they have improved my quality of life considerably. Don’t prevaricate!

I bought these for my husband who recently is having some discomfort in his knees whilst walking long distances. They have provided some support and stability, but he still has some discomfort whilst walking. They are comfortable to wear.

I have osteoarthritis in both knees, these definitely help to keep my knees stable and supported. But if they move during the day can become uncomfortable. But would definitely say give them a try.

Very impressed with the straps. Very comfortable and easy to wear. Great support and noticed considerable change while exercising. I have now ordered a pair for my husband.

Fantastic knee suppo
I was sceptical about the effectiveness of these when I ordered them. I already have support that covers the full knee, but it wasn’t really helping. These provided almost instant relief for my knee pain though. Along with applying an ice pack they are keeping my knee pain at bay. Fingers crossed.
Just what I needed
Have started recently getting a little niggle in my right knee so decided it was time to get some knee supports for running. These arrived last night. Wasn’t sure how they were gonna feel so only put one on my bad knee. Well it was incredibly comfortable. It didn’t interfere with movement and it didn’t move around. Great support so really happy. Wearing the support actually made my bad knee feel better than my good knee so definitely going to wear on both from now on. I have short legs that are kinda chunky. I found other supports way too long but these are a perfect size and don’t cover half of my leg.
They eliminate knee pain when walking.
I have had knee pain for years and don’t really know what causes it,wear and tear was the diagnosis.Fortunately it is only one knee so I put up with it.I started using the Bracoo strap which solved the problem straight off.The Patella strap is another version of the Bracoo strap.The strap is a bit fiddly to put on and a bit bulkier otherwise it works well.

Cannot recommend enough. This is my second purchase in as many weeks. Bought second pair for my Dad and he is over the moon that he can walk without severe pain while wearing these. By no means a permanent fix for his issue but being able to walk without pain has made such a difference.

supports my kneecaps, stops the bone on bone interaction.
With them I am able to walk more easily. I wear these supports approx. 14 hours a day, they feel comfortable, they keep cool and dry (unlike some other products that can draw moisture from the skin). they do not have to be strapped up really tight as they stay in place all day with minimal pressure. Only remove them at bed time. have helped my mobility a great deal, and a quick and effective way to support the knee.
A good purchase
Purchased for running as I have a knee issue. Have played around with it a little to try and make it comfortable as I find wearing it against bare skin it can pinch / rub at the back. I wear a knee support and then my running leggings over the top of that and then the patella strap over the top of my leggings. It stays in place the whole time and offers very good support with out actually feeling it there. Have found it has made such a big difference when I run and now I have very minimal aches / pain afterwards.
Fantastic product that actually works
I compete at a high level of Strongman and these are great well padded and give alot of support , better than other brands . Great price for what your getting as some are more expensive . I weigh 22st and these helped a great deal with my knee pain special when I was exerciseing .

Bought for my partner and I wish I got them years ago. He damaged his knees years ago and struggles to walk some days. Since having these he hasn’t complained once!!
He said he still gets mild discomfort but most pain is eliminated.
