Very effective for my specific issues, not a universal panacea for legs in general
There are a great many reviews of this product that I read beforehand. Some wanting to put it on inappropriate parts of the leg, some looking for the support that only a full compression sleeve might give, some that clearly need to see a doctor. I’ve no reliable medical knowledge, but I got that far.
I was therefore initially sceptical, but I have some minor damage incurred from an injury 3 years ago and this still leaves me with a stiff knee joint which sometimes gives me pain, especially after a day’s wirk, sedentary though it is.
I can strap my knee up or use a long sleeve, and this does help, but neither strategy is really that convenient. Sleeves roll down and sweat, straps are uncomfortable after a few hours. Resting it elevated also helps, but is not a great way to sit at a desk! I probably need medical advice – but maybe not this year if I can avoid it. The NHS is a bit occupied at the moment.
So I tried this. I have a specific recurrent pain in the joint below and to the left of my left knee cap. This seemed to target that same spot.
And it works. I don’t know why it should, but it does for me. I use it occasionally, when I need to, just on the one leg, and it offers support and pain relief when I need it.
I am both very pleased and very grateful. This is an excellent product that meets my specific needs. Thank you.

These knee supports are unbelievably fantastic!! I have arthritis in my knees and love to dance (line dancing and folk dancing 3 times per week, 2 hour plus sessions).
They have made all the difference. It’s hard to believe, but it’s true. I first tried them a few years ago, my partner bought me a pair.
They really support your knee and make it move less, if that makes sense. I am in much less pain now and I would not dance without them!!

Was sceptical but great product!
So I was rather sceptical that these knee straps would work. I am pleasantly surprised. I get very soar knees when walking down hills. To the point where I have to walk almost sideways to get back down the hill.
I recently planned a climb up a Munro and was very worried about getting back down. Usually I would get knee pain after 30minutes. To my surprise I had only slight pain after an hour and was able to walk normally after.

Husband has had painful knee for quite a while. Going fishing means carrying a lot of weight, so thought this might help him. It did, he wore it for three days before setting off fishing, to get used to it, and it really did make a difference. He had to make it less tight, as he managed to make a sore patch on his skin, but lesson has been learned. Would ask a new wearer to not do it up too tightly to begin with, especially if carrying heavy gear!
These really work
This product is amazing, the pain in my legs is virtually a thing of the passed. The support straps are so comfortable that I hardly notice I am wearing them.
I hadn’t even thought that my pain could have been caused by my knees, I always thought it was my hips, but wearing these straps has just changed everything, I don’t have the constant ache and I feel more confident about taking part in a simple gym routine

My husband suggested I buy these to provide some support due to my ongoing knee pain/injury. They are far more comfortable than the elasticated tube style (which I find restricts movement too much) and they stay in place, even over leggings.
However, whilst they are comfortable and offer some stability whilst running, they don’t offer the amount of support I’d hoped for during longer runs.
Unfortunately, I think my injury/pain may not be something that can be assisted by the knee straps, not for long distances or higher impact anyway. Certainly helpful for short, gentle runs and for walking though.

So, having taken up running as a pass time in the past few months, I have been suffering from knee pain. This pain usually begins to grind at the 5km mark of my run. These straps have now negated most if not all of the pain (what I guess to be patella tendinitis) and allowed me to get to 15km runs comfortably. Couldn’t recommend more.

What a relief!
GAME CHANGER! I’ve suffered with patella tendinitis due to cycling and running over the last few years. I have gone through rolls of KT tape which did help but it is a phaff and also can sometimes unstick due to sweating.
I received this knee support on Friday and tested it on Saturday…. I managed to run with very little pain… And that’s been a while.
On the Sunday I did a hilly bike ride and the support worked a treat….

Bought those because I injured my knee and was very painful.to walk , so needed support to the back of the knee , injured a tendon? Any way they helped me get around as I am pensioner everything takes lo her to heal, ok now, but they did the job

I am 80 year old and injured my right knee after carrying out a job at home which require spending a great deal of time kneeling resulting in suffering extreme pain in my knee, a friend recommended the Patella knee strap which I duly purchased and after wearing it for four days the pain had subsided and after a week I decided to leave it off and as I was walking normally with no pain at all I have not needed to wear it at all. The strap really does support the knee joint and as far as I am concerned is a well manufactured excellent product, the only negative I have found is that after removing the strap before going to bed I had itchiness at the back of the knee however I rubbed this with a cream that I have and it soothed it immediately, perhaps the part of the strap that contacts this area could have a softer material in place of the present material.

These straps are excellent. Enabled me to do an 11 mile Lake District fell walk, wouldn’t have been able to without them.

Easy to fit and comfortable to wear. I have tried several knee supports where the fastening or strap would rub, this hasn’t happened with this.
I will have to wait and see how much it improves my mobility.

Eased knee pain! Without pills!!
Excellent quality product! Really eased my knee pain. The only small issue is I have to wear it under overalls at work and it does get a bit warm.

The do the trick
I have several sets of meuller straps and thought that I would give these a try and I am pleased I did. Not as easy to put on as meullers but they seem to stay in place slightly better. The meullers have had a lot of wear so it will be interesting to see how these ones fare.

Great knee strap
This a comfortable knee strap once you strap it on straight leaving no overlapping velro chaffing off the inside of your knee. That said, its easy to put on and a 5 star access for those with knee injuries or any longer term knee issues that would block one running or even cycling. It works for me on both and I have to recommend it for anybody with knee issues. I got my partly fallen arches supported with new runners and the strap completes my ability to run again without debilitating pain. The mild aches are arthritic and laughably mild compared to the pre strap pain I suffered even after short runs. Just make sure its a firm strap that feels like it when done.

I took up running 12 weeks ago (prob not the best choice as I have joint and nerve pain issues) and whilst I really enjoyed it as a form of exercise my pain issues were holding me back. This product paired with a slow and consistent running pace has made it possible for me to keep up the running. I can now do 5k x3 times a week with a lot less pain then I had been experiencing prior to using this product. I would definitely recommend it as an aid to managing knee discomfort. I recently started using them during my body project workouts andthry have really helped here too.

They relieve pain in knee but you have to get the velcro lined up properly on the straps or the rough side overlaps and rubs on back of legs

This is an incredible product for running, though your mileage might be different. Speaking of my personal experience, I resumed my running this month after 5 month break due to current situation. I see a big difference in experience between 2 runs, first run at 4km without and second run at 5km with the strap. Its obvious I can cover a longer distance due to the knee pain* only occurred after 4km with pain factor (needle like pain) in contrast to the initial run which my pain kicks in at 1.6km with sharp pain (as if i already ran 5km). For both of each runs I did my standard leg warm-ups. *possibly Iliotibial Band Syndrome, pain at each side knee cap. Pain subsides immediately after i stop running.
This product would make it easier for anyone who may has history of knee pain or just started running to train. It helps reduce pain and possibly avoid injury. I feel this product will help me accomplish a life long goal of completing a half marathon once, which i previously thought its impossible. Though common sense says DO NOT OVER DO IT! Stop immediately if you feel pain, run within your limit, and have at least 2 days rest inbetween runs or other high impact activity like football/tennis.

The strap fits small knee size at 11inch (below knee cap).
Its tight fit. this means it neither fall off or had the feeling of dropping off during my run

I can feel its supporting my knee, and its evidence by the massive reduction of pain.
Faster recovery and facilitates training for long distance running due to better knee support
Cons:
Nothing to fault it, but perhaps they should include an instruction to say how to wash it (hand wash or chunk it into the washing machine and at what temperatures. Looking at amazon reviews, its washable.
Tips:
To tighten, its ok to overlap the the initial strap to the second strap. Don’t mind the bulge. See my 2nd picture in this review. Then, tightening it to feel a tight fit like wearing a skinny jeans.
Well I have to say there is some improvement. I have dodgy knees – well I am sixty seven what do you expect. I use Flexiseq which I swear by and thought these would also help as I have damaged one of my knees this year. There is some improvement when walking – no doubt about it. However, not a miracle cure.

Works for me
I have tried a few different supports to help with pain just below my patella, I have now run a couple of times with this support and when asked if it’s working I have had to say you know I haven’t thought about it. For me this means yes as normally I have a constant niggle at the start of my run. So far so good

Was not sure what to expect but these are really unreal, I have injury’s with both knees and the pain is fully gone after using these a couple of times, I use during workouts and then take them off, I can actual bend my kness and get on the floor with my child now without my knee’s popping out of place.
Gone from lots of pain to barely any.
Used these for the first time a couple of days ago to take part in my virtual zumba class. Have to say they were brilliant. I normally suffer a lot of pain in my knees when jumping around, but these were amazing, barely had any pain. Would highly recommend.

These are awesome. I have been weight training for a while now and have been suffering with knee pain while squatting. I had some knee sleeves and the pain carried on. First session with these and I squatted pain free.
It’s probably user error but I find they slip down and need readjusting frequently. I have also found that for the level of tightness I require, the plastic loops on the side digs into to the skin (like I say, probably user error and will edit this if I find a solution)

Fantastic product. I needed something less supportive than a knee sleeve whilst I nurse a Patella tenon injury back to health. This suits perfect. I was suffering terribly from arthritis and was finding it difficult to go up and down steps and stairs. They gave the support I needed to manage better going about my daily jobs.

Lifesavers!
I have a confirmed meniscus tear in one knee and can feel the other going the same way. I have been wearing compression tubes to exercise in, but felt the support was needed more for my kneecap. I tried the soft braces with the hole over the kneecap, but these were too restrictive. I stumbled upon these beauties whilst looking for yet another solution, and they made perfect sense. Delivery was speedy and customer service excellent. From the moment I strapped them on I knew they were the answer to my prayers! I wear one on each knee whilst working out or walking (anything more than around the house) and I get zero niggles/discomfort/weakness. I wish I had known about these years ago! These now live in my handbag as I always want them with me. Easy to use and fit perfectly. I couldn’t be happier! I have recommended to others with knee issues and hopefully they will be as happy as me soon.

This product is well made and has the ability to fit most sizes. I’m not sure if I’m wearing it correctly but I do find if have it what I think should tight enough it becomes uncomfortable at the back of my knee. However it does help with overall knee pain particularly when going down hill.

Does the job for me, sorted my problem knee pain but is a little too bulky for comfort. That aside it’s well made and was delivered on time.

I ordered for myself after I ran a half marathon and had knee pain. It certainly helped ease it.

I have been suffering with my knees for a couple of years now and I’ve spent s&s on different knee braces so when I saw these I had reservations. I’ve only had them for a week and they’re great. I don’t know how they work but they really do. I work 12hr shifts up and down stairs and normally have to take pain killers to get through my shift but I haven’t had any since wearing these.

I love these knee supports. I had twisted my knee and had a sharp pain on walking. This completely solved my problem. I prefer it over leggings etc rather than under but it is very comfortable and lightweight and does the job. I had tried the bigger sleeve type supports and found those useless. This one doesn’t move at all. Brilliant!

The best one yet, I have brought many knee supports/straps over the years. I have really bad knees, although they can feel a little tight after a while I’ve had very little to no pain at all since wearing them.

It’s ok but I think I expected more. But so far only used for few days so may show better signs late

Much Better Than Tape
These knee supports are great for relieving my pain when running. I previously used rock tape, which also worked, but it irritated my skin and I had to keep buying more. These supports are a more comfortable and less expensive alternative.
This product works.
I was sceptical about claims this would help my knee pain. However it works and has helped a great deal with the knee pain I have experienced. I am pleased with the comfort and support. You have to make sure it is attached securely otherwise it can slip. Basically I am pleased with the purchase.

I’ve recently started running again and got runners knee! Really painful! I had a full knee support which I found very uncomfortable. Ordered these and they’ve just arrived. They absolutely fantastic and relieved the pain straight away! I would highly recommend this product. I’ve been for a light jog with no pain and no restriction of movement.
