It’s a nicely made rope - we like the sleeve and handles. Unfurls easily. However as a bigger stronger guy 1.5 x 40” is very light I feel like I could double or triple the weight to get a better workou

I bought this to replace an old rope at my gym that was unraveling. The protective fabric sleeve seems well constructed as long with the ends. No complaints from me or the customers at the gym. Recommended.
Lite but does the job
All in all a good piece of kit. Expected it to be heavier, but still good.
Kind of stiff right out of the box, probably because of the extra layer encasing the rope…which should make it durable as I can only use it on my driveway. May loosen up with time…in any event, its a heavy rope for exercise, so I will shut up.

Dieses Battle Rope ist das erste, das ich erworben habe. Konnte mir bei einem Freund, der Battle Ropes von Gorilla Sports besitzt, einen ersten Eindruck verschaffen, wie effektiv man mit dieser Art Sportgert trainieren kann. Hatte aber schon vorher mit dem Gedanken gespielt, mir ein solches Rope zuzulegen. Ich habe mir das 12 Meter-Seil mit den 3,8-er Griffenden bestellt. Obwohl das Seil krzer ist als die Gorillas (15 Meter), “luft” das Seil subjektiv schwerer, was aber kein Negativkriterium darstellt, sondern eben mehr Kraftaufwand erfordert. Besagter Freund meinte hierzu, die Seile seien am Anfang etwas steifer, im weiteren Gebrauch wrden diese flexibler. Insgesamt kann ich das Seil weiter empfehlen, obwohl ich nach dieser kurzen Zeit noch nichts ber die weitere Haltbarkeit sagen kann. Man sollte sich zur Fixierung und um das Battle Rope am Ankerpunkt gegen Durscheuern zu schonen allerdings ein zustzliches Anker Strap und zutzlich z.B. Schwerlastschlingen zum Um-den-Baum-Wickeln besorgen.
Great Quality and Price
All my research said to go for a 15m, 38mm (1.5 inch) rope if possible. I didn’t quite have the room so opted for the 12m instead. I do regular resistance training and boxing so I’m pretty fit and decently strong. I’d never used a battle rope but wanted to try it out and add some more variety to my workouts. I’m really surprised how challenging it is. 30 second rounds are tough! Buying the 12m version hasn’t seemed to make it “too easy” so if your a little short on space, the 12m is still a great workout.
Now the actual ropes are great. While I like the covers on the rope and expect it will protect them, it does stop you using them for vertical climbing if you also wanted to throw it over a beam and use it for that.
The included anchor is fine. I found a lot of conflicting info on how high to secure it from 1 foot to 3 feet. I settled on 1 foot and that seems fine.
All in all these are great, I would buy them again given a second chance and delivery was super fast, 2 days over the Easter long weekend!

Ich habe ein paar Gerte im Keller stehen, von denen ich durch Covid auch fleissig Gebrauch gemacht habe. Endlcih war mal Zeit (*Ironie*)
Mir fehlte aber etwas zum gezielten Trainieren der Arme, Rumpf und Rcken, was auch irgendwie Spa macht und nicht nur Training mit Hanteln in verschiedenen Formen ist. Das ist mir dann auf Dauer zu langweilig.
Durch Zufall kam ich auf diese Seile. Kurze Recherche nach beanspruchten Regionen und es sah nach einem Treffer aus.
Die Bestellung kam schnell, das Seil ist wertig, die Halterung schnell montiert. Die mitgelieferten Schrauben haben mich aber nicht berzeugt, so dass ich schnell neue aus dem Baumarkt besorgt hatte.
Nun aber kurz zum “Gert” Was ich nicht so geplant hatte ist das der Platzbedarf der Seile sehr hoch ist. Nicht nur die Lnge im Raum muss da sein, sondern auch der bequeme Stand bei der Bewegung bentigt mehr Raum als ich vorher geschtzt habe. Definitiv kein Gert fr einen engen Trainingsraum.
Man kann das auch Outdoor nutzen, aber ehrlich gesagt kommt das fr mich nicht in Frage.
Neben dem Seil kam noch ein Heft mit verschiedenen bungsaufbauten, das ich demnchst dann mal durcharbeiten werde.
Das erste Training mit der Standartbewegung macht Spa und ist genau das was ich wollte. Fitne zu Hause als Abwechslung zu Hanteln.

Gra artculo para hacer deporte y ejercitarse al aire libre. Viene con los anclajes por si dispones de un lugar para ponerlo, pero sino es fcil de usar al aire libre y anclarlo a un banco o algn arbol.

I previously bought this for my friend for her birthday a year ago.. and when we became tired of our and how hard it was to hold, I asked my friend if she was still happy with her (clearly mine was a different one than hers). She said that is has been very durable and she doesn't think it's hard to grip of hold. I bought it and have been happy since.

Tell you what, if I had to have one piece of equipment, this would be it. If you never messed with ropes before buckle up, these things are no joke. Everyone I have try it starts out thinking they’re good but oh how quick it changes. This brand in particular is high quality. the rope, the grip, the fabric shield, the center marker is all very well made.

Rope protection was good, I had to return it for another size, I got the 9M and found that it was very short for me, I didn’t get a good feeling from it. So instead I reorder the same rope 12M. Haven’t made it here yet when it said would be here today.

Acquistata la versione 12m x 3.8mm. La corda robusta, io la uso all’ esterno su pavimento ruvido e la sua guaina di protezione per tale utilizzo e ottima. Questa versione la trovo del peso giusto e permette di fare qualsiasi esercizio, anche per avanzati.

Auerdem ist es einfach zu transportieren, zu Hndeln und effektiv.

All in all it's a great product, very sturdy. My only gripe was with the sleeve anchors. I spent days and money figuring out how to mount the plate, ending up with extra holes in my garage floor for this reason: the sleeves aren't exactly 3/8". Save yourself some time and extra holes and go buy actual 3/8" sleeve anchors for your 3/8" drill bit for this.

Matriel solide et bien fini. J’cris ce commentaire aprs 9 mois d’usage (20 mn x 2 fois par semaine) : la corde n’a pas boug. J’utilise ce produit sur un sol en bton lisse (garage). La seule usure visible concerne le manchon de protection la pliure de la corde : facilement remplaable pour une somme drisoire.
Excellent product, as a beginner on the old battle ropes I was buying blind. I did a few Google searches and some research and chose this one based on the star rating. The quality is excellent and I’m slightly addicted at the moment. enjoying the pain so far. highly recommend this product its sturdy and has been used on hard and soft surfaces and theres been no wear at all.
Should last years
I bought these for my bootcamps and so far they have performed beautifully. They’re heavy, a good thickness to challenge grip and built to last. Mine get cleaned after every bootcamp and there is no sign of wear at all. I expect these to last me years. The sleeve is a really welcome addition and should massively improve their durability. I also really appreciate the extra movable sleeve as I use mine around a tree and so far no sign of wear on the sleeves at all. Massive thumbs up from me. I’m glad I did my research and paid a little extra for the quality.

This one is perfect, and the protective cover is particularly helpful because I take this to an outdoor workout location. The rope is a little heavier, but stepping it up a notch was the point for me: Go Big or Go Home! I have the 1.5" 50' rope, and highly recommend it if there is enough space.

Corde de 15m. Produit de qualit. Un peu cher quand mme. Test 3 fois en extrieur sur gazon/terre. A part de la salet, aucune dgradation pour l’instant. Un peu lourde pour dbutant (visez plutt une plus courte)

Had never used a battle rope before. Ordered this while looking for fitness equipment during lock down. This is a really good quality item and is ridiculously hard work … though I’m sure is doing some good !
