It’s a great little thing and my toddler loves it 🙂 it’s quite stiff and difficult to fold at times but it’s not a massive thing anyway. It’s good and sturdy and looks good. Really happy with it 🙂

Got this for my 2yr old daughter and she loves it I ended up buying two more for her twin cousins. They have great craic on them.

This is a great aid to walking for children of 18 months even for some as young as 1 year.
Unfortunately this item did not arrive in retail packaging which is disappointing, maybe this explains price being 10 cheaper than normal ! Expensive box !!!

OUTSTANDING TOY
We bought two of these for our 2-year-old, twin grandsons at Christmas and we were surprised just how robust they are. It’s an exceptional design, they don’t need to be assembled and they fold up so small that it’s easy to carry two of them under one arm. The boys love them (they call them horseys) and they happily charge about the house on them. I’d confidently recommend them to anyone buying for toddlers.

This arrived as a gift for our granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. Perfect size for little legs, sturdily made, but light enough & easy to move and didn’t need any tools to assemble. Lift and click the legs/wheels into place and away she went – also easy to fold away when not in use, so great for storage. Brilliant!

Easier to ride than the low ride on cars
Daughter likes it. She’s just turned 2 and I wish Id know about the scuttle bug XL as I think she will grow out of this fairly quickly. Good product though, like that it’s lightweight and folds flats for transport. She finds it easier to ride as narrow seat gives room for legs to push

My toddler absolutely loves this. Great in the house and out and easy to use. He has used it every single day since he was just over 1 and flies about on it. He still uses it daily although he is a bit tall for it now at 2.. Highly recommend.
The Amazing Pink Thing
Great gift for the little ones. Niece was so excited when she saw the gift and she has been learning how to walk with this. Amazing product would recommend. Great value for money. Although, I believe it didn’t come in the original box when I saw it on the official website, was a bit disappointed. Hence have to give this a four star instead of five but the rest was fine. Not sure if I was sent a returned piece or what but there wasn’t any fault.

I was a bit wary of buying a scuttle bug as I thought they were a bit too cheap for what they were but I’m so glad I did! Really sturdy, my 1 year old and 4 year old both love it! Packs away really well so can travel with it and super lightweigh
Check for sharp edges before use
The children (1 and 3) loved scooting round the house on this: it’s a big hit
BUT the older child cut his ankle on a sharp part on the metal bolt which holds the front wheel on on his first ride. Now smoothed with a file and fit to use, but do check properly that yours is safe before you use it. I’d checked the seat moulding and handle, but not the wheels.

Bought for my 2 year old granddaughter (but suitable fir younger ) . She loved it . They have one at playgroup and she was so attached we decided to buy her one of her own . It’s a big hit .
Packaging not as expected
As I bought it for a Christmas present it hasn’t been used yet but I’m sure my 18 month old niece will love it . I only gave it 4 stars as it came in a plastic bag and not the box as advertised so it looks cheap when giving it as a gift. Apart from that I am pleased with it .

Arrived fast. I know my first grandson used his skuttlebug everyday from just over 1 year old to almost 3 , then moved straight into a balance bike .
Its very light can be carried easily in one hand, & folds up small with ease .

Easy to carry everywhere even for a two year old
This is my son’s favourite toy. It goes everywhere with us. It is so easy to fold so very compact. He plays in the house and zooms around everywhere and the same outside.

A thing to keep in mind in your child’s height. My son is 1.9yo but he’s a rather bigger baby and though the product is really nice, we opted for the XL version and returned this one.

Looks lovely and easy to assemble. Faded very quickly in the sun though, only left it outside a day or two and it’s now pink.

Lovely toy for 12 months upwards
Lovely toy, sturdy and well built. Plastic wheels means it’s not the best for rough/outdoor use, but on smooth pavement/tarmac (or indoors) it’s perfect.

Great little toy
Very pleased with this really nice looking sturdy toy. Great for indoor use as a small child couldn’t do too much damage because only the wheels could bang into things. Probably quite limited in the age of child that can use it, our child is just two and is already close to growing out of it. But it probably wouldn’t take the weight of a larger child anyway.

Very easy to assemble. My son loves it as its bright and fun. Does sometimes tip over when he is trying to get on it due to 1 wheel at the front but its just a case of practice makes perfect. Very happy 1 year old.

Good but may not be the right one.
Very good value and easy to fold. I actually bought the wrong type. I had seen a slightly different version which has four double wheels like castors. This four when model is a bit more expensive but worth paying the extra for. It is much more stable and more manuverable. As both models look quite similar it is easy to order the wrong one.
