Works how it Should
Took a few minutes to get use to a different microwave as my last one was fully digital, It is very easy to use I find the food hotter in this than it was in my last one.
Very Simple controls and looks good.
As good as my last Toshiba a
The only part of this microwave that lets it down is the turntable and its drive. It breaks loose too often and is awkward to place back. Otherwise it is a great microwave!
It's a Microwave and does the job neatly
Pros: easy steps, physical buttons, window on the front was big enough to see thru inside.
Cons: not too sturdy, feels like the rotating plate would fall of. When the door closes it makes a loud noise.
Is it the best microwave money can buy? – Nope
Is it worth buying and value for money? – definitely yes
Toshiba microwave with grill
Appearance is fine (black) took a bit of time for me to adjust to controls after having a combi digital microwave. As a microwave it is very good however the grill it not quite as powerful as I would like. Overall I’m pleased with product and the price was reasonable.

Does the job as it should the only negative point is we like to leave the door open to stop it smelling inside but the light remains on ALL THE TIME so unable to do that with this microwave. Other than that no complaints yet.
My previous solo microwave, a Sharp, first lost most of its numbers making timing very difficult then the door fell off – stuck it back with Gorilla glue (successful!), but within a month it decided enough was enough, after some 8 years.
This Toshiba appears a good replacement and does all I need it to do, although I just don’t have the feeling it’s quite as sturdily made as the previous one.
I needed to buy a new microwave to replace one that no longer functioned. It fitted well into the space and we use it regularly.

This is my 2nd purchase of this model microwave. Unfortunately my previous one broke after 3yrs but as I liked this one I’ve bought another. It’s good quality & easy to use. Plus, it’s a larger size at 23L so perfect for families.

Power Levels do NOT quite equate with wattage levels and you will need to spend a week or more heating by trial and error. One meal will be too hot, one too cool and the third about right. Don’t forget to note what cook times and Power Levels you’re using for future reference.
Very nice microwave
It looks very sleek and it’s good quality. There is a lot of space inside for oversized dinner plates and it’s easy to clean. The only downside is that it does condensate quite badly, meaning you have to wipe the inside door after using it every time. However, i don’t find that to be a huge problem.
Good size microwave
Very happy with microwave, the large size makes a huge difference, we can put 2 different, decent sized cartons in at the same time. Easy to use and quieter than many microwaves.
Its a Microwave...
Almost all microwaves are made at same factory and just re-badged for different companies.
This is like any other microwave and works well, simple to use, just hit the +30 secs button a number of times or key in the weight in grams you want to defrost and hit start button!
Still just as good after 3 years
We’ve had this for 3 years and it has been used every single day, at times multiple times and we have had no issues. A good microwave that I recommend if you have the space as it is quite bulky. Love that is is grey inside so it is more aesthetically pleasing to my eye compared to the white one. You can also srr inside to check on your food but it’s a bit trickier. Only issue we have is that we just wish it did not beep 5 times when food is ready as it is quite loud and if you are trying to be sneaky you have to open the door before it reaches the 0 seconds target and there is no beep then… Apart from that, great! We don’t use it to cook food or defrost (we’ve used it in the past and it was ok we just are not used to cooking in a microwave), it’s been used only to reheat leftovers. We’ve also used it when our baby was small to heat up water in a container and then we’d put his milk baby bottles inside to warm up his milk. We’re happy with it.
Great quality and good price
Bought this to replace a Sharp microwave that after only a year the interior paintwork despite constant cleaning was peeling off and of a poor standard
This Toshiba looks good, has a much better control panel and works very well
Annoying feature discovered
While using the connvection preheat oven setting, I forgot to set a time. When it got up to the set temperature I put my dinner in, and closed the door. It cooked for a few minutes and then stopped. Fair enough because I didn’t set the time. However, when I tried to turn it back on as connection oven setting, it wouldn’t let me (I followed the instructions in the pamphlet exactly). It automatically used the fan to dispell the heat out of the oven. Only when it had finished doing that, did it let me use the oven again. So it had to heat up all over again. Waste of electricity and time. You should be allowed to reset a convection oven function while it is still hot from its previous session. Hope you sleep this function on future models.
It's much bigger than I expected
It’s great, looks great and easy to use looks modern and I love going digital I feel posh. My old microwave sat nicely in the corner of the kitchen out the way, this microwave doesn’t fit there I didn’t think about it till it arrived it’s my bad but it’s a great microwave.
Wrong Colour Sent, Pathetic Warranty!
I ordered the stainless so the exterior was easier to keep clean, and so it matched every other small appliance in my kitchen? I got the black version… CBA to return it, as getting to a drop-off point is a mission where I live (don’t drive, plus I’m disabled). I also really need a microwave!?
You’d think with it costing a decent chunk of change, and being Toshiba, you’d get more than a single years warranty for it! It’s an appaling way to treat a new customer, but you won’t be getting any more purchases from me, for the rest of my time on this planet!
Very good produc
I have been using this for quite a while. Very easy to clean. Consistent heating throughout the chamber. Enough power to get frozen ready meals heated up In mentioned times. Looks good in the kitchen too
Wish if it was handle less!
Everything is okay with this microwave oven just don’t like the fact that the handle is sticking out from the body!
All of my previous micro oven were handle free and opening by pushing a button therefore it’s just an eyesore. Didn’t realise it is this prominent until after a few days.
Apart of that it’s a great micro oven.
