A necessary machine for me as Puppy owner. Saves pulling out Vax Max for small accidents
This was a bit of a mystery when 1st used simply because I didn’t spot trigger under the tool. Once I took time to read instructions properly it worked brilliantly. My puppy had a tummy upset and the mess was horrendous but the vax took out the stain and smell without a problem. I have a Vax maxi which is amazing but this little machine is small and easy to pull out when accidents happe

I got it to clean my suite and it looks brand new, I wished I took pictures before and after to prove it.
I then proceeded to clean my stair carpet.
To say I’m impressed by the results is an understatement.
I now have the cleaner bug and looking for more to clean.

Good little handy carpet washe
Nice and and compact. I’ve a dog which is why I wanted this for muddy paws on my light coloured carpet. I found it easy to set up. It took a few rounds of doing a dirty patch on my carpet and I can still see dirt unfortunately. I think this is ok for small spills etc but don’t expect it to properly clean your carpet as it won’t in my case. Still glad I got it though.
Absolute God Send
What a little machine this is. It brought back to life a dirty old foot stool i got free on facebook marketplace. Easy to use and really does what they say it does. I even tackled the car with this, we have 4 kids so you can imagine the state of our back seats. 45 minutes with the vax and they are now like new again. Simply amazing. Don’t hesitate.

After going through the instructions more carefully, I realised I done it wrong and followed the steps carefully. As a result, I was able to clean off the cat pee as well as clean the stains on my car and the results were promising. The suction power was good and got rid of good amount of stains. I’m terms of it being lightweight, I would say it is not majorly heavy, it is something that can be carried about.
Used it for 2 weeks consecutively and I am loving this so far. Not sure how long this will last. But good results so far!

It took two loads before I had to empty the dirty water and by then the stairs were done. I love how the new design let’s you spray first for as much as you think you need rather than the old 3 in 1 Vax (last one I bought) that sprayed non stop from the moment you switched it on. The brush loosened up all the black sticky mess the coffee had embedded over the years and the suction was as powerful as a full size vacuum. My stairs look miles better and although it’ll probably take another round to get them perfect it’s cost a sight less than the new carpet my better half had predicted we’d need. My first 3 in 1 was bought in the nineties and it’s clear Vax have not lost their quality over the years.

Compact and quick
Easy to use, suitable for quick spills and stairs. I use this mainly for odd marks but I do love a vax machine. The suction is just as good as my smart wash machine.
Vax Spot Wash. A new best friend
Delivered today and couldn’t wait to try it on our sofa. The sofa was professionally cleaned less than a year ago but having a baby and two cats. I knew I would need something more permanent around the home. This so far is giving me satisfaction after the first use. I was too excited to take a before picture but on a light grey sofa with an 8 month old. You can use your imagination. Just a quick 20 min clean and that’s the tank from the sofa alone loving it so far cannot wait to use on bedroom carpet.
Wet hoove
It a great wet hoover get all the stains out.
And fantastic for car mats I use to wash them in the sink but took days to dry. As with this one it cleans them and leaves it damp so within 2 hours it’s dry.
Only thing I can say is the formula it comes with don’t put what it says as it foams the machine you only need to put half of what it says
Cleans really well
Purchased to clean our sofas that hadn’t had a proper clean in 10 years, surprising what comes off but the colour difference is brill.
The suction to get the water out was good but took a few goings over to get the most out of the material.
Yet to try it on a new spill etc but I’m sure it wouldn’t have any issues.

Great little machine absolutely love the self clean hose wouldn’t recommend using 1001 shampoo as it foams up in the dirty water tank so you need to empty it more frequently then you would with the vax shampoo. Found the power button temperament I first thought the machine wasn’t working and even changed the fuse in the plug but got there in the end

Only used once so far to clean stained carpet at doorway from hallway into lounge and it cleaned very well. It took a few hours to dry and carpet now looks great. It is not really suitable to clean a whole room area, but very good for spot cleaning small areas/hearth rug etc.

I have 2 dogs, so despite my best efforts it’s difficult to keep the rug clean – the Vax Spot Cleaner has done a fabulous job, there’s a significantly noticeable difference. My only small grievance is the plastic cap on the end (which sucks the dirty water back up) came off a few times during use. This may be because I put too much pressure on it, but if you don’t put pressure on it doesn’t suck up as much of the water. I did have arm ache when I finished – but it is only designed for cleaning small areas, not whole rugs! Would highly recommend this product.

Brilliant little cleaner I have cleaned both sofas, a rug, carpets and my daughter’s mattress. With my before and after pictures I only used warm water to see how clean they would come up without the solution. Suction isn’t as strong as I would like but other than that I am very happy with it!

We use it to clean spills and pet mess. It does a good job on focused areas (Eg wine spills). It moistens the carpet whilst you scrub and is very effective in sucking up the moisture . Particularly important if you are trying to clean up cat pee…
You would not want to use it on a whole large carpet.
I bought this product as I am 7 months pregnant and a little cleaning obsessed. I’ve always wanted a carpet cleaner for the car, stairs and sofa.
As others have said it is noisy but you do expect it so it doesn’t bother me.
I have used it on stains and its lifted them off the carpet easily. Really good for cleaning my 2 year old sons spills.

If you have an older mattress that this is a last resort clean for you then you may not mind so much. That’s my only negative really.

Would recommend over the uprights
great cleaner for spot cleaning, but also for furniture, stairs and even large floor areas. I have used the upright cleaners in the past and found myself just using the attachments so decided to try this. This is perfect, I have a new large house and find this good for cleaning areas by the doors, stairs, furniture. Easy to use, nice and compact for storing.
Zap the pee patches!
After researching between different type of spot cleaner I opted for this one due to the different heads and the price. What a difference it’s made to my carpet! I got sick of lugging out the massive upright carpet cleaner every time my dogs had an accident. This is much more portable. The suction power is great too. You can see the results straight away. It’s easy to operate too, and it has a self cleaning function.
Small but Powerful
I bought this product to clean our carpets in our Caravan, Wow it brought them up as new, w normally roll them all up and get them dry cleaned, not anymore, we have also used it on any awkward spills and cleaning our furniture at Home. Very easy to use and easy to clean.

Brilliant! Better than we could have hoped for. We moved house & things got a bit dirty on moving day. Have used on the sofa & dining chairs & it’s amazing!! We were thinking to replace the carpets in new home but after using the Vax we don’t need to! My husband is obsessed & my mum has one too which she loves Highly recommend

Value for money has bought when on sale. Only problem is takes ages to dry even though suction really good and strong but even using solution I didn’t see much difference to small section of carpet where I tried. Like the self clean hose part and that it’s compact to store

The hose could perhaps be a little longer and the tank fill needs to be at the top not the back as it is difficult to judge the amount of liquid put in as it is on a slant. Otherwise an excellent product.
If like me you are thinking of getting this and are waiting to see if it is worth the money . It is 100% worth it . I was so shocked it was so good. I normally pay someone 80 to clean my stairs every 4 weeks because I have 2 teenagers and 2 dog and my husband works on a building site so it tends to get a bit grubby . Definitely worth the money 100% .

I brought this a while back and I couldn’t be happier having two small children who love messy play , food spillages, drinks spilling and just general where and tare. This is perfect for them little moments just a little vax carpet cleaning shampoo and warm water and its like it never happened. Perfection in an appliance has arrived!
I genuinely adore this carpet cleaner so much! It brought up far more than I thought it would. I used to look after a poorly rescue rabbit indoors and even though I scrubbed everywhere – this machine was able to bring up more!! It has changed my life and I love it so much. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to clean fabric sofas, carpets etc etc.

I have used it on upholstery too and been very happy with the results. Finding the right shampoo or cleaning fluid to suit your needs seems to be the tricky part but having used multiple fluids I can’t fault this machine. For light cleaning Screwfix do a good shampoo. It’s call No Nonsense, cheap and good quality. For dog wee, try finding something with enzymes in Cleenly Urine Destroying Carpet Shampoo is a good one. It’s on Amazo

It’s not really suitable for large areas but for spot washing on a cream carpet, cleaning sofas, car seats etc its fantastic. I would recommend.

Disliked nothing. I was surprised how deep it cleaned and how powerful the suction was that it was almost dry to the touch. With it being so lightweight doing the stairs was no problem.
As someone who works in construction my car gets pretty messy not least of all the seats,rather than pay 50 -60 quid a pop for a valet every week i thought id get this and give the seats a wash, wow never imagined it would do such a good job. Great suction for a little vax, decent spray . Its a little gem

Very light and compact, I’ve managed to clean carpets in my little flat, as another customer described, bit more elbow grease but it was worse it, I do not have space for big/standard carpet cleaner and this one is just what I need. Thank you

My last one is kinda dying on me so got this one which is similar. Anyone getting a puppy or an old incontent dog this is a must have. You might not use it much, but when you do you will think why didn’t you get one of these earlie
Does the job
Wanted a cleaner like this for a while but didn’t want a big clumsy carpet shampoo cleaner with this as an attachment. This is just the job, I’ve used it a couple of times and it works well, and being so compact it’s easy to store away.
Nice light spot cleane
This easy to use. I like that there are separate water tanks. I only used recently to clean a rug stair carpet and small Landing. I was impressed with the results. I like that can do more than a spot & does not leave the carpet too wet.
This is an upfate, I have used it a few times now. It serves the purpose I bought it for. Rugs stairway & landing, does a good job and no leaks

After 8 years and dogs the front of my sofa needed cleaning and this did the trick. Simple to use fill clean water to level add cleaning agent, plug in and away you go. Instruction booklet easy to understand and after cleaning put hose into self clean hole and it cleans any dirt out of hose. What more do you want, well I bought a big padded freezer bag to keep it all in nice and tidy.

This product is good just make sure you clean area of dust and hair plus you can use any carpet solution not just vacs

I bought this to replace an old upright Vax for stair cleaning, and it seems to me that the company has really upped their game with this one. It’s super portable, much easier to keep clean than their previous products, and very effective. It’s no less noisy than the upright, and possibly a little heavier than I was expecting. But great.

Really Efficient Machine
We read all the reviews before buying this and have to agree that it works very well. We bought it to clean the upholstery on our furniture and it does remove a lot of dirt! It is easy to get started and to handle. We found that furniture needed to be left to dry overnight before sitting on it again.
I have a bissel upright carpet cleaner but it doesnt have attatchments for upholstery so after reading reviews and comparing i decided on this machine, now my bissel doesnt get a look in! It came with a small bottle of spot cleaner which was a bonus! Ive had no issues with leaking but i always make sure to empty after every use, i havent used the attatchment for hard floors yet but all parts are easy to attatch and remove and its easy to clean, it is a little bit louder than my carpet cleaner but the suction makes up for it, a life saver for all those spills and stains, easy to put away and fairly lightweight, brilliant for doing the stairs, i have no complaints at all!

Bought to clean soft furnishings, the car interior and carpet. It works. I have not, yet, had to use the cleaning fluid and would commend using plain water in the first instance. Getting the 50 degree temperature water is easy: boil half a litre, top up with cold to a litre and only then pour into the container. I did furniture arms first of all and they came up cleanly. Next, although it took 3 litres all told, I cleaned the kitchen carpet. I spot-squirted carpet cleaner here and there, scrubbed it in, jetted water and sucked it up. Be careful not to overdo this type of cleaner fluid: it foams and will fill the dirty water sump quickly. Cleaning carpets is a hands and knees task with this cleaner. Next up, I cleaned the car seats. I did use an upholstery cleaning fluid and, again, it foams. That said, on a hot day the now as clean as new seats dried quickly. Next on the to-do list are stairs and other carpets. I found that this device does exactly what it says it will.
I bought this to clear up occasional but devastating wee accidents on a beige carpet from my elderly Labrador lady. I bought it as a kneejerk reaction in frustration because obviously the poor dog can’t help it. To be honest I wish I had got it 2 years ago and I could have cleaned up the soup stain without all the fuss. Without something like this, you’re just dumping chemicals on your spill and waiting for it to air dry. This actually sucks up the wet stuff and puts a subtly fragranced cleaning agent through the carpet. No more urine smell, no more carpet marks. The recommended spot cleaner is a bit expensive but I’ll take that on the chin for the benefits. Everybody should have one. My neighbour already borrowed it to renovate some upholstered chairs, and I blitzed some old stains too. Worth every penny of the 99 I paid.

Carpet cleaners tend to be big and bulky so I love the compact design in this. A 4mx4m room has taken us an hr to do but it’s had a really good clean and carpet looks as good as new. Buzzing with the results. Next job, the stairs! But cannot see any issue with doing stairs after doing a big area!

I know it says for spots only but I managed to do the carpet in my room and intend to now do the sofa and rug in living room. Super happy!!! It’s easy to use, clean and super compact. For anyone on a low budget and with not a lot of storage space I highly recommend it!

Wish I bought one sooner! Had a expensive quote for someone to clean my sofa so I decided to buy this and do it myself. 6 years worth of muddy dog on the sofa and a 2 year old, it was disgusting. I cannot believe how well this has cleaned it, honestly it looks like new again and smells so much better. The product itself is lightweight, instructions are straight forward and the suction is really powerful. Giving the level of muck on ours I did have to give it a bit of a scrub using the tool provided but it was expected really. Monthly payment plan was a bonus too!

I own a second hand car, previous owner smoked and owned a dog so the car was pretty grubby! As well as this mould had started to grow on the seats so I had to clean them somehow!! I used this on the foot wells and the seats and it got rid of all the gross marks, stains and the mould too!

Had a 4 pint of milk break in the boot.

I then used VAX cleaner solution with the spotwash cleaner to give it a good clean.
NO nasty smell in the car .
Sunny days for several days with the car all locked up yet when I opened the door no nasty smell.

Perfect for the car. Returned my wife’s disgusting mucky/stinky car (used to transport two bouncy and muddy Labradors around) back to show room condition when we had to hand it back to the dealer on tradein.

Really good overall. Only slight downfall is the water spray is quite set back from the suction – makes it hard to clean to the edges of something e.g. a car seat. But overall very happy – very easy to use and clean.

With 4 dogs ranging in age from 16 years to 7 months this is in use daily (i won’t go into details) It is easy to use, light weight and has so far cleaned everything including an old tea stain caused by falling over a dog.

This is amazing. Brought this as we’re in lockdown and my 3 year old spilt strawberry milkshake all over my seats and floor! The water that came out was black! Absolutely disgusting, but my seats look cleaner than when I brought my car and when my mother in law owned it before me. Highly recommend. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Even cleaned the kids car seats. Only downside is you can only use the spot wash cleaner in it and we used 250mls in one wash!

– easy to use. It took me about 5 minutes to take it out of the box and get going
– it comes with a bottle of Vax cleaning solution. I used about a quarter of the bottle to do two large areas of carpet, so it should last a while
– cleans well with good suction. The carpet was only left slightly damp
– easy to clean and the self clean hose function is handy
– it’s a lot cheaper than others on the market but seems to do the job just fine
