i was skeptical with this bench when i bought it
i didnt think it would be stable enough to support body weight + lifting weight. However, so far there have been no problems. It routinely supports 200kg plus, no problem
there is a small gap that sometimes(in certain angles), you slide into and can be a little uncomfortable, however that is not very often
Is it super simple to set up and build and comes for a great price
As a beginner this feels to me like a brilliant entry level bench. It was simple to assemble and unlike some other “budget” exercise equipment has no issues with flimsiness. It doesn’t wobble, it feels very secure and has some weight to it. It packs away pretty easily too. I’m over 6 foot and 100kg so it can take some weight. Whether or not it’ll still be suitable when inevitably I’m a huge beefcake with massive muscles, only time will tell! (certainly it’ll be strong enough to use as a clothes rack when, more plausibly, I give up lifting weights to eat pies)

Well made and sturdy
Arrived on time and was easy to make ( with the instructions) . All parts and bolts well labelled. Have used a number of times and so glad I have bought this . I am 76kg and it holds me ok and does not rock or feel flimsy. Feels secure. Was worth spend in the extra 20 odd more than next model down.
Great bench
Bench was very easy to put together and so far nothing wrong to report after having five benches in the past this is the best one yet and great value for the price
The weight bench is lighter than expected, which is good for me to manoeuvre around my home gym. My 16 year old complained that it was in a zillion pieces but built it unaided (so it must’ve been pretty easy and not a zillion pieces because he has the attention span of a gnat). The leg bars appear less sturdy but hopefully it will be OK
Can't complain for the price
Does what it says it should. Uncomfortable when put flat due to the gap between the seat and the back rest. If the seat was longer that should fix the issue. But it’s allowing me to do my daily weights routine for not a lot of cash.
Does what it's designed to do well
The bench is great. It took all of thirty mins to put together. It is sturdy and totally trustworthy when in use, irrespective of the type of exercise sets being performed. The leather covering is robust and easy to clean, whilst the foldable nature of the device is also simple.
All in all it is well worth the price.

Does the job. Staple which holds the fabric came off in one place but can easily be stapled again.
It’s good for the price and perfectly good for my needs. It’s easy to assemble although I didn’t trust the spanners it came with so used a 17mm socket and spanner. It’s very sturdy for most excercises and I’m 90kg. The leatherette covers on the cushions isn’t very pleasant to workout on shirtless so I use a towel.
Excellent bench for the price!
The bench is very good. If assembled correctly, I don’t see why this should not last a very long time. I’m mechanically minded, and don’t see any major design flaws apart from the foot rest/holder. This is quite fragile, but it is a redundant feature. I actually took it off as it is not needed for anything. The cover is of course artificial, and this is my main concern. The threads were appearing on one side, which I had to cut. But, I think it will be ok. Overall, very good and I would definitely recommend it. You can do all the basic exercises with dumbbells which is perfect for me. Good adjustment. Safe. No issues. Didn’t notice the bench moving or anything when exercising. I’m 6 ft tall, and the bench is fine for my hight.
Excellent value
I can not say enough good things about this bench. It is pure perfection! Super easy to assemble.
It comes assembled, in the folded position. It is comfortable to lay on. Numerous positions to vary your exercise. It is stable enough for me to feel safe with heavy weight above my head.
Overall this is a very good piece of equipment, I would recommend it to anyone who prefers to work out at home rather than going to the gym.

Investment which was required to save some money on gym! Bench is perfect for incline and decline and very sturdy and soft so it will not hurt your body. I have now used it for few months and i must say it was a good buy.
Best Bench for the Price
This bench is absolutely fantastic if you are looking for an entry level cheap one.
I have had this for a while now and I can only give it the credit it deserves.
The initial setup was easy and was done withon roughly less than an hour by myself and my brother to help. Instructions were easy to follow and was not too tough.
From there, I have actively used this bench for a long long time now lifting on it most days and I haven’t had a single issue with it.
It has a few adjustments you can make which is what you can expect and does the job especially for the price.
In terms of durability, I have pushed this bench to the limits lifting some heavy weights on top of it and it did not budge once.
I would recommend for anyone to get this for around the 70.00 mark if you are looking for an entry level bench for home.
Pleased with my choice
I spent some time looking at all the benches available in the 60 – 75 range & eventually went for the Winnow. My main concern with all of them was how stable they would be as none were particularly wide & for that price I wasn’t expecting a professional gym standard bench.
Now I’ve been using the bench for a couple of months I am v pleased with it. It is very stable & at no point have I felt unsafe on it. Should say that I am 10st & use weights up to 15k so I am probably not pushing the bench to its limits.
Build quality seems good & so far the pads (which are only guaranteed fro 3 months) are showing no signs of wear or damage.

Very sturdy (115kg user) and easy to build.
Cheap materials and not much confidence that the plastic covering will last too long but for the 68 on deal price I paid I really can’t complain!
If I get a year out of it I’ll be happy enough.

Great in a small area
Bought this because I live in a studio flat so am limited for space. So pleased I did. It folds easily and to a good size. It’s sturdy and does everything I need it to do. Highly recommend
weight bench
The bench is easy enough to setup and build quality for this one is good as well. There is plenty of adjustability on it as well and I mainly been using it for my home workouts in our home. It feels stable when you are on it and there are lots of uses for it, for bicep workouts, chest, shoulders and even back. Just make sure everything is bolted on tight and also, when you got your position set, thats its locked in so you dont face any issues.

I got this to replace my husband’s old bench as the material had begun to tear. He is pleased with it, it seems sturdy and easy to use. It’s good and long, it supports his head even though he’s 6ft 2. And I’m happy he can fold it away into the garage when he’s done.
Amazing weight bench !!
Very strong weight bench I absolutely love it !! . The Seat and back is movable up or down which is perfect for me !! It is so comfortable to do exercises on, and it’s the right size for home use, it’s so easy to pack it away. Overall I would recommend this bench to anyone I love it !!

This is a must have product for every home gym. Very solid bench. Very clear instructions and assembly takes less than 30 min. The adjustable back rest is very useful for seated workouts. It’s easy to fold and can be stored in small spaces. Great value

This bench is so versatile. I use it for a few different reasons in my garage gym I am putting together.
The bench requires very little assembly and folds down to a handy size for when you want to save some space.
The quality of the bench is very very good with a good level of padding to the seat and back rest area.
It can be used flat or on various different incline levels so you can use it as a bench for pressing or as a seat/rest for different exercises.
It’s very sturdy and does not move around or creek when lifting heavy weights.

Build quality of the steel frame is good and overall I’m fairly pleased with it and there is a but.
Some of the trim fitting with staples have gone through the material at manufacturers and a couple of staples were loose. I repositioned them with the help of a small light hammer. Some of the stitching does look substandard but time will tell. It does come with a 1 year warranty so hopefully I won’t need it.
As a workout bench tho, yeah can’t complain. It’s comfortable when pressing your back into it and has most of the positions I require.
Folds down enough although not flat like with some others but good enough for me.
I think I might have got lucky with my order compared with some of the reviews so hopefully they’re trying to improve the build quality.

Sturdy and stable
Very difficult to fold down but other than that very sturdy and stable. I’m 14.5st and even when using 30kg of weights it feels solid and reliable.

Excellent quality robust and stable. As a former fitness instructor I have used many commercial and non commercial benches over many years and can safely say this is amongst the best non commercial benches I have used. For the price unbeatable. Sub 70.

Cheap but works
Build quality on the cushioning is not the greatest and I don’t think it’ll last too long so prob better for occasional use rather than heavy use. Works perfectly well though.
Yes good but don't expect gym quality for the price
It’s a good bench and sturdy enough, but not as solid as I was hoping.
There’s a bit of movement when flat at the hinge where you have the pin. Noticeable when you move it around.
I’d probably buy another one as it’s good value for money still.

Ist gut verarbeitet und macht einen stabilen Eindruck. Ich bin 1,79m gro und komme mit der Bank gut zurecht. Some poor quality bits but great for its intention of use
Some bits are poor quality and some bits crushed and like it had an oil on it. Assembly Instructions can be a bit confusing but easier to use common sense. Great and sturdy. Only downfall is poor quality as shown but it doesn’t affect the use it’s intended for.
Perfect weights bench
Very simple to put together using instructions and it’s a solid piece of equipment. Very easy to adjust but can’t seem to work out the folding mech properly yet. Very sturdy and will be great in the garden gym tha lt im slowly creating.

This item was bought during the second covid lockdown and at the time it was an amazing price. It was a realistic and at the time very cheap purchase. I do feel that it maybe a bit higher price for the quality of the bench. The bench is comfortable in itself to lie on or sit on. However I am not fond on the seat as the leather curls over the end with no support so if I lift it up for an inclined push up it flops round and is quite uncomfortable. It has started to show some wear and tear as the leather seems are quite poor quality and the staples keeping them together are coming out. I am also disappointed with the declined aspect of the bench as it goes way to far down to do declined bench press. Im not sure if it is me but it feels high when I try and attempt Hip thrusts. However for the incline and flatbench aspects which is what i mainly use it for its wonderful. Id recommend it but i would also advise to look for a cheaper and more appropriate alternative before hand.
My husband was stupidly excited to receive this item after having gone through 3 other benches he hasn’t been happy with..
I’ll start with the assembly, amazingly smooth! All parts and tools provided! He said the instructions were clear and concise. It took less than ten minutes to assemble and do ten situps he then folded it with beautiful ease and moves it from my living room in to my garage where it now lives.
We’ve both had a go at doing weights on it and it’s lush, the whole thing is adjustable so where he is 6’4 and I’m 4’9..ish initially accommodates the both of us.

Great for workouts
This work out bench is great. Seems very sturdy and was fairly easy to assemble. There are so many exercises to do with, I love it. The quality of the leather is fair for the price and it’s lightweight enough to put away. I have used it in my back garden and easily lifted it to put away in the shed. All in all very happy with this product.
For the price it’s really good. I’ve been using it for some time now and it’s held up. Does the job for home workouts. It can take a decent weight. This takes a hefty amount of weight. The back hasn’t slipped out on me. When purchasing, I was worried it might not be secure. It is. Don’t worry. One thing I have noticed is a little bit of the seam is coming out from where they just stapled it in but not a huge issue. Would definitely recommend.

Sturdy but non-aligned nuts
Easy to assemble, yet the padding didn’t quite fix onto the braces as the alignment of 2 nuts were off by cm’s not allowing me to fully fix into place. Still very sturdy and doesn’t budge but nerving knowing.

Solid, comfortable weight bench, and good looking too
Very well engineered, precision and alignment of screw holes mostly very good, though there were a couple of points where the assembly instructions could have been clearer to help me avoid the re-work I had to do! Solid, looks and feels great, does the job.
Surprised how good it is
Great value for money.. I do alot of heavy weights and have put it threw it paces. In lockdown it is prefect.it moves aboit with the pins but just have to get used to it.

Perfect bench for home workouts
This is the second bench I have purchased to workout at home since the pandemic began. It wasn’t until I received and started using this one that I realised just how good a home bench could be. The angles the bench provides covers all the angles required for all muscle groups. One of the issues I had previously was that I wasn’t able to go to 90 degrees for shoulder press but the bench locks right in and ix perfect and also has 4 different angles of incline to hit your chest before it goes to flat. The base is very sturdy and the bench as a whole feels very solid. Can’t recommend this bench enough.
Good but not great. Get what you pay for!
I’m happy with product, however it should be clear on the weight it can hold. I only found it by reading some reviews and only when the product arrived (150kg). So far it has managed me (96kg) and 100kg bar on a incline. The decline is a back breaker for me so won’t be using that and the foot support is average.
Good bench for the money, only grievance is that the seat is not exactly straight when bolted in place, this is due to the holes being drilled slightly out of line, apart from that, good bench.
