If you think it looks too cheap, do not worry. It is just great value. I have had other EMS belts in the past. This works very well and is terrific value for money.
Compared the Slendertone belts it has pluses and minuses. The pluses: (1) No need to replace the pads every three weeks. (2) Amazing price. The minuses: (1) the belt is a clip fitting instead of velcro and is much more difficult to adjust between users, but hardly a major problem (2) The remote control that tucks into the side of the belt makes it a little bulky but it is not like anyone would be wearing to to go the the supermarket anyway (I hope!)

After having my second baby earlier this year, I have been suffering with ongoing back pain, despite regular visits to a chiropractor. I read a review of this product and decided it was worth a try. Each time I put it on, I had to tighten it up (even though I had doubled the strap back so I knew it couldn’t be slipping!). From the first day my back felt better, as it was my weak core causing most of my problems. Having had a strong core prior to having my second baby, I found I could increase the intensity quite a lot each time I used it. My back is usually worse when trying to sleep and I find if I use this before bed, it really helps. I can’t really explain that bit. I had a problem with my first one, but the company has absolutely fantastic customer service, which is rare thing in this day and age, but so important. Also, the product has a lifelong guarantee. I highly recommend it.

I have been using this for a month and what a difference I am feeling. Started on power setting 15 and it felt very wierd but I got used to it. Now after a month I need to have it on setting 50/99 to get my muscles stimulated properly. It’s not going to drop the weight off and I have made peace with that. I am coupling this with an excercise bike and walking the dog more often to help loose the weight. Overall this is definately worth buying if you are willing to put a little bit of effort into toning up
I have purchased a few different types of toning belts in the past but they have all been a waste of money, but hold the phone! I am very impressed with the purchase of the Ab Flex belt. It came in great packaging, good instructions it’s own carry case what more can I want. Does it work? Yes it does it feels very professionally made gives great pulses to the abdominal area, but remember it’s not a miracle worker you will need to be doing your bit to get the results. A healthy diet and exercise programme.
This is a superb ab toning machine. Doesn’t require pads. Just a very small drop of water based gel which is included with it. And I mean ‘VERY’ small drop on each of the 4 circular parts. I don’t know about anyone else but I can feel it working even on intensity level 1. I can probably go to about level 10 on most but there are a couple which I struggle with at level 5. These are probably the areas I personally need to work on. And to think that there are 99 levels makes me so excited to use this and build myself up. God knows how some of you can do level 25 and above. I weigh about 9 stone 9 inches and am very skinny around the ab area, despite my constant eating which I try to keep as healthy as possible. I’m not sure if anyone else has this problem but I am so skinny to the point where I cannot tighten the belt enough so I have to use something such as a quilt or bedding on my back to keep it on properly. Anyone else had this?
Other than that, for 55 smackeroos, I would say it’s money well spent and I’d wish I’d got it much earlier on. Additional, I also go to the gym maybe 2-3 times a week as this is designed to go hand in hand with working out because c’mon, let’s face it, you can’t get a six pack sitting on the bed playing World of Warcraft. Good for the money paid
The item arrived well packaged and on time. I only used it twice but love the different settings and strength options, so random that you can’t prepare for what’s next and I like that. I imagine that there could be some positive outcomes if used every day so after some time I will drop another feedback but for now product seems well made.
Intense abdominal exercise, cost effective and easy to use.
One of my least favourite physical exercises is sit-ups so about five years ago I purchased a slendertone, which is a good, useful product and -up until it stopped working quite recently – I saw real benefit from using this.
I purchased the Ab Flex as a replacement for the slendertone and I think it is a better product because it is equally easy to use but there is a greater range of exercises, which targets the abs in different ways, also at the highest setting there is greater intensity and the cost over time should be less because you don’t have to constantly purchase expensive replacement pads.
In summary, if anyone is looking for a product that tones and tightens their abs whilst wishing to not incur additional costs then look no further.

The Abs Flex is as described in the Amazon listing, this product is well made and gives a powerful abs workout. I am a 60 year old male and coupled with my new diet the Abs Flex has given me a new lease on physical well being. Best of the small number of alternatives I’ve tried! When you take into account that it’s substantially cheaper than it’s competitors this is impressive. I had to think hard to come up with an idea of something I would improve about it. It could be easier to clean. That’s not a deal breaker in my opinion.

I have used a well known competitors toning belt in the past and did find it produced results with regular use over a period of a couple of months. That belt eventually broke though and when I saw that this Ab Flex belt was cheaper, had great customer reviews, was guaranteed not to fall to bits and perhaps best of all does NOT rely on annoying sticky pads which need to be replaced regularly and are ridiculously expensive.
This belt has built in pads which are made of a durable material and which the user just needs to dampen before each use. A water-based gel comes included with the product. I use this quite liberally – it is not unpleasant or sticky or greasy and just kind of evaporates of wipes of just like water. I do not think it is going to last long but the instructions say it is fine just to dampen the pads with water – great – free!
The belt is easily adjustable to fit to size and clipping it together is straightforward. The user is in total control of the strength of the stimulation and there are numerous programs which I am really just working my way through and settling for the ones I find most comfortable. I graduated to using the device at full strength within a few days but that is because I was previously using a similar device. I would certainly advise taking your time in building up the strength of the pulses, the sensation perhaps needs to be just a little uncomfortable to produce results and you do need to work your way up as much as possible but it is not meant to be painful and you will find you do build up a tolerance as you get used to the sensation. I find it perfectly comfortable on full strength now. It is a good idea to set yourself something you need to do that takes about half an hour as this is the length of one session and this way it passes without you even noticing and youve got a chore out of the way at the same time!
My only niggle is that I would like better written information. I would like to know what each of the programs/settings does and if there are any recommendations for use of these for maximum or particular effect. I think for people who have never used a similar device before, more help in choosing the length and strength build up of sessions would be helpful. I have read elsewhere, in a similar product’s literature, that you should take a break once or ideally twice a week to allow muscles to recover which makes sense as this is what is recommended for weight training regimes.
I have only been using this for around a week but having immediately previously been using something similar for a couple of weeks I would hope and expect to see some solid results in about 5 more weeks from now… will let you know! ( I am on a countdown to a bikini-holiday in mid-August and base this prediction on this system taking what in my experience should be around 8 weeks to make a serious difference)

I am a middle age woman with a tummy and since using this every day I feel my tummy is getting firmer and my clothes are getting looser. I’ve used a slender tone for years but after reviews on the Ab Flex I thought I’d try it.
I think it’s excellent value for money and like that you don’t have to buy replacement pads. The different settings are a great option and I really like that you have the controls externally. The only issue is the belt which has clicked open a couple of times and it’s hard to adjust when your wearing it, but a bit of Velcro could fix that.
I used it last night on two different settings and I feel a bit sore this morning like I’ve actually done a session of sit ups!
I had lost 5 pounds as a result of a diet and decided to further tone by using this. I must say I love this product. I do 2 to 3 programmes per day: a warm up and 1 to 2 exercise. In little over than a week I can tell the difference. Also, I started with a real low number of 5 and gradually raised it to the 30’s. I’ve tried the 60’s and aim to get there soon. I definitely recommend.

As most reviewer mention before it doesn’t do everything for you . it is required to do some exercises and loose the belly fat. I am size 8 and after having a baby 2 years ago I still have some fat on my belly but I can say, by using the belt for 1 hour everyday I can see the difference. After a week my abs are in better shape. It is not for losing weight, its for shaping and toning.
Ab flex arrived next day as promised , well packaged , when opened found easy instructions , no assembly only had to put batteries in hand controls then of you go . After looking at slendertone and ab flex, I decided to go with the ab flex as it had 5 stars and excellent reviews.
The product was delivered on time and I am very happy with my purchase. So glad I went with this and not slendertone as it was much more money.
The settings work well and I can see a bit of difference already. I did think it was broken after a few days, but figured out that the pads have to be in the correct position on your chest.
What is good, is that you get a lifetime guarantee and replacement if it goes wrong

I bought this belt and i can tell straight away that it works, obviuosly you need to combine the exercise as well, but when i’m at home i can see and feel that is tonig my abs, i use it also on the hips and it seems it works great as well. Definitely i would reccomend it very good purchase.
I have tried the single sheet ab toning device and did not get on with it as it peels off and shocks you. This on the other hand does the job perfectly! The belt is adjustable and allows a firm contact with the terminals. There is no worry of the terminals drying out as gel is applied with each use and there is no need to buy replacement pads. The toning treatment is very powerful and you can get toned while studying or relaxing!
I bought this for extra help toning my stomach as I have damaged hips and can’t exercise like I used to and noticing that I’m getting a little out of shape I decided to give this a go, along with a little cardio and a healthy diet. It arrived by estimated time. I’ve only been using for a week so haven’t really seen any significant change but I can definitely see why it works. You can’t help but tense your stomach muscles so I’m hopeful that given a little more time I’ll see it working. I have to say though that this isn’t a miracle worker. You definitely need to do some sort of fat burning exercise and eat healthy to get the benefits you’re hoping for.

I use this about 4 times a week, usually after a heavy CV session and core work in the gym. I genuinely feel tighter and more toned after using it. I feel it gives my abdominal and obliques that extra push after a workout.

After having used An flex for only a couple of days I am amazed to already be feeling results! I bought this as I’ve been struggling to sleep due to weak core muscles seemingly resulting in some lower back pain and, although I am fairly athletic, I always struggle to target my core muscles leading to bad posture. This belt helps me to work on tightening these muscles and has already lead to a massive improvement in my ability to tense my core and support my back. I took some time to pick this product after reading so many reviews on it and other products because I wanted a safe and reliable product, I selected the AbFlex because there was nothing negative and it used normal batteries which I could replace. The product arrived safe a day ahead of the scheduled delivery date and was well packaged, at first I was worried because the instructions are short and to the point however they turned out to be accurate because the controls are simple. I am circa 50 years old, fit but with a belly that needs trimming up and two weeks into using the AbFlex an hour a day whilst walking the dog in my opinion I can already notice the difference. The controls are great, I put them in my jacket pocket and can up the intensity as I walk, an hour a day has already started to firm my stomach muscles and I am 100% happy, a little trial an error regarding the amount of liquid applied to the pads and tightness of the belt but once you get that right the product is great, I am very happy and will continue to use it, so glad I bought the product that does not have controls on the belt itself

I’ve had the Ab Flex belt for just over a week now and can safely say that’s it going to be money well spent. I try and use it 2 times a day (morning and evening) spending 30 minutes each time. The 10 different modes and intensity levels allow me the chance to really give my abs a good workout and I’m definitely feeling the benefits, although the immediate burn after the 30 minutes is less than enjoyable! No pain no gain I suppose! The belt arrived in great condition, well packaged and easy to use. Looking forward to seeing my progress over the next few weeks as I build it in to my existing routine
Good value, neatly packaged and presented compared to an older model and it’s replacement by a competitor. Involves a series of programmes , although there doesn’t appear to be a great deal of difference between them! Provides a solid workout, but I remain undecided as to how effective it will prove!
A little disappointed with one or two aspects.
1 It requires batteries to be fitted although the original are still effective after 5 X 2 X 30 minutes sessions.
2 it is difficult to adjust the waist size when wearing the unit Andi cannot find any advice as to how tight it should be
3 the control unit is unwieldy and a little bulky when using the belt whilst exercising
4 the instruction brochure would be improved by specifying what each of the programmes involves or targets and with suggested workout plans
But if it does the job at this price with excellent distribution service all will be forgiven!

Great delivery time, very well packaged that’s recyclable. Seller cannot do enough for you. They touch base with a courtesy mail to see if you need any further help. Great instructions plain easy to follow. I was up and going within 5mins. Start low build up as instructed in booklet. I’m on 4th day now and feel difference. For the cost of this product It’s a steel and its very good quality with full warranty.
Too early to comment on results but the product itself is really good, much better quality than previous ones I’ve had. Good selection of programmes. Customer service really friendly, emailed to check if I was happy and mentioned the product comes with a lifetime guarantee which I wasn’t aware of.
The product arrived on time. The inner box wasn’t sealed (which made me wonder if it was brand new or refurbished). The little pouch inside is a nice touch – good for storage and/or transport. I was also pleased to find the batteries were included. I’ve only used it for 4 days at home usually a few hours after my gym workout, so i cant yet tell how effective Ab Flex is. –
Also while using it, are you meant to actively TENSE your muscles or try to relax them and let the pulses tense them for you????
The pulses are STRONG, and it’s great to have many channels & levels to choose from.
My concern however is the fact that on the pads you can either use the gel (provided) or WATER (as said in the instructions) – however also in the instructions it says to avoid putting water on the belt !?! – hopefully i wont damage it with water once the gel runs out.
But for now it seems to be doing its job well.

Good piece of kit, great value, been using for 3 weeks now and seen some difference, don’t expect overnight results though but keep at it, good choice of programmes. Only con so far is the battery cover is lose and tends to come at times, also if the belt is tight, maybe it’s to tight, it can power of when the control pad is in the pouch. Would recommend.
Excellent device…. I have used it for approx 600 minutes on my belly and I can definately feel that my abs have become firmer. That’s a nice new feeling, after having been too lazy about rebuilding abs after child births, for too many years. It has even helped firming the muscles on the back, in the battle against bra bulges!!! 🙂 I bought three sets, two for gifts. The first batch arrived two days before schedule. The second batch took a while, but those were transportatation issues, not because of the seller. Agree with others, who say it would be nice with some more guidance to, what the different settings mean. If you want quicker results and if you can, use it while you do other exrecises, fex situps. its not nescessary though. I Recommend the belt.

This is indeed a good product. I have used it for a couple of weeks now and always enjoyed it. I definitely feel that my abs muscles are stronger than before though I can not see them as yet. A slight negative point is that the instructions are not clear, I think it is better to upload a short video about this. Emails from Sarah is also a sign that they care for customers. I will definitely buy another around Christmas for my brother.

Only used the Ab Flex a couple of times, its well made, comfortable to use… Im hoping it will tone up my core muscles which will help strengthen my back… and also trim waist line. I use it around the house and or when I go out for a walk.. Im not a gym user.
I would imagine if you had alot of weight to lose it would take time and diet to show the benefits. Its worth watching some youtube videos who do give good tips, on varying your workout rather than sticking to the same one…

Really good product. I’m using it and has helped me to reduce and tone my abs. Of course a balanced diet and complimentary work out is necessary. Wear the belt while doing cardio and you will see results.

Once you get used to how to use it, this belt is very comfortable and straightforward. The range of programmes is very good and the timer switch is clear and simple to use. I’ve been using it he belt for a week and can already see a small, positive difference. I though long and hard before buying and am glad that I have gone ahead and done so. Good value for money
Don’t expect a 6 pack over night, use along side a good diet ie. High protein low carb with a high intensity workout in order to burn fat and I promise you will see results , and I can say this works because within 8 weeks of starting my training and using this I now have a 6 pack plus amazing oblics too

Only just started using this but much better than one I used years ago. Firstly is has adjustable belt size which is handy when you have a massive gut. Lots of different settings current fave is kneeding. Just doing my third 30 min session and you can really feel muscles contracting. use generous amount of gel otherwise its a bit like being tasered, with plenty of gel a nice experience.
I bought this product as a boost for the days I can’t fit my usual ab workout in. I haven’t been using it for long, just enough to give all the settings a trial, but so far it’s promising.
The product itself is very easy to navigate: comfortable fit belt that can easily be tightened or loosened; sensible controller that has all the information you need without being overly complicated.

I can tolerate intensity level 45 at the moment and use it for one hour a day you really can feel it on your stomach it does work well, as to whether it will show on the outside time will tell.I do go to the gym and slimish I just want my stomach pulled in a bit and im confident this will do it.
Its comfortable to wear and doesn’t slip down it holds firm on the stomach.
If your fat you will have to eat less then you will see the results im sure of that.
I bought this product a few weeks ago on a bit of a whim (who doesn’t want great abs???) and also I had some amazon vouchers free so I thought ‘why not?’. As ever, once the item had been dispatched, I was asked to provide feedback. This was before I even opened the box, so wanted to wait about a month to provide a review.
Anyway, I have been using this for about 2 hours each day, and have worked up to setting 70 (out of 99). It is easy to use and also easy to get on with other stuff around the house without impediment. I should also add that I have lost about 14 lbs over the last 4 months and I’m in reasonable to good shape for someone in their mid 50s. I am also getting through AA batteries every 10 days or so.
Having put in all those qualifications, I would definitely say that it works. I do have more clearly-defined abs and have done no sit-ups. My wife is most impressed!
I would say if you are in good shape and can get into a routine where you can wear this for a few hours a day (and have a plentiful supply of AA batteries – will have to get some rechargeable ones…) then give it a try and you may be surprised within a month.

Starting to see results
I have been using the Ab Flex for about a month and have certainly started to see results. I’ve been told that you need a body fat percentage below 12% to get a six pack, so I’m not expecting that but the Ab Flex really does help tone the abdominal area. I have also noticed that my core strength has greatly improved and find normal ab exercises (sit ups, plank) much easier. Combined with my normal excercise routine and fairly healthy diet it will be interesting to see how far the Ab Flex goes in toning the abdominals.

I purchased this item a month ago, and have waited this long to see if would be any good. I must admit I’ve looked at these before and never been sure if I was wasting my money. This Toning belt has blown all my concerns right out the window. I have to confess having read the instructions, I was a wimp and started right on the lower end of the scale! It was a strange sensation to start with, having never used one of these before, but all was well and I decided to up the levels. As I’ve said, had it a month now, it DOES make a difference. You can just sit with it doing It’s thing, or as I do wear it whilst I’m up and about, even worn it whilst gardening!. It sits under my T shirt with out anyone even noticing it and the remote sits neatly in your pocket(perfect). The other useful thing with this is, it has a really good length of adjustable belt with a click fit buckle. Another favourable thing is, you never have to replace the Ab pads, also 100% money back if not working for you, what’s not to like. I can really feel the stomach muscles taking on a firmer tone. Better than my old slender tone
Very good bit of kit , I bought this as 15 yrs ago I used slender tone belt to tighten up my tummy muscles that were slack from 3 pregnancies and it worked well the yrs have gone by and my tummy is starting to let the rest of me down I’m average weight for my size albeit with pop belly , so ordered this price + reviews swayed me well I’ve used it 4 days so far , and from memory this feels way better than my old device and I know with perseverance it will do the job . I hate sit ups so this is perfect , I start on either training or toning setting At 35 and half way through crank it up to 50 , I do this twice daily ( box says once a day but hay ho I’m impatient)
I’ve had the Ab Flex Toning Belt for a week now so it’s still early days but on first impression… it’s really well made for the price, it’s comfortable to wear, it’s very easy to use and it makes my abs jump up and down like a manic kangaroo on a trampoline so it must be doing some good 🙂 If anything, it would have been good if the instructions gave a bit more detail on where to actually wear the belt to achieve your ideal results (i.e., below, on, or above the stomach button) but a couple of quick searches on the internet solved that one for me.
Overall, I’m very happy with it and hopefully, as long as I keep using it on a daily basis, then I should start to see some results.
This product will not magically give you Abb’s, however I would strongly recommend it to an individual who is; at low body fat percentage and trains regularly. I find after a day of deadlift this device helpes isolate my core muscles and contracts then in a very natural way . I feel this has been a benefactor to the overall Aesthetics of my abbs, however will not build muscle or help strength.Additionally this belt is a bit more intense when compared to similar products. At first I found the toning belt a bit painful on my skin but have stuck with it and have now managed to progress to a level that I can feel the contractions in my muscles. I think this will do the job I was hoping it would do and help to strengthen my core, I sit at a desk most of the day and despite attending an advanced boot camp 3 times a week my core has not regained the muscle strength of my youth ( I’m 61) and I regularly suffer with a sore back. I have waited a few weeks to leave an honest review and i can only say this item is one of if not the best i have used. Since i have been useing the ab flex i have lost 4 inches from my waist(also watching my diet and doing cardio and core)and i have now got strength in my abdominal area that enables me to do ab crunches and planks with ease. I know that it does not give you this without putting in the extra work of training and diet but in its class and price range you will be pleased if you purchase the only thing i will say is buy some rechargable batteries as heavy use will burn through batteries very pleased and great addition to my workout plan.

I don’t think I will ever get a six pack cause I would have to loose weight first. What I can say is that you can really feel and see it working as your muscles contact. Anyone who says it’s not powerful enough must have a faulty belt. I’m on level 35 on the toning program and I will be glad when the 30 minutes is up. No pain no gain!
I’ve used this everyday (for an hour) for the 2 weeks I’ve owned it- and it is brilliant!
I started out on Level 10 and am now up to Level 25, I alternate between Toning & Training mode and it really does the trick, though I cant visibly see a difference to the outside of my stomach I can feel the muscles in my lower stomach (where I wear the belt) are tighter.
I do find that when I am working out (or simply getting the household chores done; making beds, doing the washing ect.) wearing the AbFlex the intensity of the belts ‘prickle’ goes up ten fold- but that just makes for a firmer feel the next day 🙂
Last thing: About the gel that comes with the belt- a little goes along way- I see the bottle lasting a long while!

I have tried the expensive slender tone belt the pads needs to be replaced often and are not cheap from slender tone. I have also tried a cheaper belt that only requires water on the pads but the belt stings even when used with gel. AB flex belt is absolutely fabulous with so many levels and modes. Really happy with this, being that i have been very stationary for several years due to ill health, my core muscles became non-existant. there are still days when i am too weak to do my usual exercise regime. Thats when this belt comes into it’s own, i can have it on any setting depending on what i can cope with on that day. i can place it on lower or upper abs, or reverse to help regain muscles in my back. i am very pleased. does exactly as promised. i have noticed i am getting stronger, more able to control my stomach muscles better than i expected to from exercise alone.
I do suffer from unusually sensitive sides, so i find i have to be careful not to be too ambitious, else i can feel a sharp shock rather than the muscles being ‘twitched’, better to have lower setting for longer IMO.

The instruction booklet is basic but also easy to get to grips with.

I purchased this belt three weeks ago, as a slim fit woman in my fifties aiming to gently strengthen my abs after fainting & damaging my lower back. My main concern was that it would be too weak or ineffective as my abdominals were already quite fit, on the contrary I have been absolutely delighted with it! The large range of effective levels work brilliantly & my starting point was nowhere near the maximum, so lots of scope to build tolerance, the various programmes feel quite different & seem to work different abdominal areas. From the beginning, I was impressed with the strength & effectiveness of the belt & made the mistake of letting my husband try it….we are now fighting over it & may have to buy a second one for him! I’m currently using it for one hour in the morning and the same in the evening. Highly recommended even if you are pretty fit already!

It’s really good though you have to have it at like 15 to even start feeling anything but yeah still good. If one complaint I wish you could silence the beeping and just type the intensity you want rather than holding it down for ages, the other one is a pause button, coz sometimes u need to like rub ur stomach and u end up getting electrocute or you have to start the timer again and get the level u were at.

Sceptical but not no more
I was enitially going to buy a cheaper version until I noticed all the extras this had to offer and the fact it was only 10 extra. I was warey and I went for it. I just wanted this belt for toning due to working long hours and being most of the time stood on the spot or sat all day and even though I’m slim my stomach muscles started to slip. I have only had this item two days and already I’m noticing a difference. Some of the settings can take time to adjust to i would imagine as even on low some of them still make me jump!! But the product is absolutely fantastic and works a treat.

I really can’t speak highly enough about the ab flex, my stomach feels tighter, I’m starting to see the top 4 abs and my jeans feel looser, obviously you need to have pretty low body fat for this thing to work so if you got a beer gut I wouldn’t recommend, the ab flex can’t make miracles, but if you help it by doing a good diet and some cardio trust me you will see results!
adjustable strap lets it dow
I have only had this product for a couple of days so cannot give an authorative view. My first impressions are positive except for the adjustable strap which should be adjustable when wearing. The width of the strap and the quality is very poor for an item that is supposed to be top of the range. I cannot make a physical adjustment while the strap is on so I have to struggle to close the belt at it tightest around my waist. Surely a broader higher end adjustment mechanism should have been considered for people like me who are not as flexible as they used to be (a polite way of saying old and fat).
As a 32 year guy who has been training for the last 16 years I thought these belts were a bit of a gimmick to be honest. Or of more benefit to new mums and people recovering from injury rather than regular gym goers. I remember buying a much more expensive slender tone one about 10 years ago when i was in the army and not being impressed by it at all. Think I used it a couple of times then gave it away. Iv gotta admit though this is a decent bit of kit. Much more powerful than I anticipated and less than half the price of the big name branded ones. Well worth a buy if your a bit skeptical like I was about how good they are and didn’t wanna gamble on a expensive one.

It’s early days as I’ve only had this for 5 days, so far so good. I don’t understand the reviews where peoples it doesn’t work even on full setting.
I’m 5’9″ and 12 stone – i.e very little fat on my stomach which I think helps. I got this due to a recent accident preventing me going to the gym and to maintain my physique (not muscly/defined – just normal).
Put the belt on and it’s quite incredible how the muscles contract, I could go nowhere near setting 99, max was about 30 on both channels for me, it was causing me to twitch like a lunatic (much to my wife’s amusement!).
I like the range of programme options (some are just painful for me, others work the muscles perfectly).
The one improvement I would like to see is a “low battery” display.

Excellent delivery process, thanks to Amazon Prime. Well packaged and clear and concise instructions. So far only had for 1 week, but feeling the benefit already – can’t wait to see how I look and feel 6-8 weeks down the line. I am a regular gym user, so am using the belt to compliment my work outs – especially when I am at home, around the house – had it on for an hour the other day whilst doing the ironing. I would recommend using a warm up programme and 5-10 minutes ( as per the instructions), it does give you chance to get used to the pulses – after that though – it is quite easy to ramp up to a higher spec programme.
First impressions and praise for customer service
Been using this for almost a week now, and already I’m beginning to feel a difference. It’s easy to operate using the wired remote control and the instructions are straight forward. Very easy to wear under loose clothing, there’s even a pouch to store the remote control, nobody would notice unless your’e ticklish (the drum beats make you jump a little until you used to them). Applying the water based gel is no problem and easily cleans off afterwards. It works by using two ‘AA’ batteries which are supplied and readily available when needed.
The seller, EZ Innovations Ltd have fantastic customer support. I had one small problem with the supplied storage case regarding the zip fastening. I might not have bothered about this given the good value of this kit, but they sent me a very warm thank you email after it arrived, so I decided to mention the zip problem in reply. I am very pleased with this item. It arrived within the stated delivery time & was well packaged. I wear this item under my top clothing & use it as I get ready for work or in the evening as I sit & relax. I don’t stick to one 30 minute programme & I don’t just wear it over my stomach, I have been giving myself a general trunk tidy up & sometimes wear it on my back too! The battery life is amazing! I can’t comment yet on how affective it is, but I do feel in my muscles that it is getting through the fat layers & working those muscles! Easy to wear & use. Fantastic, very happy with the purchase of this ab toning belt, one of the most reasonably priced belts I’ve come across, simple to use, just moist the 4 integrated pads with the included gel or water and put the belt on around your stomach and adjust. Comes with and takes standard AA batteries so NO need to wait and charge it up before use, just turn it on select one of the 10 programs and start increasing the levels. I’ve used EMS systems before, you either end up a mess of wires, pads, straps and feel like you can’t move without the pads moving around or catching wires, or with other belts, when you come to take them off you end up with sticky stuff from the pads, NOT this one. You have one cable to the controller which has a nice little pocket to slide into on the side of the belt and your free to move about and get on with other daily activities. Once finished just unclick and wipe off any remaining gel, no sticky mess!
Early days but feels good
Hello I am 55 yrs young. This product was bought to re-firm my stomach muscles & not to gain a six pack, but hey if that is the result I will gladly take it. It is early days but I can already feel the difference, I use it twice a day & alternate the programmes using setting 50 of 0-99 as I find this the most comfortable, maybe as I progress it may increase. My core workouts at the gym feel a whole lot different I have had to increase the reps to achieve the desired burn, this is a positive sign that using the Ab Flex in conjunction with regular exercise increases the result. For the price it’s a steal, don’t hesitate, fully recommended.
