Wow.I received offers of help from this supplier before it arrived. After receipt and opening, l was impressed by the obvious thought that had gone into its packaging and it oozed quality. Everything was in the storage case. Installed the batteries, applied the gel and after reviewing the instructions, thought start at program 1. Pretty much felt contact as soon as l hit the plus button on area 1. Using the plus button on area 2 confirmed my thoughts that this was a great product. I used program 1 for 30 minutes and it turned itself off. Simple. I doubt l could have ever worked my abs for this long with that intensity. Amazing how far this technology has come over the years, my abs are looking better than ever before and I’ve only had it less than a month in combination with my ketogenic diet! And it runs on just 2 AA batteries! I was surprised it still gives a strong shock.

the only downside is Just a shame its small and it won’t do upper and lower abs at the same time, so I’ve got to use it twice, when some other products do all the abs at the same time.

Okay… So here’s what you need to know. Firstly, if you want a strong core and a good pack of abs, real exercise is far more effective and less painful. This product is an alternative to exercise for people who are either lazy or have some kind of pain that prevents exercise. I can be the first one sometimes, I’ll admit but I do have a slipped disk in my lower back that can be a real pest. That’s why I got this. It hits the abs and the obliques quite nicely and you’ll get a good few uses out of the batteries. I would say that it’s best used during house work or something just as an extra “2 birds with one stone” kind of thing which is great. It’s also a great post workout finisher for the abs. I use the highest setting for best results (99) on the final program. It is very uncomfortable at first but you get used to the zapping after a short while and each one will last 30 minutes.
Now… What everyone will want to know. Does it actual work? In short, yes to some extent. As I said, proper ab-targeted exercises are better. You’ll get better and faster results that way. I felt slight ab aches the next day which means that it’s definitely done something. Physically, my body fat still needs to lower a bit for the ripped effect but that is just down to dieting. Don’t expect to see fat coming off with this. It holds no cardio aspect which you would get with exercises. Lose the fat with diet and cardio and you will see results with this belt. If you can exercise your abs with actual exercise, do that. You can do a full ab workout in half the time with double the results. If you’re really keen on doing as much as you can, combine exercises with the belt and it will certainly add to your progress. So the verdict, good product worth investing in to if you’re serious about your physique. Id say use it 4 to 7 days a week, once per day and you’ll be happy with the results after a few weeks. Just keep that bloody fat down with cardio and diet! Hope this helps

I do see a slight result from using it regularly, helps shaping my abs, using it alongside with a good diet and workout. Although I had a bad skin reaction to the gel provided, I swapped for aloe gel and works fine for me.
Multiple choices in settings and intensity which is nice, currently on highest intensity m, can feel uncomfortable but worth it.

Having adjusting my lifestyle and eating healthier, I wanted to use an ab belt to assist with stomach toning. I have previously used slender tone belts, two of which have stopped working now for whatever reason but they lasted a while without any issue. This time I thought I’d save 50 quid and get this device as it looked pretty good. This is my 3rd day of using the ab belt and it is just as good if not better than the 80 slender tone item I was going to get. I have multiple options on this belt which are so much easier to select than on the slender tone. I can hold the control panel and see what’s going on, how Long is left, what program I am on etc. It does not show battery life but I have used this three times a day since Monday (it’s now Friday) and it’s still going. It came with two double A batteries but I have put in Duracell and kept those ones in the bag. The box contains the belt, batteries and gel for the pads which works fine and wipes off after use. I work away in a lorry so I often don’t have time to do half hours worth of sit ups, or maybe I’m just lazy but anyway, I can see my stomach looking much more toned and I feel like I am walking a bit more upright now since I can feel my abdominal muscles. Overall I rate this product a dope 5 stars!
Great for physio on a bad lower back
This has been amazing for fixing my bad back. My abs had been injured and by the time they healed my lower back and legs had taken over all the work leaving me disengaged with my abs. I couldn’t do situps as my lower back kicked in right away and tired to pain after 10 reps….. This plus gentile core physio has saved my life!

I have tried this product for a week now and my stomach is starting to look more toned. I am already slim so am using it to tone up so I think if you had weight to lose, it is best combined with an exercise program before you will start seeing effects. So far so good though

Good value
I find conection the belt difficult,you have to twist to do it up, and it is difficult to tighten if necessary. It might be better to use elastic ( just a suggestion). The 10 different rythems the font could do with being bigger or perhaps less of them.
Ab flex real review
Great item compared to other units available. Four pads not like others that have two. Simple menu and display. Very powerful. the only thing I would want better is a back lit display for when you in a darker environment. And a Velcro waist band like my wife’s as the clip can be uncomfortable when you sit against it. Other than a grey unit.

Amazing, should have bought one ages ago. Really easy to use I have been using for a few days now I can feel my abs coming along nicely, I know everyone says you can pop the belt on and do every day things! not from my experience, the contractions boy do they stop you in your tracks, you can barely stand straight let alone do the hoovering, overall I recommend this to anyone and I have, I was sceptical but it really works the only gripe I have is with the fastening so fiddly to click shut, I would have preferred a velcro belt and buckle, easy and simple but that’s my personal preference overall agreat produc

I’ve been using it for about a month. There’s some improvement in my stomach. I have it set to 80, and on a twenty minute program. I’d like to be able to save my settings rather than put them in every time I use it. Please be careful if you have hip, stomach or bowel issues, as it may cause pain. It might be worth checking it out with your doctor before buying.

This is the second abs belt I have purchased, the first was from Aldi or Lidl to see whether they worked, I found they did but I left it in an hotel miles away and haven’t got it back. So I decided to buy another and the reviews on this one seemed good and the price was ok so I fired away.
The delivery was next day even though it was a Saturday which was great and I got to use it straight away. First thing was that it took a while to figure out what the two channels were, it does say in the handbook but it isn’t particularly clear and the this book really needs improving. So for anyone reading, the channels relate to the outer and inner pads on the belt which you can set at different intensities.
Next thing I am not keen on is the belt fixing, my old belt had Velcro which was easy, this clips together behind your back and then you can tighten by pulling one end of the strap. P:ersonally I find this much more fiddly than the Velcro.
I have been using the belt for 4 days now and once you get the hang of the settings it is quite easy to navigate, The one criticism I have is that you cannot raise the level of both channels at the same time, you have to alternate the buttons, also there is no guidance on the best use of each channel.
The positive side of all this is that the belt works really well, the 10 different settings all feel good and I can already feels my abs tightening up so on balance I am quite happy with the purchase so far.

Ok, so I bought this item on the 25th of Aug 2018 and didn’t touch it till today 17th June 2019. Almost a year!! I was scared and didnt know what to expect. But today, i finally summoned courage and had to use it cos i was getting out of shape. I think of it daily tho, just that i couldn’t summon the courage to use it. It feels really weird i must say and I’m only using setting 5 to 8. And on the drumbeat mode. I tried using the slapping, kneading, hammering, cupping, etc damn! I nearly jumped out of bed. It was scary. I think others might upset my stomach, the way they feel. It was so weird I think I will have to stay on that first one, drumbeat. I think I’m gradually getting used to this item now. Cos I started off today morning with 5 and now trying 8 this evening. So i believe that by tomorrow, I’ll be doing 10. It feels like it works. So far so good. I haven’t seen any nasty surprises except for when I tried to use other modes other than drumbeats . But I will definitely recommend this item. I like it. And I’m so excited when I’m using it. I have tommy so it may take a while before I notice anything. Well, I’m not in a hurry anyways.

Really nice product and easy to start up and wear. The only negative is the minimal information to help choose the programs and what the perceived benefits of each of the options are. I may be on the completely wrong setting for what I want to achieve but won’t know that until no result and I try something else.

Device itself is great. THe only problem I encountered was the dize of the belt. A sI have a fairy rotund shape, I wasn’t able to stretch the belt all the way around my stomach. It would be helpful if for future releases, the belt size is made more adjustable and larger.

Have only been using this for a couple of days, but it is very easy to use and you can get on with other things whilst using it – which is a bonus. I cannot yet say what results I will get from it, but after reading all the other excellent reviews, Im hoping I will have a lovely toned tummy ready for my holiday in August.
Brilliant for toning stomach muscles!
This really does help to work out and tone your stomach muscles. You still have to eat healthy and work out doing lots of cardio but once your stomach fat starts to go, you will watch your stomach muscles show. If it works for me it can work for anybody.

Totally worth it!
I was so hesitant towards this product cause most other abs product out there they claim miracles and the pictures here pushed you into the same directions. Its definitely NOT a miracle product that tones away the abs without any exercise or healthy eating. BUT it is definitely a compliment towards toning the stomach muscles when you combine it with other regular activities. I use it on and off nowadays but have tested in the past for three weeks with a combination of stomach exercises and eating healthier meals and seen a clear difference as to not having it on. Then I used it once a day, everyday, for a three week period. I am not an athletic freak nor do have any abs but I have seen clear results on my belly fat.
As for pain relief well, I do suffer from lower-back pain, and for me turning this around to facing the back has helped me somewhat. It hasn’t been a pain reliefer for me but has calmed it down, hence why I rate it 3 stars for pain relief.
The belt is easily adjustable and you can use water instead of the gel. Always start slow and raise towards maximum.
Overall, its price worthy and does its job well. Totally recommend it.

Since having some problems with my lower abdomen and cant do any exercises involving abdominal muscles this has gave me what I needed to not get behind when Im on the road to recovery. increasing the setting with every session and can definitely feel the effects.

I have only had this belt for 2-3 days. It’s super easy to use and although the pictures dont show, it does work your obliques (that’s what channel 2 is for).
A bit about me.
Decided to buy this, as i am currently trying to lose the tyre around my stomach area. I go to the gym 6days a week and mainly do weight training.
I wonder myself if this product helps people lose fat% but it’s probably unlikely. I still use it just incase but on a high setting.
If your reading this please note, in order for your abs to show, you will have to have a certain % of fat. I think its 5% but I could be wrong.
Very Effective
I’ve used skendertone products in the past and this one is at least as effective. I’ve been using it for a week and already the results are noticeable. Easy to use and I haven’t had any problems at all. Of course without fat burning exercise and an appropriate diet this belt won’t make much difference at all.

I really like this. I marked it down due to lack of detail in the instructions, also that I have trapped small bits of skin in the belt’s clasp twice. It’s got a nice zipped case to keep it in. Some people have complained about the size of the belt. I am a size 16/18 and have plenty of room to spare. Gel lasts as you need very little. Comfortable belt to wear. A bit early for a review, having only used this 3 times so far, but it does what it says on the tin!! 🙂 I am not large but do want to tone the stubborn nelly area and already I can see a difference! I use it for an hour first thing each morning, on an empty stomach, 30 min warm up then 30 mins from the bottom line settings, so far using them in order. It will defo take me a while to work up to maximum settings but if I am seeing results on lower ones it just means they will get more apparent as time goes on! A great purchase!

Well built and looks like it will last unlike other cheaper models. Previous cheaper unit was at max already in use. Only got as far as 40/100 so plenty of room for me to improve.

I do have decent core strength and I am active everyday but have little bit of flab round my middle. However after about 3 weeks use 5/7 days I am noticing that I have indentations becoming more obvious around my abs kind of like the beginning stages of a 6 pack.My waistline feels tighter and slimmer. I’m only at level 24 on my favourite “cupping” which I find really enjoyable but can’t use all of the programmes at that level yet. Great product. Remote control looks a bit cheap and basic but does the job. I havnt even had to Change batteries/ buy new lubricant yet. I’ve only used this machine. Havnt done one sit up. So this machine really does work. I’m up to around 75 on the strength setting. I use for 30 mins twice a day. Easy to wear and use. Feels uncomfortable when you first use it but I’m used to the feeling now.
Much more powerful than I thought it would be, hilarious watching the man looking like He’s being electrocuted lol max we can go to is 50 at the min and it’s bloody effective and can defo feel it the morning after. Anyhow if you need some gel you can get My Skin Matters from Sainsburys for 2 for 250 which is loads. Just triwd it and it works brilliant.

I found it very difficult to use the clasp and keep the belt on, you have all the gel on and have to use two hands to clasp it together, at the same time the controller swings every where, as it only just fits the pouch
I have had it a few weeks now and from day one have had it on level 99 on every program
never got any straining feeling at any time it did tighten my tummy muscles on the pulses I’m not fit slightly over weight by 5kg and retired and slightly disappointed it didn’t make me jump out of my skin at a lower setting

It’s still early days, but my partner and I have used this product several times already and after first use felt the effects the next day; clearly showing that it was doing something. It’s a great product to exercise your abs but also to warm up.
We all have these moments where we wish we’d do a bit more exercise but we come back in the evening and maybe feel too tired, we don’t feel like it.

Great, reliable toning bel
I’ve had this belt for a couple of months now and I’m very happy with it. As many of the previous reviews had said, it works best when doing additional workout & training. There are a variety of different warm-up and workout programs which is great. The display can be difficult to see at times because it is not lit but this is a negligible issue. I like that it can be worn as a belt (as opposed to pads) and can be adjusted. The customer service is also highly recommendable, very friendly and prompt. I would recommend this product.
One of the best things about this unit is that you only need to put a drop of gel on the pads before use. I also have a Slendertone and it uses sticky patches which need to be regularly replaced at a cost of 10 a go. This unit really gives your abs a great workout. I have got it up to level 55 of 100, and after 20mins you feel like you have done 100 situps. I’m using it every day, best purchase I’ve made this year!

Ordered the Ab Flex for my wife who attends 7 assorted gym aerobic classes per week but still wants to achieve a more toned stomach.

Great service and quick delivery, product is well made comfortable and fairly easy to use. We shall see what results it provides. The one slight negative is can’t find anywhere the tells you what the pre-program settings are designed to do and so just played around with it to find a pattern of pulses that I feel works. Also need to find where to eventually get more contact gel when tube supplied runs out? Hoping it works with a combo of diet and other excersise to trim up these abs!

works as described
Its too early for me to give a full review as I only received the Ab Belt a couple of days ago. The main reason I bought this was to strengthen my core in the hopes that it will help relieve my chronic lower back pain. I had read that it helps so am hopeful, but only time will tell.

This product is very good but I’ve only given 4 stars as there are a few very tiny issues. The first one is the belt doesn’t have enough adjustment to fit a smaller waist but it did suggest unisex use and the programmes are really good however there should be an option where you can move through them without having to readjust the intensity settings.

Great product, can instantly feel it working, easy to use
Beong a regular gym goer I though I’d try this out to see if these things really do work – and I can happily say it does! You can instantly feel it working. Out of the workout options I recommend pulsing, training and toning as these really do hurt… and I’m only on level 50 out of 99! You only need a very small amount of the conductive gel on each of the pads and the waste belt is easily adjustable.
So far I am very impressed with this product, and can feel my core is harder after use. If you want a six pack to show through I imagine you need to lose the weight yourself however as this is more a muscle toner than fat burner.
Waiting for my abs to re-appear!
I bought this based on other reviews about product & customer service. Straight forward to use. Different levels are more bearable than others – haven’t got past 25 on power yet. I haven’t had any aches the next day so may need to turn it up. Can’t see results yet but I’ve only had it a couple of weeks. Got it as I have a bad back and and crunches are hard to do
I am slim and already have a very good figure but who says no to a smaller waiste and flatter stomach I don’t want to play intense sport to avoid getting thinner or muscly so I tried many of these devices and returned them because they’re painful or the power was uneven in both sides or simply because I didn’t notice the difference I am looking for after two ot three time of usage (I know I should stick to a schedule for a longer period of time before judging but I am just not that patient I want instant results)

I received it six hours ago used tense 30 for almost an hour before going to bed and another hour now when I woke up and it shrinked my waiste!
It’s just magic! I can already notice the difference and you have plenty of intensity levels that you can increase gradually until you find the one that suits you so it’s not painful at all
Definitely buy it but don’t forget to use the gel because it stings without it!!!
P.s I wish it was chargeable because I will be using it a lot and that means spending lots of money on batteries

I looked at a couple of different machines available on Amazon. I chose this one as it had good reviews and looked professional.I opted for normal, free delivery and was delighted that it arrived within a couple of days! The machine matches what is advertised and comes with easy to understand instructions. There are plenty of programmes to use and I have used the machine each day since I have had it. On each occasion I have felt my abdomen muscles being put through their paces and hope to see some muscle definition in the not to distant future.
The sellers emailed me directly to check that the machine had arrived OK and sent a follow
up email asking me how I was getting on and if I needed any assistance.

I purchased this AB Flex a couple of weeks ago, and have been using it for a week now. When you wear and use it, depending on the level of Pulse, you can certainly feel it contracting your muscles. At the moment, I have not noticed any improvement in my muscles, but you really do have to be patient. They say that you will notice a real change after a month and this I can believe. I will definitely review it again, after a month.
