Pleasantly Surprised
So many mixed reviews on these products didnt know what to expect so took a chance. Used alongside (after) morning situp sets and also wear to walk home after work, definitely notice the feeling of the additional work your abs do from wearing this belt but on it’s own possibly wont do what you hope. I went with purple for the price as it does the same as the more expensive option and for the price rate it as a good buy and addition to add something extra to a busy lifestyle. Wasnt gonna give 5 stars but cant fault the product to knock it dow

It’s a belt, so always stays in position, unlike any other stimulators I’ve tried. No sticky pads, just apply some gel to the pads before use. (I usually wipe off the gel with a towel after taking it off.) It has 10 different modes, each of which is different from all the others, and 100 levels of intensity, so it’s easy to find a combination which suits you. The remote is extremely useful and convenient. The most expensive one I’ve tried but without doubt by far the best.

Feel it is doing its work
This is so easy to put on and move about or sit. It great that the pads don’t have to be changed. I like it, but I won’t feel the benefits yet as I have only used it for a week and a half. But I am putting my faith in other reviews which state there is a noticeable change, so watch this space!!!!

Found this easy to use and comfortable, haven’t used it for the 6 weeks as stated but am already noticing a difference. Would highly recommend and the customer support team are great too.
I have been to clinics , ems , wonderlser etc with similar tech. This one does the job. Still as painful…but heck you get results. And way cheaper then going to the clinic. Recommend the toning option on level 50+ for faster results.
Well, I haveused this for almost a month. I started with 20 min on day 1, then 30 mins for the next 4 days. Then went for an hour everyday (split with two 30 min sessions). I have problem only with my lower belly. It makes my belly stiff. I believe I have lost some fat there. However, it’s not super flat yet. Believe it’s working to an extent. I will continue with the same method for the next 2 weeks. If it hasn’t helped in making my lower belly flat, then I will try to add some Crunches in the gym and see the Results. I will keep you updated ith my Results 🙂
If you don’t care about the colour – go for the cheaper option. All in all it is way better than the belt with water conducting pads.
The only issue I have- there is no instruction what can be done on each mode.
Although it’s not a big deal for me as I bought it for toning muscles- some might find it irritating.

No extras to buy makes it very cost effective
Never used an abdominal trainer before so didn’t know what to expect, it can feel odd initially but shouldn’t ever be painful. Do read the manual & be sensible about length of time used & intensity of settings. Only use on your abdomen & don’t wear too high on the chest – this isn’t for pectoral muscles etc.
The actual belt is well-made, doesn’t weigh much (600g) and is easy to adjust for comfort & fit with its velcro fastening. I was a 46 inch waist but it can fit larger. The belt is made of a soft material so you can move it up/down & re-position whilst wearing. I usually sit & watch TV, or do some ironing!
The attached controller is good with 5 separate ‘warm-up’ & 5 separate “exercise” programmes. The initial 5 programmes are gentler & help prepare the muscles for the 5 more intense ones. I like the fact that you can use any combination of these & vary them with each session to ensure a balanced toning of the muscles. There’s a countdown timer which stops a programme automatically after a maximum 30 minutes (adjustable to less time if you prefer). There is a mesh pouch on the belt to carry the controller, which is a good idea.
The 4 conductive pads inside the belt are properly attached & only require a small amount of conductive gel to work. You get 100ml included which will last weeks & supplies aren’t expensive. Some people use water instead – personally, I stick to the gel as it doesn’t dry-out & reduces the risk of possible skin burning. This is an excellent feature: I find my outer, abdominal muscles might need a lower setting than my middle, for comfort. After 2 weeks daily use (30 minutes – 1 warm-up programme, then 30 minutes – 1 exercise programme) I have lost 3 inches from my waist measurement. Sometimes, I do 2 of these sessions a day (morning/evening). I am also on a reduced calorie diet – the ABFLEX isn’t a weight-loss device, but it tightens the abdominal muscles as you lose fat, which really helps overall.

Item arrived within 1 day of purchase – amazing. Inside is the belt, attached remote, gel, manual and batteries. All comes in a small case. Manual/Set up/Start up was really easy and simple. There are 4 pads (2 in the middle of belt and 2 on the side) on the inside of the belt, to which you can control the pairs separately on the remote. 10 modes (5 for warm up and 5 for intense abdominal pulses). 99 intensity levels. No explanation really of what the 10 modes are or pulses that they do, you must go through them, see what you like and see which intensity suits you best.
I use to use the abdominal gel/stick on toning products but thought I’d change to something more secure and can actually move about in without worring if it will fall off. You must use the gel that comes with the belt, to lubricate the pads on the belt (I use literally two drops per pad it spreads lovely and does the job, had no problems using this amount. Plus the tube of gel will last you ages!!) The velcro that secures the belt on your person is pretty decent, strong, doesn’t feel loose at all. I like mine really tight so I get the maximum pulses on my abdominal area.
I must say, I don’t regret buying it (yet). I’ve read the reviews of this eating away the batteries, breaking, faulty remote etc etc.. I have not experienced this as of yet. I have also read of people see no difference/no effect of the belt. You have to keep climbing up the intensity ladder and try different modes. Switch your routine up as it suggests in the manual. You will not get any benefit of this belt if you keep it on a low intensity, as well as the same mode. Period. You honestly will feel like your abdominal has had a workout with this belt. I use this to tone on high intensities switching modes every day so cannot comment on pain relief as I’m use to these pulses through use of similar products.
To many I’m sure it’s uncomfortable but once you get use to the initial shock, you can push yourself to higher intensities and switch the modes up. Find out what works best for you. Everyone’s body is different so dont be despaired if you’re not seeing results as fast as some of the other reviews are saying. Keep at it!
At the beginning I was sceptic about this belt as a couple of years ago I had purchased a similar product that didn’t do anything to my muscles. I have to say that this belt is really efficient and with a large set of modalities and intensity levels, I ended up having painful abdominal pain after 30 min in level 14 but in a good way as if I had had a train in session at the gym. Honestly I would recommend this product to those whom want to get rid of a small belly and like me that don’t have the time to exercise at home or at the gym. 10 stars product.
Great device
Easy to set up and use! Been using it for a week along side my calorie deficit and getting my steps in and can honestly say it helps/ works. I wasn’t sure as tired product’s in the past that haven’t worked but this does. I also brought it off reviews so hope this one helps as I was clueless. But definitely recommend, it works if you stick to it.

Scary stuff, only up level 30 quite painful , hopefully self repair my hernia, 2 months on ,never used it again , to painful , can’t get it around me anyway too small
practical enough to be useful
Unlike other similar products I’ve tired, this one is practical enough to be useful. I’m using water instead of provided gel. Definitely far from perfect, needs loads of batteries, and not very comfortable, but I haven’t found a better product in this market. Compared to other products of this kind – this is 5 stars.

I’d had a very old similar Slendertone product for some time which was starting to become unreliable so I researched this area a little given these things aren’t cheap. What attracted me initially to this was the ability to simply use water based gels in small quantities on the pads rather than have to replace the actual pads themselves, which in Slendertone products seem to lose their usefulness too quickly. This is an easy to use belt which fastens with the usual Velcro. In contact with the skin are 4 plastic pads to which you need to add a (very small) drop of gel. I bought additional bottles of gel which now look like they’ll last me many months!
It seems a more significant gripe with this belt is its appetite for batteries. My experience here is positive. I have used the unit around 30 times at intensity levels greater than 45 for at least 30 mins, occasionally more, and the first set of batteries are still there and running well.I did recharge some batteries in readiness given previous reviews, but have not had to use them yet!
Not convinced on any claimed pain relief effects, but the pulses certainly prompt some movement around the abs area, and I tend to use it after a workout.

It's intense
Well I’ve said pain relief and comfort. But that wasn’t what I’ve purchased it for.
In terms of its actual functionality it’s brilliant. Can’t imaging the intensity at level 99, level 13 has me flicking between giggling and swearing.
Can see how this could potentially work. Definitely good value for money.

Hell, the remote control is VERY cheap and naff but I finally decided to buy a new ab belt after 5 years and this is really good. Comfortable, stays on, full coverage feels like a proper ab workout at your desk. Waking up and abs are aching. Fully recommend! (I bought when It was on offer at 40.59, NOT sure I’d pay 79.99 for it ..)

This belt is brilliant at roughly 40″ ish waist maximum it might be a bit tight for some. Using the gel is a must and not sticky at all. I have a long body so I have 3 positions to to place it. The explanation of the 10 settings and how they do/feeling is useless, you only learn by trying. I found i could have it in a tucked shirt and even below my jeans wait line and it no be noticeable except the wire and controller. I have quickly got to max setting and now have 1 warm up and 2 tones. Im really pleased

Has worked amazingly for me!
This has worked for me 100%. I use it for an hour 4/5 times a week and the results are unreal. I have noticed a huge difference with my waistline but also my “mum tum” has firmed up massively. I notice such a difference when I don’t use it for a few days, so it does need to be used consistently but it is worthwhile and so easy to use. Faster results using this than struggling through an abs / core blaster workout. Obviously regular exercise and eating well is also vital to see results but I know for sure the firmness of my stomach has increased quicker due to this belt. Would 100% recommend!

Well all I can say after reading many of the reviews on this item and for the price I paid this wonderful toning belt? 30.08p each, I couldn’t imagine it would be as good as it is, I ended buying a few more just in case I need spares in the future. I’m impressed how 3v can turn produce this electric which is pretty powerful. My opinion is grab one it gives a fantastic feeling of relaxation too.

I bought this Ab Flex because a year ago I needed surgery to fix 2 umbilical hernia’s and also stitch together an ab gap from having two 9lb babies 12 months apart. I wasn’t really looking to suddenly become a bikini model but more to feel strong in my core as I also have inflammatory arthritis and fibromyalgia and I’ve really been feeling so weak in that area. I’ve been using it on the Toning setting at least once a day (occasionally but not often, twice a day) and after four weeks working my way up through the intensities, I definitely feel so much stronger in my core, which in turn is helping my arthritis as my spine is my weak spot. I am not skinny or obese, but sit on the edge of the ‘overweight’ line of the NHS BMI chart. So I really do think the Ab Flex has been helping me with my core strength. I haven’t really been paying attention to what my stomach looks like, as after two massive babies and the abdominal surgery it’s a bit of a write off these days anyway !

I was a big lad when I got this and the belt wouldn’t go around me, 2 months on and it not only fits but I have to pull it tight by around 6 inches. yes, my waist has tightened by around 8/10 inches!!
the bag for the remote is the only thing I’d change as it always falls out, but I love it!!

I’m not one for reviews but a few days-in using the Ab Flex Toning Belt and I can say I’m surprised how I can feel the benefit in a short period.
I am a mother of two who had always been quite slim…size 10-12….until I had my second baby and no matter what I did I couldn’t get rid of the “inflatable” mum tum…everytime I ate my tummy would expand to look 5months pregnant again and my muscles were just stretched and weak. My youngest is now almost 5 and I decided enough was enough…..I lost two stone by healthy eating alone no exercise but still I had a weak and expanding tummy so I decide to try this and OMG I’m so glad I did…I just decided one day it’s worth a try and I’m going to treat myself…it has made my stomach so strong…which has a few benefits mainly it’s flatter and a better shape and nowhere near as saggy, it also means the muscles keep everything in even when I eat. Finally it’s also motivated me to exercise more because I have such an amazing core strength now I feel more powerful and able to do lots more. I agree with other posters that it won’t get rid of fat but the more you use it along with exercise the better it will look…I feel like it’s the ab belt that has lost me so many inches because I’m not bloating or stretching out like I used to as the muscles are so strong now. I didn’t buy a slender time because this one had good reviews and was half the price and I love the gel so easy to use and I can buy more on here. I actually really enjoy wearing the belt and sometimes it sends me to sleep it’s so relaxing…I have my favourite settings and the max number I use is 18-20 and Iv still seen so much progress after just two months. I’m just annoyed at myself I didn’t buy something like this sooner as I’ve spent so long being unhappy about my tummy and now I can wear all the things I want to again :)))

Easy to set up and use. Very comfortable to wear and definitely felt as if id had a full work out the next day. Managed to reach 55 on the settings so a way to go yet. For the price it’s a very good product.

Easy to read instructions. Practical and convenient to use at your choosing. Price very reasonably and effective in strengthening your muscles and trimming weight off your abs. I’ve used it both on abs, and lower muscles above pelvis. I’ve only used for just over a week and I can see the difference it’s making already for me. That combined with eating responsibly and doing other exercising routine. I’m very impressed with the level of customer service as well. I contacted them with an inquiry and they were very quick to respond and I’m thrilled with their assistance. This is a company that cares about their customers. I find it quite difficult to keep the belt tight and do it up. The belt is quite large on me though. Once on it’s easy to use.

Overall it’s a great buy, the only caveat is that the velcro for the belt has dwindled in it’s ability to hold the belt tight after about 4 months of using it. I’m trying to figure out how to fix it. Also the display in the controller has started fading in and out.

Wish it fit more snugly but then l have a huge mommy belly to work around. I think l can feel a tightening of abs but its very early days and as l said a lot of “BLUBBER” to get thru before results. One step at a time, but am enjoying it.

However once you crank the ab flex up you can really feel your muscles contract. Now this machine isn’t going to give you a six pack on its own, as it won’t remove tummy fat. For that you need to incorporate exercise and a calorie controlled diet. For me it’s perfect as I don’t enjoy sit-ups or planks at all.
So if you want to increase your abdominal muscle strength then this will be the machine for you. My only small gripe I have is the display on the control unit is a little bit hard to read in low light. Maybe on future models they could give it a back light?

Absolutely brilliant buy, it’s very comfortable. Deffo try at low speeds when you first buy it and play around with the settings lol so much fun deffo seeing this working to tone up my abs, already seeing a difference after a few days. Thank you so much

Breathing
This actually just arrived and have used it once. At first the sensation is kind of like a pinch, poke and ticklish but I felt like I was doing a bit of abs toning exercises with a bit of help did breathing or you can say yoga.
Overall feedback is efficient and easy to use.
WARNING: Buy extra batteries / reusable batteries for best and sustainable way to tone your abs.
It does work
The intensity settings go up to 99 but at the start I couldn’t cope beyond 40. As the days and weeks went by my tolerance increased, and now I start off at 70 and build up to 99 within 10 minutes. It hasn’t delivered the sort of abs you see on male models on magazine covers, but mine are noticeably more toned and visible. You do need to stick at it – this won’t deliver results in just a few days. You also need to be mindful of your diet and other exercise. On it’s own, the belt won’t be enough.
I’ve been using this product for over a year and can’t rate it enough. Decided to get back on it whilst in lockdown and I can notice the difference straight away. Im fairly active anyway, but it really helps with my core strength and makes my stomach feel a lot tighter after a few days. Oh, and I’m yet to replace the batteries or conductor gel.

I use the Ab belt twice a day/half an hour each time, the highest speed by now I used is 15, I also doing work out and I’m not eating after 6pm, all these together already gave me some visible results, I’ll attach pictures from fist day and fifth day.

On toning and training I could only get up to level 18 (i dont have the strongest muscles though). I loved using it while doing the school run or whilst working out for that extra burn. Only reason I’l say loved is ive recently found out I’m pregnant so cannot use it at the moment.

Best for the price range
I have used it for 3 days continuously for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening with 10 mins of hiit workout and I can already feel my core muscles harden. It’s not that bad for a product at this price range.
Helps tone the abs.
Comfortable to use. Great as a top up to exercise. Battery still going and have used at least 30 time’s so far.
It feels like it’s working. I’m slim and exercise but don’t focus on my abs so much. All good so far.

I’ve only been using the Ab flex belt for a few days but right out of the box its easy to use and feels like it really works. Its got a number of different settings for warm-up and the actual ab toning which all work in a distinct way and the level of intensity can be easily increased or decreased with the touch of a button. Still it requires adhering to a healthy diet and some form of cardio exercise to see the best results.

I bought this belt to tone my waist. I have used the belt for three days using for 1 hour every day and already I can feel that my stomach feels little bit tighter than before. I am convinced, though it’s probably to early to say that this belt will reach my expectations.
The belt has various programmes for different level and I found medium strength was very strong.

If you find that your stomach gets smaller very quickly bear in mind that you are not losing fat nor building muscle but losing retained water. Having said that once you get past the water retention boost it does continue to work, albeit at a much slower pace. Some complain about the strap but this is just it being wrongly configured in its clamp, pull the strap through the final clamp and you will find that the belt can now be fitted loosely and you can then pull the strap to tighten it!
There are ten possible power setting, five for warm up and five full power, and two buttons for raising the intensity in each set of pads…. I ended up using full power setting number one with the power intensity increasing during the 30 minute session (all four pads on the same setting) and then doing a second session on max intensity, so really ignoring most of the other settings.
In its recommended position all the pads sit on the stomach but there is nothing to stop you rotating the belt so that two pads sit on the love handles and two on the side of the stomach. I do half an hour one side at full power number one and then rotate it over to the other side and repeat. So one day I do it in the recommended frontal position and the next give the love handles a going over, repeat every day with Sunday off.
Full power number one alternates between a pleasant buzzing sensation and very strong thumping action, which can be a bit disconcerting on the love handles, you need to start off on low intensity and work your way up to full intensity. Given the power of the belt, three weeks at an hour a day is very good battery life, using extra strong AA battery at a quid for a pack of eight. I prefer sitting down at the computer when using this belt.
I use this about an hour before my evening meal. One unexpected effect of doing so is that it has largely eliminated the mild case of IBS I suffered after eating this meal, no idea why but a couple of other reviews have also noted this effect. Just started using a cheap aloe vera gel (a quid) that is more watery that the more expensive versions and seems to work well with the pads. There are some expensive slimming creams out there, might be interesting to see how these work with the belt.
Overall am down a couple of inches on the waist and hopeful that I will be able to eliminate the dreaded love handles (not huge but annoyingly stubborn) as they are already different in shape (you may lose density away from where the pads sit rather than directly under them). My diet is mostly plant based plus fish with the odd bit of chicken, but I do like my midday bread rolls and a bit of Baileys before sleep!

I found this product fantastic. Really easy to use and comfortable to wear, even wore it during the Asda shop on Saturday. Defo helped to squeeze my Xmas gut into my new shirt for the Christmas party after 3 days use. A shirt that was tight a week before, this was coupled with gym sessions too. So many amazing settings that really massage the stomach and abs. Start with a low level around 15 – 20 I’d say, then gradually increase. I haven’t been above 70ish yet. For the price it was a great purchase, gonna go and get it off my bed now while I finish off the tree decos, you won’t be disappointed. Merry Christmas

Totally blew me away
As per some other reviews health wise it’s been a horrid year.
I am unable to do sit ups fully and wanted/needed to find another way to at least try to improve my health.
I have been looking and finally plumbed for this one and from the first time of use found it worked plain and simple.
This is not a mind over product issue it simply worked and pulled my abs tighter and in use once and occasionally twice a day for two weeks and all I can say is ‘ it’s worked for me ‘

I have used various ab toners and this is by far the best one, which lasts the longest and is the powerfullest. My first one of these lasted about 1 and a half years, this is my second. I have tried many ab toners in between but they only last a couple of months before I needed to replace it. I will stick with this one and with a life time guarantee, you can’t go wrong.

Already owned a Slender tone but found this belt much more comfortable to wear. Will be using the slender tone only as a backup now. Good range of workouts and the gel doesn’t leave a sticky residue on your skin. its a 5 out of 5 for me. Only down side is once you purchase it … write a review as soon as you buy it cos you’ll receive non stop E-Mails until you do… I mean come on at least give the buyer time to actually try out the product.

I work 5 to 6 days a week so not got time for the gym, this is just simple put a fantastic product. You can feel it work your abs even on low setting but you will adapt and move to higher intensity pritty fast which is awesome for me, 30 to 60 minutes a day and your done, stop thinking about it, results have been proven over and over again. I just started using it for one week, so I can’t say too much about it. It is very easy to use it, I use it every second day for one hour and it is contracted your muscles in a way that other abdominal exercises can’t do it. My tummy is more toned now.
You can do any other activity like cooking, washing up, watching TV, while you use Ab Flex. I will come with a review after a month of using it.
Really works
It actually blew me away for the price. There’s 99 levels – I’m quite fit so I went straight to 90 and I woke up the next morning feeling muscle pain which indicates to me it works. I definitely think it’s great for toning, but if you do have fat or extra weight to loose, that’s a separate issue you have to deal with as all it will do is tone, not burn off fat or weight.

I was excited to receive this and was not disappointed when it arrived. It’s so easy to use and is comfortable to wear when you are sitting or busy doing something around the house. I have lost weight and regularly exercise but my midriff and stomach area are so hard to tone even when I have after spending a lot of time concentrating on that area it is the first to lose the tone of you don’t exercise for a few days. I’m hoping this belt will help. Have only used it 3 times but feel like it’s working already so fingers crossed. The seller has been so friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend.
Best Ab Toner I have used yet!
I have used other ab toners but this one is in a totally different league. Its so easy to use and the choice of settings is impressive. I am not trying to look like the photos on the box but with some small changes to my life style and the Ab Flex I am hoping to see an improvement. I am going to give this a fair chance and will update my review accordingly in a few months. The Ab Flex is made from what appears to be good quality materials and the lifelong warranty is a plus. The instructions are also good. I am also glad it’s not rechargeable and uses standard batteries which are included. So far I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend it.
Very powerful
I like it very powerful not noticed alot of change yet, i have been eating better too. Its a bit of a shock to the system i have it in level 30-33 gradually putting it up, pulsing, cupping, toning and training all very good settings
