The All Pond Solutions All-in-One CUP-311 System combines everything required to to run a healthy algae-free small to medium sized pond. Designed as a single smart unit with a single power cable it allows for a much easier installation compared to a standard pond set up.
The CUP-311 includes a built-in 11w UVC Lamp and filtration system combined with a 2500 litres per hour pump eliminating the need to purchase an external filtration system, which can be difficult to integrate around the landscaping of a small pond.
This system is also supplied with a high-quality fountain attachment set comprising of three different fountain attachments, ideal for a variety of displays in your pond. The set also includes a splitter, enabling you to divert water to a waterfall, for example, and both the splitter and fountain are flow-rate adjustable. This gives you total control over the strength of your fountain and the volume of water diverted from the unit.
Filter Media
The included filtration media includes a large coarse filter foam that water must pass through first and also three filter media baskets, two are filled with ceramic biological filter media and the last one with K1 filter media. Alternatively you could change the included media inside these baskets for an alternative pond filter media of your choice.
Cleaning / Maintenance
Access to the inners of the CUP-311 is extremely easy thanks to the four clips positioned 2 on opposite sides of the unit. Once these are removed you have full access to all filter media areas for cleaning and maintenance. Removing the pump and steriliser is achieved by unscrewing 3 screws, allowing these parts to be removed completely clear of the CUP-311 base.

CUP-311 Operation
1) Pond water is pulled through the casing of the system directly through the coarse filter foam.
2) Before entering the UV the water must pass through the ceramic biological media baskets.
3) The water is then passed over the 11w UV Light
4) Leaves via the supplied fountain and / or external feature, or simply back into your pond.

This appears to be a cracking pump for the money.
Not going to post what it is and what you get as you can read that on the advert and you can watch a number of YouTube videos but this filter really did clear my pond in the garden of the house we have recently moved into in around 4 days … I Have cleaned the filter out as it has put in a heavy shift since installing but that was a doddle too.
Will keep you posted on how long the pump lasts … My only reservation is that the filter / pump comes with a spare impeller unit which suggests that they wear out quickly or the manufacturer recognises a weakness. No mention of a spare in the instructions.
The unit is also a big larger than initially imagined …check YouTube vids for a sense of scale for this unit.

.After moving house I inherited apparently 5 Koi Carp.
.I thought these fish were all green and partially invisible. Apparently I also had a bottom feeder….I saw it once!
The original pond pump and filter where apparently from ancient times, so not knowing much about these fish I thought I would treat them to this ALL IN ONE pump and filter.
It couldn’t have been easier…after washing the pump innards in pond water. I put it in then plugged it in ….WOW it worked !!!
I’m still unsure how to use the fancy …. extra pump fountains but actually right now I’m not bothered.
It’s take 5 days to see my fish clearly.
Some people would have been inpatient and complained about it by now…..but be patient.
I can now see the bottom of my pond and my fish …they are no longer green and the bottom feeder now needs to hide.
I can say I now have happy fish that I can enjoy seeing.
I recommend this product for ease of use and effectiveness.

Easy to install, but a little different to EU products that it doesn’t come with a plug, there is no 12 volt transformer so it runs of direct 240v, so be very careful when near water.
Unbelievably clear wate
We had really green pea soup water and tried every product there was. I read reviews and although believed what I was reading it was still hard to see how the water could become clear. However, it became clear in about 2 weeks and has stayed clear ever since. We have removed the pump out over winter and will put it back again soon. The water has stayed very clear and in all our years we have never seen the bottom of the pond so clearly. The fish seem to be swimming more actively than before so can only hope they are enjoying the clear water as well. The filters do need cleaning and only suggestion would be if the product could come with a spare filter.

CUP311I have had three different makes and types of filter for my smallish pond in the past.. all with uv but all BEFORE this one hard or flimsy to get apart.. I love the solid clips on the casing.. everything fits well and the UV works and I can see the light from the surface – excellent – happy relaxed fish I have the fountain on mushroom which is a gentle flow and fairly quiet.. also love the fact there is one cable and after adding a plug ready to go.. unlike other makes which are so complex and double lead – well done All pond solutions – and it’s better more solid good uv size 11w and much cheaper than others by a long way! Can’t go wrong! Lovely clear water in a day even after repotting plants in baskets which caused a little soil spill – I’m very happy! After 5 months and a bit of algae appearing I have replaced UV bulb – was dreading working out how to do it – dead easy – no problem just need a screwdriver to undo locating screws on unit replace bulb screws back in – I’m chuffed with myself – other pumps I’ve had have been a nightmare

Nice smooth running filter. Works well with my pond waterfall, which is around 1.5m above the pond itself. Pond is also lovely and clear.

Ideal if you want a fountain and a waterfall feature operating at the same time at the.
Can be a little messy to clean when full of sediment.
Happy fish
Previous pump and filter ran well for 10 years. However needed replacing. This new all in one unit was fitted and immediately the pond water improved, so much that it had to be cleaned after a couple of days during the first couple of weeks . Now maximum once a month seems to work best. The pond is nearly a metre deep and for the first time this year can see the bottom clearly. It is so clear may need to net to keep the heron away.

This filter pump is one of the best I have ever had. It is so nice to combine the fountain with the filter. One thing to note is that it is quite heavy when you have to pull it out of the pond to clean the filters – I have tried to place mine where I don’t have to lean too much. But apart from that it is does a brilliant job of keeping my pond lovely crystal clear.
Crystal clear wate
Used this on a small pond, cleared water within 3 days, actually inspired me to extend the pond from 4ft x 2ft x 15″ to a raised 5ft x 3ft x 3ft (internal dimensions). Re – installed this filter with fountain head and pipe going to small waterfall. Had to mount filter on sunken pot because of the depth, water quality is crystal clear, fountain and waterfall look good.

My pond went from pea soup to crystal clear in the space of a week. For me this unit is excellent.
Bought this for the mother-in-law’s pond so it was important that it performed well! The pond water was so green, you could barely see the fish at the top of the water when they were feeding. At one point we weren’t even sure if the pond still had fish in it! The pond has direct sunlight on it for two-thirds of the day causing green algae to flourish.
On day 1, it seemed to have a really good flow rate and was stirring up all the detritus that had built up over many years. I came back about five days later and I could see it had made a bit of a difference to the clarity of the water, but couldn’t see that well through it. I started to get concerned that the misses and mother-in-law might have words with me! “Give it time!” I said hopefully! Day eleven and it was getting clearer to the point of being able to see about halfway down the depth of the pond. “It should get clearer still!” I said, again hopefully! Day 20 and the water has been cleaned so much that you can now see the fish at the bottom of the pond. There is just a slight fog in the water, but based on its performance so far, I guess this will be crystal clear within another few weeks.
The flow rate is still as good as it was, and the UV steriliser is obviously man enough to deal with the thickest of green water and good enough to kill off any new algae trying to grow while the direct sunlight is on it.

I cannot say enough good things about this pump which is in use in a heavily stocked ornamental gold fish pond. We did not mean it to be heavily stocked, but they keep breeding and we cannot find homes fast enough. I think that they are happy. The pump had to be cleaned twice a day for a couple of days, then once a day and now about twice a week. Cleaning is very easy and I suspect will become rare when we get the fish down to the proper number for the pond. This pump is a great deal cheaper than the expensive disasters we have used in the past. It arrived promptly and was easy to install.

Fantastic pond pump with uvc .easy to install using a standard 3pin plug with only a 3amp fuse(don’t, forget to use a waterproof socket with Rcd protection) enough flow to run a water feature as well as a fountain.keeps pond clear and adds oxygen to keep your fish happy,all in all a great value product with plenty of features to suit most small ponds.

I didn’t knpow there was such as thing as an ‘all in one’ pump/UV filter until I saw one in my local garden centre/pond supplies shop…but the price was offputting. Found this one on Amazon and so glad I did. Just took it out the box and 15 minutes later it was in the pond and working. It keeps the pond clear and will happily go for two weeks before the filter needs a clean – just lift out of the pond, remove the fountain and lid (4 clips) and give it a good hose, it takes me 10 minutes. My previous set up (pump in pond, pumping water to an outside UV filter) was a real pain and took ages to disconnect/clean and then sort ou leaks etc! This is really good!!

So pleased with this product it does exactly what it says on the tin my pond was horrible and green and within one week it was clear I could see the fish after two weeks it’s crystal clear.

My pond is 120cm x120cm x50cm deep, this pump/filter cleared the algae in a week,. I thought I had 8or10 fish but now I can see the bottom there are about 20. I found no problem installing or cleaning it. Best pump I have bough
This is one ofthe best Pond filter in my experience. My pond is 1154 feet and really troubled with algae for last few months. Previously installed easyclean 9000 pond UV filter was not working efficiently despite I changed the UV bulbs almost every 3 month over last 2 years. I carefully considered this pond filter despite its capacity was mentioned as optimum for the size of pond. In one week the pond changed from dull murky pea green soup to crystal clear. I am very pleased with the outcome.However my advice in this situation to clean the filter system on weekly basis as it will be clogged with excessive algae. On the good note the whole cleaning process take between 15 -20 min and so easy that any novice can do that without a problem. I will strongly recommend this for serious algae riddled small ponds.
This was my first purchase of a pump & filter that included a UV light, as I had attempted to keep the pond clear naturally using snails, plants and a small number of fish.
This year the pond started to turn so I starting looking on-line and had seen all of the larger brands at double the price of this, so based on the price and the reviews I though i’d give it a go.
After the first 2 days of use there was no marked improvement in the water, however, after 6 days I can now see 30 cms in to the water. Based on some other reviews on here that doesn’t sound significant but I couldn’t see 2cms down before installing this. My pond is about 80 cms deep so i’m Hoping that the rest will clear in time, so be patient when you buy this, don’t be disappointed if you turn it on and 1 day later your water isn’t crystal clear, give it time to do the job.
Installation was easy and that’s even with using the splitter to feed a separate feature in the pond. I have cleaned it out once so far and that was also easy enough to complete.

I purchased this to replace a Hoselock Pump which I have used for several years. I wanted to get better value and I have. This produces a better fountain effect, is easier to clean and lasts longer between cleans. Definitely recommend .

Much more powerful than more expensive comparisons. Also comes with spare drive motor and spray accessories. Not yet had its first clean so low score but it appears to be easy enough.

Cleared pond in 3 days. Run it overnight just to keep algae at bay. So far it’s worked really well. Can now see fish. Powerful enough to run a small waterfall. Considering getting rid of large out of pond filter as this does the job just as well.

Very solid pond pump but dreadful user instructions
Bought this to replace Hozelock Clearwater pond pump that had died. The unit is a very solid, serious piece of kit and pumps the water with quite a bit of force. However, the user instructions are pretty useless, especially if you’re not familiar with this pump or don’t install pond pumps regularly. In fact, they were misleading and it would have been a lot simpler if we hadn’t read the instructions first!
Clear water in a couple of days
I had to send the first one back as it would not switch on. The second one however was perfect ,clearing the cloudy murky water in a couple of days. As a tip do not chose a shower head that sprays the water outside of the pond area !

A very good all-rounde
This item has been in our pond for some weeks now, and is really keeping the water clear. Highly recommended. Much easier than having a separate filter box, UV light and fountain/pump, which is what this has replaced.
Brilliant produc
Transformed my murky pond into a crystal clear haven for the fish. (You have to clean it a couple of times as the dirt all ends up in the filter) But spot on!
It really does work!
I was sceptical at first and even after a week I saw no result. Then after a clean and removing a thick layer of sludgy, green algae things started to improve. The green has faded and this little power house has cleaned a 3500l pond in the space of two weeks. It’s super easy to maintain, and requires minimal cleaning but incredibly effective. Most importantly, I can see my fish again!

I’d been having problems with thick pea like algie and had tried all different things on the market, decided to get this uv filter pump. My pond is clear, l now can enjoy my fish. Would recommend this product without a doubt brilliant, was delivered quickly, was easy to set up, Im really happy.
I use the CUP-311 in a 1500l outdoor pond. Initially it worked brilliantly. The water output is a bit aggressive for the size pond I have mind you but I anticipated this (You can alter the flow rate for the fountain attachment and secondary out flow pipe if necessary) I don’t have water lilys or fish, just the odd frog, so it’s not an issue. If you do I possibly wouldn’t recommend this size unit, but im no fish expert. 3 fountain attachments are pretty good and generally super pleased with the product. Installation was easy. Although, you will need an earthed plug (3 metal pins) and a 3amp fuse as they’re not Included! On the 10th day after installation however, and after taking it out and turning it off to clean the filter, the unit tripped the electric on plugging back in and after trying on the outdoor circuit and indoor I couldn’t get it to work so deduced a problem with it’s internal electrics. Looking over other feedback I see this isn’t unheard of. I got a replacement sent out by Amazon next day however as was within the first month of purchase. Couldn’t find anything about the “warranty”. So my advice is to turn it off and clean it after a week or so and see whether it’s defective within the first month. Oh also, the postage to send it back through the post office was 16 for the cheapest 48hour tracked service FYI if you have to send it back!

Second one I’ve purchased for our new bigger galvanised tank. The water is crystal clear, probably to big for what I needed but nothing else available. 5 product. Other pump will be kept as a backup incase of an emergency.
Its easy to take apart to clean filters
I bought this for a pond in spain that was dark green and watever we tried would not clear.
After installing this pump, within a few days the water started clearing and now after a week we can see the fish .
It will need aa few more days to clear fully but I am very leased with the results so far.

Great product. Works really well in my medium sized pond.
This combined filter, clarifier and fountain works exactly as expected in my medium sized pond (approx. 3x1m, 2000 litres). The flow rate is great and I like the fact that both the fountain and outflow are separately adjustable . The fountain is powerful and can achieve a maximum height of about 1.5-1.8m in my pond. The pond was very green and full of blanket weed, but cleared within about a week after installing the filter (cleaning the filter each day). I’ve added an additional layer of filter material to ensure that our newts and other small creatures can’t get past the filter and injured in the pump mechanism.
Wow what a relief ! finally a product that does what it claims. I always pay great attention to the feedback left on Amazon by verified purchasers of products before making any purchase, and this was no exeption, I made the purchase based solely on its specification and superb feedback score. I would estimate that from opening the box it was in the pond and running within ten / fifteen minutes. But be aware though, you will need to either hardwire the pump into an outdoor electrical approved box or put a three pin plug on the product and use an outdoor wall IP68 socket.
After trying several chemical treatments, barley straw and a few other products I can honestly say this by far exceeds all of them. After a very sunny May and June this last 4 weeks the water is still exeptionally clear. My goldfish are swimmimg around happily and the dreaded green shadow in the water has not stood a chance. I tend to run the pump at a low level overnight and then higher during the daytime.
It is very well constructed too.
I have not received any financial incentive or even a request by the manufacturer to write this review. Im just doing it because after a hot sunny month I am very impressed by its performance. Very easy to dismantle too if you want to clean out the filters and uv bulb and chamber.

we bought this lovely pump almost one and a half years ago and have had no problems with it we have six koi fish three goldfish two orphs and a three foot sturgeon as well as three very large water lilies the water was always crystal clear and the fountain heads worked well until about two weeks ago when we found our water had gone a pea soup green off we went to local fish centre and purchased a new uv light bulb we replaced it and four days later no change so we bought another uv filter bulb and again no luck with clearing the water so we contacted the seller via e-mail to ask if this was covered in our two year guarantee they replied within a few days with a very helpful e-mail with many suggestions of what we could do to check all was well with the pump before we got a replacement and three days later our pond water is crystal clear again

Great all in one unit. So far would recommend.
Only been in the pond for a few days but seems to clear the water and filter really well. My pond is bogging as we just moved in to this house and the existing filter etc had been broken for a long time, I bought this and have just removed it for cleaning which was quite a simple process. It will take a few cleans to sort my pond out fully I believe, but the way its doing its job I think it will be low maintenance when I get it in a fit state.
The attachments give you lots of options for fountain or gentle water spill from the top and are very effective.

What can I say? fitted and working great, My old pump had packed up so purchased this as a replacement. The water was in a bad state and you could barely see any fish! within a day it’s nearly clear! Do not doubt this, it is a great unit!
All Pond Solutions CUP-311 Fantastic - BUT!!!!!!!!
I think that the Pump and Filter are fantastic and the views expressed by others are bang on.
However in deciding to carry out the recommended maintenance I hit problems.
I could not open the pump casing to get at the Impeller it was bound tight with no apparent screws or clips.
The same thing applied with the UV clarifier where no apparent access was available to get at and change the Quartz.
I have had pumps and filter for nearly 20 years and none of them have been as good as this CUP-311.
When re-assembled nothing worked and reliable as ever Amazon have exchanged it.
Apart from these problems it is very good.
I am hoping to speak to the Manufacturer for guidance to avoid a repeat.

I vowed never to leave another review on Amazon, but this new filter pump changed my mind! 6 days ago, the water in my pond was so green, that you could only see the poor fish if they were actually at the surface. Today, l can see the bottom of the pond for the first time since last summer… incredible! Yes, the pump had slowed slightly, but that’s obviously because I need to clean the filters, but the clarity of the water in ONE WEEK is nothing short of miraculous! I bought the larger of the 2 pumps and the extra 20 was worth every penny. Highly recommended… get one!

The most efficient & reliable Pond Pump I’ve ever had.
After 18 months use, with only the filter being cleaned regularly, my UV bulb finally needs replacing. This pump is amazing & so reliable I won’t hesitate to by another when that time eventually arrives. This pump is worth 6 stars

I have a 2 foot deep, 4 foot x 4 foot pond ( 900 liters / 200 gallons ) and had almost given up trying to clear the pea soup that had formed.
I changed the pump, added all kinds of water clearing solutions, nothing.
Turned out that the new pump UV wasn’t working, and was just recirculating the green water. I Fitted the ” All Ponds Solutions ” pump and the water cleared in a week, I cleaned the foam filter after 4 days, and then again 3 days after that.
I can now see the bottom of the pond, the fish, and the pump (2 feet down !! )
As other reviewers have stated the pond water IS now crystal clear. I am very very impressed.
As an addendum to this review, the UV lamp has failed after 6 months.
Latest update, ordered new bulbs arrived next day, dismantled pump to change bulb and electrical compartment full of water.
Cleaned and dried, fitted new bulb…….Nothing, will try to contact supplier.
A Great bit of kit for the money, I had this running for about Two Weeks when i noticed the fountain had lost a bit of its umph!! and it was doing so well i thought, the pond water was becoming lovely and clear so i pulled it up to clear any blockage that may have been affecting the fountain and i was surprised to see the thing was completely sludged up WOW thats where all the crap in the water went!! so after thoroughly cleaning it up back in it went with the fountain back to normal, i checked it again a couple of weeks later and there was nowhere near the same amount of sludge so all that was required was a quick flush out and back it went, its been in the pond for about six or seven weeks now and i have never had water this clear ever!! i used to look at other large pond set ups with envy and and wonder how much it must cost and how much effort goes into getting the water that clear and to be honest i never ever thought my pond would look that good but after a very reasonable expense and not much time i now have that clear lovely pond and im sure the fish appreciate it too

Buy this product. I have had pea soup pond for 4months have tried tablet cleaners barley extract, barley pouches etc etc to no avile. This has now been in my pond for 48hrs cleaned the filter as per instruction today. My pond is gin clear! See before and after photos

Brilliant compact easy to set up I set it up first in the sink a lady thing ! Very powerful fountain drowned me so I’m using dome head in my pond cleared my dirty pond in a day I would suggest two people to set up as I had to keep running up an down garden to set up fountain turning plug on an off suitable for large pond haven’t cleaned it ye

Appears to do the job, but (always a but), the guarantee is very limited, so lets hope it lasts a while. Be warned this is a heavy, large bit of kit and not suitable for a pond less than 3-4000 litres in my estimation. Also whilst it has the power to lift water the height of the fountain is only 50 cm or so .. pity as my pond is over a metre at the ” deep end “, and the tubing cannot be extended without some DIY skill.
Great pump and a realistic price too
Bought this pump for a new pond I was setting up and it’s been great. I’ve only has to clean the filter once in the last 2 months and the water has stayed really clear. Brilliant!
Great all-in-one solutio
It has taken a while to clear my pond of green algae and very fine debris but it got there in the end.
Easy to install (you need to add a plug) and then needs to be removed and cleaned about once a week until the pond clear.
A great all-in-one solution but I’ve knocked off a star as it needed a new UV bulb within a couple of weeks of purchase.
I bought this unit a few months ago. I have a small pond which has not been clear for years despite trying all sorts of remedies. Since installing this unit I have had to clean it out every couple of weeks. The amount of sludge on the top filter was unbelievable! A very messy job. Use a hosepipe to wash it off away from the pond. Be patient! My pond is now crystal clear! Amazing product!

My last one was 2 years ago but due to my handling, I broke several parts of it and it finally gave up on me.
This new one is in a better made.
I was sceptical but I’ve been using this pump about a month now and have to say I am pleased with it. It was very simple to put together, the uv lamp was already installed and it took 15 minutes max to be up and running. That included me familiarising myself with all the various parts. You will need to fit a plug, I got a rcd plug from screwfix for under 10. I haven’t included getting and fitting the plug in the set up time. Currently I’m only using the fountain as my pond has gone so long without a uv filter it really is in a bad state. Hence the reason why after a month my pond is still green! The filter pump really is good though. So far I’ve cleaned out all the filters 4 times but should have done so at least twice that amount because it collects so much green gunk. Definitely does its job and I would recommend it. I’m also impressed by the height of the fountain and the different options available.
Why only 4 stars? Because it didn’t come with a plug. That said, with a pond pump it isn’t a legal requirement and the type of plug you go for will depend on your set up to a degree so maybe I’m just been a bit picky.

Brilliant product , the first clean after one week the filter was heavy with silt, one week later i checked it and it was quite clean and the pond is starting to look good, so i thik the longer it goes the better it will get and i won t have to clean the filter as much maybe once a month

This pump filtration is awesome. Our pond was heavily contaminated with algae and the water was very green.
This pump was been running for about a week and you could now drink the water. Putting some in a glass is the same as it comes out of the tap.
This pump is massive, the filtration is comprehensive to say the least.
It has lost 1 star as the uv sight glass is all but useless. I had to follow the instructions to take it apart to confirm it was even working. Luckily it was but what is the point of putting a sight glass there if it is of no use. Even waiting until it was dark was no better.
On the plus side it looks sturdy and I think it will last the test of time.
It simply is amazing!! My pond was very murky and I could only see the fish when they were just below the surface. I did however have a pump for a waterfall only and when that became faulty I decided that I would get a replacement with a built in filter and after a lot of searching chose the All Pond Solutions with the added bonus of a built in UV lamp. After a few days I could see an improvement to the water quality and eventually after approx. 2 weeks it was crystal clear and I do mean crystal clear. Cleaning the sponge filter is very easy but in my case took a lot longer to clean as my pond water was very dirty to start with so in future it should hopefully be a lot quicker. Would I recommend this fantastically amazing very reasonably priced pump to anyone – without doubt or hesitation I most definitely would and will!

I am very pleased with this pump/filter. My small pond was very cloudy and the water dirty prior to installing this product. After a few days the water cleared and the fish were visible. The product was reasonably priced, easy to set up and requires only a few hours daily to keep the pond water clear.
Really pleased
I had an Easyclear 3000 for a couple of years. When I increased my pond size to around 2000 litres, the water started turning green so I sought a more powerful filter pump.
The All Pond Solutions CUP-311 is very powerful and cleared most of the green water within a week. One nice feature is the UV light has an indicator on the outside of the case so you can tell if the bulb has blown without having to take the casing apart. The filter is easy to clean, there is a very large sponge than spans the entire case and underneath it are 2 boxes of stones and 1 box of plastic pieces. There are 3 different fountain heads, I am currently using a waterfall.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase of this filter, nothing has yet gone wrong. I’ve had it running for 2 weeks, my pond is clear and fish have all come out of hiding and seem happy. The only mild critique I have is that no plug was fitted or provided, I had to scavenge one from an old pump.

I have had a pond for 20 odd years and always fought a losing battle with murky green water within 3days of using this new pump I was amazed honest I can see the bottom of my pond and see my fish without standing waiting for ages on them coming to the top easy to install it really is fab buy it it worked for me

Pond was VERY mucky and it took a couple of weeks to clear totally, and pump needed a clean out after a week, but it did it and we now have a crystal clear pond. I didn't think the fountain would be much of a show from the parts supplied, how wrong can you be, it's brilliant.
All in all a good piece of gear.
Clears water quickly
I was impressed how quickly this cleared my pond water. I don’t know if the UV is working as I cannot see a light. I returned the first pump for this reason, and received a placement very quickly (excellent customer service). I still can’t see the light on the replacement pump, but it works well so I’ll live with it!

This pump is a replacement for the one in our fish pond and it’s an all in one where as our current system had a separate filter, pump and lights.
It was easy to install and fitted onto the existing piping. It started work straight away. However, it is doing such a good job we have had to clean the filters already.
I would definitely recommend.
i worked for many years in an aquatics center. ive sold hundreds of pond pumps and filters. this has to be the best designed and great value all-in-one filters ive come across. i bought it to run my latest 2000 litre pond–both fountain and waterfall.—so too soon to comment on its cleaning performance. but it really is well made and simple to set up product. comes with a spare impellor.
Been running for a few months now and has really cleared our pond. Before you could only see a couple of inches before everything disappeared into the murk. Took a while but now can see to the bottom (about 2′-6″ or so) and hasn’t needed cleaning once! I will probably take it out over the winter and give it a bit of tlc. Overall very happy with it.

Somebody has sabotaged this page with dozens of 1 star reviews left on the same day…. I can tell you it’s a brilliant product, keeps the water crystal clear, it gives a powerful (and adjustable) water jet and i can’t hear its motor when its below water at all. You won’t find a way of keeping your pond clear and oxygenated for anywhere near this price. Go for it.
Replacement parts
After 12 months a replacement bulb did not work due to a fault. Seller kindly sent new parts at no cost.
Although the fountain has a two year guarantee I am very impressed by the service from All Pond Solutions.
I bought this as a replacement for the Blagdon filter that came with my pond and it is far superior and much cheaper.
It has adjustable flow rate and adjustable flow to the fountain head which means that it can be used on smaller ponds just fine (mine is only 500ltr)
Cleared green water in 1 day and now i can see the fish again.

After a few past dissapointments at purchasing cheaper pond pumps i selected this one based on positive reviews. It certainly does make the pond really clear and clean, my goldfish seem to have had a new lease of life. Only two weeks of use but so far well impressed. Really easy to assemble.

First of all, I am not a professional and I have a small fiberglass pond. I had a pump (Cascade700) in the pond before and the water was always dirty against my best efforts.
Just got this last week. Super easy to install. Just need to connect to the main. The fountain is lovely and has great power. The most important thing is that the water is really clear. For the first time I can see the bottom of the pond and the water lily basket. I can not comment on durability as I just started to use this item.
