The All Pond Solutions All-in-One CUP-311 System combines everything required to to run a healthy algae-free small to medium sized pond. Designed as a single smart unit with a single power cable it allows for a much easier installation compared to a standard pond set up.
The CUP-311 includes a built-in 11w UVC Lamp and filtration system combined with a 2500 litres per hour pump eliminating the need to purchase an external filtration system, which can be difficult to integrate around the landscaping of a small pond.
This system is also supplied with a high-quality fountain attachment set comprising of three different fountain attachments, ideal for a variety of displays in your pond. The set also includes a splitter, enabling you to divert water to a waterfall, for example, and both the splitter and fountain are flow-rate adjustable. This gives you total control over the strength of your fountain and the volume of water diverted from the unit.
Filter Media
The included filtration media includes a large coarse filter foam that water must pass through first and also three filter media baskets, two are filled with ceramic biological filter media and the last one with K1 filter media. Alternatively you could change the included media inside these baskets for an alternative pond filter media of your choice.
Cleaning / Maintenance
Access to the inners of the CUP-311 is extremely easy thanks to the four clips positioned 2 on opposite sides of the unit. Once these are removed you have full access to all filter media areas for cleaning and maintenance. Removing the pump and steriliser is achieved by unscrewing 3 screws, allowing these parts to be removed completely clear of the CUP-311 base.

CUP-311 Operation
1) Pond water is pulled through the casing of the system directly through the coarse filter foam.
2) Before entering the UV the water must pass through the ceramic biological media baskets.
3) The water is then passed over the 11w UV Light
4) Leaves via the supplied fountain and / or external feature, or simply back into your pond.

Pump
My pump as worked well for 2 years I cleaned it out very often but today just stopped can you tell me what to check first I’m a 76 years old lady with not much strength in my hands
Easy to clea
Replaced a twenty year old pump which worked well, but took a while to clean out, this one takes about 20 minutes to clean, just hope it lasts 20 years like the Filtral 5000 did
So glad I brought this
New to having a pond and had a small pump. My pond is situated in direct sunlight asniy only has flowers around it. Kept getting green algae. Couldn’t see the bottom of the pond. Saw this and noticed it runs off just the one plug. Put it in my green pond and a week later it cleared my pond. Fish are happier and we can see right to the bottom of the pond. Only cleaned the filter once so far. Amazing product.
Great all in one system
I’ve had this in my pond for a couple of weeks and the water is now crystal clear. It’s easy to clean which is made even easier with the four clips on the side of the cover. Inside the filter, media, pump and UV are all removable to service. Lots of pump power to lift the water 3 feet to my waterfall. Excelle
We created a new pond and was using a solar filter. After a few weeks it got murkier and murkier. We tried pond Klear and Algae clear to no avail and we’re worrying about our fish. When we found we could have a submersible filter with uv light and not have to have it balanced at the edge of the pond we decided to try it and had an outside socket fitted. The next day we thought we were imago I g it to be a little clearer but I am sure it was, over the next week it got a bit better everyday. We washed the filter out after a week as the pond was so bad and on putting back and disturbing things again so went back a step but in another cpl of days it was soo clear! We can see all the fish and the pebbles in the bottom, fabulous! We did have to change the fountain head to a low one ad it shot over the fence to start!!!!

Use to keep my old whiskey barrel clean for ice dipping, works a treat! No more changing water…
Pump does clean wate
I have used these pump for a few years they do clean the water but customer service is awful it took me days to contact him and now they tell me they don’t deliver to Northern Ireland just be careful if you buy one as you not buy replacement parts if not sold on Amazon so now they are a waste of money over 300 spent would not recommend all pond solutions buy another brand
Better than expected
Bought for a wild life pond with about 800 litres of water. Pond had very green water, cleared the green within 1 week and still going strong after 2 years of use, been cleaning the filter out every 3 months.
