Pair it with a 5.0 ah battery and it’s more than capable.
The changing tool works, if you read the instructions.
The guard is a bit fiddly at first.
Usual DeW quality - great price
Almost addicted to DeWalt tools. Once you have batteries and charger, the bare tools start to look pretty tempting. This one was offered at a great price IMHO (perhaps because DeW are discontinuing it according to My DeWalt) and does the job superbly. Like most DeW, it feels like it would survive anything short of a direct nuclear strike. Slight confusion over lack of standard disc wrench – just an Allen key, but looking closely, one of the holes in the disc clamp is hex, and hey presto dead easy to fit and remove disc using just the Allen key – this is no doubt somewhere in the (tiny print !) instructions if I read them a bit more carefully

Another great product from DeWalt. I’m always so impressed with the build quality of their products that all of my tools are made by this brand and all of them use the same 18v batteries so I can just keep swapping them between the different products. Great little machine.

Allen key is the correctly sent tool
Seen a few reviews saying the wrong tool has been sent but the Allen key is correct and fits in the holes to allow you to tighten or remove the blade
Good tool - wrong wrench!
These are great tools – so good the last one got stolen 🙁 Definitely need a 4ah or 5ah battery – be aware that some of the less beefy batteries that are fine for a drill won’t run these. One criticism – not a big issue for me as I have a drawer full of angle grinder wrenches, but as another review mentions, they seem to be sending these out with standard disc grips that need the conventional pin wrench but providing an allen key instead (which is no help at all!)

Good quality personal choice make of tool,works well easy to use and adjustable guard depending on where cutting.
Easy blade change using hex key so better to hold etc that some spanners .
Daily use and this make works well for me
