Love the shadow and design of this classic little toaster but find the only drawback is that the outer casing becomes very hot when toasting.

This is awesome, it well designed and built like a tank. It makes encouraging noises as it browns your bread. It is a Rolls Royce product. It is special.
This toaster is an identical replacement for our original Dualit toaster that lasted 20 year, need I say more

I am duly pleased with the Dualit Toaster but can not give a detailed review due to the toaster being relatively new. Time will tell and hopefully it will last as long as my old toaster which was 18 years old and still working, unfortunately it was a bit tacky looking otherwise I would have kept it.

This is the best electric toaster I’ve ever used. It’s very fast and toasts really well with a crisp outer and soft inner texture. Superb for sourdough!

Had this make and model of toaster for years. This cream one is lovely. However still has the same wobbly crumb tray at the bottom.

This is my third toaster my first lasted 30 years my second was an upgrade from a 2 slice to a 4 and it’s still going strong. And this purchase was a gift to my son an his family and they are delighted. It’s just such a quality product.

the dualit cooked slower through the product rather than quick surface toasting in our original toaster

This is our second Dualit toaster, we had the other one for over 10 years. So I am confident that this will be just as good.

I used to have a 4 slice Dualit toaster which was very good but people kept putting in 2 slices while having it switched to heat 4 so I bought this 2 slicer which should work very well for my purposes.
Nice toaster and it cooks the toast ok, the tray underneath is very cheap looking. I bought the kettle so it all matched but wished I’d bought the SMEG one. It looks ok but not worth 200

This toaster is to replace my old Dualit Classic toaster showing signs of wearing out after 25 years of perfect use. For peace of mind this is the toaster to buy. Worth every penny.

The toast can be made to order by looking at its progress with the lever and really getting an accurate result. It also keeps the toast warm if you like it that way. Love i

Very pleased with the product although I had ordered a black one and it was a red one that arrived. Fortunately the red colour was ok in my kitchen otherwise it would have been sent back.

I dislike having to unplug every use, as I use it every day.
Best ever toaster as it does not have spring mechanism.
Classic toaster can take a thick slice and is easy to use.
I found it to be everything I wanted and needed from a toaster it took a few times to get use to it but once I’d got use to the settings for 2or4 slices and remembered to flick the switch over it was fine.
Amazing toaster – pricey, but you get what you pay for. I had previously bought a cheapo toaster before but it lasted all of 4 weeks before the springs went – wished I had bought this first.
