In a word it is British!

Sturdy easy to use toaster. Even hubby now agrees it is worth the money
Like the ability to raise the toast manually. Toasts evenly and crumb tray easy to empty.

    Surprisingly Better Toas
I thought I was buying into a maintainable toaster, having just binned two.
I’ve been surprised that it actually makes better toast too. The toast is toasted on the outside but fluffy on the inside. My previous toaster produced a more uniformly dried out piece of bread. I’m guessing the Dualit runs hotter elements to more quickly toast without drying out.
However it does it, I thought toast was toast, but no, this really does do a better job than my previous ‘cheapo’ toaster.

    Still going strong
Great toaster, best of many we’ve had. Elements are a doddle to replace, worth doing to keep toast evenly browned after a few year’s use.
