Replaced my hover mower with this. Hardest thing was assembling the grass box. Lovely and easy to use. This was on setting 4 so quite high but my lawn is uneven. Really pleased with it and putting the grass box on and off is easy (some reviews said not, weirdly)
Wheels
I like that It was easy to put together,great cutting and the price. Unfortunately the front right wheel came off. So only got half of front lawn got done, I’m hoping it’s a simple repair and I don’t have to return it.

Love this mower. Was due to have surgery and wanted to mow the lawn beforehand so it didn’t take on the appearance of a jungle while I was in hospital. My mower decided to choose that day to die. This one came the next day. Easy to put together, folds down for easy storage, easy to adjust mow height. Brilliant piece of kit and dealt with my crap lawn beautifully. Cannot fault!
Decent and reliable
Great mower for small 40m2 lawn. Roller added stripes and used it for three years without issue. Only drawback is that it’s wired but that’s inherent. Would buy again for small to medium-ish lawn!
I read the instructions carefully but none of the pieces actually looked like what I had in the box. So had to resort to Google to see where to put which bolt where. I was surprised that you sort of loosen all the bolts to fold it down for storage. I thought it would have a mechanism to collapse it! But it cuts nicely and is a good small mowe
Brilliant little mowe
For a small to medium size garden this is ideal, very easy to assemble and it arrived quickly. 45 litres sounds like a lot but it soon fills up, after 10-15 mins the bin is nearly full. Still a really nice mower, easy to manoeuvre and to empty the bin and reattach.
What’s not to like about this mower. You do have to put the grass box together and the handles on (recommend you read the instructions first and check all the parts are there) but it’s not rocket science and I managed it on my own (female in her 60’s). Bought this for its lightness and manoeuvrability and not disappointed. Thought it didn’t look very robust at first but it ‘s done a great job on my lawns so far and I’m very pleased with my purchase. I do use an outdoor extn lead otherwise it wouldn’t reach all areas of my garden. The roller is a little light weight (for serious gardeners probably) but you still get the lines when you mow up and then down and that’s better than my pervious flymo. Love the really easy to use 1-5 level height adjuster. Reasonable price too.
Good mower but not very powerful
Cuts well but the motor tends to overheat on longer grass. The picking up grass capabilities are very limited too. A lot of grass gets left behind so raking is needed.
Bought this to replace my previous lawnmower, which is a flymo, was suprised at how heavy this is in comparison but did a terrific job hadn’t realised just what poor condition my old one had got in. Definitely recommend this produc
Very short cable
The lawn mower has been used once and appears to be OK.
The cable is very short, it means having a cable reel in the centre of lawn, I may chop the 3 pin plug off and fit a 2 pin lawn mower extension.
It is also difficult to manoeuvre with the handle locked in place as per the instructions.

Had mine for two years, honestly it lasted so long.
This mower was very easy to assemble and light to use. It cuts right to the boarders and it is very easy to change the blade height too. I already like this more than my old Flymow hover compact 300, I just hope this one lasts as long, my old mower was approx 15 years old when it stopped working!
My only minor gripe is the lead length is approx 2m shorter than my previous mower so now I’ll need to use an extension lead.

For the price I paid a very good everywhere mower.powerful enough for Most lawns and lightweight.
I bought this as my old Hover Flynn eventually gave up. It really easy to use with the height adjustments and gives a nice clean cut. For me one of the best benefits is that the grass dosnt fly all over the place like my old mower. Because of the motor speed it seems give a much finer cut like a mulch. Anyway it’s really good value for the money.
Not as good as old flymo
My flymo gave up the ghost so bought this as a replacement. It’s ok, it does the job, but it’s not as good as my 10 year old one was! Feels flimsier, shorter cable and possible doesn’t cut as well. However it’s still better than other generic brands so happy to keep.
Not too powerful and a bit flimsy
Having changed to this lawnmower after the broken down I’d my Bosch one, it was found to be a bit flimsy and not as powerful as the old one. The maneuverability was not as smooth as expected, in particular, when turning. It was quite easy to assemble. Overall, it was still a good tool for the garden maintenance.

This is much better than my old Argos brand (I think) mower which was apparently supposed to be a good one but this is million times better.
Doesn’t get stuck on high grass like my old one did.
Big grass box so you don’t have to empty much.
The folding seems a bit of a pain so we didn’t store it folded.
I would say if you need to fold it, be aware you have to loosen things to fold it. It isn’t super easy like it made out. Not very hard, but not that easy so if you have the room its easier to not fold it.

Looked for days
This is a great choice for a mower cuts really well and picks all the cuttings up also leaves.
So.light weight it is handy to use. It will fall.over when grass is collected as its so light. But I would recommend it, cuts well and easy to use.
Great, but…
be aware that, if set to height 3 for example, running over rough terrain can cause it to jump to 1. You have been warned.
Having said this, it’s a great mower. Clean cut, nice stripes, we’ll-designed and manufactured. Highly recommended.
Ideal for small gardens
Easy to use and fairly lightweight. Only gripe is that the wheels can change height if you go over a bit of a bump. There’s no lever to adjust the height so you have to unplug it, turn it over and move the axle back to the right setting. Can’t moan too much though for the price.

It’s been six months and its working fine, it’s pretty easy to assemble and was delivered fine with no issues. A decent price for a good product and cuts the grass well and is easy to maintain and store.

Good value for money
1st one sent was defective, 2nd one works very well. Very light and despite initial feeling that it was not sturdy enough it has held up well and pleased with its performance.

Lightweight and small, just what I needed
The mower was easy to assemble. I suffer from arthritis so it was ideal as lighter than most mowers.
It is small but I managed my medium sized garden no problem
Very good, but has it's flaws
A very easy to use and quality lawn mower. The only problem I have with it is that when taking off the grass bucket to empty it will ineviatbly drop a small amount of grass as the design isn’t perfect.

Only thing I found awkward was altering cutting height. Very strong springs and not a lot of space to do it.
Light and a good cu
Easy to put together, took about five minutes, and light to operate especially with the on/off switches on both sides of the handle. Good clean cut and nice stripes from the rear roller.

Seems good quality and robust. Adjustment heights totally sufficient. Collected cutting well and grass box big enough. Makes a nice striped finish and cut grass shows no bruising at tips. Would recommend for small garden.

Nice and lightweight and takes up less room in the garage than the old one. We only have a small lawn and this mower is ideal. Just used it once so early to give a full judgement of the mower.

Nice lawnmower. Easy to assemble and fold down. Handle doesn’t fold completely flat but the footprint is no bigger than the lawnmower and the handle sits flush on top of it once folded down. Very easy to use and nice long extension cord. Very happy with purchase.

Replacement as old one had died – easy to put together read a few reviews but hardest thing was getting the lid on box for collecting grass but got it – it manoeuvres well would not say I have a huge garden but it big enough and goes round it great just need the sun now

Replaced My 25 Year Old Flymo. Will it be as good???
I bought this Flymo to replace a previous Flymo I had for 25 years. It cuts the grass perfectly and weighs half the weight of my previous mower so it is easier to manoeuvre. Very surprised how good it is. Better than my old one. Only negative is that the cord is not as long as I would like. Otherwise excellent.

Super lightweight, long electric lead, though I did buy an extension lead as well. 5 different heights for grass but find the shortest-1 too short. I think this one is for people who want to mow every day!! I have mine on 2 and it’s perfect for once a week cutting.

– the edges could have the blade area protrude further out on the sides or have the wheelbase narrower so to run along edges like fence edge, without leaving 1-2 inch grass without reach, uncut.
– folding is not as quick, could do with a click mechanism to infold the arm, instead of undoing screws every time.
– a bit heavy, especially when the container is full.

As a serious hay fever sufferer, the old hover flymo has to go. I chanced using this one but it actually picks up the grass really well and transfers it into the box at the back without spraying dust/grass etc. I can cut nice lines on the lawn giving it a nice finish.
