Good ladders very sturdy and safe for wife to use down side a little heavy. The bolts supplied to fit hand rails were use less no slots in heads and threads u/s had to buy new bolts
Sturdy, stable, well made easy to fit together.. Good value compared to other sites. Speedy delivery too. Like the side handles. Makes them safer to use.
They are sturdy & not flimsy, the hand rails makes me feel really safe as do the wide steps. I would recommend them.
Would of gave 5 stars, but like a review from another person, the offset from each step are too close & can’t ideally place whole foot on step with heal. so could be designed slightly better.
Change this in the future & 5 stars.

Excellent set of steps. We have high ceilings and I’m 5’2″ and not exactly stable on my feet! I can reach the ceiling using these steps. Each step is nice and big so my feet feel secure as they are fully on the treads and not hanging over. The side rails give me confidence when going up and coming down. The rail at the top gives me something to hold on to. I think this is the safest I have ever felt on a step ladder. I’m thrilled with my steps and highly recommend them. They require minimal construction. Just need to screw the side rails in place. They are solid and feel very sturdy and well made but are not massively heavy. No excuse for cobwebs on the chandelier now!!

I am so pleased with my new step ladder. I had a much bigger one that at my age I shouldn’t have been using, I no longer have as my builder fell off it, and twisted the whole thing beyond repair. I felt it was time it went to the tip. I now have a very, very safe ladder befitting a lady gardener, Happy days.

As described with prompt delivery and easy assemble hand rail. Sturdy nd safe to use.
However the four screws to fit the safety rails (the whole point of this item) were missing together with nuts and washers so, to date, it has not been used!
If like me you feel insecure climbing a ladder this is for you ,the steps are wide and with bars each side you really feel secure

I would have happily given this a 5 star rating as it is sturdy and well constructed but one side rail did not fit and I had to enlarge the hole in order to install it.
Did not arrive until the day after stated but no problem. Very sturdy. We are getting on in years and wanted a ladder with handles. Very pleased.

Hard to work out how to lock the screws in place and tighten them so the ladder is sturdy – had to ask workman for help. Once it was put together and secured is an excellent ladder.

Good sturdy steps with wide platforms on them so as to feel steady whilst standing on them.
Nice sturdy set of steps. I feel safe even changing light bulbs. We have exceptionally high ceilings and our old steps felt very unstable when doing this. In spite of sturdy, safe feel they are not too heavy and they pack away neatly.

A very sturdy pair of steps. Not light at 10.5 kilos, but very stable. If you are able bodied you will find having these worthwhile. The hand rails provide reassured safety. Good for decorating, but don’t expect to move them around easily with one hand.
I purchased these a few weeks ago but have only just started using them for decorating. They are very sturdy and I do feel very safe on them. Well constructed and easy to put up and fold down. They are a bit heavy but I find that only irksome when decorating in a smaller area with furniture and you have to move them around a lot but that could be more to do with the fact that I don’t like painting much. Great value for money!!

Easy to assemble, will never use any other ladder again. The rails are a great safety feature especially if you don’t care for heights, like me.
This is a remarkably good buy.I do not know how they can do it for this price and the quality is excellent. I am 70 years old now and standing on normal steps with narrow treads is just impossible for me as it makes my legs ache too much. Not anymore though,the width of these treads means you can get full support under the whole of your feet. The side rails are also very useful to steady yourself and give that extra confidence that you are safe. This is one of my best ever buys.

They have a good weight however for some maybe a little heavy the tread on the steps is good & they do feel quite safe , I would not recermened them for all also shouldn’t be played on by children.

It does the job I bought it for to clean my caravan very stable (I kept falling off my old one which is not good for a 75year old) the only thing it’s on the heavy side which is not a bad thing

As I get less stable on ladders as age takes its toll I find I can now work confidently at height with these steps, great product.

Sturdy well made ladder which arrived promptly – I have no idea what I didn’t buy one ages ago instead of wobbling about on my rickety aluminium one. Just started a major decorating job and this ladder is perfect.
Very strong, good height, folds for storage, and if you don’t need the side rails, or don’t mind putting them on everytime you do need them (as it’s only 4 bolts) then it’s depth is only a few cm’s.
Good heavy ladder, which means it’s stable. The handrails and the rail at the top make you feel safe when on the ladder. It is fairly bulky so you need some space for storage.

Very substantial steps that made me feel secure on changing light bulbs; I did not thing the side rails worth fitting as I am tall; and it would make them more difficult to store.
Excellent for anyone disabled or elderly. Very sturdy and safe. A little heavy, but this is due to the superb design, materials and construction. Every household should have one!
This has paid for inself in just a few days. I have cleared moss off, my one storey, kitchen roof and cleaned out the low gutters. It is heavy’ish but that means it sturdy when you stand on it. Wish I had ordered one before now.

Perfect. Stable, safe, no more bruised shins from skinny ladders, good quality, not too heavy, can reach ceiling from third step, and the high bar is good to hold at height. Good price too. Didn’t bother with the safety rails. Very pleased with them, they have made decorating so much easier.

A very good product and excellent for holding on whilst on the steps. However they are quite heavy so a woman might find them awkward to move around.
