Needed a vacuum and this looked perfect for the price. Had it 2 years I use it for carpets, clearing cobwebs, my fake grass and my car using an extension cable. The lead isn’t massive. Replacement bags are cheap but don’t like getting emptied and reused more the a couple of times. It has a habit of the wheels tripping over the power cord, falling over meaning having to turn it up and wait a couple of seconds before restarting. The power is acceptable… for the price it is what it is

Powerful suctio
Purchased for outside jobs like the car and garage where a cordless machine is not up to the job. Only used twice so far but very good suction. Bags are a bit fiddly to fit. Tool storage not great. Machine is light and falls over easily.

Good for the price
Sometimes it spits out the back. Fills up quickly so you have to stop every few minutes. But for the money its pretty good and picks up almost anything.
Great fro what I need
Bought for hoovering my artificial grass and works great. Good sucton power, had no problem with small leaves, debris and gravel stones, got them up no problem at all. Some reviews said it’s tips over really easily, which it does. Also read a review that when it tips over to switch it off for a ouple mins…… when it does tip you can hear a change in the suction or motor, so I have been turning it off for a min, but starts back up and carries on no problem at all. Don’t know if it actually makes a difference but I’m going with it….
Not used as yet for any water or wet jobs so can’t comment on that. But great for the grass and that’s what I wanted
Good and bad points
I bought this for an industrial purpose, however, I dont think it’s up to scratch for that. The lead is so short! The suction is great though and it’s nice and light, maybe a little too light though as it has a tendency to fall on its side ALOT. I am happy with it, but I’m not sure how long it will last. Definitely not fit for use in cleaning large pubs.

Excellent all round apart from floor head attachment as its only suited to hard floors, if you have carpets and rugs its not the best, especially if you have pets. We added an old floor head from a dirt devil hoover and its now great, shame Kartcher didn’t think of this.

A mean, loud as fudge machine but gets the job done more than I though
This is like an old Mercedes model from the 90s – Sturdy, reliable and wouldn’t let you down. The suction is perfect for surfaces such as carpets, it’s very lightweight and could handle lots of wear and tear. Been using it for over a year now and has never let me down. But it is loud, so if the sound is something you care about, then this is not the choice for you. I wear headphones and listen to music while cleaning and it doesn’t bother me much because the job being done is worth the jet-engine noise.
The cats mortal enemy
This is a great vacuum for the price. Has a powerful suction and has a few attachments to get into awkward areas etc I do however fear for its safety as my cat has taken a blood oath of vengeance against the vacuum and all of his kind. He says it is his duty to avenge his feline kin for the centuries of torment inflicted upon them during the reign of terror of the dust suckers and their ferocious allies the hair dryers! I didn’t even realise the cat could talk.
Lightweight, great suction, semi-agile
This vacuum has great suction power and is very useful with the variety of attachments that can come with it. Although it’s very lightweight, the wheelbase is a bit too narrow as it is easy to tip over while vacuuming if you’re rolling it around for garage cleanup. The filet and bag were easy to install/replace and it does car/floor/rug/detail cleaning very well.

Sucks plenty. Easy to move. Sucked up the entire floor contents of our garage and its flippin clean in there now.
Also, you might want to invest in some noise-cancelling headphones, as this vacuum is loud AF.
Amazing Karche
The product is amazing. It’s even better than a dyson at suction. Really good for the price. Use it for DIY work as well.
Some things to remember you need vacuum bags, not that expensive but a little hassle. Also if the hoover falls over the bag becomes unattached, you need to open it and reset it. Apart from those 2 issues I would give it a 7/10.
Works well....
Only issue is that it is lightweight and falls over easily so you can’t just drag it around on the hose. Would also like a small brush attachment to be included.

A very good Wet and Dry Vaccuum cleane
A very good Wet and Dry Vaccuum cleaner with power motor with it being on the same line as the old goblin aqua vac which gave up the ghost a few years ago. It arrived quickly I ordered on the Tuesday and it arrived on the Thursday. I went for the Vaccuum cleaner, spare paper bags and spare cartridge for under 74.00. It toppled over but like with the other reviews it needs to be mouverned gently to prevent it topping over even my old Goblin aqua vac toppled over. This is the best Wet and Dry Vaccum cleaner to own. I have not tried it to hoover the car with it yet.

It was a bit on the loud side when switched on but the suction was first class so I was happy with the purchase and would recommend. Really lightweight to move around which for me was also a thumbs up

My previous vacuum cleaner burst the paper filter bag and my kitchen was covered everywhere with a fine layer of soot, it took days to clean.

Another study reliable Klacher produc
Easy to use straight out of the box. It’s noisy and I managed to capsize it when using it as a wet vac, but it has a great suck and sensible range of tools with onboard storage. I only got it today so I can’t comment on reliability.
Short cord!
I haven’t used it as a wet vacuum as yet but excellent in the dry version, bought for the workshop floor and car cleaning, the only issue is (and I think it’s a big one) the chord is ridiculously short, you will need an extension in the smallest of areas.

I wanted to be able to both get the water out of the bottom of a hot tub to over winter it, and to get rid of the rubbish left on the floor of a garage, after moving into a new house just before Xmas. I did not want to pay out a lot, and this looked ideal for my needs. I have found it to do everything I wanted. Its got good suction, its light and easy to manoeuvre . I have several Karcher products and they are all good value for money and this is no exception.

Very good product but noisy!
Very good product. Suction is very good and materials are also nice. The only downsides to take in mind are the very loud noise it makes while using it and also that the material of the stick is not that strong which sometimes makes it feel very unstable.

Secondly the instructions are bare bones and hard to follow. For instance it doesn’t seem to tell you to remove the paper filter before sucking water, so it gets soaked and cuts down the vacuum, and takes ages to dry afterwards. Finally there is some simple assembly to do to fit the wheels on.
Apart from the obvious frequent emptying, the squeegee tool cleaned my inflatable hot tub from the outside instead of me kneeling in the water with a sponge and bucket, so I am happy with it. Construction quality and durability also seem good, but the optional extras are extremely expensive.
TBH I think that paper bags are superfluous given that the air filter is easily rinsable and the tank could hold double what the bag could.

Falls over all the time due to hieght and any weight being at the top, you need to wear ear plugs as it’s sooo loud.
As for suction I you can pull carpet up with, you can pull the clouds from the sky if you tried
I found it better than my normal vacuum
One thing you need to be careful of is when emptying the filter make sure you keep the locking mechanism in a safe place as the filter won’t stay in place without it. I lost mine and had to buy a new filter just for the locking mechanism. Also do not try to use without the filter as the dust will simply go everywhere.
Good price for occasional use
Value for money. Good length suction tube and some plastic tools. Machine is lightweight and easy to pull in all directions. Power lead could be longer. Fitting of dust bag was easy. So far so good only time will tell

Excellent value for money
Brilliant suction and great for severe water spillages too. I didn’t stop using it in the garden.. It hoovers your everything small. Sometimes the big leaves get stuck, but that’s easy. You just unscrew the suction hose from the unit to remove them.
Fab Hoove
I bought this for hoovering my garden as I have astro turf and for cleaning out the cars as I don’t want my hoover indoors being used for these two things. It has been great so far and got good suction. I haven’t used it for water yet.

Great suction and good price. Would have been better with a much longer power cable and an extra wheel so it does not keep tipping over when pulled along. It often falls over and loses suction, which means turning it off and on again.

Super at getting up grit etc. Bought to use for when my stables flood but so far it’s kept dry! Used indoors as my Mieile has died. Only probem I have is that it tips over if you pull it along. No problem if you keen that in mind. Excellent value for money.

You don’t get the carpet attachment with it either and the 1 it does come with isn’t great on carpets so you have to buy this too which I found quite cheap at 9.99 online but should be offered as part of the vac. It is very light to move around which is great but not if your used to a heavier brand as everytime I pull it, it falls over and sounds like something is stuck but it’s it’s actual top coming off as it’s only clips holding it in place which isn’t ideal. Also have to buy bags separately for it as only comes with 1.

Perfect product for small area
Suction power its really enough ,its kind of good product , perfect for any wet area but the lightweight make the vacuum felt down everytime when try to pull and also have small distance cable.

I’d been looking for a vacuum cleaner to help me keep my workshop a little less dust clogged and this has been great.
Have also used it to vacuum clean a car which worked well.
The only thing I wish it came with were better hose attachments for brushing up dust.

Surprised in a good way
I bought it because I wanted a vac that wasn’t messy to use like my leaf blower/vac. For 58 it’s amazing value. Very solidly built as you might expect from the manufacturer’s name.

Very powerful, and seems fairly robust so far, pretty impressed. Can’t rate its longevity yet though as not had it long enough.
BASIC BUT OK
Pretty basic piece of kit , but just what I needed , since I dont use it very often. The only gripe I have is you have to buy additional tools as an extra because other vacuum tools dont fit.

Great little vacuum for small jobs around the home. My only gripe is that it topples over quite easily. Despite that it has good suction power, I bought it for cleaning the car and it didn’t disappoint!

Bought this to tidy up our artificial lawn, pick up dead leaves, windswept debris etc. Sadly, it is not very stable and topples over quite easily. The leaflet mentions being able to ‘blow’ too, but could not find any instructions for this. We used in on a dry day, debris and leaves were dry but it clogged up and with hindsight, think we would have done just as well with our old Dyson.

Wish I had bought one of these ages ago. I wanted mine for outdoors for decking and patio, couldn’t have chosen better. Love it.

I bought this Karcher to replace a truly dreadful and utterly dangerous Chinese manufactured vacuum that quite literally exploded.
Now, with this Karcher WD 2, I have a vacuum that feels so very well built and performs far better than I could have possibly have wished for.
One thing does confuse me slightly and that is, do I fit the bag or don’t I as the instructions are not at all clear and if I do use the bag provided, it is so very small and far smaller than suggested capacity of the vacuum.
But overall very well pleased and the suction power is very high indeed.

Being lightweight makes it easy to move around, buy also easy to topple if not careful. Great suction, used in garage, loft and to drain gutters. Good value for cost.
