Das arbeiten mach richtig Spa damit. Wenn man mal keinen Strom hat, ideal zu handhaben und recht gute Leistung. Natrlich nicht zu vergleichen mit einem Stromanschluss. Dennoch kann man gute Ergebnisse erzielen und das dann eben berall.

Krftige Maschine , liegt ausgewogen gut in der Hand und macht dank den 2 Messern ein sehr schnes Hobelbild. Was mir gut gefllt ist das Handling , die Verarbeitung und das abrupte Stoppen wenn man die Maschine ausschaltet ( wie bei der Brushless Variante). Der Geruschpegel ist fr mein Empfinden vllig ok und nicht besonders laut . Ich habe mir noch den Staubsack extra bestellt damit ich bei kurzen schnellen Einstzen nicht extra ein Sauger anschlieen muss.

Leichter solider Akkuhobel zu einem guten Preis. Bin damit sehr zufrieden und wrde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen.
Bin schon im Besitz und Gebrauch von einigen Akku-Makita-Gerten und habe mir jetzt auch den Hobel besorgt. Und wieder einmal gefagt wieso ich mich solange mit Kabeln und der Umsteckerei gergert habe.
Der Hobel liegt gut in der Hand – macht eine tolle Arbeit und beim Loslassen des Schalters stoppt er sofort.
Fr Hobby-Bastler absolut zu empfehlen..!!!

Hobel ist sehr gut. Was Unsinn ist das ist der vorgegebene Makpac in Gre 2 da passt der Hobel nicht rein. Man braucht schon gre 3.
This is a very good plane but you still need a bit of skill to use it successfully, took me a few goes to achieve a satisfactory result, however much better than unplaned.

Hobeln und anfasen von Hlzer funktioniert einwandfrei. Kleines Manko was ich aber weniger bentige ist die przise Einstellung der Hobeltiefe….
Bin Tischler, habe fast alle Maschinen die ich tglich brauche ,auf makita akku umgestell. Bisher hatte ich nur einen reinfall,das kuttermesser war ein totaler Flop.
La machine est puissante, le rabotage est net et lisse. Je peux dplorer le fait que l’on ne puisse pas choisir le ct de l’vacuation des copeaux mais je suis plus que satisfait de mon achat. Avec une batterie de 5Ah, j’estime l’autonomie environ 45 minutes. Ce qui veut dire qu’avec deux batteries qui tournent la charge, on peut raboter sans interruptio
Wir haben den kabelgebundenen Festool Hobel, der kostet irgendwas um die 500 und sollte als Referenz eigentlich uberqualifiziert sein. Aber nein, sowohl die schnittqualitt als auch die Lautstrke berzeugt der kleinen billige Makita auf ganzer Linie. Die ersatzmesser sind fr ein paar Euro zu haben sollte man mal einen Nagel erwischen. Bei festool sind da gleich mal 70 Euro weg.
Also klare Kaufempfehlung.

Leistungsstark, kann man mit diesem Gert ordentlich arbeiten, kein Kabel! Einstellungen nur nach Gefhl weil was steht drauf auf einstellungsknpfe leider stimmt ned.
Kommt ohne die Akkus, daher der niedrige Preis. In der Anwendung ohne viel Schnickschnack und mit viel Power. Es ist nicht ganz einfach das am Anfang und Ende des Werkstcks Hobelschlag zu verhindern. Da lieber etwas berstand einplanen wenn es fein werden soll.

I wish I’d bought one years ago. This model seems very well made and I expect it to last many years (I’m not a professional). It’s very powerful, and it takes a bit of practice to get an even pass over the wood. I don’t know how to assess its accuracy, because I don’t use the depth knob to take off a desired amount of wood. I just draw a line to mark how much needs removing, and make several shallow passes until I reach the line. That’s the way I’ve been advised to do it.
Habe viele Produkte von Makita Akkuwerkzeugen. Aber der Hobel fehlte mir noch, hab mir nur das Sologert kaufen mssen, da ich so genug Akkus hatte.
Sehr schner akkubetriebener Hobel, hat gute Power, gut einstellbar der Hobeltiefe durch das Rad vorne. Eine Nut unten auf der Hobelflche ermglicht es, die Ecken auch schn abzuhobeln. Und wenn man ihn zu Seite legt, fhrt unten eine gefederte Nase raus, die verhindert, das das Hobelmesser beschdigt wird.
Bin begeistert.

Ich besitze schon einige Makita-Gerte und dieses ist jetzt schon eins meiner Lieblinge !! Hat sehr viel Kraf
Mit eingelegtem Akku und dank Softgrip liegt der Hobel angenehm in der Hand und ist im Einsatz gut ausbalanciert. Die Maschine ist relativ leise und leistungsstark. Etwas gewhnungsbedrftig ist der Parkschuh, wenn man sich jedoch daran gewhnt hat ist das Ding auch sehr hilfreich. Manche kritisieren die vielen Kunststoffteile die verbaut sind das kann ich so nicht nachvollziehen, irgendwo muss ja Gewicht gespart werden. Die Tiefeneinstellung ist der einzige Punkt den ich persnlich bemngeln mchte, die ist mir etwas zu ungenau.
Fazit: bisher hat der Hobel alle Arbeiten ordentlich erledigt, hat gengend Power und ist sein Geld wert. Absolute Kaufempfehlung
In die MacPac-2-Box passt der Hobel nicht rein!!!! dient nur als Zubehrkiste.

Der Motor ist nicht brushless
Comparing it to the hand planer, for the occasional DIYer this is a great tool. No fine tuning the height of the blade, quick twist of the knob on the front and the blade depth increases or decreases. No more messing about with the blade being level, or being at the right angle. Just press a button and away you go. While it doesn’t come in some fancy case, the cupboard box is good enough for me. Kind of wish I hand more things to plane.
The only downside, is the lack of dust bag.
And reading various articles about planers I think long term, Makita is the way to go, easy to find replacement parts of the planer. Other electric ones, people mention issues finding new blades. Worthwhile taking that into account when looking about.
Habe meinen Makita Fuhrpark mit dem Hobel erweitert. Was soll man sagen, genau das was man von einem Makita Gert erwartet. Super verarbeitetes Gert das perfekt funktioniert. Power trifft genauigkeit. Mit einem 6ah Stunden Akku macht es richtig Spass damit zu arbeiten und die Spantiefe ist Stufenlus einstellbar.( max 2mm aber vllig ausreichend).

Ich bin eigentlich Bewertungsmuffel aber hier und da muss ich meine Begeisterung offenbaren. Absolut klasse Hobel. Trotz Akkubetrieb Power ohne Ende… ich habe den Kauf nicht bereut.

Really liked this planer used it to trim home made loft door which did the job perfect. No electric cord to tie you down or getting in the way while you are working. Great tool to work with excellent buy at the right price to. Recommended to anyone to buy.

Zugegeben ich habe ne schwche fr Werkzeuge aber es gibt einfach sachen , die braucht man in guter Qualitt wenn man sie mal braucht und der hobel hat Qualitt , ich habe unsere Tr in 2h komplett entlackt und nie wieder gestrichen, weil es jetzt viel besser aussieht. Klare Empfehlung
Great cordless planer. No cables to catch on! Can obviously be used away from an electric supply. Did 2 table tops. Went for nearly 20 minutes without stopping on one charge. Quiet compared to an electric planer.

For this has been an excellent buy. WS a little dubious that the chippings only eject from one side. If you look around most modern planers are reversable. It hasn’t been a problem though . And the balance and quality make it really easy to use. .I’d buy one again tomorrow if something happened to mine, Ted

Nachdem ich den Hobel jetzt seit ein paar Wochen in Gebrauch habe mchte ich ihn nicht mehr missen. Fantastisches Gert in der gewohnten Makita-Qualitt. Gut ausbalanciert, leistungsstark und przise. Die Methodik der Stellschraube muss man einmal verstanden haben, dann klappt’s problemlos. Wermutstropfen: kein Koffer sondern nur ein Pappkarton. Das wrde ich beim nchsten Mal nicht mehr so bestellen. Ansonsten klare Kaufempfehlung.

For ease of use and general safety – this cordless plane from Makita gets full marks.
Having replaced the cable on my 240V (Bosch) plane with the toughest cable I could quickly lay my hands on (having cut through the original in the blink of an eye!) the idea of a cordless model seemed a good one.
When fitting some doors last week, the cable decided to throw itself under the still-turning blade, resulting in a worrying piece of copper protruding from the toughened sheathing!
So…
The Makita 18V model was ordered, quickly delivered and instantly tested.
It is SO much better!
The base-plate is smoother and heavier, thus giving more control; the motor is quieter than the mains-powered model, and the dust extractor port actually works (either a small ‘bag’, or vacuum hose, catches about 98% of the waste)
Quite why I even bothered buying the mains-powered model, I don’t really know, especially when I have a load of Makita batteries at my disposal.
If you’re pondering over whether you should, or shouldn’t buy this, ponder no more and simply press the button!
Fabulous plane, shame the dust bag was not included as it is really quite essential. Wonderful to plane cable free. More powerful, quieter and deeper max cut than my cabled planer. Very happy…..i use with 5Ah batteries which last well
Der Liefertermin wurde nach schriftlicher Anfrage doch erheblich verkrzt.
Der Hobel arbeitet sehr gut. Brauche den 18 V Makita Hobel um auch dort zu arbeiten wo gerade keine Steckdose in der Nhe ist. Mit dem 5Ah Akku habe ich 26 Latten unterschiedlicher Strke auf 4 Seiten mit der 2MM Tiefe gehobelt. Andere Akkuanzeige brannten immer noch 3 von 5 Dioden. Ich persnlich kann diesen Hobel wrmstens weiter empfehlen.

Arrived on time as expected, easy to set up, easy to use, no complaints.
Liegt super in der Hand, keine Vibrationen, Schnitt klasse.
ABER,- Es gibt keine glatte Seite. Antriebseite mit Riemen /muss natrlich sein und Absaugung oder Gegenlager auf der Anderen.
Somit ist also eine Kantenbearbeitung nicht mglich, schade.
Kann natrlich fr viele kein Problem darstellen.
This is probably one of the best tools I’ve used in the makita 18v range really made my job so much easier, you will want to make sure you have a nice fully charged battery as it will drain them pretty quick but it will run on full power to the end.
Die Maschine luft einwandfrei, beim ersten Test auch sehr genau.Die eingestellten Millimeter wurden auch vom Holz abgenommen. Der Messschieber hat jeweils auf ein Zehntel genau denn vorgegebenen Wert besttigt. Sehr erfreulich ist, dass das Gert kompakt und vom Gewicht angenehm gestaltet ist. Irritierend war, dass bereits Spne im Gehuse zu finden waren und im Akkufach Abriebspuren. Ich habe das Gert dennoch behalten, weil es einwandfrei luft und die Arbeit nicht wartet. Bleibt gesund und fleiig!

Can’t recommend enough. Cordless beast. Tame those doors. I f*cling love Makita. Had Milwaukee… Bosch…. nothing ever meets the value you get. If Makita is listening….can I have more

Love this tool. I’ve had plenty of power planers over the years but this is exceptionally high quality and works long and hard. It’s light yet still feels robust. Easy to use and it’s cordless! There’s no compromise in power.

Same as the 110v version except it only cuts 2mm max, i never do more than 1.5 so brilliant!!!

This machine gives an amateur nd a pro a real professional tool for planing wood. Perfect detailed dept, even less than 0.1 mm! Even easy to handle with just one hand.
only used it twice so far, hung a door, and eased another door. So convenient, and fast, glides over the door with ease.
Flipped a door in a Victorian house for my girlfriend. Needed to take off 12mm for the house’s character. Very quick, easy to adjus
only downside is it is a bit heavy on battery would recommend a 5ah battery
portability makes up for the battery usage.
also get a chip bag or collector as the amount of chips made can shock you
but they great for the fire accounting to the better half
Arrived quickly on time. I had a mains powered similar Makita plane (cut through cable) and thought I would try cordless. Easier use without worry of catching the cable. You have to ensure a higher speed of the motor is maintained to avoid ridges forming. Overall more efficient.
