This is a genuine review. Following major back surgery I find walking s as and general activity debilitating. I use before and after activity and find this massage gun helpful. Before the purchase, I researched this type of product extensively with the Renpho receiving positive independent comments. The price was competitive and it s appears well made with excellent battery life. So far so good.
This is a really good product. I recommend this as I suffer of past many sports injuries and back problems and it helps to relax those tight muscles.
I have fibromyalgia and in constant pain, tight muscles etc. This does help to gain some relief from the pain, although not as good as a deep tissue massage or cracking of the back and neck etc with the chiropractor. However still great for all the in between appointments, for the pain in the feet and hands too that I get.
My new favourite toy, my back has been a mess for sometime now. This is not a cure but helps sooooo much! Highly recommended.

Would have been perfect if it was slightly lighter in weight. Also not sure if it’s me, the gun was really quiet when I used it first, now seems slightly louder hence giving it a 4 star rating.

This was bought for my wife for Christmas who shrieked with delight when she opened the parcel. It has since proved to be well worth the money.
Just couple of month ago I didn’t know about existence of massage guns (shame on me) and if not a post in social media by my friend I would still have been a “massage gun virgin”.
I am a keen runner and I used to get a deep tissue / sports massage few times a month at the beauty clinic. Unfortunately due to a lockdown I couldn’t see my therapist any longer and my muscles didn’t like it at all. Without hesitation I decided it’s time to get a massage gun – as a short term solution. And I am in LOVE with it! I have used it numerous times already (after my long runs) and what a difference it made to my body! I honestly haven’t expected it would be so good and that it would replace the hands of my masseuse.
It was not difficult to choose Renpho massage gun — I like the quality of their other products, they are very reliable and quality built, therefore I didn’t waste my time looking for smth new. It was a great decision — the tool fits my little palm perfectly, it’s not too heavy nor too light and it has a lot of different heads to choose from.
My therapist might not be too happy losing her client, but I am sure I will be using the massage gun on a regular basis.

I decided to go with a brand that I knew Rehpho, I had previously purchased their hand-held full body massager EM 2016C from Amazon which I have used on many occasions for muscular relief after a long run or workout.
Upon first impression the product is packaged professionally, however it does not stop there.
The massager comes in a professional black fabric hard case which adds to the professional quality feel of the product. The massage gun, massage heads and power supply all have their own compartment which allows for ease of storage.
In the case you have 6 massage heads, a charger plug, instructions, and the massage gun (pic04). Taking the gun out, it feels well built, a hard plastic body with a rubberised grip. It is lighter than the previous massager and feels more balanced, the previous massager was top heavy with a skinny handle which caused fatigue after a short use.
The gun came pre-charged (50%) which is displayed on the LED display panel at the back of the gun. However, don’t make the mistake I did and try to power the gun on from the display panel, you need to switch it on from the base of the unit as shown in. Once switched on a green led ring illuminates at the base and the display panel lights up showing the charge level on the right and the pulse intensity on the left (pic06). On the display panel there are 3 flush buttons – + (increase pulse intensity), – (decrease pulse intensity) and power — (switches off the pulse actions).
There are 6 massage heads and the use of them is explained well in the instruction booklet: Ball Head, Bullet Head, Hammer Head, U-Shaped Head, Air Cushion Head and Wedge head.
I tested the pulse power levels starting from 1 and ranging through to 20, there is a noticeable difference between each setting and anything after 13 is quite intensive, post 15 and above really can only be used on fat tissue areas like the glutes etc.
I started with the U-Shaped head on my shoulder on a setting of 5. This felt way to slow, increasing it to 11 felt about right for the shoulder area. However, use of the massager without oil is not recommended, I could feel an element of friction and heat, but after applying a little massage oil, all was good. Around the boney area of the shoulder it was uncomfortable and a little painful but on the tissue area I could feel the pulse penetrating deep into the muscle, it felt good. I changed to the air cushion head to finish off and by the end of it I could feel a marginal difference in the tension around my shoulder.
I have since used the massage gun on my partners back and she appeared extremely pleased with the results especially using the U-Shaped head down the centre, the use of the ball and air cushion head also worked extremely well in relaxing the muscle groups.
A week in and use of the Renpho massager twice a day on my shoulder, along with my physio sets I am feeling a definite improvement in the pain, stiffness, and flexibility of my shoulder.
I am impressed by this massage gun and it is a great improvement on the previous model. If I did have one complaint and it is not so much a complaint than a request; it would be good to have different pulse modes like the previous model.
Even with all the good reviews and so many massage guns to choose from I was a bit sceptical to if they would really help much. I gave it a shot and I’m glad I did. I run and do kettlebells frequently and even just a couple of mins with the gun on certain muscle groups really helps loosen up afterwards and definitely shortens recovery time. It’s got a bit of weight behind it which I personally like as it feels very well made and decent quality. A great gun for under 100, I would certainly recommend!
The muscle gun arrived very well presented in a carry case with the massager, charger, and various attachments.
When the Renpho massage gun was fully charged I used the device’s ball attachment on my thigh, I like the fact that the power levels go up to level 20 intensity, which is very powerful. I think this massager will be really useful for me after leg day weight training to recover from muscle pain DOMS quicker. In operation, I wouldn’t say the gun can be considered loud. The digital display is very easy to read and understand, also the massage gun is very simple to operate. All things considered, I am very impressed with this product.
This isn’t a purchase I expected to make but after seeing all the hype about it, I thought I’d give it a try. I’ve only just started with it and I already really like the massage gun. I’ve had achy muscles recently and I was worried that this would just aggregate them but it was quite the opposite, it instantly started to put me at ease. It’s got quite a bit of power so I probably wouldn’t use it above level 4 or 5 and for me at least it feels weighty but considering the amount of power it holds, that’s to be expected. It’s also pretty quiet which I wasn’t really expecting but greatly appreciate. It comes in a nice carrying case and everything slots in really well. My boyfriend gets really bad back aches so if be curious to see how well it would works for that but after using it for my aches, I think it would be good with easing those pains. Overall it’s a good product and I would recommend it.
As someone who exercises a lot and gets constant muscle pain I needed an easy solution to ease my delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). I’ve tried using foam rollers in the past but they never worked for me.
The Renpho Deep Tissue Massage Gun was the perfect solution for my needs. It’s super easy to use with multiple different heads and speeds and much more effective than a foam roller. The massage gun comes with a helpful booklet that tells you the uses for the different heads provided, it seems to have an attachment for every need. My favourite attachment is the ball head which works a treat for my DOMS. You can easily adjust the speed of the gun with the press of a button to get the right feel for you.
It feels very well made and good value for money, I’ve used Renpho products in the past and they never disappoint. The gun comes in a smart carry case which has specific slots for each attachment/item which is great to keep it neatly packed away and travel friendly.
Definitely recommend trying this product if you need an easy tool to help with muscle soreness or even as a massager!
I also give a special mention to Renpho’s customer service, the initial product I received seemed to be faulty so I contacted the customer service number in the handbook and they resolved my issue very efficiently and sent me out a new gun which works perfectly. I saw and tried my first massage gun recently in a well known big box store, for around 160. Great kit but too expensive it thought.
I’ve previously bought a brilliant smart scale from Renpho, so was glad to see that they had a massage gun listed on Amazon, it had all the same features on paper as the one I saw previously, in fact Renpho’s version has more massage heads.
Renpho’s massage gun is absolutely brilliant, it’s enough powerful with about 20 levels of frequency/power on the massage head. For me it’s enough around level 9-12, depending on where on my body I’m using it. Plenty strong. And the battery life just keeps going, we’ve used it for 3 days straight maybe total 4 or 5 hours and its still going strong and doesn’t need a charge. It’s easily enough for the amount of use it would see in one go, which is brilliant!
When you receive it in its case with it’s 6 different massage heads, it really feels premium, when you hold it it feels sturdy, and robust, but most of all comfortable to hold.
It’s really an understatement to say that we love it. I say we.. this is the first time that Mum, Dad, Wife and Sister all love something I bought, especially the parents! who I quote, “damn good gadget, and worth every penny”.
A little on the massaging itself, I used it with the general head at setting 10 around my neck and shoulders and then lower legs, both usually tense and tight. It felt really relaxing and that it was warming my muscles up and improving the circulation, I repeated in these areas twice more, and today my legs feel soft, like they are brand new, or I’ve just come out of a 1 hour massage in a spa with an expert masseuse.
Also I’ve tried on my hands and feet with the bullet on a lower setting which is really therapeutic, helps release a lot of stress from daily computer use. Same with the neck and shoulders.
It’s quite easy to reach all your body if you are using it yourself, especially your back, the long handle and brilliant design makes it very easy. Doesn’t shake when you hold it, and feels stable. Also its really good, perhaps even better, when you have another person doing it for you.
Totally worth the money, and better than similar devices that are double the price I’d say! It’s something that was very quickly loved by the whole household, in fact we need to have a system to take turns now..

Given the current lockdown i haven’t been able to do much sport however I have used the gun after days doing strenuous work and it has stopped my aches and pains beautifully. With 20 different interval settings this made the gun perfect for getting rid of the pains i was having.
The product comes in a great travel case and is a fantastic size. The instruction manual includes a guide for the best ways to use the 6 heads included. All 6 heads have a nice cut out in the case to keep them in, I feel this was a great added touch as it makes for easy transportation.
As a basketball player I will definitely be including this in my sports bag from now o
I bought this massage gun as I work a construction job and for years I have been having back pain after a long shift.
I have tried a few different massage guns in the past that either I have bought or that I have borrowed from friends and this one is by far the best build quality out of all the ones I have tried. Just holding it you can feel it has solid build quality compared to the cheaper versions that are out there.
The massage gun comes in a nice carrying case and includes six different attachments which you can use on different parts of the body.
The attachments I have been using the most are the wedge head and the u shaped head to work on back pain they are good after work for relieving tension on my back and I don’t know how I managed without this massage gun in the past.
It has an LCD screen which displays the battery level along with the speed the massager is set at there’s is also a power button and a plus and minus button which are touch buttons for increasing/decreasing the speed just below the lcd screen
The gun has different speeds starting from level 1 all the way up to level 20. I usually start on level 1 for a gentle massage and slowly increase the speed as I go depending on how strong of a massage I need.
Even in the highest setting the massager isn’t noisy and actually has quite a low noise output for the speed setting.
The battery life of the massager has been great I have been the massager every night after work and the battery from a full charge has hardly dropped, The massages has protection on so after 15 minutes of continuous use it will stop which is great if you accidentally leave it on or something and forget about it but this if you cycle the on/off switch it will start again if you are going over the 15 minutes massage time.
This is my second Renpho product that I have bought after I bought their WiFi scales in the past and had no issues with that product either plus they have great support and a community page over on Facebook where you can get help/advice on using their products from other people who have bought their products too.
Overall I highly recommend this massager if you are looking to buy one and are considering all the different ones available, it is worth the extra price compared to the cheaper options that are available which have worse build quality and features, cheaper doesn’t always equal better!
I have had issues with my wrist, shoulders and back for a few years from playing guitar and video games. I have been to physio on and off for a few years to help but now I have this I’m not sure I will need to go to physio anymore. After just one day a lot of my pain and discomfort has gone away! Highly recommended
I’ve wanted to buy a massage gun for a while and I’m happy i finally did. The massage gun comes with couple of tools and a neat instruction paper telling you what each tool is most ideal for. I love that I can personally just decide myself which feels good where and use that, its not necessary to follow the guide. The gun itself is fairly easy to use, has a nice light indicator to let you know for the battery and a safety trigger for when it overheats for safety. Was one of my worries but it seems to be taken care of so I love that.
Using it after I have exercised when I was feeling sore and it really helps, definitely makes you feel nice.
I purchased the massage gun having already purchased the cheaper Renpho handheld massager last year. This is much more powerful than the hand held massager and is really good build quality. I use it almost everyday and especially after exercise. It has a variety of attachments although I haven’t found a use for them all yet. Its easy to use and setup and comes with a nice carrycase to store it away. Just like the other Renpho massager I have, the battery is excellent. It lasts for hours so no chance of it giving out half way through using it. I find this great for relieving tension in the shoulders and neck after exercise. If your looking for something powerful, this is the one for you!
Just what I needed. I have been running a lot recently in lockdown and my calf muscles have been so tight after my runs so was having to space them out more and more. From the very first day I used this the pains have disappeared so I am able to run even more.

This massager is great for overall muscle soreness. It is amazing if you have an area you really want to target as the pressure can be firm. I would say it is best for tackling an existing issue rather than as a relaxing massage tool.
Having previously bought Renpho scales before I was eager to hear that they had a massage gun out. My partner and I have been looking to purchase a massage gun for a long time, but we were scared that if we paid a low price for it then the quality would be poor, but this is not the case with this Renpho gun.
My first impressions were that that carry case that it comes in looks professional, and ensures that all the heads that come with it stay in one place, as opposed to the possibility of losing them. The gun itself is rather large, but this is understandable as it holds so much power. I appreciated the guide that it came with as it helped us understand what heads were best for certain parts of out bodies.
The design of the gun is sleek and simple, as discussed, it is a little bit clunky, but this is understandable as it needs to be on the larger side in order to produce the vibrations it does. The colours are classy, and the addition of the coloured band along the bottom to inform you of the battery life is a nice touch, and extremely helpful.
The impact of the gun is great, with up to 20 speeds it can definitely help with DOM’s which is something that my partner and I suffer with when exercising. For the price paid I believe that this is definitely worth the price as it has already begin to help. The feeling at first is something that you need to get used to, but does not take long before you can feel it working the knots within your muscles.
I could not recommend this more and I will definitely be being from Renpho again, and telling my friends and family about their products.
I already own a number of Renpho products and have generally found that they provide good software and hardware at a very affordable price. This is my second Renpho massage gun and I have bought it for my mother since I have had a such a positive experience with my other one.
There is little to no setup to do out of the box, and on opening you can literally be massaging within a minute or two. Instructions provided are clear and concise and well written. There are only a few buttons to learn so it is very suitable for everyone. It has charging lights so that you know when it needs charging.
The gun is reasonably heavy but still comfortable to hold – it feels like high quality. It delivers a very powerful intensity, more than enough for my Mother, and I have tried it on myself after a long session on the indoor bike and it does just as good a job as my other more expensive Renpho gun! There are six different heads which all target different parts of the body and different muscles. My personal favourite is the Ball head – I find this meets most of my needs personally! You can mostly use it on yourself but obviously for parts of your back it helps if you have a partner to help out.
It appears to run for about 5 hours before needing a charge – charging is easy, just plug it in and wait for the light to change.
Overall, this is as good in many ways as my more expensive gun, perhaps slightly less intense, it comes well packaged and feels like it will last, recommended.
I bought this massage gun hoping it would be lighter and quieter than my previous one. I was already using IRex Sl-28 which came with 14 heads, 12 settings but was fairy heavy and noisey on high settings. The Renpho massage gun is much lighter and quieter. At lower settings it is exceptionally quiet. It comes with 6 heads like most other massage guns. It has a display that shows you how much charge is left. I really like the fact that it comes with a case. Like my other Renpho products I like the massage gun. It looks and feels high quality. I will review it again after I have used it for a few weeks. Overall, I would recommend it.
This Renpho massage gun kept popping up on my recommendation bar on Amazon. As I’m recovering from leg injury I thought having massage once a while wouldn’t hurt.
I placed an order on Wednesday and I received my product two days later on Friday. It comes with a nice carry case and 6 attachments.
The device was pre charged but I had to top it up before my first use. It didn’t take long to charge it and so far the charge is holding really well. I used it daily for a week and the battery seems to be full.
This massage gun is very quiet, to the point where you can easily use it while watching TV.
As mentioned before there are 6 attachments, but I use mainly 3;
Bullet is great for thigh IT band and deep tissue. I also use attachment for large muscle groups and third for neck and shoulders.
This device has a great soft grip handle which feels really comfortable in my hand. It is lightweight but built solidly.
I wish this massage gun had an extra low setting as it is powerful enough from the very bottom of the speed range. Well, maybe i just need to get used to it.

Wow! Received the massage gun very quickly. It’s so easy and convenient to use and doesn’t weigh much at all. It was simple and easy to setup / charge and the use with buttons couldn’t be simpler! Quality of the product is high and feels well built. The instructions are easy to follow and the 6 massage head options and 20 speeds allow you to really target any area of the body with your preferred intensity. The packaging of the massage gun also impressed me, for the price I did not expect it to come in a zipped hard carry case. This is perfect to use if you exercise regularly and want your muscles to stay relaxed. Not only is it great to use after exercise but also before to get the blood flowing and muscles warm. I highly recommend the RENPHO massage gun.
I’d been told about massage guns in the past, but wasn’t sure which one would be best. I opted for this one as I already have Renpho scales, which are good.
The gun is fantastic! It comes in a nice case, with lots of attachments. The instructions which explain what each attachment is for and how to use it (although it’s quite self explanatory!). The the battery life is really good and the vibration speed of the gun ranges from 1-20, and the battery indicators tells you how much battery is left ie 10 = 100% battery.
The gun is light enough for you to be able to massages yourself. I’m a runner, so it’s great for my legs and also for my shoulders, where I suffer with stiffness. So far, so good and I think I’ll use it a lot.
Packaging:
You can see from the photos that the item comes well packaged. It isn’t Apple level, but certainly not cheap. The storage case is robust and has a good zip. All the items fit well and are easy to get out and put away.
Instructions:
These are an OK translation with only a few odd sentences/words. They could be better at explaining how to use the attachments in what way, but nothing major.
Use:
The massage gun fits nicely in the hand with good balance and the handle has a good texture. It is easy to adjust the power up and down and see how much battery is left and what power setting you have selected. It seems pretty powerful and certainly working on the muscle groups on which I tested it. It built up a nice bit of heat with the vibration, too, which I didn’t expect. Some of the attachments are better than others so a bit of trial and error will be needed. Probably personal preference. It is quite quiet but it is noticeable. I cannot comment on the battery longevity I haven’t had it long enough.
Overall:
This seems well put together and reasonably well built. It seems to do the job and is worth your consideration. In terms of value for money, that needs to be up to the purchaser to make that judgement. I suspect some will find benefit with it more than others.

This massage gun has a good build quality and feels like it will last many years. The base lights up green when turned on which is a cool visual feature. Comes with handy carry case and plenty of attachments for various massage types and areas. Even arrived charged which was good. It has a useful electronic screen showing power minutes remaining and strength of massage which can be varied to suit. Very easy to use.
Excellent massage gun – this is significantly more powerful than I expected and on the top setting can be a bit too much but that might be good for some people, for me I use it at about 50%.
It’s very easy to use and didn’t even need to open the instructions! Also, comes with lots of different attachments and after experimenting a bit found the perfect one for both shoulders and lower back. It’s a little difficult to reach the places (like lower back) but that just meant I got my other half to hold it instead.
Really makes a big difference and think no more than 5 minute bursts are needed to really feel the benefit.
I haven’t yet run the battery flat so can’t comment on battery life but the fact it’s still going strong after a total of about an hours use is a good sign.

I already own the RENPHO smart scales which have been fantastic and so had faith that I could trust in another health product from the same company.
I exercise daily with a mix of cycling, running and resistance work, all of which result in sore and tight muscles. I was stoked to finally invest in a tool that is willing to massage away the aches and pains whenever I need.
Same Day Delivery with Prime, enough battery for a quick session and my rigid IT band was soon being pulsed away into malleable putty. This thing is amazing. Sore quads, tight hammies – no problem!

I have bought other Renpho products in the past and thought they were well made and good value. I’ve been thinking of getting a massage gun for a while as I do a lot of endurance sport. Decided to buy from Renpho again expecting a solid product.
I am not disappointed and overall very impressed actually. I’ve used others and this feels identical in use and quality to massagers costing 2 or 3 times the amount. The range of fittings is great for different parts of your body from large muscle groups to more sensitive areas like ligaments. The power of it is incredible. I’ve been using it at about half and that’s great. Battery life seems superb, it’s still showing full charge after 4 days of use.
I’m always a sceptic of items that seem much cheaper than market leaders, but for this there is in need. It really is great value.
Received this massage gun over a week ago and have been using it since. It has a wide range of heads suitable for many different stimulations. Surprisingly quiet for how powerful it is, and wow it is so powerful! The battery life is great too lasting for hours and hours before needing to be recharged. My whole family love it especially my mom and dad it’s a god send to them. Couldn’t recommend this product more 10/10!
I got it as a gift for my girlfriend who goes regularly to the gym. She said is easy to use very and useful to alleviate muscle soreness after intense gym sessions.
I’ve owned this product for about 5 days. It’s my 2nd RENPHO product so I had no doubt I’d receive a quality product. I’m currently running 10K 3 times every week and I have seen the benefit from the first day. I wish I had this gun before.
From the box you get lovely firm carry case which keeps everything very tidy. Instruction and manual are minimal and they have all you need to get started.
The gun itself is quite weighty but not too heavy. There is a on / off switch located on the bottom which illuminates a ring around the bottom of the handle. When on charge bottom light will flash. There was little charge to try out when I first received the gun. I was really surprised how powerful the gun was with first setting. There is a intensity option between 1 to 20. Panel also displays the remaining charge in quite stylish way.
Gun itself creates exact correct vibrations to relieve your aches and soreness after sport. I am surprised how pleasurable you feel every other second you leave this after sports. Each head has different target of your body, after using gun regularly now I can say this will improve your recovery time. Quality of gun is very impressive, you feel you are holding professional device, noise level is more than acceptable, I do use gun while watching TV. Charging times and battery were pretty much as the manufacturer described.
Overall , I am very happy to have this massage gun, I do recommend anyone active to have to improve muscle recovery time.
These massage guns had never been on my radar but a friend recently recommended one as I’d been hitting the treadmill hard during lockdown.
I’d previously used foam rollers but never really got on board with them.
I’m over 40 now and carrying extra weight so my legs take a battering with all the time im spending on the treadmill. Using this on my muscles has made an immediate improvement with them being far less sore/stiff the day after plus it feels really good whilst massaging!
Battery life really good, looks very well built and feels like a quality item, good range of settings from a mild massage to a full pummeling!
For the 70 I paid its well worth it IMO.
Would also be great to use on your partner for a full body massage.

First impression was great, lovely display case and on opening very nice looking product. Instructions were easy to follow and I was quickly massaging. So far I have used just 3 heads, air cushioning soft head, ball head on my thighs and calfs after a cycle ride and the hammer head for an all round massage. I found all three very effective, and definately felt the effects especially in my calf muscle. As 2021 will be the year of increased exercise routines im sure this massager will become a very important piece of equipment to aid my recovery time.
As a rock climber I have been looking for something to help ease those post climb aches and pains. Having heard about deep tissue massagers, I thought I’d give it a go.
Having purchased Renpho scales, I thought I’d give them a go and I haven’t been let down. The massage gun is well built and feels really good on the hand.
There are 6 attachments, all provide a different style of message. The battery is great at holding it’s charge and will last more than you will need/use it for.
Another big positive for me is the free case it comes in, it’s very ergonomic and can put it in the cupboard out of the way between uses.
I would recommend this product for anyone looking a deep tissue massage gun.
I was really looking forward to getting this massager and I must say I was not disappointed. This is a very impressive piece of equipment that comes with multiple attachments to cover all areas of the body.
To begin with it is simple to use. You literally turn on a switch at the bottom and it’s ready to go. There is a green light that comes on at the bottom to signal the massager has been turned on. The speed settings range from 1- 20 with 20 being the highest. They are very easy to manage and can be adjusted whilst using the massager to find the perfect setting for yourself.
The attachments are also very easy to swap using a pull and push motion and they slot in quite nicely. I have used it multiples times so far and the battery life seems decent as well.
My wife loves using it for her foot massages so we are fighting over who gets to use it first. I must say it’s a hit in our household.
I also love the little things like the manual gives a very good description of what each extension does and the carry case it comes in looks very snazzy.
I can’t imagine life without it now.

Very simple to use and much quieter in use than I anticipated. The product has a premium feel and attaching the various massage attachments is very easy with just a simple push fit.
The machine has a good range of ” intensity settings” and is robust in use.

It’s a really powerful massager however, don’t go straight to the top speed – you’ve got to build up to that!!!
It comes with multiple heads for different types of massage. Even with the instructions as guidance, it will still take some time to decide which is best for the required massage, and it varies from person to person.
Each of the interchangeable heads pops in and pulls out easily.
The “u” shaped one is great for going up and down either side of the spine.
If you want to massage your feet, I prefer to use one of the foam or rubber heads, rather than the solid plastic ones, and personally find it more comfortable on a lower speed.
For back massage, the harder plastic heads are great, but you do need to get someone to hold it for you and run it over your back.
It’s a great massage, real game changer!!!

I have been suffering from back pain recently and came across this device from Renpho by chance.
I already have some of their other products like the smart weighing scale and all have been pretty good so far so thought why not..
After the initial scepticism that is always inherent with such devices, I applied it to my lower back, my neck and shoulder area – essentially the areas I could reach.
The initial sensations were slightly strange but I certainly felt the positive effects of the areas I had targeted for around 30 mins some hours later.
Overall, I’ll continue using it as it seems to work well to soothe and relieve pain and isn’t too much of a task to use.
I bought this after being in the market for a massage gun for a while.
When it arrived it was inside a really nice and sleek case that had individual places for each of the heads that can be attached to the gun and all the other bits that go with it. The device came fully charged which was nice as it meant I didn’t have to sit around waiting to use it.
Having done my workout I thought I was time to help ease my aching muscles and chose the flat hammer head to test it out. After realising their is a power button on the bottom of the handle as well on the back with the other buttons I managed to turn it on. The gun worked really well you could feel it working instantly and using it really helped my muscles to relax.
The next day I tried out the U shaped head on my back and you could really feel it working although it did feel uncomfortable when it got to my shoulder bladed and we changed it to use the air cushion head.
Having used the device I have been recovering better after the workouts and this has made it much easier to push my self more as well as get rid of little every day niggles that occur.
I’ve been considering getting one of these massage guns for some time now. Then I get an email from Renpho about their version. I’ve been pleased with their smart scale with corresponding smartphone app that I’ve been using for a few months. That product is quality, so figured I’d pull the trigger on this one.
Overall definitely pleased with this product. It comes with 6 different attachments to fit all of your relief needs. It also has 20 power settings. I’ve kept it pretty low so far, but figure I’ll escalate over time. Feels really well made and comes with everything you need in a convenient carrying case with a handle.
If you’re considering getting a massage gun, do it. This is now being incorporated into my daily routine.
Absolutely life saver. I am usually very sceptical of these massage products but I was amazed at how robust and heavy duty this massager is. It’s very well made and works a treat. Used it on my shoulders and lower back. Will be using this product after every gym session.. I highly recommend this massager. Also comes in a neat handy bag that can be put away nicely.
This massager has a lot of power settings and really helps you relieve muscle pain. There are different massage heads to use depending on the muscle group or need. Even having the power set to the lowest setting will help you have a soothing massage. It does advice you not to use it near the bones as a safety precaution, so I have only used this on shoulders and back so far, away from the spine and on the fleshy parts.
So I’ve been using this product for the last few days and I can’t say I’m disappointed. It’s easy, simple to use, easy to store and cost effective compared to rival units. Really impressed with how easy it is to use and the battery life. I’ve used it, my wife’s used it and even other family members and they all want one for themselves so will definitely be buying again! 5/5*!
Arrived within 2 days of buying. So much lighter than my old one. Has a long battery life for a few good uses with 6 different heads. A must have for gym goers or athletes looking to recover quickly.
Update- RENPHO- is it possible to get more of the attachments? My dog has eaten all but 1 of them and the case is also ruined?

The RENPHO deep tissue massage gun is the best on the market! It is light weight and comes with a handy carry bag that can easily be transported for wherever you may need it. I have had a couple of massage guns from different companies and I must say RENPHO top then all. Other guns I have had overheat or only have 1 speed setting, NOT this one it has 20 different speed settings which helps get right into the target area and it never overheats with the smart technology. I find a lot of my pains are later on at night and this has been an issue in the past due to the noise from my massage gun but the Renpho gun is very quiet and very effective. I cannot recommend this product enough to anyone who is looking for help with deep tissue aches and pains.
Couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Have wanted one of these massage guns for so long but the 200 ish price bracket always turned me off. For the price of this and for what you get you’d be mad not to grab one. On paper it seemed every bit as good as the high value ones. Quiet, long battery life, all the attachments and a case and when it arrived it lived up to the description. Build quality is 10/10 and checks all of the above box’s.
I’d be at the gym 5/6 days a week and recently started mountain climbing once a week so my bodies been feeling it and this is definitely just what I needed. I sit for 10/15 minutes at night while watching tv using this and I wake up the next day loose and ready to go again . Would 100% recommend for anyone who is on the fence and considering one of these.
This massager has turned out to be a little gem. I really wanted something cordless and this seems light for how powerful it is. The choice of massage heads suit different needs and I’ve had great relief from my shoulder and lower back pain with the smaller ball heads. It’s compact and light enough to reach the areas you need. Its packed in a lovely zip carrier case so no lost heads or charger, great to travel with. I added the video to show how easy it is to flick on and ensure you get the right intensity of massage. This is a fantastic massage gun! I have had two others before (one cheaper and one more expensive) and this is by far the best. Primarily, it is: powerful, sturdy and quiet – a winning combo (see my video). The gun is clearly well made and feels sturdy.
I exercise a lot and have found that using this gun straight after a cycle or run will really help the muscle sorenesss the next day – I highly recommend it!

So ive been seeing many advertisements online about massage guns. I got the courage to buy one at the end. Renpho was a brand ive used before ( scales) the price was affordable also. I got the gun next day. Very simple to use. Comes with multiple heads which are plug in. The gun has controls to speed up the head and slow it down. Very easy to use. Makes you feel so good. I tried it after gym , normally i would ache next day. But after gym
I used the gun on my arms which felt so good. The next day i had minimal muscle pain. Overall i would highly recommend this gun for its price and very good build.
Ergonomic and powerful unit that feels good in your hand. Good range from gentle setting 1 to bone rattling 10 for those who like a firm massage. Super quiet so perfect for use on the couch in front of the TV.

** Update, after 1.5 years of infrequent use the batter appears faulty. A replacement for purchase is not available but Renpho were nice enough to send me a new unit!! I do hope Renpho decide to make replacement batteries available to improve their green credentials.
This product arrived in a really decent storage case, and the build quality appears to be very good and I do expect it to last. It charges quickly, and the included instruction leaflet gives details of which attachment to use, albeit in somewhat of a Google translate fashion – which sometimes has amusing results. The power can be adjusted from 1 to 10, and even at 1 the power is quite strong so definitely for muscle pummelling rather than relaxation. I can definitely recommend it for muscle pummelling. For a female hand it’s quite large and heavy to hold, so it’s quite helpful if you can find something to prop your elbow on. I was wary of buying this but I am now happy to recommend it.
I’m very impressed with my purchase, this baby is a powerful beast (the power level can go up to 20 but level 1 is enough for me at the moment haha)! As you can see from my photos, it comes with a very nice quality handling bag, inside it has 6 different heads to target different parts of tissues and with a Uk 3 legs plug. It is very silent indeed, much quieter than other massage guns I have seen on the market! The touch screen Display makes the device even more easy to use as well, it shows battery and power level, start or stop, increase power or decrease power is just a gentle touch away! The user guide is very clearly stated which body part each massage head is good for but I still need sometime to figure out if I use it right.
The only cons might be the price is slightly higher than other brands but the quality says it all! Also, Renpho can maybe put up a video on Amazon to demo the use of all heads will be great! Overall Love it!
I purchased this product on a whim as I’d been searching for something I could use at home. I sit down for much of the day and find I have constant aches and pains, especially when trying to get to sleep. Now I just use this for a few minutes in the evening and it works wonders! It comes packaged in a neat little bag that makes it easy to store away after use and means you won’t lose any of the attachments. Would highly recommend.
Over the last few months I’ve found that the day to day strains of picking up a baby and bending over to change nappies can take their toll on your body as much as any Ironman event or sportive.
Personally I’ve really struggled with sharp burning pains through my neck and shoulders and even though I have multiple foam rollers they never quite hit the spot and it can be quite challenging to find the exact angle to release the pressure points.
I’ve seen various massage guns on the market before but they all looked rather bulky, loud and v.expensive, however I decided to take the plunge and purchase this one from Renpho. I was already a happy customer having used their digital scales so had no concerns about trusting another product from the same brand.
I’m only a few days in to using the massage gun but not only have I found it easy to use, but I’ve been really impressed with its versatility and immediate results. I’ve struggled in the past with tight hamstrings, IT band and shin splints in my calves. These are just some of the areas I’ve been able to target the massage gun and adjust the speed according to sensitivity,
I like that the gun comes in a handy travel case with dedicated slots for all the accessories and although I thought it initially seemed a little bulky, on reflection the length of the handle does allow you to reach around to those hard-to-get spot in your back. The soft grip handle also helps make this easy to do.
The gun is quiet, even at high speeds, and it’s simple to switch the various massage heads in and out when working on various muscle groups. The instruction manual advises which accessories are better suited to which muscles.
I’ll admit I still had some reservations about the product when I purchased it…

But in hindsight, this may prove to be one of my best purchases of 2020.
At full tilt this thing feels like it’s shaking your organs. It’s much quieter than I expected and much bigger than I expected but not too heavy.
Simple to use and feels sturdy, only time will tell.
It’s somewhat bulky size doesn’t impede on its use. It’s about the size of a combi drill but lighter.
What you first notice is that the case is good quality and useful should you want to travel with it with all the different heads stored neatly. They all fit in and can be taken off easily but won’t fall out during use. I am a dialysis patient and have taken aspirin for many years so have sensitive skin so was worried about the higher settings but I found that I could cope with higher settings that I thought.
What I like is that it can be operated by yourself by holding with one hand and directing to where you are feeling aches and pains. You may have to experiment to see which head works best for you – I tend to prefer the ball head for multi-purpose and there is a guide in the small manual as to which head to use with different body parts e.g. bullet head for deep tissue. This is something my wife would likely more enjoy in certain areas as she doesn’t mind higher pressure.
The one minor thing to watch out for is that sometimes you can accidentally hit the + button while operating one handedly and that will cause the speed to increase. Now I am aware of it this doesn’t happen often for me.
The other nice feature to point out is that you can charge the main unit so it doesn’t have to have cables hanging off it which of course makes it a lot more convenient.
Overally I’m impressed with the quality and presentation and feel it’s good value for money.

The machine comes with 4 different massage attachments which you can replace easily by simply pulling it in and out. There are 20 stages of massage speed/strength but we generally use it only up to 5th stage as it’s powerful enough to cover every parts of your body. You can control and monitor speed and battery life on the LED screen. There is also a coloured ring lighting to tell you if your machine requires charging. It changes from green to yellow to red. However once you charge it to full power it will last for a long time. We haven’t charged it since we’ve bought it and there are still a lot of battery left in the machine. One thing to note is the machine will not function if you have the charger cable attached to the gun. We thought our machine was broken but I think it’s just the way this is programmed.
The first thing you notice when you get the massager out of the case is that it’s definitely well put together. It’s got that kind of solid weight to it that lets you know it’s a quality piece of kit. Having said that, it’s not too heavy that it would be difficult to use, and the feel and balance of it means it’s quite easy to wield at a variety of different angles for access to the different body parts you’re going to want to use it on. The second thing you notice when you start it up is that it’s definitely got some power to it. I’ve tended to use the low settings (1-4) for a gentle but firm massage of calves and quads after some exercise and it’s comfortable enough to be quite soothing, but also strong enough to really relieve some of the tightness and soreness in those muscles. If you really want to work some large muscle groups then the settings go all the way up to 20, but the massager is so powerful at this level you would probably only need that for the most intense, sports-style massage.
The attachments also allow you to adapt the massage to suit your liking and purpose. I found the air cushion attachment is create for especially sore or slightly injured muscles as it dampens the power of the massager a little and makes the massage softer. For really getting into bigger muscles the ball attachment works well, and the flat head attachment is great for providing something inbetween. With other attachments for your back/spine and smaller muscle groups, the combination of the different power levels and then attachments means I’ve always been able to get just the sort of massage I was wanting.
Whatever setting you have it on, it’s easy to manoeuvre over your muscles and no matter how hard I was pressing it into areas I really wanted to work, there was no sign of strain on the action or motor, or noticeable change in performance or noise. Speaking of noise, it’s remarkably quiet on low settings and you could quite easily use this at this level without annoying anyone else. When you push it up to the higher settings, it does get noticeably louder, but it’s still not too bad to say it’s on full power.
Having wanted one of these power massagers for some time to help with the recovery from my running training, the price compares favourably with the other devices on the market and, although I’ve not been able to compare this massager to other makes, the Renpho does everything I was looking for so it’s great that I’ve not had to spend a small fortune to get what I needed.
Great Product, good size of machine, good weight feels really sturdy, charge lasts a long time, attachments are very useful and help get into sore and tight muscle. Very powerful, has 20 increasing vibration settings, really gets into muscle mass. I have been using mainly on hamstrings and upper flutes, also used on shoulder area. I run a lot and am a conventional XL so put a lot of strain through my muscles. Spending 40+ a time on a sports massage isn’t financially viable for long! I’ve a foam roller but that… is effort and it sits near my sofa gathering dust.
This is great. The variety of attachments means I can target individual muscles at ease and when needed.
The gun comes with a partial charge which means you can use it out of the box and the green light around the base means you aren’t likely to put it away ‘on’ and lose the charge. The display is clear and easy to use with reactive buttons to increase the intensity from 1-to-20 (ouch!).
A few… oddities in the language through the booklet and packaging but when I find my ‘sensitive body meat’ I’ll be sure to relax it good!
This is a high quality, professional massage gun. I have used it after heavy weight training to relieve sore muscles and speed up recovery. It has a variety of different massage heads and different speeds, so you can change on the go. It’s very easy to use and comes in a convenient carrying case. For that price is a steal.
Had heard about the massagers before but never used one… wish I’d used one years ago now! Working outside all week in the building trade, and then going to the gym three times a week, this massager is a must. The different tips allow for different muscles to be massaged in different ways, haven’t tried them all yet but so far they seem really durable. Anyone thinking about buying one I 100% recommend it!
Wasn’t sure this would be any good at first but after reading reviews of different branded gun i decided to go for the RENPHO on as i have purchased other tech from them before.
I have used this a few time now, after a few long sessions in the GYM and must say it is excellent and relaxing the muscles and releasing a tight lat muscle i get after lifting weights.
My first impressions of the unit is, it is a big device and quite heavy, that said it is comfortable to hold and use.
There is an number of different power settings, ranging form 1 to 20, i found 4/5 works best for me but every one would be different, IMO anything over 10 is too powerful, and 15 – 20 fills like it could probably punch an hole in the wall.
This is a powerful massage gun which is easy too use and actually works.
It is supplied in a box in side which is a black case with a mould to hold the gun in place.
It comes with a range of different “bits” for different body parts. All useful and do the required Job.

I recently received the massage gun, but so far I am impressed with it.
PRO:
– Very easy to use and intuitive machine. I opened it and within 5 mins I understood how to use it.
– Seems to be a very well made device. It has a bit of weight, which makes me believe it has quality parts, the handle is very comfortable and the 3 control buttons are very easy to operate, and they are placed in an area that you can not touch by mistake.
– It is easy to set it to speed settings you want/wish. It has a smart way of going very fast from 0 to 20(speed of the massage), but at the same time it is very easy to stop it anywhere in the middle.
– It has a very elegant black case, which perfectly fits in my BJJ backpack.
– The massage itself is helped me with the cramps. I usually have a sore muscle for 2-3 days after I get a cramp in training, but after the massage I feel like the pain is 60% gone already.
– It has many heads, which make the machine a good fit for back and spine massage, but I have not used them yet.
CONS:
– Nothing so far.
My Wife and have been learning massage for some time. We suppliment this by using the Osim Tappie which, up till now has played an infrequent part as it fairly brutal and can only be used on skin where bone is far below. Further more it is corded. The RENPHO Deep Tissue Muscle Massager has been much more versitle as it is cordless and the unit is sturdy and feels well built. We have been able to use it more parts of the body as the pulse can be set so low that you can even work skin where bones areright under the surface with the right attachment. The Fastest setting is so fast that the unit glides with the virbration. It has a wide selection of massage attachments, some of which are more suitable for sports massage or deep muscle massge on skin with no bones near the surface. The Ball Head specifically has really helped with my Wife’s frozen shoulder. Air Cushion head is the best and is ideal for all parts of the body and ideal for relaxing massage. The unit is very quite which allow for us to play low volume relaxing music.
I’ve been looking to get one of these for some time now, but not been able to justify the cost of the alternative options. This item in my eyes is well priced and what you receive is a massager of a high standard. There is 20 speed options, I find using speed option 10 to 13 optimum for myself.
I’m someone who goes gym 4 times a week and find this the best aider in repairing my muscles after an intense muscle workout.
The case is very well built and of a high standard, very small and easy to take places, I often leave this in my car boot.
I have yet to try the different attachment heads, but the ball attachment is fantastic. Having used this for a week, the charge is really good, doesn’t take long to fully charge, and the battery I found last for some time. I would have liked to see a spare battery attachment which could be charged separately.
The screen behind the device to change the setting is touch screen and very responsive. Very easy to use.
Something else which I found useful is the grip on the handle, its very comfortable especially when using the massager on a high setting.
This item arrived very quickly and is very easy to use.

I’ve been suffering with huge issues caused by adaptive shortening … which was caused by poor quality pre & post workout stretching.
The Renpro Massage Gun is amazing! I’m able to reach all the large muscle groups that matter – quads, glutes and hamstrings and provide a deep massage and myofascial release to these tight muscles in a fraction of the time my foam roller took.
I woke up this morning without pain – first time is months. The future is suddenly looking promising!
I am training for my first ultra marathon, so recovery between runs is incredibly important. Previously, I was spending hundreds of pounds on sports massages every few months, so thought I’d look into this particular massage gun.
All I can say is THIS IS A GAME CHANGER. My muscular recovery has become so much better, whenever I get little aches and pains, I use the massage gun on it and it typically clears the niggle up before it’s a problem.
The item itself comes with a carry case, which is great as I will be taking this with me when I go traveling. The amount of attachments on the device too is a bit confusing at first but the leaflets inside explain exactly what each attachment does.
To conclude, i’m impressed, very impressed. Should you buy it? Yes.
I do powerlifting and spin classes 4 times a week. With powerlifting, I pretty much work to fatigue on every session and my muscles are naturally sore as a result and ot has started to affect my performance.

There are 20, yes 20 intensity levels which is chosen by a simple + and – button on the screen.
Heads are easily changed, just a push/pull motion.
In addition to muscle fatigue/doms I also found that is eases my headaches and lower back pain.
After a tip from a friend, using it on the base of your feet also relieves general stress/tension too.

Really great product! Easy to use and clear instructions on what head to use where. It’s super sturdy and well made and the battery lasts for yonks. We used it on really painful glutes / piriformis pain, tight calves and trapped nerves in the shoulder and had immediate effect on all three, loosening up and relaxing muscles and pain.
Would definitely recommend for anyone suffering from pain or tightness.
This was expensive when first came out compared to other guns but with the reduced price its a fantastic bit of kit to have. Various heads have helped me recover well after a couple of games of squash and has helped my wife’s shoulder injury recover quickly. It’s like having another person with you. Various speeds intensify the massage or if you want to use if for a more relaxing massage then this is the gun for you. I also have the bluetooth scales as well along with the razor. Renpho for me is a great brand of quality products at good prices. You buy cheap you buy twice.
I’m a fan of Renpho and have been for a long time as their products never disappoint. I love exercising and coming back home to something that would relax me. And massages usually do the trick! Now going to get a massage can get quite expensive and time consuming.Hence why getting this little beauty has been, so far, a great decision! It has been so beneficial for many reasons: I love the case as the gun comes with all them attachments. It makes it easy to use and then put it back nicely inside the case.
I like that it has different attachments for different place of your body and you can use it at different speed (I think 20 level of intensity!!!) I particularly love the ball head attachment which you can use for joint soreness. It is actually the one I use the most! I also like the fact that it is battery operated as it makes it to manoeuvre it. The battery level is also displayed!
Overall, very straightforward piece of equipment, easy to use and powerful settings! I am sold so far and hopefully I’ll make use of it for a long time!

Gets a bit loud at high intensities but that’s not too much of a nuisance. Good variety of attachments with clear guidelines on how to use them in the user manual. I recommend using after exercise – it is very good for relaxing DOMS and cramps, as advertised. Would highly recommend for how convenient and portable the product is. Feels premium with the case provided, which makes it easy to travel with since you can take it with you as hand luggage on a plane. Overall, would highly recommend the massage gun for someone who wants a quick fix for muscle stiffness and soreness.
We have been using it for a week or so and we are loving it to every bits. We haven’t really compared this with other massage guns in the market but we are very happy with the quality and price offer on this product. Only downside we have noticed on this product is that it’s quite heavy holding it with one hand but you kind of get used to it once you start massaging yourself.
The machine comes with 4 different massage attachments which you can replace easily by simply pulling it in and out. There are 20 stages of massage speed/strength but we generally use it only up to 5th stage as it’s powerful enough to cover every parts of your body. You can control and monitor speed and battery life on the LED screen. There is also a coloured ring lighting to tell you if your machine requires charging. It changes from green to yellow to red. However once you charge it to full power it will last for a long time. We haven’t charged it since we’ve bought it and there are still a lot of battery left in the machine. One thing to note is the machine will not function if you have the charger cable attached to the gun. We thought our machine was broken but I think it’s just the way this is programmed.

The intensity of the gun can be set between 1 to 20. Buttons are touch-sensitive which gives a modern feeling.
I was amazed at how much relief I felt in my muscles. After working 8 hours every day you don’t get much time to go for massages but with this, that worry has gone completely.
After using it for a week my partner I feel so relaxed and looseness in muscles.
You will start seeing the result after one week of using it.
Overall, I would recommend this massage gun. It is the saviour that doesn’t break the bank and you will feel the difference. Five stars.

As someone who regularly suffers from aches, pains and niggles from playing sport/going to the gym multiple times per week, I am always on the look out for a piece of equipment that allows me to enhance recovery/treat injuries.
I had read a lot about massage guns and watched a few YouTube videos in which people demonstrated using them. They looked like an awesome piece of kit so I decided to take the plunge.
The massage gun comes in a very smart carry case that contains the massage gun, charger and four different heads for the gun as well as an instructional booklet. The product comes across as very well made and very sleek.
PROS:
– INCREDIBLY QUIET: Even on max setting it just a creates a gently hum. When comparing it to the sound that other brands make (check out some of the YouTube videos where they are shouting over the sound of the massage gun) its like chalk and cheese. This means you are unlikely to disturb anyone else while using the device.
– PRICE: Compared to other massage guns on the market, this is one of the less expensive options. However, that doesn’t mean that it is poor quality. Also, when comparing to how much a physio or massage session costs, it is likely to save me money long-term.
– EASE OF USE: The massage gun is very easy to use. Just pick it up, choose your head, turn it on and select the speed. I also have a lacrosse ball and foam roller that I previously used for self massage when I am sore. However, these items can require a lot of physical effort (which isn’t always easy when you are tired). In contrasts, the massage gun requires comparatively little effort to get the same/better level of deep tissue massage.
– BATTERY LIFE: I have been using the gun 10-30 mins every day for a week and it has still not required a charge!
– QUALITY MASSAGE: The quality of massage you get is quite amazing. Recently I have been having issues with my shoulder and chest. After using this for ~10 mins on this area I notice a huge difference in how relaxed the muscle is and my range of motion on that joint. It also allows you to easily target areas of the body which are hard to target with other pieces of massage equipment. The different heads also allow you to target a more general area (ball attachment) or a specific area (bullet attachment).
CONS:
-POWER (?): I am not sure if it is as powerful as other brands e.g. Theragun (I couldn’t find any specifics on power for the Renpho gun) and the massage depth is slightly less than the Theragun (10 mm vs 16 mm) so its possible that it provides a ‘deeper’ massage. However, the price of a Theragun is 3x the cost of a the Renpho version so probably not worth it in my opinion (I haven’y used a Theragun).
– INITIAL PRICE: Its quite a lot when you compare it to a lacrosse ball or foam roller. However, as I said before I believe it will save you money in the long-term with regards to paying for physio/massage.
SUMMARY: Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from aches/pains and niggling injuries on a regular basis. The convenience and ease of use means that I can easily fit in a 10 minute massage at the ends of a long day!
Out of the box you get a lovely carry case with compartments for each of the parts. The gun itself is quite weighty but not too heavy. I weighed it with the hammer head tool attached and it was just under one kilo. There is a on / off switch located on the bottom which illuminates a ring around the bottom of the handle. When charging this ring turns orange. I was also impressed to find an indicator light on the charger itself. The cable on the charger measures 115cm.
The gun had a little charge in it to try it out and I was surprised at how powerful it was on the lowest setting. The intensity can be set to between 1 and 20. The panel also displays the remaining charge. Despite an on / off button on the button there is a separate button for turning the gun on and off during massage. I was particular impressed how the buttons are touch sensitive making it very easy to use.
The instructions are quite minimal but contain enough information to get you started.
Let’s get down to the gun itself. When I first started using it I almost found the intensity over whelming, but after a while pleasurable! I was amazed at how much relief I felt in my muscles that almost seem to constantly ache on a daily basis. Each of the tools targets different parts of your body and is detailed in the instructions for easy reference. After using this gun for a week I can honestly say my muscles ache less as a result of using this gun. It’s a great experience once you start using the gun regularly. It really helps to have a willing partner to target those harder to reach spots too!
The build quality is outstanding. You genuinely feel like you’ve bought a quality product. The charging / usage times were pretty much as the manufacturer described. Noise has never been an issue for me but for those interested, I found the noise level more than acceptable. You’d struggle to hear it while the television is on.
Over all I highly recommend this gun if you’re looking for a quality massage tool that doesn’t break the bank.
I’ve been using this for over a week now as a post workout recovery tool and have to say i’m rather impressed. I’m a member at a crossfit gym and have heard good things about massage guns from other members but was a bit skeptical. After trying this one out i’m convinced.
My wife suffers with regular back and neck pain due to early osteoporosis. She has tried the massage gun and said that it gives her a sense of instant pain relief. For it to get her approval and actually help her situation out is a massive thumbs up.
The gun itself is a solid piece of equipment. i was surprised at the weight of it. Not too heavy to handle and doesn’t feel like a toy. The different attachments are good for focusing on different muscle groups. Personal favourites are the ball head (for general all over) and the U shaped head (for spine and neck).
The carry case is a nice addition. I thought the gun would have just come loose with the attachments so having a sturdy carry case was a nice surprise.
Love the carry case keeping it all packed up nicely. The gun itself has a good weight in the hand, heavy enough to get some weight behind the pressure but not too heavy that it’s tiring to use for prolonged periods.
I’ve only used the round ball so far on my thighs and calves but a few days usage and I can feel the difference.
I get my sports massages from a 6ft male personal trainer who is brutal and obviously this gun isn’t go to replace him entirely but I can see it meaning I don’t have to go as often to him and can keep supple between fewer visits, which at 140 (the price I got in the sale) is just two visits to the sports massager – so great value for money and I’m very pleased with the purchase!
The battery lasts a really long time, and the different massage heads are useful for different body parts. It’s nice and quiet, and even comes in a handy carry case.
I would definitely recommend this product. I haven’t tried the more expensive versions, so can’t compare, but I am really happy with this.
