It is more powerful than our older model but also heavier which is fine for me. We’ve found Morphy Richards customer service to be excellent which is why we chose to stick with them.
Bought to replace an older Morphy Richards supervac that had given good service. The main advantage of the new one is that it has two speeds – only the fast speed when hand held – the fastest speed having much more suction that the older model. Very pleased with this cleaner. Well done Morphy Richards.

This product works well and is good value for money. I have the same unit at my holiday home in Cyprus. I contacted Murphy Richard’s as wanted to buy a couple of spare foam filters and was told no spares are available it’s a disposable machine. You can now buy the Vax at around 160, probably a better optio
Easy to use and to empty after using. Motorized brush is a great attachment for carpets.
Have always been a big fan of Morphy Richards appliance. I bought this to replace my older version of Morphy Richards vacuum. It’s really great quality / value for the price. I had Dyson before but I think this one is very good which solves problem but much cheaper! Thank you!

Love this hoover so easy to use and doesn’t take to long to charge.
This is perfect for my lounge that has laminated wood flooring plus a large short pull rug, with the added bonus of the light you can easily see what needs picking up, and it does the job just perfectly! Nice and light and easy to maneuver. Easy to clean as well and altho I find the hand held unit maybe doesn’t have as much suction (which is strange!) it’s still a great little vacuum and I would recommend it!
I have had a few cordless hoovers but this has been the best one yet, it looks great and it works great too! Highly recommended
Best superlight vac I’ve triedgreat on hard floors and carpetshaving the led lights is a bonus as you can see exactly where dust or dirt is and don’t miss itsuction power is great and happy with charging timelove how it doubles up and can use to vacuum my carvery happy with this purchase!
On assembling the cleaner I found that one of the prongs on the plug was slightly bent so that it wouldnt fit into the socket. I thought that Morphy Richards should know so rang customer services who were completely useless. Spoke to two different people who both sounded boref and dissinterested and bordering on impolite. The only response was “ring Amazon”.
I actually managed to straighten the prong with a pair of pliers.
Having said that ,the cleaner is pretty good. Suction is reasonable and its easy to empty. A bit heavier than i would have liked especially when using the hand held but not a major problem. I like the light on the front.
So four stars for the cleaner, none at all for Morphy Richards customer services.

It light in wieght. The suction is OK. The battery lasts long and charges relatively quickly. Now we stopped using the standard vacuum cleane
Good little hoover. I only use it as a quick clean up around the kitchen on an amtico floor. The wheels are quite small so very difficult to push on carpet and seems to scrape on the floor so wouldn’t use it as my main machine
I have a very small flat with carpet and lino and the vaccume works well on both surfaces. It’s very easy to use, lightweight and is easy to store. The hand held mode is great from getting the tops of door frames and into corners. The drum is small so needs emptying after a couple of uses but it’s not somthing that bothers me. My space is small so I can get away with quite a few uses before needing to recharge. For the price it’s great.
I’m in my seventies and wanted a light cordless vacuum.
My old one was a cheaper cord model that had great suction.
This vacuum is not as light as I hoped and doesn’t have the suction of the old one but it still does really well in my small 2-bedroom bungalow.
I vacuum the whole place without recharging and it’s great having a hand charger for the sofa.
The handle folds so it’s easy to store.
It takes a while to recharge but the length of time using the machine was adequate for me.

battery on full power 30-40 min. absoloutley perfect for a daily run around vacum, lasts long enough to do front room, kithchen, stairs, landing and 2 bedrooms. bear in mind this is a quick run around. we still do a fortnightly deep clean with a mains powered vacum, but we are well happy with thin. even did the car with it. pet hair not a problem, we have lab oxer cross, he molts constantly, this hasd no isssues getting his fur 🙂
Needed a new vacuum, as my old one decided to work no more. I am so pleased with my purchase, the cleaner has two speeds for suction, as we have had new carpets laid this is just what I needed. It is light to handle which is good as I do have arthritis in my hands, and I can lift the cleaner easily.
Really like how easily this is to assemble, just plug 3 parts together and off you go. Bracket for wall mounting is included and very useful if placed beside a power outlet. around 40 mins run time and 2hrs charge time. This is good for day to day vacuuming or hoovering out the car, however I still have a main hoover to deep clean rugs and carpets. Blockages occur occasionally but that’s just down to user error! Very pleased with the product at this price. Dyson quality without the Dyson price tag!
Love this vacuum it’s very light and so easy to use very good suction on carpets and flooring could have made it better by having a holder for attachments other than that excellent produc
This is surprisingly good. It has a nice suction to it. It was able to suck up 5p coin thanks to my child. The brushes are great for furniture and it works well on pet hair. Its easy to use that my 5yr old loves it and its light enough to carry around.
The dust collector is small its essentially a dirt buster wearing a costume but it is a nice little vacuum cleaner.
It also is really great at picking up fine fluff off the carpet… its like the lint out of the dryer trap. So you know the main vacuum brush works well. That’s also really easy to remove threads from as it has a plastic catch on the bottom you can remove with a flat head screwdriver and the brush pops right out meaning now finger contortions to remover debris from it.
