I love this vacuum cleaner. I have a big Henry one that is difficult to get up and down the stairs. This works best for the living room and conservatory vacuuming. It works best on hard floor and laminate, however if you vacuum I one direction and slightly lift it and go back to the next section it works great on carpets too.

This is the second cordless vacuum I have owned, both by Morphy Richards. The only real complaint I have with this model is struggling to take it apart for cleaning and then struggling to get it back together. The suction is good, it is nice and light and the fact that it is 2 in 1 makes cleaning stairs etc really easy.
Extremely well built, found suction good, and easy to use. Purchased for my blind daughter to use, although light weight it is heavy enough to give her feedback when pushing it around. She can even put it on charging stand with a little effort at times. only problem is splitting the motor and container part for emptying, even if sighted, the muck gets stuck in the container and needs a finger to prod it out, thus 4 stars.
Very good all round product.
I found the vacuum cleaner very good on all types of floors and stairs.
We had the old 12V predecessor to this model, which was getting a bit long in the tooth and not keeping its charge anymore. This new model is a lot more powerful, and holds its charge better than the old one had, even when it was new.
The charge station itself is also a nice new feature, with trickle charge and handy storage for the two attachments. I specifically wanted exactly the same setup (small vacuum that clips into a handle with a powered head) because it’s the most handy configuration for our kitchen.
Another improvement over the old one is that it’s so much easier to dismantle the power head to remove hair from around the roller brush.
We have a different vacuum specially just for the stairs, which is why I gave the Morphy Richards such a low rating for stairs. Also, it’s not that great on thick-pile carpets, but ace on hard floors and okay on woven carpets.
The nozzle that comes with it makes it great for the car too – especially that bit between the seat and the door where you always have sand and leaves that you can’t get out – well this nozzle is slender enough to fit in there and clean it nicely. For the seat wells and boot I use the power head.

Great portable battery vacuum.
Great product for small apartments . Really good on laminate floors and good on carpets as well. It’s not a powerful 220v machine but really good for a portable . The ability to detach the hand held vacuum for stairs is really handy and the two small attachments work well as do the bright led lights . However, the max load it can cope with is about the size of an orange so it needs frequent emptying which also needs you to clean the small filters . It takes a few minutes but well worth it.

Love cordless vacuums. This is our second one, the first being a Bosch which is more expensive. I don’t usually like writing reviews until I have owned & used something like this for a few months. We have had this one for only six weeks so here are the findings so far. This one does a good job but sometimes I have to go over the floor twice for a 100% pickup. Mostly it’s fine. As with all of these cordless, the dust bag/holder is quite small so does need emptying every time you use it. However, it’s easy and quick to do, so you just need to make it part of the routine. Great on the stairs with the handheld part. Very good value for money.

Does the job. Makes things so much easier without a cord trailing along the floor constantly. Could have a longer battery life though.

The vacuum cleaner is proved our claims. We have a cat, so we buy this VC for cleaning a flat. We can easily collect cat’s fur, but for granules of cat litter we use a hand VC. It’s very easy to use, doesn’t occupy a lot of space, especially we like the light near the brush. It charges quickly and the time of working is enough for cleaning at least 3 rooms. We are completely satisfied.

Best purchase I’ve made. Took ages looking at reviews but settled on this brand. I have had it about 5 months and me and the other half always say what a game changer (very sad) this is. Great for the stairs and picks up pet hair.
Very happy with the performance of this vacuum. My main vacuum is a Henry, bought this to keep upstairs to save dragging the Henry up there. Does the job very well, is unobtrusive, storing away neatly as I don’t have much room. Liked it so much my mum and aunt have bought one too and are equally pleased, I should have got commission haha!!
Great suction and long battery life
Great little vacuum, I use it to keep on top of the bird seed indoors and mud from the dog in between using my big hoover. Long battery life and suction is very good, the waste holder is not very big but I just empty it after use which is quick and easy to do.

Light, easy to store, gets in all the difficult spaces, not so good on the carpets, but for the category of the product and the price, it’s well worth it.
Pros – cheap (69 paid), works well, good initial battery life, great accessories
Cons – heavy and hard to steer (especially on carpet), small compartment needs emptying after every couple of uses, fairly flimsy as filter clip broke after third change, can struggle to pick up on thick carpet.
Overall great value if you pay less then 80, does a good job but can be hard work to steer and constantly empty. Considering that I’ve had more expensive ones and the batteries ALWAYS die after 18 months I feel the Supervac is a good all round choice!
Really easy to use
Did my whole flat on a single charge, and managed my cat’s fur well on both carpet and laminate floors. Really easy to use, and the light which I thought were a gimmick are really useful when cleaning my black tiled floor.

Absolutely love it, so much so that I bought another one a week later as a present for a friend. I absolutely used to hate hoovering, the cords were too short, the hoovers were heavy, doing the stairs was a nightmare, so much so that I had to keep moving the plug to a different outlet. Now I hoover everyday and instead of getting a monstrous machine out I can choose between the upright for the floors and hand held for the stairs. The only downside is the power, not as powerful as my previous dyson but the house is cleaner because I clean it more often.
I will never buy a normal vacuum again, only cordless.

The dust capacity isn’t great, the smaller inner chamber clogs up way before the main chamber is full, the rotating brush is quick to jam but the worst thing is the small section of hose from head to main body, I found that became solid with debris and took some digging out. The lights are a nice touch, but I don’t see a reason to half 2 power settings on upright mode and only 1 on handheld.

This vacuum is lightweight and quiet and ideal for having a quick hoover round. I don’t think it’s as powerful as a standard hoover but I’d be more likely to do small short bursts with this one whereas with the thought of dragging the big heavy hoover out would put me off so I probably hoover more regularly as a result. It needs emptying after pretty much every use to keep its performance but that’s easy enough to do, the hand held aspect it very useful for everyday spills.

Love this! I prefer it to my upright dyson and the mini dyson. It’s easy to manoeuvre and easy to empty. Doesn’t take up much room. My house is a lot cleaner since I got it.

Brilliant cordless cleaner ….. so easy to assemble and very easy to use. Although it doesn’t seem as powerful as some other cleaners i have to empty each time (very easy to do) …. it does pick up well. Arrived quickly and a good price!

Very good vacuum. We had another well known brand before and this is miles better. Sturdier, lighter but not as powerful though adequate.
It drops a star as hair and fluff tend to gather in the spinner rather than make it into the collector.

I bought this to save me carrying my Dyson up and downstairs, I love it, brilliant for hardwood floors and rug downstairs, now I also use it for carpets upstairs . Easy to put together. Light to carry. as you only lift the machine off the battery pack. the handheld part is great for dusting skirting boards and stairs.Also brill for hoovering up spiders.Highly recommend

I bought this vac in March and have been very impressed. I took a while to work out how to clean it properly but once I’d mastered that it worked brilliantly. We’re a house of two adults and a pre-schooler so the floors are always covered with things but this vac normally manages without a problem. Recently we’ve lost suction and I’m not sure why, however I’ve phoned the customer helpline today and they were very helpful and are replacing the vac. Highly recommend this product, although I can’t give it 5* since it has developed a fault.

Its powerful enough to clean all the dog hair out of our carpets, we have 4 dogs so thats a lot!!

I think this will change our hovering habits from once or twice a week as a chore, to a quick going over when and if needed.. ultimately making a cleaner house!

Just the Job
I purchased this hoover after seriously considering a Beldray model. We had used a beldray Turbo plus hoover of a freind, and we were seriously impressed by the suction.
It appears that the performance of this Morphy richards is very similar to the beldray. the only gripe that we have with it is the very limited dust collection as it needs constant emptying (the beldray is similar in this respect) however it is only supposed to be for quick sweeps, not spring cleaning a whole house!
It seems to be fairly robust , charges quite quickly and gives plenty of Hoovering on a full charge .
overall I would say this is definitely recommended

Great little hoover. Amazing for our small home but still has plenty of battery to use for bigger property. Easy to use and easy to charge etc. Powerful suction that works for even the toughest of jobs, use it to vacuum both home and car.

I am very happy with this purchase. I keep it on permanent charge so it’s always ready to go and it does a good job with its 24v battery, don’t get a less powerful one as it just won’t do the job! A bit more effort is required on heavy traffic areas like stairs and it folds down and stores away easily.
Battery operated vacuum.
Arrived on time and it as described. After charging it works really well and suction is very good. It’s very versatile as the motor detaches and you use it as a dust buster. The dust dirt collection container is very small and does need to be emptied after each use, the dust chamber cover is a little awkward to open, please be careful you don’t break it! The lights come on when in operation which makes it easier to see under chairs into corners etc. It does a pretty good job of picking up most things, it struggles with dog hairs. All in all it’s worth the money at an affordable price.
Brilliant product, only used on hard wood flooring but cleans all the rooms in one go. Hand held is a bonus for smaller jobs. Very easy to empty and by folding in half easy to store in a cupboard.

I use this to vacuum a large house that has mixed carpets and hard floors but crucially, we have 4 dogs. This vacuum can do the whole house before the battery dies – simples.
Like the debate of Mac vs PC, this vacuum is not as powerful as normal vacuums but like a Mac, it uses its power differently to be better. The secret is the brush which amazing beats my corded Vax pet vacuum at picking up dusty rubbish. It flicks crap up so quickly that only a gentle suction is needed.
The dust container is small but as you are encouraged to empty and wash this bit often, it is a blessing in disguise as the you prolong the life of the vacuum. As there are no cords you find yourself quickly vacuuming a dusty spot which in turn means your home stays far cleaner for much longer.
The vacuum comes away from the main unit in one button click – there is an attachment that is just brilliant and powerful. You find yourself vacuuming areas so fast that normally, you’d hate to do.
I haven’t done this little beast justice but you will not regret the purchase.
When I bought this product my son purchased a Dyson at 3 times the price. This out performs the Dyson by miles it’s quieter more efficient and so much easier to empty and clean the dust compartment. Once charged it easily cleans a four bedroom house. Great buy definitely recommend.

I love this vacuum cleaner. Its so small most my guests dont even notice it standing in my front room. Ita really easy to take handheld off and use the extentions to clean corners and my car.

Excellent does exactly what it states light and easy to use. A little difficult to empty but once you get use to it not to bad.
We find this machine brilliant for what we bought it for, just for cleaning up casual dirt. We use the Henry to do a thorough clean once a week.

Very pleased with the supervac, no more plugging in from room to room, nice and handy when i have had a sewing session for picking up bits. Exellent on laminate or vinyl floors especially.
I like the mini vac attachment which is easy to take off and put back on, ideal for stairs. The dust compartment is small but no trouble to empty. If you get a lot of traffic in the house you may want something more powerful but this machine is still a handy bit of kit for a quick whizz round.
I’m not a vacuum enthusiast and I may still be in the novelty stage of using this product but I love it! This is my first cordless vacuum and after researching other brands I decided on Morphy Richards. I’m happy I did! This is more powerful than any I’ve used in the past and although it won’t compare to a Dyson V6, it’s great for just an average household. The removable handheld is also brilliant and picks up almost everything.
Some reviews mentioned that it struggles to pick up dirt on carpets but I didn’t have this problem. The only downside I found was that the lights at the front seem to be a bit gimmicky and serve no real purpose other than using precious battery power. Also, it does need to be emptied after every use as the container fills up quickly, but for me it just means it’s doing its job.

I have had this vacuum cleaner a little while now and I love it! It’s very easy to use and light to handle. It folds down quite small and so is easy to store out of the way in the cupboard. The charge is perfectly adequate to do my whole house and although you have to empty it quite frequently I don’t mind as this is very quick and simple to do.
I love the fact that it breaks down into a handheld vacuum which makes doing the stairs and even the car super quick and easy as well as those hard to reach areas like the ceiling.
It is by no means as powerful as a proper cord vacuum cleaner but I find I actually hoover more frequently then I did before as now I have a quick whip round the house everyday rather than lugging out the big hoover every couple of days or so.
I am very pleased with this purchase and would happily recommend

This hoover changed my life!!!!! Really – it did! The hoovering (getting the hoover in and out of the cupboard, plugging it in….moving the plug about for different rooms….doing each half of the stairs at a time – all that has disappeared! I keep this behind a door in our through lounge and can hoover for a few moments any time I like, anywhere in the house. How liberating!!!
This is a brilliant piece of technology which performs remarkably well, to say it is battery operated. The battery lasts well, giving 25 – 30 minutes of use on carpets. Granted, the collection bin is small and requires daily emptying, but this is part of the reason the machine is so light and easy to whizz around. It picks up fantastically, and is so light in comparison to our old vacume. Granted, it does have limitations, but in fairness to the manufacturers, they do sell it as a second vacume.
Buy one as soon as you can and you will love it.

Purchased as a convenient 2nd hoover for whip rounds. Ended up being the only one we use.
Excellent cordless vac. Why did I wait so long in getting one. The Dyson will be sent to the recycling plant pronto. The Morphy Richards is more powerful than the Dyson, the amount of dust it collects is amazing. It is easy to use and even I like housework now!! Tools easy to use and very good on stairs and nooks and crannies. Especially good on blinds. Morphy Richards for me from now.
A powerful replacement for every day cleaning.
This replaced an Electrolux Ergorapido, whose battery had failed. This is noticeably more powerful, but otherwise does all the things that the Electrolux did. It picks up everything and is used every day in our apartment. The built in hand vac is very useful for upholstery and difficult to reach areas. It comes with accessories, small brush and crevice tool.

I did a lot of research before deciding on this particular item. It lives up to expectations. It’s light and easy to use, picks up extremely well. I have all tiled floors so ideal for what I need. The dust collector is small but easy to empty. I have a largish house and don’t do the whole clean at one time so this machine is just so handy to pick up and put down – no cords and plugs, unwinding and winding – feels like a whole new way of housework.

Just right for daily cleaning, as I have dog hairs to contend with. I can clean two rugs in the lounge area, which gets hairs most often and all the other rooms after emptying it. The light is very handy too. A very good purchase for me.

Love it! Has completely changed my life (yes I am that sad) – hoovering is now a pleasure. I feel use it more than my old dyson (with a cord) as is so easy to just grab and go. My mum has bought one now too and loves it as much. The suction is fantastic, yes you have to empty it more often than a normal hoover but it really is so easy. Very light and smooth to use. Buy one!!
Really good product, I have rabbits & they can be quite messy with fur, little bits of straw etc & this product has made my life so much easier. The handheld product is also very handy. The Hoover is light & although not as good as the main Hoover it ties me over for the week. I have only used it to hoover the lounge so I’m afraid I can’t comment on how long the battery will last.
Excellent, glad i bought the product. I have a 2 bedroom flat but it is not very big, so this is much more suited than the cylinder dyson I have. In my opinion it is also a better vacuum than the dyson, which i have to drag around the flat and does not seem to have as much power as this one. I also vacuumed the car with the hand held option and it done a very good job. It has not run out of charge yet whilst using it but again, my flat is not particularly large. Charging time is very reasonable and i would recommend this product to friends and family.

It does what you would hope, good for storage and clever design. It needs emptying after every use- sometimes even during use, which is a minor nuisance, but on the plus side that does mean it is picking plenty up. Ideal for a smaller property, probably a second cleaner in a larger one.
Fantastic. Picks up amazingly, so light to move around,was a bit worried at first as I have had lightweight cleaners before but this is amazing and so easy to use.thank you Morphy Richards for making life easier for me.

Product perfect for my needs, light and easy to use. Looks good, a well thought out handy tool that is ideal for the stairs.
Downside is time taken to deliver, waited in for item to be delivered for 2 days after the given delivery date. This is most annoying
and requires immediate rectification.
