I bought this product for a Christmas present. He didn’t know what it was at first. Anyway a bit later he came in and was punching away. The annoying thing about it was he used it everywhere walking down the street, on the beach, at the airport and the apartment!

My 15 and 10 year olds love this. It took me a few mins to get the hang of it but once you get the confidence and coordination you’ll love it too. Avoid practicing around ornaments and low hanging lights

I got it for my boyfriend. At the start, he said these things didn’t work, but that was because he never knew how to use it. All he needed to do was go on YouTube to learn how to start using it. Now that he knows how to use it, he plays with that thing every evening

Fab stocking fille
I got this my husband as a stocking filler for Christmas. The whole family had lots of fun with it in the next leading days. I can’t say something that has ever been played with since.
Fun but challenging.
The headband fits all sizes but feels a bit uncomfortable. It is certainly something that you need to spend time getting to grips with. Once you master the technique it can be fun so stick with it!
Missing item.
Item is great and fun to use perfect for the price only problem I have with the product is I didn’t receive both colours, it says that you recieve two, only one was on in the box.
Will take time to maste
Fun to use, but not easy to master. Will be good once I get the hang of it. Made okay, although I imagine the elastic cord won’t last long. Kids like it, but they still can’t do it!
Purchase price much lower than the brand names, it is however more or less the same set, comes with a light weight ball and a medium weight ball. 2 x elastic and a head band, all is reasonable quality.
Does not come with access to an App, you don’t need it either, there are plenty on app stores if you can’t count.
Tie the elastic to arms length, start off light weight, slow and soft, then work faster and harder as you get better… until finally you’re pounding hard, fast and fully up in the air!!!
Takes a bit of practice like anything new, 1st time was a bit of a disaster, day 2 I’d got a hit and miss rythem going, day 3 I kept it going a bit longer and now a week later I can go as long as I like…
Well worth the Purchase and surprisingly good exercise and good fun.
I am an intermediate boxer but after injury I wanted to get back into it slowly. This was great fun getting back into the sport! taking hits to the face with a ball is a lot more forgiving than a fist! You need some time to get good at it so don’t expect to be doing anything amazing within the first week.

Hlt gut, macht Spa und die Reflexe werden bei mir besser. Eine einfache Art zwischendurch mal ein bisschen Bewegung zu haben, ideal fr zu Hause.
You can make these from a tennis ball but this is cheap enough to not bother. It’s surprisingly difficult at first to do many hits in a row but it’s a lot of fun and a bit addictive. Start off with gentle taps and build up the power as obviously the harder you hit it, the faster and harder it comes back at you! My whole family use it now.

weil man aber selbst das verhindern will, ist es echt gut um Reflexe zu trainieren.
und wenn man so ein “Leicht-zu-erheiterndes-Gemt” hat/ist, wie ich,
dann kann man schwitzen und lachen gleichzeitig! 😉

The balls are Easy medium pro expert , just hook up on the head band and enjoy the fun, improve coordination, exercise without expensive boxing equipment and great fun.
Recommend when you master the lighter balls, you do wrap your hands or wear gloves , just like in boxing the harder and faster you hit your fists can bruise

Great for training reflexes
Fantastic for training reflexes. Easy to use. I had an issue with he elastic cord getting worn down to the elastic, but I managed to fix it by tying some fishing twine to a cocktail stick, threading it through the rubber ball and then using it to pull the trimmed cord through the ball.
It gets you moving and it is super fu
The ball is a surprisingly heavy piece of soft enought rubber, i definitely feel hitting something or being hit back, the return velocity of this thing is response to how hard you hit it so if you hurt the ball, ball will not hesitate to hurt you back and smack you in your teath. Absolutely love this and i have not been laughing when doing something for quite a while. Only one think i dont like is the way the elastic cord is attached to head band, it kept loosening and extending my reach over 30 minutes session with it, but perhaps there is not anything better. Overall this is great to warm up whole body before work out – at least for me – and gives nice fast response reflexes and hand coordination, one can see the improvement every session. If you are looking at this with interest then give it a go – for the money it ain’t doesn’t matter, just try it …

+ I really enjoy using this, it’s addictive and fun. I really feel like I’m improving hand eye coordination and basic boxing skills. I noticed a negative review saying the strap doesnt stay on your head, I’ve had no problems with that at all.
– I don’t feel like this provides good cardio exercise. There’s no instructions on how to use it (from a tutorial on YouTube, make the length of the elastics the same as a punching arm length). The ball is actual quite hard and heavy, can hurt your hands if you punch it bare fist. It’s a good idea to use boxing gloves or wraps.
