So I 100% recommend this product if you want to buy high quality dam cam with the price match.
Managed to get this cam on a flash sale for $169.99 CAD. Picked up the proper F7N wiring kit for $25, whereas it was previously $50 (rip off in my opinion, watch for the $25 sale). Some people complain that the camera/sensors aren’t overly high quality; for a regular A to B driver, I’d say it’s more than fine, unless you intend on buying a “name-brand” $300-600 dash cam. Yes you can’t have true 4k or 4k front camera recording when you hook up the rear camera too, but the 2k or 1440p with rear 1080p is pretty good as it sits. The sample single 4k video I took looked plenty good anyways, although I’ll be sticking with the dual 2k w/ 1080p rear setup. Mounted the rear camera inside my hatch looking out the back to avoid dirty lenses (just gotta worry about the rear window cleanliness, for me good as I have a rear window wiper on the car).
My previous and first dash cam, the Vantrue N1 Pro, ended up dying after 3 years of use and was too difficult to use. The F7N seems to be fairly easy to use after remembering most of the button presses after a few days of use. The larger screen makes it fairly easy to see the info as well. My only complaint so far is that if you want to turn off the screen while it’s recording so your not distracted, is the 2 1/2 second held button press of the power button, whereas 3 seconds holding it shuts the cam off – lots of times accidentally turning off the cam in annoyance. Would have been nice if full cam shut down was programmed to be say 5 seconds button held.
The manual it comes with is fairly extensive, although it would have been 100% worth RedTigers money if they had haired a fluent English translator to help write the manual, as it is all over the place most of the time. You’ll need to abbreviate and take a bit into your own common sense, as the info is all there, you just need to comprehend some of it within reason.
Lots of people complaining about the quality of the WIFI app and WIFI connection. As a tech savvy individual, I’ll add some notes:
+ In order for me to properly connect and download files from the cam to my phone, I have to: Enable WIFI on the cam, DISABLE my phone’s mobile data connection, enable my phone’s wifi & connect to the cam’s specific wifi signal (it displays the wifi name and password on dash cam upon turning wifi on). If you have a phone that can connect to multiple connections at once, make sure to disable your mobile data and any other wifi signals, or else it will confuse the cam’s wifi connection.
+ The cam basically cannot handle watching the file by means of streaming from the cam to your phone – it has it as an option, although the hardware chipset within the cam cannot handle it smoothly, thusly there are plenty of video reviewers saying it is “bad quality” viewing that method. When you want to save a video or photo to your phone, you have to do the WIFI connection setup routine to your phone, and the app, “UCAM” offers you to download the file over it’s wifi to your phone – a 3 min loop recording 2k video clocked in at 333mb’s, and took about 5 mintues for my phone to transfer it – a fairly common transfer speed, could be better, but isn’t terrible either – just be a littttleee bit patient and you’ll be fine. By actually downloading the file, the file will then play smoothly on your phone (providing you have a newer-ish phone that can handle 1080p/2k/4k video playback smoothly too, that is). If not, you’ll have to pull the mem card and put it into your computer, again assuming your computer is new enough to handle that playback smoothly too.
The app definitely comes off as maybe needing a feature or two, and feels like it’s been roughly ported to an english market, but still does the job just fine. One of my immediate disagreements is if you opt to use the coordinates system for recording, the coordinates map is thru a Chinese mapping service – would be nice to use one of your choosing..
So far so good, will update this review if I have an issue in the future with the F7N. 4 Stars because the retaier shipped the cam in a regular plastic shipping bag, with no protection for this fragile electronic other than the product box it came in (still has some foam inside, but maybe not enough). Would have been nice to see it in a small box with packing peanuts or air bags or something…

This is a great camera. One piece of advise: only use a high quality Samsung branded SD card with it. Their customer service is excellent. Will resolve any issue that you may have. 5 stars without a doubt.
Was a nice install and easy to set up. This replaced an older camera that finally just needed to go. I like the fact that it’s powered on when my Diesel Truck is powered on and there is nothing I need to monitor. The two cameras are great. Haven’t had any reason to pull video from it yet, but I am confident it will be there if and when I do.
There are a handful of videos on the internet showing the quality of the video recorded by this dash cam, so there is no need for me to elaborate here. It is excellent!! I was interested in testing how the camera would handle glare on the windshield while driving into the sun. This has been an issue with other dash cams I’ve used in the past. I found an area to park facing the sun with some signage (see photo) and this cam compensated very nicely. The GPS is fast to acquire a lock, the quality of the audio recording is super, and I like the use of a USB plug for connecting the power. I have other cams that use a pin-type connector for power and found them to be very unreliable and prone to failure and/or falling out of the camera during off-road use. Speaking of the USB power cable provided with the camera…it’s a dandy! It comes with both a 90-degree USB plug on one end and a 90-degree car power plug on the other with enough cable length to reach the back seat in a small SUV! OK and here is some really great news. The device is furnished with a mount that’s semi-permanently attached to the windshield. However, Redtiger has recently developed a suction mount for this camera that is also a dandy. I had the opportunity to test this mount, in conjunction with the camera, mounted behind the rear-view mirror of a compact car. Yes, the combined mount/camera package is actually small enough to fit between the windshield and the back of the mirror! I’m just now getting familiar with the companion app that’s installed on my iPhone, so I have only a couple of comments there. The app was easy to install, easy to figure out what buttons did what and was helpful in adjusting the camera view whenever access to the screen on the camera was obscured (either by glare from the sunlight or by the rearview mirror). One final note: I have contacted the folks at Redtiger several times and found them to be both very helpful and extremely fast to respond. Because of the quality of this dash cam, combined with their customer service, I give them five stars!

The setup is not clear, but once you fiddle with it and become familiar, it’s pretty easy to use. The picture quality is superb, was not expecting that to be honest. I did not install it, above my skill set. Took it to Best Buy and they had it installed in less than 40 minutes. Just make sure you choose one that knows what they’re doing. The first one I went to had no clue.
I did not get the rear camera installed because I have a Jeep and it was going to be tricky. I may take it back once I figure out what type of top to put on. The issue is that once you install it, removing the top won’t be practical.
What’s not to like. It’s economical yet of very high quality. With so many options, I didn’t make this choice lightly. I chose this camera package because it includes everything an Insurance Company or Police Officer would need to determine fault. Speedometer that is GPS driven, Location in Longitude and Latitude, Current Time, WiFi and fully customizable. Set Looping video time, easy single press video protection, Viewable front, rear or both cameras, Auto Power Off OR Parking Sentry Mode with additional hardware available on request from seller. Turn your vehicle in to a rolling security camera! 4K if only the front camera is used and still an impressive 2K front and 1080 Rear when both cameras are used simultaneously. Super easy installation and preset settings will get you up and running in mere minutes. Well worth the price when compared to similarly feature packed camera’s. Zip~

I really like this setup. Once I installed it it has been so easy to use. It is pretty much install it and forget it. It is so hands off. The only reason to touch it is to lock a certain recording, (super easy and quick) or to take the micro SD out to transfer any recordings I want to keep. I have a 400GB and a 128GB, both work perfectly. If I need to transfer anything I just take one out and put the other in.
I purchased the wiring harness with it and that takes it to a higher level of satisfaction. I looked and researched for a good length of time before deciding on this unit. I am very happy and I recommend that if you are looking this is the one. The value is icing on the cake, good price for a great unit.
Pros – High-quality camera – very clear with good night vision. A lot of features with a menu system that is easy to navigate. Accessible through cell phone (WiFi) for downloading files and pictures. GPS is included in the mounting bracket. Very easy to install. Mounts using adhesive onto a plastic film you place on the window (aren’t you tired of the suction cup giving up and the camera falling onto the dash?). If you want to move the camera, you can peel the plastic film and place it in another spot. Ingenious.
Cons – the camera resolution is very high which means it takes up a LOT of memory. You really need a 250 GB card with this beast.
Tech support is EXCELLENT – you are one-on-one with a service rep via email. They are very responsive and supportive. (Much easier than navigating through endless menus over the phone that leaves you hanging). My GPS did not work and they sent me another mounting bracket right away.
A good product at a good price with very good support.
Great dashcam for the price, after using a cheaper one for a few years, I finally decided to upgrade. And man, the difference is incredible. It’s a great ease of mind and useful tool if you ever need it. Would definitely recommend getting one sooner rather than later.
It’s a gift for my daughter and it works great . She absolutely loves it.
There were some minor problems, but Red tiger support was very good. The rear camera was short by about 20-30 cm as I have a Toyota Estima 8 seater car. Red tiger are sending me a 3m extension cable.
I have yet to take a drive at night which I shall do as soon as I get get the rear camera cabled up.
I will then write a final review.

I have been using this for about 3 months. I use both the forward and rear facing cameras. Picture quality is excellent on front camera, very good on rear (the rear is not same resolution, but they are up front about this). The camera is responsive, was easy to install, including running wires through vehicle so they are not seen. I did have to change how I plug in the power cord, as it was a bit too short to run to my center console, I had to change my plan to run it to the power outlet in front of the car.
The app works very well. Much better than a less expensive camera I used to have.
Camera is great, easy to install, video cable is only 16 feet which is not quite enough for a large car, service was awesome replace cable with longer one in two days.
We bought this camera for our new car and had it installed by VW. Its a great picture front and rear and so easy to use and set up. Works well with a 4G 250GB memory card.
What really impressed me was their customer service. The seller contacted me directly one week after I purchased the dash cam to follow up with me to see if I need to get the hardwire kit in order to use the parking mode, they are having this promotion now so I can get it for free. I told the customer service representative Shelly that I’ve already purchased the hardwire kit separately and installed it on my vehicle. Shelly refunded the money to me on my hardwire kit order after 2 emails, it was simply amazing and exceeding my satisfaction! The video quality of this dash cam is pretty good overall. The rear camera has quite a bit of a “fishbowl” look, but it’s not too bad. Also the menu system in the camera is pretty easy to navigate and understand.
As one other review pointed out, when the resolution is set to 2160P (front camera) + 1080P (rear camera), the two cameras both film at 24 frames per second (fps). And when the resolution is set to 1440P+1080P, the two cameras both film at 30 fps.
I did have one issue where when I changed the resolution to 1440P+1080P, the next time I turned the camera off and back on, the resolution setting changed back to 2160P+1080P automatically. All my other settings, e.g. time zone, etc, stayed on the values I set, but resolution kept defaulting back to 2160P+1080P.
I contacted Redtiger support, and their team was very responsive and helpful. They spent a lot of time troubleshooting the issue with me. After none of the initial troubleshooting steps fixed the issue, I asked if maybe the firmware had a glitch in it, causing this issue. They investigated further on their side, and within a few days they provided an updated firmware which fixed the issue. Now if I set the resolution to 1440P+1080P, it saves that setting, along with all my other settings.
I’ve had the dash cam only for a few weeks, but I appreciate how responsive their support team has been. I’ll update this review if any further issues come up, but so far I’m quite happy with it!
Good high quality dash cam system. I needed to contact customer care regarding a second windscreen mount and they went out of their way to help me. Very good customer service.
Dissapointed that you have to buy the cable separately to allow the park feature to work. We bought these cameras as they had the feature. The link to mobile devices is annoying and we still haven’t been able to work out how to see playback footage. Good quality camera, great image but would look at other options if buying again.
There was a slight problem with the initial order something that really was needed to complete the package. This was then sent to me as a an extra Christmas present for my son. Cannot get much better than that. Thank you to all concerned.

Also, I had some problems at first with the camera restarting on boot but that turned out to be an issue with my microSD card, which I discovered on h2testw. I bought a new Samsung class 10, UHS-I, U3 micro-SD card and haven’t had problems since then.

+ Night vision is good enough to catch movements.
+ The camera is small enough to hide above mirror, which does not block vision.
One thing I really care about is the parking mode advertised. The seller contacted me after one week and sent me the free hardware kit. It took me several cycles of time to figure out how to install it in my SUV fuse slots as I was not familiar with that. I contacted the seller several times on some installation questions in my occasion, and I got timely and detailed responses which helped me a lot. Finally I got it through and had the hardware kit and the camera set up!
Now it work great with the parking mode!

The picture quality is clear and it’s easy to use. There is a front and back camera that you can use. The front camera is super easy to install. I don’t have the back camera up so I can’t speak about that. All in all this was a great purchase!

Notes:
This was in a 2013 chevy Volt. I didn’t set date and time in the camera, but used the power chord that was provided. I’m not sure how date and time were set correctly for the video.
After shutting off the Volt and getting out, the power was cut out to the camera. That’s when this video stops. The date and time continued to be correct on the next video for the trip home. Even the file names had the correct dates and times. The 5 minute file settings weren’t lost after the cam lost power when I went into the store.
I do think that date/time settings staying correct might be because I set up wifi connection on my phone with the unit before I left home, and it got the date and time from there as soon as my phone lost it’s wifi connection and decided to connect with the camera.
All I have to say is “NICE JOB.” This works great and I like it. I did tell my son to get an android app to try with his phone because this is spendy. If it doesn’t work as well he might get one of these cams.
I haven’t setup the back cam yet, and I think that’s going to take time, but I will get to it eventually.
To begin with everything was as described and easy to install.
The camera comes with power cable that plugs into the cigi lighter, but if youve got 1 12v socket in the car and dont want to put in those multi plugs which may take up consol space you can get the hard wire cable which again is easy to install.
The boost whilst running the cables was the little trim thingy that comes in the box to pry the trim and slide the cable along the roof lining.
Just waiting on the memory card to come through. Otherwise the unit keeps beeping everytime it turns on or whilst going back n forth from the menu to main screen.
Amazing quality in daylight. Night time quality also excellent although some fine details missing such as faces on the pavement. Worked well since I got it and was easy to install.

I initially had a problem with the rear camera. I contacted customer service on the weekend and received a response in less than 3 hours. The rear camera was replaced and the dash cam is working like a charm. The customer service was excellent. It’s refreshing to have a company take care of the customer after the purchase and stand behind the product. 5 stars all around
The camera is very good. I installed it yesterday and i am impressed with the picture quality and being able to download and view the pictures on my phone . All in all a very good camera for the price.
Customer service is very good too. I needed a software update and wanted to get another backup camera and they answered me within 24 hours. Considering the time difference this is excellent.
Helpful tip:
I had an issue where I couldn’t enable Parking Mode on the cam because the device would not recognize that the hardwire kit is installed, despite receiving power when the car is off. There is an easy workaround for this– you can enable Parking mode via the app and this can be confirmed by the ‘P’ symbol that appears on the dashcam’s screen. Then, simply turn off WiFi by press and holding the UP arrow on the side of the dashcam and you’ll have Parking Mode enable with full functionality of the dashcam.
I was able to fix this problem with Redtiger’s support. They were very quick with responding and offered detailed help. I highly recommend this product for the camera’s quality and the customer support.
This is my first dash cam. I installed it on a 2008 PRHT Mazda Miata. I connected it to the fuse box with their H/W kit. The most difficult part of the installation was fishing the rear cam wire to the passenger compartment. The electrostatic adsorption sheet was very handy as I initially installed the front camera in the wrong location on the windshield. I am very pleased with the video quality and all the features of this unit.
Location and time date stamp and the location shows on the smartphone, the exact map location, and route, having the speed stamped is also a plus, maybe not for some if your heavy on the gas.
The Cons: Not a swivel mount on the front window. The rear window required me to make a special bracket to mount. The connectors for the hardwired kit are not adequate. You should immediately invest in piggyback fuse taps. The data cannot be accessed for sharing or view without download; it takes forever to download the data unless you remove the storage card and do it on a computer. My unit appears to get a bit hot to the touch, but it has not overheated so far. The display screen is wide but not tall, vertically.
Overall, this is a good camera and provides added protection; if your vehicle were hit in a parking lot (if hardwired), the sensor would begin recording, and maybe you could document the perpetrator.
I highly recommend this product.

First, I would like to say that I was a little skeptical at first about a brand I didn’t know.

This unit is actually really nice, and the design is simple and fairly easy to use.
The installation process is somewhat involved if you hardwire it. It also depends on the vehicle. I required a hardwiring kit and a longer cable for installation in my truck.
The install looks professional and because of its size, it’s not a distraction. I really like the widescreen design of the unit. Like most of the others out there, it takes a bit to get used to the controls. However the menu is easy to navigate. Overall I really like it. As far as reliability and longevity, time will tell.
I hope to see more from Redtiger.
Settings and buttons work just fine, any questions or issues you have they address very quickly, and are actually really helpful.
I installed my hardwire kit, which they refunded me for(they offer to send it free or to refund, contact their support if you buy one), and it said it couldn’t detect it. I told them issue and they sent me a new kit in days. I was worried this wouldn’t fix the issue since one of the top 1 star reviews had the same issue, but I found when I let the car on, powered off the camera and powered it back on it fixed it like that. So that may just be a bug.
The app functionality is good not great, like the slide bar when watching a video is a bit unresponsive, but overall its all a steal for the price. Two cameras, one 4k and the other 1080p, with an app, with built in g-sensor, gps, and speed, which so many companies try to sell as an accessory even after you spend $300 on the camera, is an absolute steal at $140.
Get it now while its this price, plus with that good of customer service, I fully expect them to work out these bugs on the hardwire kit and the app, and if I’m wrong I will be sorely mistaken.
Hope this helps new buyers, don’t be afraid of the hardwire kit reviews, or the low price and low brand recognition, its a great camera unless you are going all out and have money to waste.

Also, the time is automatically corrected to standard times once you set your time zone. It does NOT reset to 00:00:00 when you leave it in the car for the night. It also comes with speed and GPS recording at the bottom left corner and they are accurate!
I can’t say too much about durability yet but everything is great till this point!

I was contemplating a different dash cam with HD, but saw this cam on the Amazon. I decided to give it a try.
After installation, I ran into a problem that the SD card could not record. I emailed their customer service and they quickly solved the problem for me. It turned out that I didn’t format the SD card on the DASH CAM the first time I used it. They also told me if this still doesn’t work that he would replace or refund my purchase and that it would be MY CHOICE.Astounding service! Quick customer service response!
Of course, this camera has great quality. Very easy to read license plates in both daytime and with the night vision. It also has a great WiFi function. I downloaded Ucam (dedicated application) and it is easy to connect.
I have a few more cars of family members that will be receiving this product in the near future without hesitation.
An excellent Dashcam with very good picture quality – rear camera needs an extension cable when fitting the camera to a medium sized hatchback. Also need a pack of self-adhesive cable clips to secure cable.

This is a great deal for what you receive, 3.16inches screen GPS-enabled 4k dashcam with a 1080 rear cam. Both cameras are very clear and provide a good dynamic range in all lighting conditions, day and night. Set-up is very easy, just install the camera and put in a SD card and plug it in. You will need to format the SD card which takes a second.
You can record at “4K” but it’s at 24fps and although it might be wonderful for a movie on the big screen I am more concerned with clarity in motion so I record at the 2K 30fps setting with great results. I also feel this will be less taxing on my SD cards on the long run as well.
More than that, it records real-time GPS data to include speed and location. When I popped the micro SD card into my computer, I noticed that there was a media player executable. So I installed it and it showed the video that was recorded as well showing my location on a map at the same time. It also shows speed in the media player.
Customer service was fantastic. The company reached out to me regarding anything they can fix to make it better. Veryhappy with my purchase and my now relationship with REGTIGER.
Overall, I’m pleased with the install process, picture quality, and interface. I’ve used the mobile app to download videos,and while it’s quite utilitarian it gets the job done.

The mount doesn’t swivel so I can’t record the driver side window or passenger side window
WiFi signal could be stronger; it works fine inside the vehicle but if I stand outside nothing
Rear camera mount is very limited; it will only mount to a horizontal surface
You have to turn on the WiFi upon restart ie: whenever you get in the vehicle
The App is kinda wonky and lackluster, not all menu options from the cam are one the App
FORGET all orher camera systems and get this system. I also loved the support. I emailed a question and the response was spot on, and resopnsive. I will continue to stay with this brand. LOVE IT.
Features:
4K front camera at 25fps or 2.5K at 30fps. Weatherproof rear camera is 1080p at 30fps. Video has a wide dynamic range. Highlights aren’t blown out like other dashcams I’ve owned. It supports up to 256GB memory card. Other features worth mentioning: Loop recording, emergency recording, parking monitor, built in GPS (you can see speed stat on the video and you can also track your drive on a map). It also has a built in WiFi in case you want to download the videos through WiFi.
Mounting the dash cam is different from other dash cams I’ve used. This did not use a suction cup. Instead, it came with a double sided adhesive tape. You can either mount it directly to your windshield (more permanent) or you can attach a clear static sticker to the windshield and mount the dash cam to the static sticker. I did this and when I realized I wanted to move the dash cam to a different location, I was able to peel it off the windshield and attach it somewhere else with no issue.
Overall I’m very happy with the Kingslim Dual Dash Cam D4. Small, unobtrusive, easy to install, clear and highly detailed video at 4K resolution. Menus and features and options are easy to access.
1. You not only have video but you can take snapshots at any time, even use it as a camera to take pictures of places and things. Might have to carry a battery pack for power but it’s a great cam too.
2. I can connect to it with my Android phone (works with smart phones too) and see what it sees. Of course the range isn’t going to be super long but say it’s on outside a restaurant and you’re close enough, you can connect and watch what’s going on.
3. You can watch the video on the cam, your phone, your TV and the computer.
4. With the Ucam APP you not only see your videos, but it will show you on the map where you are during the video.
Once I use these features, I will update again.
Now for the hardwire kit. It’s cheaply made to say the least. The one I ordered broke at the fuses. It’s constructed in a way where the fuses are just pushed into a fitting and then partially soldered to a wire. Very cheap In order to fix this, I cut off the original fused ends and added “add-a-fuse” ends to the battery + and ACC wires and now it works great.
Pros: relatively easy to install (like any other dash cam), built in GPS is a big plus (no more additional wires), long power cable with additional USB slot to charge your phone. Very long rear camera cable enough even for long high roof vehicle. Easy to use interface without confusing menus.
Impressive image quality. For the first time I can read numbers plates even of oncoming vehicles in overcast weather conditions (Sony IMX415 sensor)! Built in WiFi! You can watch and download recordings directly on your phone without removing memory card.
Cons: unable to delete protected videos even using the app… I had to format the memory card from dashcam. No functionality to flip rear view camera video when camera mounted upside down. No motion detection feature in parking monitor mode (according to specs, but I haven’t installed the kit yet).
But I think most of that is just me being picky because the most important is image quality which is great.
Also I’d suggest to get a bigger memory card as my 64gb card can store only one day of driving with both camera on in highest resolution.
I’d recommend this camera to my friends and family.
Hello everyone, I want to share my experience with the dash cam, excellent video quality, both front and rear cameras, focus is very powerful and wide, video without any braking, which is very good at speed, good quality when shooting at night, good angle. the camera has Wi-Fi, speed in km and miles, which is very convenient if you are driving in Europe. We came up with a very good idea that you can connect your smartphone via the app to the camera and watch the video through the phone. Nice design, easy to use. The only thing that could add an sd card to the kit, but this is as an addition to all the good things in this camera. Mostly happy with my purchase, thanks for a good product, well worth the money. thank you all for your attention.

Bought a camera for my wife in the car. I can say with confidence that the cameras are worth their money. Excellent video quality. It is very easy to transfer videos to your computer. Night video is also of good quality. Connects to wifi. At the moment I’m happy wth everything .I can safely recommend
First dash cam stopped working after a month and half, but seller respond to that very quick and sent the new dash cam to me nice gadget and very good customer service
Rear camera bracket could be better. A locking knob as on front bracket would be a good product improvement.
The mounting mechanism allows you to tilt it up and down but not left and right, the camera angle is wide so it should not needed adjusting left and right anyway.
The phone app allows you to connect to the camera, just log on to the camera wifi and start the app etc.
The recorded footage is stored on the SD card with A ab B in the file name, A for front camera and B for rear, very well design.
The 4K resolution allows more data capture pre frame, I can crop 150% and still get good enough footage for the record.
Update: so I didn’t have a chance to mount the back camera which has decent resolution but unfortunately they don’t make it long enough to fit the complete back window so I have to unfortunately adhere it to the dome light in the very back. The wiring needs at least an extra foot just to fit a Subaru Outback.

Some improvements like more small and mooth adjustments in vertical direction and some horizontal adjustment capabilities. Because it doent have suction cup and uses double sided tape for camera attatchment with the windshiel, once fixed no way to move horizontally.
For now I am happy. I wanted to give 4.5 stars for this reason but excelent cutomore service is prevented me to do so. Any questions got reply next day. Hope they will continue this type of customer service if they want customer loyalty.
Will not tell about night vision because didnt check it and my windshield is dark and the back glass is darke
