This is a short run to the store with minimal changes to settings. ( I changed to 5 minute file mode.)
I really like how well this did.
Notes:
This was in a 2013 chevy Volt. I didn’t set date and time in the camera, but used the power chord that was provided. I’m not sure how date and time were set correctly for the video.
After shutting off the Volt and getting out, the power was cut out to the camera. That’s when this video stops. The date and time continued to be correct on the next video for the trip home. Even the file names had the correct dates and times. The 5 minute file settings weren’t lost after the cam lost power when I went into the store.
I do think that date/time settings staying correct might be because I set up wifi connection on my phone with the unit before I left home, and it got the date and time from there as soon as my phone lost it’s wifi connection and decided to connect with the camera.
All I have to say is “NICE JOB.” This works great and I like it. I did tell my son to get an android app to try with his phone because this is spendy. If it doesn’t work as well he might get one of these cams.
I haven’t setup the back cam yet, and I think that’s going to take time, but I will get to it eventually.
Easy install
To begin with everything was as described and easy to install.
The camera comes with power cable that plugs into the cigi lighter, but if youve got 1 12v socket in the car and dont want to put in those multi plugs which may take up consol space you can get the hard wire cable which again is easy to install.
The boost whilst running the cables was the little trim thingy that comes in the box to pry the trim and slide the cable along the roof lining.
Just waiting on the memory card to come through. Otherwise the unit keeps beeping everytime it turns on or whilst going back n forth from the menu to main screen.
What's not to like
Amazing quality in daylight. Night time quality also excellent although some fine details missing such as faces on the pavement. Worked well since I got it and was easy to install.

Tried 4 cameras and stuck with this one, since it gave the best picture for around this price tag.
Get yourself a better sticky pad though …
I have had the camera about a week. It powers off and reboots randomly. Im not sure if it over heats or if the cable is bad. I have tried it in a couple different outlets in my Dodge Caravan. I have also tried it in my Ford Focus. I tried to time when it reboots to see if there is a pattern but it really is random. I disabled the G sensor option on the camera incase that was causing the issue, and I have purchased a new sandisk 32gb class 10 card with the same result. If I can get this problem solved it would be an amazing dashcam. The 4k footage looks very cool on my 55inch tv. The audio quality it records is also very good. But for now 1 star, if it wont stay on it is of no use to me.
UPDATE: The seller has contacted me to help solve the problem. Customer service so far is Excellent.

I initially had a problem with the rear camera. I contacted customer service on the weekend and received a response in less than 3 hours. The rear camera was replaced and the dash cam is working like a charm. The customer service was excellent. After snaking the cable to the trunk lid, I only had an inch or 2 of slack and that’s on a tiny Mini Roadster. Good dash cam
The camera is very good. I installed it yesterday and i am impressed with the picture quality and being able to download and view the pictures on my phone . All in all a very good camera for the price.
Customer service is very good too. I needed a software update and wanted to get another backup camera and they answered me within 24 hours. Considering the time difference this is excellent.
I’ve been using this camera (57N) with the hardwire kit for about a month and am very happy with the purchase. The video quality is very good and the app is easy to use.
Helpful tip:
I had an issue where I couldn’t enable Parking Mode on the cam because the device would not recognize that the hardwire kit is installed, despite receiving power when the car is off. There is an easy workaround for this– you can enable Parking mode via the app and this can be confirmed by the ‘P’ symbol that appears on the dashcam’s screen. Then, simply turn off WiFi by press and holding the UP arrow on the side of the dashcam and you’ll have Parking Mode enable with full functionality of the dashcam.
I was able to fix this problem with Redtiger’s support. They were very quick with responding and offered detailed help. I highly recommend this product for the camera’s quality and the customer support.

This camera is perfect for everyday driving. The quality of the picture is excellent, with great details and having the ability to access the data. The rear camera is a nice feature to have; although it will not record in 4K, the quality is still excellent. Installation is easy, and I recommend the hardwire kit. Being able to stream to your smartphone is awesome.
Location and time date stamp and the location shows on the smartphone, the exact map location, and route, having the speed stamped is also a plus, maybe not for some if your heavy on the gas.
The Cons: Not a swivel mount on the front window. The rear window required me to make a special bracket to mount. The connectors for the hardwired kit are not adequate. You should immediately invest in piggyback fuse taps. The data cannot be accessed for sharing or view without download; it takes forever to download the data unless you remove the storage card and do it on a computer. My unit appears to get a bit hot to the touch, but it has not overheated so far. The display screen is wide but not tall, vertically.
Overall, this is a good camera and provides added protection; if your vehicle were hit in a parking lot (if hardwired), the sensor would begin recording, and maybe you could document the perpetrator.
I highly recommend this product.

This unit is actually really nice, and the design is simple and fairly easy to use.
The installation process is somewhat involved if you hardwire it. It also depends on the vehicle. I required a hardwiring kit and a longer cable for installation in my truck.
The install looks professional and because of its size, it’s not a distraction. I really like the widescreen design of the unit. Like most of the others out there, it takes a bit to get used to the controls. However the menu is easy to navigate. Overall I really like it. As far as reliability and longevity, time will tell.
I hope to see more from Redtiger.

So I bought this on Amazon, fully ready to send it back if they had over advertised it, and was proven wrong. I’ve used it for weeks now and the camera quality is good, goes down a bit when transferring over different apps, but easily fixed by plugging it in to your computer and downloading it.
Settings and buttons work just fine, any questions or issues you have they address very quickly, and are actually really helpful.
I installed my hardwire kit, which they refunded me for(they offer to send it free or to refund, contact their support if you buy one), and it said it couldn’t detect it. I told them issue and they sent me a new kit in days. I was worried this wouldn’t fix the issue since one of the top 1 star reviews had the same issue, but I found when I let the car on, powered off the camera and powered it back on it fixed it like that. So that may just be a bug.
The app functionality is good not great, like the slide bar when watching a video is a bit unresponsive, but overall its all a steal for the price. Two cameras, one 4k and the other 1080p, with an app, with built in g-sensor, gps, and speed, which so many companies try to sell as an accessory even after you spend $300 on the camera, is an absolute steal at $140.
Get it now while its this price, plus with that good of customer service, I fully expect them to work out these bugs on the hardwire kit and the app, and if I’m wrong I will be sorely mistaken.

The stick on mounting bracket isn’t the best. There should be some kind of extension on the window sticking piece so that the camera is further away from the windshield. Because of the location on my bus in order to get the mirrors in the picture it has to be on the bottom of the window. I cannot get enough of an angle to get past the front of the bus hood. Mounting it on top of the windshield, I can get pictures of the warning lights to provide evidence that they were operating when the violation occurred. While fishing the wire for the rear view camera through the vehicle, the connector tore off. My fault!!! Tried to direct wire the camera by removing the other connector, but the wires are different colors and more on 1 side than the other. Need to replace all of it. Contacted the seller. They are going to send me a replacement free of charge, even though I broke it and offered to purchase it. VERY GOOD SERVICE FROM THE SELLER. THANKS

The camera runs for a little bit and then gets overheated and shut itself off within 20 minutes to start up so I don’t recommend it I’m edited this to be fair they been working with me after the 3 try they got me one that is working great and like they said it would so would say problem got a got a good protec

This dashcam is great. Both front and rear cams give very clear voice and video recordings. This is the video of the front cam late at night, with the rear cam also connected (can only upload 1 video in each review). The rear cam is just as clear as the front and I can even see their license plate in the rear cam when it’s not moving. I think it’s great for the price. The wifi and the mobile app are ok. Not splendid, but it does the job — for example the video I uploaded is downloaded via wifi in the app and also cut in the app.
Also, the time is automatically corrected to standard times once you set your time zone. It does NOT reset to 00:00:00 when you leave it in the car for the night. It also comes with speed and GPS recording at the bottom left corner and they are accurate!
I can’t say too much about durability yet but everything is great till this point!

Of course, this camera has great quality. Very easy to read license plates in both daytime and with the night vision. It also has a great WiFi function. I downloaded Ucam (dedicated application) and it is easy to connect.

I would agree with most of the other good reviews about specs, features, vid quality etc. I used the plug in power option and tucked the cords to 95% hidden, without issue. Looks tight in my opinion, in my ’21 Acura RDX. Very happy with this purchase!

Installation of this was not bad. Doesn’t require that much effort to install it. Smaller in size which makes it better interms of distraction. Video quality is good with blue sky. My unit might had some issue. Customer service backed it up. Excellent customer service.

I bought this camera in August of 2021 and have been loving it every day. This is a fantastic camera for the price. They also have fantastic customer service. After a year of use, I notice my back camera was on the fritz, maybe because of the hot summers in the south. Well, after a quick email, Rose in customer service sent me a brand new rear camera. If you are looking for a dual camera set up for your car, do yourself a favor and buy this one. I researched all my options thoroughly and for the price this is the best deal…period. You get a 4K front cam and a 1080p rear cam. Cameras with similar to slightly better specs are far more expensive. For $129, I feel I got a great deal. If you are worried about the negative reviews and people saying “it doesn’t work,” or “it stopped working,” they clearly have not bothered to contact the company. They have great customer service and an unheard of warranty. Buy this you won’t be disappointed. One thing to note, if you are expecting to be able to read LP’s in your videos you will only be able to do so if the other cars are close in proximity to you (ie driving similar speeds).

Not bad, the night vision is average. Hardwire kit is definitely worth it and recommended. Picture quality is great in my opinion. I wish the g-force sensor was a bit more sensitive but it’s functional. Settings can be a bit troublesome to navigate but it’s not a significant issue. Overall 4/5 stars because of the numerous small features that could be improved

Im a driving instructor and needed a replacment for an older camera. Had these cameras, and setup was so easy. I use the rear cam to face at me and my pupils that also covers the rear of the car. What i found amazing is the GPS and the MPH data is in the video file itself. So where most cams have seperate files for the data. This Dual cam system does it superbly. Also i can set the duration to 5 mins. Which helps me if i edit the videos or join them together.
FORGET all orher camera systems and get this system. I also loved the support. I emailed a question and the response was spot on, and resopnsive. I will continue to stay with this brand. LOVE IT.
I’ve been looking for a 4K dashcam, so when I saw this on Amazon, I bought it and installed it right away.
Features:
4K front camera at 25fps or 2.5K at 30fps. Weatherproof rear camera is 1080p at 30fps. Video has a wide dynamic range. Highlights aren’t blown out like other dashcams I’ve owned. It supports up to 256GB memory card. Other features worth mentioning: Loop recording, emergency recording, parking monitor, built in GPS (you can see speed stat on the video and you can also track your drive on a map). It also has a built in WiFi in case you want to download the videos through WiFi.
Mounting the dash cam is different from other dash cams I’ve used. This did not use a suction cup. Instead, it came with a double sided adhesive tape. You can either mount it directly to your windshield (more permanent) or you can attach a clear static sticker to the windshield and mount the dash cam to the static sticker. I did this and when I realized I wanted to move the dash cam to a different location, I was able to peel it off the windshield and attach it somewhere else with no issue.
Overall I’m very happy with the Kingslim Dual Dash Cam D4. Small, unobtrusive, easy to install, clear and highly detailed video at 4K resolution. Menus and features and options are easy to access.
I’ve tried a few different cameras in the past both cheap and a bit more expensive, but this is by far the best quality picture I’ve ever had on a camera. Haven’t used it much yet as not long recieved it and was really pleasantly surprised about them offering a free hard wiring kit as well. Very good customer service with follow up emails on the best way to use and install camera, with a few do’s and don’t. So far so good, would recommend to anyone.
Bought this for my van as I wanted to have a rear-view camera that recorded events behind me. Most of the well know makes were 2-3 times the price and very few did a waterproof external rear camera (I have no windows in the back of my van). Video is very clear and you can either download clips directly to your phone or attach the dashcam to a PC/Laptop and use the GPS software to view/download it. Lots of menu items and it took a little bit of time to work out how to use the functions with the buttons but once I got the hang of it, it became very easy to use. I love the fact that I can connect my phone wirelessly to it before I set off on a journey and then mount my phone in its holder and use it like a rear view mirror. One thing I would say is that if you are not familiar with vehicle electrics and you want to hardwire into the ignition so that you can use the parking function then pay someone who is. Also I had to use the 33ft cable as the 20ft one was just a little too short (I have a Renault Trafic).

The Redtiger 4K camera is awesome! It works amazingly well. I would use the microSD card they recommend. I tried several I had that supposedly handled 4K recording, but they didn’t. I order the microSD card Redtiger recommends and now it works great.
Now for the hardwire kit. It’s cheaply made to say the least. The one I ordered broke at the fuses. It’s constructed in a way where the fuses are just pushed into a fitting and then partially soldered to a wire. Very cheap In order to fix this, I cut off the original fused ends and added “add-a-fuse” ends to the battery + and ACC wires and now it works great.

I used buy 40+ dash cameras that claim good quality but it always was a fail. This time I decided to spend more for my camper van as I wanted to use it as reversing camera as well. Surprisingly the length of the rear camera cable was just enough for 6m long vehicle! Also I was surprised by a free hardwire kit from the seller which normally costs 19.99 (haven’t installed it yet).
Pros: relatively easy to install (like any other dash cam), built in GPS is a big plus (no more additional wires), long power cable with additional USB slot to charge your phone. Very long rear camera cable enough even for long high roof vehicle. Easy to use interface without confusing menus.
Impressive image quality. For the first time I can read numbers plates even of oncoming vehicles in overcast weather conditions (Sony IMX415 sensor)! Built in WiFi! You can watch and download recordings directly on your phone without removing memory card.
Cons: unable to delete protected videos even using the app… I had to format the memory card from dashcam. No functionality to flip rear view camera video when camera mounted upside down. No motion detection feature in parking monitor mode (according to specs, but I haven’t installed the kit yet).
But I think most of that is just me being picky because the most important is image quality which is great.
Also I’d suggest to get a bigger memory card as my 64gb card can store only one day of driving with both camera on in highest resolution.
I’d recommend this camera to my friends and family.

Hello everyone, I want to share my experience with the dash cam, excellent video quality, both front and rear cameras, focus is very powerful and wide, video without any braking, which is very good at speed, good quality when shooting at night, good angle. the camera has Wi-Fi, speed in km and miles, which is very convenient if you are driving in Europe. We came up with a very good idea that you can connect your smartphone via the app to the camera and watch the video through the phone. Nice design, easy to use. The only thing that could add an sd card to the kit, but this is as an addition to all the good things in this camera. i was planing to buy dash came from long time (as its very important especially now days) but was looking for good one,Bought one from eBay but wasn’t good and i sent it back, now i Bought from amazon and to be honest i like it as its come with better quality of picture especially at night ( usually with most camera its not good enough) very easy to install , thank you
Good product and worth to buy
Hello everyone, I want to share my experience with the dash cam, excellent video quality, both front and rear cameras, focus is very powerful and wide, video without any braking, which is very good at speed, good quality when shooting at night, good angle. the camera has Wi-Fi, speed in km and miles, which is very convenient if you are driving in Europe. We came up with a very good idea that you can connect your smartphone via the app to the camera and watch the video through the phone. Nice design, easy to use. The only thing that could add an sd card to the kit, but this is as an addition to all the good things in this camera. Mostly happy with my purchase, thanks for a good product, well worth the money. thank you all for your attention.

The camera is worth their money
Bought a camera for my wife in the car. I can say with confidence that the cameras are worth their money. Excellent video quality. It is very easy to transfer videos to your computer. Night video is also of good quality. Connects to wifi. At the moment I’m happy wth everything .I can safely recommend
After owning 2 of these cams for several months , i have found in dark conditions you will not be able to make out license plate details with vehicles overtaking you . Also you get headlight blur possibly because of no polarising filter , in the day it is great . I assume the frames per second is not sufficient ? the seller was unable or not wanting to tell me what the frame rate is ? However the customer service is quick to respond . Maybe i will purchase a Nextbase dash cam with 60 fps at 1400 p ? you get what you pay for .

Rear camera bracket could be better. A locking knob as on front bracket would be a good product improvement.
The system menu is very responsive, navigate through all the option is simple and easy. The day time footage is impressive but the night time video is average at best which is the same for all similar unit I have used. The cig socket has another USB outlet so you don’t have to get adapter if you need that for you phone as well as powering the dash cam.
The mounting mechanism allows you to tilt it up and down but not left and right, the camera angle is wide so it should not needed adjusting left and right anyway.
The phone app allows you to connect to the camera, just log on to the camera wifi and start the app etc.
The recorded footage is stored on the SD card with A ab B in the file name, A for front camera and B for rear, very well design.
The 4K resolution allows more data capture pre frame, I can crop 150% and still get good enough footage for the record.
It advertised with free hardwire kit. Hardwire kit not universal (fuse-wise) but it’s free. The loop recording records in one minute long segment – not continuous (you’ll have a bunch of 1-minute recordings on your microSD card). The video playback software is not compatible with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. You’ll have to buy a Windows 10 CODEC extension software from Microsoft store for 99 cents to view video playback on Windows 10. I haven’t had the chance to install the rear camera. But the front camera video quality is excellent. The audio is poor though.

I wish I bought this sooner. So many pros to this. Playback is better than just viewing through camera while in car and works great at night. So don’t go off just viewing camera. It’s not until you playback that you release it’s better. As per picture attached it’s perfect. Can see clearly, which was something I needed since I go home at night and need that added protection. The gps part is wonderful, so it logs where you are at if something happens and someone questions you. Lock feature makes it harder to delete video invade an altercation occurs. Can access through your phone and can send it to others if something occurs. Has its own wifi to do this and the gps is in the part mounted to the window. They give you a window cling to prevent you from having issues taking mount off because mount is incredibly effective.
Update: so I didn’t have a chance to mount the back camera which has decent resolution but unfortunately they don’t make it long enough to fit the complete back window so I have to unfortunately adhere it to the dome light in the very back. The wiring needs at least an extra foot just to fit a Subaru Outback.

Both front and back cameras working well. GPS recording is perfect, didnt try downloading the software to view recording of GPS with Google map.
Will write another review may be in a month so after recording along out of State trip.
Some improvements like more small and mooth adjustments in vertical direction and some horizontal adjustment capabilities. Because it doent have suction cup and uses double sided tape for camera attatchment with the windshiel, once fixed no way to move horizontally.
For now I am happy. I wanted to give 4.5 stars for this reason but excelent cutomore service is prevented me to do so. Any questions got reply next day. Hope they will continue this type of customer service if they want customer loyalty.
