Brilliant table
My S Pen is already in need of replacing after 7 weeks. I use the penup app a lot and after only 7 weeks it’s blunted and there are no spares with the tablet. Even one spare would be nice. Also when I put the cover on ( this cover is made for this model) the sound is really muffled when I voice note on WhatsApp and really scratchy and loud if I move my hand over the screen or move in general while recording videos . Sound coming FROM the tablet however is perfect. The s pen is brill and the speaker is amazing for listening to music or Netflix. It’s quite a heavy tablet if your holding it in one hand. Battery lasts the entire day and takes a few hours to fully recharge so overnight is perfect. Graphics are good.

Tablet: Screen/battery life so good. I bought 320… After 1-2 days was 300.. (because black friday i think) that was only annoying stuff.. 🙁

Easy to use, Good student tablet, low price.
It’s very easy to use for anyone. Screen quality is good. S pen is a huge advantage for this midrange tablet. Battery lasts about a day or 2 depending on usage.

Ease of use
A bit heavier than our previous i-pad, but worth it for a larger screen.
The Android system matches one of our phones, so, easy to understand.
Did not come with an English ‘Start-up’ leaflet (I’m 82, so a bit slow to ‘get the hang’ of it!).

Brilliant easy use quality table
Got a great deal on Amazon Prime day and very glad i went for the Samsung. Its got a great quality screen, easy to use, synced very easily with my phone. Use it every day and love it.

Probably the best mid-range android tablet at the mome
I bought it through the Amazon warehouse on sale plus an additional employee discount, the price simply was impossible to beat by anywhere else but not only that the tablet arrived in pristine condition not a scratch not a minimum fault the battery last me at least two days of casual use and full six hour or seven hours of heavy use playing games , YouTube , etc … The S pen does what you would expect in tablet and the screen even though is not amoled is super crisp and detailed can’t complain about the sound either tuned by AKG sound full and loud . Best mid-range android tablet definitely!

Pleased with my purchase!
I had toyed with the idea of buying a tablet for a long time and the S6 Lite does not disappoint! Granted there are better specs in terms of screen quality etc out there. But this tablet is just right for my purpose. It is light, the screen is a good size for correspondence, watching TV on the move and for drawing. The S pen that comes with it is useful for writing and drawing with. Overall, I would recommend the S6 Lite.

If your a mobile user like me, this s6 tablet will replace it. I like to browse and use YouTube alot so screen size is perfect and for movies in bed even better. Audio sounds amazing for a tablet really good quality. Camera is good but I haven’t used it much but quality is seems really good. The pen is the icing on the cake. I don’t use the pen much, but the pen is a pen and it’s great it works like a pen, so when it’s needed it’s brilliant. Battery life is OK for what I use it for. The tablet is very solid sleek and the screen is too. I’ve had no screen protector or tablet case and the screen still looks perfect, I was worried the pen would mark the screen if used too much pressure. so I let my two year old put the pen and tablet through a min stress test. The pen and the screen is solid I’m very happy

Bought at bargain price!
Screen could be better but for the low price paid from Amazon together with cash back from Samsung this was a bargain and worth every penny!

Memory card slo
Awesome tablet. Wifi only has memory card slot if you fancy boosting your storage, facial recognition, easy to use and does the job nicely. Bought for the wife, i now have her old one till i can buy myself one

Bagged a good deal
It’s been more than 6 months now and with the latest software update, I got it at a pretty good deal. Samsung DeX is so handy to use. I use S Pen a lot and I should say, it feels so good to hold it and take all the notes or jot down my diary. Pretty responsive.
Satisfied with this product. Best Budget tablet for me.

Great budget table
Battery life is 11 to 13 hours for me, pen is awesome.

Does everything I expected and more
Spent ages looking at all the options for ‘mid range’ android tablets. Spent a little bit extra on this and was not disappointed. I use it everyday, and just about lasts. Heavy video (YouTube/Netflix) usage, some productivity, social media, art work, deals with it all no problem. Also recently took part in appha trials for upcoming AAA pc to mobile conversion and it handle it with ease. Definitely worth every penny, a steal is you can get it under 210 as I did.

Pretty good tablet for reading.
Initially, I was going to buy Lenovo Yoga Smart Tab, because it was cheaper and had good reviews. When it arrived, I had my doubts and before opening it, I decided to order Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite LTE.

I chose one from the Warehouse used options. According to description, it was supposed to have small scratches on the back, but it came in perfect condition, box was opened and then taped together. Definitely worth 50 saving in price. Even if it had scratches, I was planning to buy a case for it and I would never see back of it. I have pretty good experience with Warehouse items and recommend looking into them.

I decided to buy new tablet, to stop using my Samsung Galaxy S9+ for browsing internet at home and away and draining its battery. I have Kindle Fire HDX 2013 (3rd generation), but it has old version of Android, which doesn’t have any more upgrades, and any new apps slow it down. In last few years, I only used it for watching films and TV series while away from home.

I was afraid Tab 6 Lite screen might not be as great as on my phone, since it’s not Amoled, but I don’t see any difference. Maybe in full sun, but weather didn’t give me too many chances to try it in full sun yet.

Samsung Smart Switch was helpful with transferring apps to tablet, however I had to type in hundreds of passwords again. A few apps have different functionality on tablet and one is not updating information. That’s why I’m removing 1 star from review. My favourite news app is not able to update and it’s something related to Android on tablet, app works on any other phone I tried. I already raised it with developer. Also, Adguard and HTTPS filtering doesn’t seem to work properly. Ebay shows me ads that are blocked on my phone. The same for one of the webpages I read, ads are showing up, but they are suppressed on the phone with the same software and rules. Again, raised a ticket with developer, to see if they can solve it. Of course, not everyone is blocking ads on their devices so it may not be an issue, but there might be some other Android tablet quirks.

S-pen is great and I enjoy making notes, just for the fun of handwriting. I use it for almost everything else, typing on keyboard, scrolling pages and playing basic games. I hardly touch the screen with my fingers. I’m waiting for screen protectors, I ordered.

I can’t comment on the battery life yet, only charged it twice. It takes around 3.5h to charge it from almost empty to full. How long it will last, depends on the usage and installed apps. I don’t plan to watch any films on device unless away from home, so it will be mostly reading connected to internet via Wifi.

Even though the tablet was supposed to replace my phone for browsing internet at home. it’s too heavy or not convenient for some situations. Phone is just much easier to hold in one hand and scroll content.

Value for money, good screen quality, good battery life.
This tablet is excellent value for money. It copes with everything I need it to. Apps, reasonable at free Web editing, drawing, emails, and more. The screen quality is very good indeed, battery life is very good. The feature of having a sim card for calls texts and data is excellent for on the move. But be sure to buy the s6 lite LTE not the s6 lite which is only WiFi. I am very pleased with this item. Easy to get used to and use. Fabulous product. Highly recommended.

Great productivity tool.
I absolutely loveee this tablet. Many things about it I like. First, I got a case with it, which auto locks it when closed which is handy. (But ofc not part of the product)

Anyhow, for productivity it is great! I use it everyday for drawing or taking notes, the S pen is so smooth, barely any lag when using it.
It’s a great learning tool too. My use case is for drawing primarily, and it’s such a great way to learn. For example, learning anatomy is so much easier. Can just watch a video, and have the notes app above in transparency to then take notes.
Can also then use same notes transparency to practice yourself by tracing or whatever. Much better than my old wacom tablet, I can see the improvement clearly.

Same goes for any classes or anything which requires alot of notes like shopping list etc.
The screen is nice, but I hate that I can see my ugly reflection. (Mood. Am I right)
The battery lasts around a day and a half, but depends on how much you use it obvs.

I do wish the s pen button was programmable to be what you choose it to do which sucks. E.g. click to ss.

Good inbetween size from a phone to a laptop.
Picture quality great, quick, responsive.
A little heavier than I expected but certainly no issue as seems well built.

Great Tablet for University Students with Palm recognitio
I use this tablet as a work tablet for my notes for medicine. It’s AMAZING I wish I’d got it sooner. Helps to keep all the conditions organised by speciality and easy to find with a search function. Samsung notes is free and so great, you can download books as pdfs and edit them (or slideshows). You can add pictures to your notes and annotate them. Easy to write with palm recognition so you can rest your hand on the screen. Battery life is pretty good it, lasts a full day at the library with chrome and notes app open so I’m happy. I got a 15 magnetic case on Amazon that works well and also serves as a stand for Netflix (picture quality is great). Amazing that you can add more storage with an SD card too. I’m normally a complete Apple girl but for me this is so much better than an iPad and (100!!) Apple Pencil that has to be charged itself. The s pen is amazing and good for drawing too with a button on the side to rub out so you don’t have to switch between pen and rubber. Never has to be charged and is magnetic. Such a good tablet, especially for the price if you’re a student that wants to keep their notes organised and to include pictures as well!

So easy to use.
I was able to download from my phone what I wanted to and this to me was so easy ( please be aware I am not that computer literate). Really enjoying it. Please be aware that it comes with the pen which you need to use in some functions. I have even now downloaded the Kindle to it and therefore can read books from there. I like reading this way, paper and audio and I now have the three options

I wish to retract my previous review.
I was excited to own one of these. But I received a defective product. This was sent back for repair but returned to me with the same problem. They only reset it back to factory settings. Item barely 2 months old. Very disappointed. I am returning this.
UPDATE – I ordered another tablet. Once at up and running. Placed in the protector – the same problem occurred. I now retract my previous review as the previous item was NOT DEFECTIVE. I apologise, I have found out that the magnetic cover prevented the pen to work and deactivated some pixels. OVERALL Ism happy with my S6 lite.

Great mid spec tablet.
I wanted a tablet for when I was on holiday abroad or in the UK in the caravan.
The screen brightness and clarity is really good and the speakers are great. They get very loud and the sound quality is good too, they easily fill a small room.

The included pen is really good to use and has some nice features too like live translate, copying text etc. I also love the colouring app Pen Up that’s included although it gets a bit addictive and time consuming!

The battery life is really good and I love the fact it uses USB-C like most of my other devices which means it can be charged quickly.

I chose to have the 4G version over the WiFi only model as it means I don’t have to rely on WiFi to watch movies etc – perfect for the caravan.

All in all I’m really happy with my tablet, it’s good value and has great features.

I switched from my 6th gen iPad to this tablet and I’m SO happy I did. I’ve always liked androids customising options and I still have my S8 after a couple years. I’m super happy with this tablet, I have a feeling i’ll be using it for way longer than I had my iPad.

Love it! Great tablet.
Really good tablet.
With a couple of downloaded apps is a gem for drawing. It includes the Samsung basic stylus pen which is good enough do draw easily.
I moved from Huawei T3, which is much cheaper, but definitely you will notice the difference between them.
For now (after 3 months) I’m still a happy customer.

Replaced an older tablet which was playing up. problem initially on WiFi dropping out but resolved and now works brilliantly.
Us the pen a lot especially with a drawing app.
Battery life ok,videos and photos come across very well.

After using it for a few days and only a few hours in total. I realised how sluggish this tablet was and how limited the pen draw function is. The 4g ram just isn’t enough. By the time the S6 lite is up and running along with a few other apps, you end up with only between 1.8 and 2.1 gig of ram free (in my case). Depending on what you are doing this isn’t enough for my needs. Then the processor hmm not sure of its pedigree but low end it seems, definitely sluggish. The s6 lite is an entry level tablet, a well made but low spec. Not for me but could be ok for most. Good for watching on and running low end games.

Easy to use
Replaced my previous Samsung notepad. Very pleased with this updated version and was very easy to transfer information and data.

Amazing budget tablet.
Had this tablet for about a week maybe 2 and I really love it. The spen is amazing and it’s so easy to make notes. Sure, it not going to blown away with screen or anything, but I not bothered about that and already got other devices to play games so the lower specs doesn’t bother me. It’s snappy for pretty much everything (apart from very intense apps), battery life is great. If you’re getting it for watching videos, light gaming and uni/school work, it’s a must grab. 10/10

ot the best but good enough for light use
ive used both this and its more expensive sister, the tab s7+ for some time and can say for certain:

if you need a basic tablet for note taking, this is it. if you need it for borderline movies, this is it but if you need it to do that but at a responsive speed, do not get this, save up for the s7

i found that while yes, it is lightweight, very portable and the pen feels very good to use, the processing speed (how fast it gets things done) is notably slow compared to even a budget phone like the Samsung a70. switching to the s7+, i immediately noticed the responsiveness, the image quality, the sound and just felt how much better it is compared to the s6 lite.
i strongly advise waiting for the next version of the tab s6 lite if you can as it will most likely have a better processor or save up for the tab s7 or s7+ if you need the larger screen (the image quality is not too different to each other) but it is still a good beginner device for those who just need some basic digital note taking or drawing capabilities.
