Over Charge/Discharge protection system
From 13/9/2018, we improved the lamp with a protection system to provide a longer lifespan.
When first plug in, when testing, it will light up with 5-10second delay; also when plug off, it will turn off with 5-10second delay.
The solar lamp will work as before after installation.
Split Design
Compared with those normal wall light in market, we separate the solar panel and the main lighting body,
providing bigger solar charging panel, to store much more power in daytime and to give off longer and brighter light at night.

Looks OK, lights up fine. Just a flaw for me, which might not bother you. The light detects darkness by measuring the output of the solar panel. Which means that when it is properly dark, the light comes on as expected. Sadly, this also means that around dusk, there appears to be just enough light on the panel to stop the light turning on and lighting up my shed. Can get around it by unplugging the solar panel, but this might be a deal breaker for you. I’m going to need a solar powered light with a switch!
For our front doo
We used this for above our front door, it’s dark its hard to find key hole plus it also helps with lighting help with our doorbell camera plenty of cable so you can run the solar panel to a sunny spot.

I fitted the solar panel on a south facing wall with the lamp in a dark entrance hall. brilliant only down side lamp only lights if it dark outside. Result: free to use. self operating solution.

Great Sensor Ligh
The solar light was easy to fit and works well. It shines up well for my wheels bins at the side of the house and will double up as a deterrent for burglars. And, best of all, costs nothing to run. So far it is working well even after a dull day.
Versatile solar ligh
Did what it was meant to. However, fell down when it came to fixing it up. Had learnt from previous smaller solar lights that you need to use proper masonry rawplugs and screws for brickwork etc and wood screws for wood. The screws supplied are not up to either surface for fixing and the rawplugs are too hard to expand properly. Otherwise it’s a good product.
Very useful ligh
Fixed this light inside the garage, so I don’t have to fumble for the light switch when it’s dark. (Made sure I bought the version with motion sensor, there are 2 versions that don’t have this feature. ) I fixed the solar panel on the frame inside an east facing window, to protect it from the weather, bird mess, etc. and it charges the battery perfectly. The light has been up for over a month now and it does exactly what I want it to. It is plenty light enough to illuminate the garage, without being blinding. A successful purchase for me.
Surprisingly very good.
Don’t expect them to be as bright as the cheapest mains security lights, but very good energy efficient source of light. It flashes a few times between day and night, seems to be confused, but only for 10-15sec then it’s fine for 24hrs?

Great, so far.
Went up easily – though I will be moving the PV panel when the weather is more amenable for climbing ladders – but it works well. Not too bright, a good range for both the sensor & the lights, & it picks up – not just the door opening, not just someone walking within range, but also our cat at the door or window at night. So far, I would recommend this.
Does the job adequately
Knew there wasn’t going to be an explosion of light. They give enough light to illuminate the area to walk about in. Pleased with product. Now let’s see if they get through winter.
Great light but….
Great product, just a shame you cannot control at what daylight intensity the motion sensor operates. Other than that, it great for a shed or a garage with no mains!

Light with supreme ease.
I’ve had one of these lanterns installed in the garden for over 12 months now. I was concerned that the battery might not sufficiently charge in winter months and so be problematic. However, not so – I was very pleasantly surprised. I use the lamp as a security feature and to make nocturnal trips safer. It is just the right level of luminosity; bright enough to be useful and not so bright that it causes the neighbours upset. It could easily be installed by a 7 year old child – so, if you have one available then I urge you to sit back, crack the whip and let them get to work. Recommended.
Not as bright as I thought.
Yes, not really that bright so not really a security light but cheaper to run than a pair of 150w spotlights that the foxes like to play in front of, must think they are on a green stage!

So good I bought another.
Bought one as a security light for my shed down the bottom of the garden and one for the side of my property. Both have worked flawlessly for over a year. Have never run out of charge even in the short, dull Scottish winter days.
I would recommend to anyone. Very easy installation.

Perfect light for use
I got this for the area where my dog does his business. Great lighting that he can actually trigger. Was installed in the winter months and still at night the light was bright even with little sunlight throughout the day. Would buy again if needed

Bright with good detection range
Bright with good detection range. The separate charging unit is very helpful as the light where installed is away from the sun, so I can have the light where I want it and get a full charge.

This was to have some light over an enclosed pathway. The solar panel works with light and doesn’t need direct sunlight. The light it produces when dark is bright, but not blinding. It’s ideal

This light is used in the porch. The solar pad is on the roof outside to catch the light. The light itself is really bright and has a good sensor. Very pleased.

One of the first two shipped did not function. Ordered a replacement which is fine. Considered returning the defective unit but the time and relative expense involved made no sense taking shipping costs applied. In Canada you phone Amazon and they immediately ship a replacement at no charge! Otherwise product works well.

The items were easy to install and brightness fits the purpose. If the packets had included black 1.5 mm cable fasteners to secure the cables the whole package would have easily earned 5 stars.
The ease of installation and configuratio
This product worked from the box. It comes pre configured and when it detects a ‘human’ the lights come on for around 30 to 40 seconds no issues. The light is plenty bright and the separate solar panel is just perfect for optimum positioning. The brackets for the light and solar array are well designed and well easy to install and use. My only criticism would be that the eight screws supplied are ‘flimsy’ a couple of decent turns on a screwdriver and the heads are bolloxed. I used my own after the first one revealed itself as not fit FP… This is easily a five star product and if I have a need will buy one again…

Very bright ligh
This is a great light for the price. Extremely bright. Easy to fit in a matter of minutes. I would say the only slight downside is it doesn’t come with any wood screws. Motion detection works as expected. This hasn’t been out in bad weather yet but will update this review if it develops any issues from the rain.
Great value for money
This was a direct replacement for one I purchased three years ago. Installation very easy and highly sensitive to motion. Light output about as good as one can expect from such an item. Doesn’t compare with regular floodlight, but you’re not comparing like with like in terms of intensity. Very good for what it is.

Have had problems with this type of light not being fully waterproof and only lasting about 12months. Hope this model lives up to its claims.

Really pleased with this product which has the ideal function of separating the solar panel from the light unit. This means you can fix the light where it is actually needed and locate the solar charging panel in optimal direct sunlight.
The light is really powerful and comfortably replicates a spotlight, great product and environmentally friendly (therefore cost free running) marvellous!!

Motion sensor conserves stored powe
This is a brilliant (!) product. The efficient battery stores power to activate light on motion sensor. Consequently it works from stored power a long time.
Only disappointment was somewhat short cable to connect solar panel to lamp. Overall really good value.

Solar panel placed on greenhouse roof and the light placed on fence, totally shaded, pointing down our side path works really well. Lights up when you’re about half way down the house, be nice if lit up sooner. But as good as previously owned light.
Easy to install and very brigh
Bought it as our garden is pitch black at night and wanted something to light up where the bins are. Really bright and easy to install, only one light setting but for my purposes that was fine. Motion detection is good and can spot me from about 5 metres away and at a tight angle to the sensor. The solar panel does need a lot of sunlight over the day to stay bright so had to put the panel on the garage roof.

I put this up above our front door, the light just above the door, facing down and the solar panel at the side of the porch roof. It activates when movement is detected from around 3m away and is plenty bright enough. It stays on for around a minute.
Good basic solar ligh
Used to put light into a shaded space, so great to be able to put the solar panel where it can get sun, and the light where its needed.
Note: If there is light shining on the solar panel, the light will not come on, even if that area is darj, where the light is.

A great produc
Light enough. Easy to install. The best part is that they don’t have to be completely fixed. You can move them according to the position of the sun and also change the direction of the light to work as a manual lantern.
Does exactly what I needed it for.
Easy to install, just need a drill. Screws (& plugs?) provided. Needed a light to cover the front garden, car-standing area. This is just the job, a good light and doesn’t take a lot of sunlight to charge it. Installed it about a month ago, the light faces north but the solar panel is fixed around the corner of the house facing south. I fixed the panel about 10 feet higher than the light, the cable is quite long and just need looping a little (to prevent rainwater entering) and then just plugs in to the light. Took a bit of juggling to get it to the right angle, we don’t want to catch dog-walkers at night for instance, but it’s all in all, a good product. It’s not intended to be used as a constant working light in a garage or shed for example, just as a motion detecting sensor PIR light.

A very good product for a very good price. Somewhat lengthy delivery time though.Easy to install, good detection range and bright enough to well illuminate a dark exteror corner of my summerhoue. A good product even for an area that receives very little direct sunlight as you can remotely install the solar panel elsewhere.
