**Question 1: No sound can be heard with headphones.
**Answer 1:
1. First check whether the volume of the wire control is adjusted correctly.
2. Check whether the earphone plug is correctly connected to the speaker jack. (If there is no sound when plugged into the front panel of the host, it is recommended to plug into the back panel for use.)
3. Start-control panel (windows + R input control)-hardware and sound-sound-play-right click speaker-properties-level, the speaker volume is adjusted to 100.
**Question 2: There is no sound from the microphone after the headset is plugged into the device.
**Answer 2:
1.First, please check if the microphone switch is turned on.
2.Check whether the earphone plug is correctly connected to the speaker jack. (If there is no sound when plugged into the front panel of the host, it is recommended to plug into the back panel for use.)
3.If you are using a two-in-one adapter cable, please make sure that the headset and adapter cable interface are properly connected.
4.Our headset supports direct plug-in use, no need to download the driver, if you have no sound from the microphone, please check the settings of the computer device.（The audio manager of different devices will be different.）

I’m 36 with a very small head had to send back a couple pairs cause they didn’t fit. These fit great, light weight and very Comfortable

Presque aucune dception pour cet achat. La qualit est trs bonne, le casque est confortable et le design est super sympa comme je l’attendais.
Mes seuls regrets sont les leds et le micro. J’ai un ordinateur portable qui n’a qu’une seule prise jack et donc impossible de dtecter le micro. ( moins que je sois passe ct, dans ce cas je suis preneuse de conseils).
Et je m’attendais voir quelques partie briller un peu, mais j’ai cru lire que c’tait rserv la version USB de ce mme casque.
Malgr ces deux points, je suis trs satisfaite de cet achat 🙂
I like the quality of the Headset and microphone. Headband for top of the head is nice and soft for extended wear.

I love this headset and fits quite nice on my head. Sound quality is pretty decent, and the Mic is great! Doesn’t have the best audio for gaming especially if your trying to hear for steps.

i loved the design. they are really good quality and sound really nice. i wouldn’t really say they’re noise canceling, but i bought them for gaming anyway. i would recommend you buy if you’re interested!
The headphones overall look great and I really enjoy them, the sound quality s decent and I have had no problems with it, I have not used the mic since I already have one with my computer, a tiny bit uncomfortable after you wear them for awhile but not terrible.

I’ve wanted a pair of headphones like these for like years but I kept waiting. The other day I said… I deserve this! I bought these! Oh my lorrrrrrd wow. Yes it is a little annoying that you have to plug in both speaker and microphone ports for them to work but wooooooow the quality so far is amazing! I absolutely love how cute they are and how great the sound is. Its also hella comfy and i wear glasses so its awesome! BUY THEM!
They’re cheap headphones so you get what you pay for with sound quality and such. They work well for what I need. I expect to get a couple years’ use out of them. My clients love them when I meet with them virtually.
I bought these about a year and a half ago for my daughter and they seemed to be doing well for a good amount of time. It seemed recently one of the headphones lost sound so gaming with them didn’t work as well. We got her a new pair because they’re relatively inexpensive but the fact that they broke after a year and a half was kind of disappointing. In Any case, they do the trick and the design is very cute. My daughter wouldn’t budge because they went with her room theme so we just stayed with the same brand.
Bought this for my nine year old and she loves them. The ear pads are comfortable and she hears well. If you are a serious gamer, I really wouldn’t recommend but they are a good start to gaming.
I love this headset, it’s so beautiful and cute and it works great. I’ve had it for over a year now and I use it almost every day! It’s very comfortable to wear, the sound quality is perfect, and I really love the mute button. It’s in the perfect spot. Definitely worth buying.
The only issue I have is that the microphone on the headset isn’t the best quality, it works well enough for me because I don’t use it all that often, but I do get complaints when I’m gaming with my friends and I’m talking in VC. If you use VC a lot, probably invest in a separate mic.

I love these headphones already! they work really well and don’t make my ears hurt when I wear them for too long. I wore them for at least 5 hours and my ears felt fine!! The quality is good and when I listen to music it doesn’t sound muffled. The mic works great too! I tested them and the sound was very crisp and clear. You can adjust the volume settings if it’s too quiet, I did since it was a little quiet for me, and you can bend the mic and it stays in place for the most part! Overall I think these are great quality headphones for the price and I do recommend getting them:)

These are great headphones and totally worth the price. They came quickly (as in before their expected date of delivery) and are cute and made of great material. The only issue is that they are not as loud or noise cancelling as expected, no matter how low or high your volume is the headphones don’t really repel noise from leaving the headphones and are kinda like low speakers emitting sound to the room instead of just to you.
As a lifelong gamer and musician, this headset is very nice. Not only do I look amazing, but the quality is great and the mic is better than other headsets. It somewhat cancels noise, the audio is very well regardless, and it fits comfortably. Just place it on your head and game or listen.

Sound quality is amazing but the microphone quality SLIGHTLY sounds like your talking in a big room according to the people I talk to, there’s no echoing noise. Noise cancellation is great and if someone was behind you you’d only slightly hear the vibration of their voice. The earphone things that go over your ears on the inside is Rock hard so when you first start using it, it will definitely hurt after like 5 minutes and will be sore after but I’ve been using this headset for months now and it doesn’t bother me anymore. When taking of the headset it makes a slight noise when you move it so it does sound slightly cheap. The cord is thick so won’t break easily. The ears come off with a bit of force so you don’t need to worry about them falling off. Definitely a 8/10 and is 100% worth the price
I’ve had this for a couple of months now and am really enjoying it. The sound and microphone is really amazing, it’s glasses friendly too, and one of the most comfortable headphones, didn’t hurt my head after 5 hours of wearing it. For the price the headphones are an incredible quality and really cute!
The only thing that I didn’t like about it was that you could hear the sound outside of the headphones, but that’s about it, everything else is amazing about it!
Also beware that the USB is the one with the LED lights in it and the plugs are mainly for console users so that they can plug it in to their controller to hear the hear the sound. Just a heads up.
I love these headphones but I had to return the first pair due to static noises made by the headphones after two weeks. I returned it back to Amazon and got a new pair and it seems to work much better and haven’t had any issues. I must’ve gotten a bad pair the first time. I will say these headphones are great on sound, you will be pleasantly surprised.
So after almost a week of playing around with the second cable attachment to try and get the headphones to work in my computer, trying to download the drivers and the program insisting that the headphones were plugged in, to finally having my friend who is a computer technician come and take a look and figure out what was going on, the headphones finally work. I’m actually very impressed with the quality of them now that I can hear and talk however I wish that the actual cord was longer it is very short. Super cute will fit a bigger head however the cushioning on the headphones is pretty low quality but comfortable
Aprs quelques semaines d utilisation, le son est trs bien, quand je joue et parle sur discord le son de ma voix est fluide en revanche sur le party chat de ps c’est de moins bonne qualit mais la faute reviens au party chat.
Je recommande ce casque pour les dbutants comme moi dans les jv !
