**Question 1: No sound can be heard with headphones.
**Answer 1:
1. First check whether the volume of the wire control is adjusted correctly.
2. Check whether the earphone plug is correctly connected to the speaker jack. (If there is no sound when plugged into the front panel of the host, it is recommended to plug into the back panel for use.)
3. Start-control panel (windows + R input control)-hardware and sound-sound-play-right click speaker-properties-level, the speaker volume is adjusted to 100.
**Question 2: There is no sound from the microphone after the headset is plugged into the device.

Presque aucune dception pour cet achat. La qualit est trs bonne, le casque est confortable et le design est super sympa comme je l’attendais.
Mes seuls regrets sont les leds et le micro. J’ai un ordinateur portable qui n’a qu’une seule prise jack et donc impossible de dtecter le micro. ( moins que je sois passe ct, dans ce cas je suis preneuse de conseils).
Et je m’attendais voir quelques partie briller un peu, mais j’ai cru lire que c’tait rserv la version USB de ce mme casque.
Malgr ces deux points, je suis trs satisfaite de cet achat 🙂

The headphones overall look great and I really enjoy them, the sound quality s decent and I have had no problems with it, I have not used the mic since I already have one with my computer, a tiny bit uncomfortable after you wear them for awhile but not terrible.

Good headphones for the money. They do not noise cancel at all and they tend to slip off. My wife use them for gamin and they do well, people can hear her just fine. Overall worth it though, especially for being so cute.

I love this headset, it’s so beautiful and cute and it works great. I’ve had it for over a year now and I use it almost every day! It’s very comfortable to wear, the sound quality is perfect, and I really love the mute button. It’s in the perfect spot. Definitely worth buying.
The only issue I have is that the microphone on the headset isn’t the best quality, it works well enough for me because I don’t use it all that often, but I do get complaints when I’m gaming with my friends and I’m talking in VC. If you use VC a lot, probably invest in a separate mic.

Have bought 2 of these from this seller months apart and both are exactly as described amazong quality definatly worth the money and very cute
It’s cute, works fine and is affordable. However, the mic broke after about 7 months of using the headset. It was fine because I just bought a new mic and still used the headset. The left side of the headsets sound also got lower than the right side, I could fix this with my computer sound management though, so not a problem either. Overall good product for the price.

This is a great headset. I use this with my xbox one for hours at a time for gaming and it is great. Unlike other headsets, this one stays comfortable for hours and has great sound quality and isolation. The mic works well for multiplayer communication or just chatting and i would highly recommend. The mute and unmute button is also very helpful for quick communication during fast paced games. I love the look of this headset too! The ears are a rubber (silicone?) And are removable and look great with or without- although i prefer with 🙂

I’ve had this for a couple of months now and am really enjoying it. The sound and microphone is really amazing, it’s glasses friendly too, and one of the most comfortable headphones, didn’t hurt my head after 5 hours of wearing it. For the price the headphones are an incredible quality and really cute!
The only thing that I didn’t like about it was that you could hear the sound outside of the headphones, but that’s about it, everything else is amazing about it!
Also beware that the USB is the one with the LED lights in it and the plugs are mainly for console users so that they can plug it in to their controller to hear the hear the sound. Just a heads up.
I love these headphones but I had to return the first pair due to static noises made by the headphones after two weeks. I returned it back to Amazon and got a new pair and it seems to work much better and haven't had any issues. I must've gotten a bad pair the first time. I will say these headphones are great on sound, you will be pleasantly surprised.

I'm actually very impressed with the quality of them now that I can hear and talk however I wish that the actual cord was longer it is very short. Super cute will fit a bigger head however the cushioning on the headphones is pretty low quality but comfortable

Aprs quelques semaines d utilisation, le son est trs bien, quand je joue et parle sur discord le son de ma voix est fluide en revanche sur le party chat de ps c’est de moins bonne qualit mais la faute reviens au party chat.

Das headset ist sehr schn und die Sound Qualitt fr den Preis hervorragend ,die katzen Ohren sind aus einem silikon artigen material und natrlich verstellbar .Ich habe noch nicht herrausgefunden wofr das mitgelieferte doppelte klinken kabel ist ,bei konsolen brauch man es jedenfalls nicht ,wahrscheinlich fr pc oder eine Art stream mit seperaten Mikro etc. Das headset ist sehr gerusch isolierent also gerusche von uerhalb .weiterhin lsst sich das headset allerdings nur fr ein paar stunden angenehm tragen da die hr muschel wo der Sound raus kommt durch den Stoff drckt und sehr hart ist sollte aber fr Leute die nicht mehr als 5 stunden am Stck zocken oder musik hren kein Problem darstellen ,der Stum Knopf funktioniert sehr gut .fr den Preis echt empfehlens we
The product is good. The sound quality is very good and the mic is also good, but the sound is not as high as expected. The headsets are huge but they are somewhat light weight.
I tried using them for around two hours but then my ears started hurting because they were directly touching the plastic part.
I returned them tho because I didn’t like how huge they look on the head + the sound is not as high as expected (by that high I mean to the point where u can’t handle the sound and that’s just a personal preference) + I didn’t do a lot of research on them before buying them and didn’t order the USB plug and was surprised that the lights don’t work (the USB plug headset is of course more expensive). Otherwise they are good quality Headset and I recommend them.

These headsets are so cute! I love them. The sound is amazing and my friends say they can hear me pretty good and the quality is great. Although these are my first ever pair of gaming headsets, I’m VERY pleased. I play on PS4 btw. I’m so happy I bought these. I plan to get my friend a pair as well :’)
Update: After some months I’m here with an update uwu. So far they still work perfectly fine for me. Nothing went wrong they are holding up pretty well. They are still cute as ever. My friend however has had some problems with her headset. I got her the purple version of these and sometimes it would static and what not. I guess it just depends on the pair of headsets you get. Mine happens to last much longer than hers without any problems even though I bought mine before hers. Other than that I still love my headsets <3

I was so exited to get to headphone for gaming. I waited a week inpatiently1 Finally received them today but The audio is only coming out of one ear. I looked a the questions on Amazon to make sure it wasn’t a me issuebut the customer servie agent at Amazon confirmed that it was in fact broken. I’m returning it. 🙁
Edit (May 3rd): I ordered it again and it came today. I taught I had another issue with the sound but a only needed to press the button on the cord to level the volume. The sound quality is meh! It’s okay but no the best but I mostly bought the headset for the design.

I was surprised to find out the ears are silicone, but this allows them to be squished to attach to the rails. They don’t slide but are easy to adjust.
There is a little noise canceling and once you are listening to something it pretty much cancels out outside sounds.
The microphone is easy to adjust and sound quality is good. I’ve never had to turn the volume all the way up to reach ideal volume.
The mute on the cord is a toggle switch, this is better than a button as its easier to tell if it’s muted or not.
I have a very small head (I wear child sized glasses) and these fit me fine.
So far daughter is very happy with these they work well and fit comfortably. Also the fact that they are pink with ears means her brother doesn’t borrow them when his break

Love the headphones but we did thought the earphones would light up but they don’t. Instructions in Japanese so makes it difficult to know if customer needs to do something else. Other than that pretty product.

Really nice headset which is very adorable :))
At first i had issues with connetcing it and the mic didn’t sound as expected, but with lots of restarting, downloading softwares and overall just spending some time on it, i got it to sound decent 🙂 It’s very cute and extremely comfortable to wear, the only issue is that if you have a bigger head or bigger ears it might feel a bit painful over long periods of time.
