**Question 1: No sound can be heard with headphones.
**Answer 1:
1. First check whether the volume of the wire control is adjusted correctly.
2. Check whether the earphone plug is correctly connected to the speaker jack. (If there is no sound when plugged into the front panel of the host, it is recommended to plug into the back panel for use.)
3. Start-control panel (windows + R input control)-hardware and sound-sound-play-right click speaker-properties-level, the speaker volume is adjusted to 100.
**Question 2: There is no sound from the microphone after the headset is plugged into the device.

1.First, please check if the microphone switch is turned on.

I just got them today ( 5 days earlier), problem they are broken ;-; (the mic and the left speaker doesn’t work), but the sound it’s still pretty good as the materials that the headset is made and they are really comfortable. Oh the packaging is different now is pink and grey.

Le cuffie sono adorabili e soprattutto estremamente comode. Le ho indossate per ore giocando alla Switch ma non ho minimamente accusato alcun tipo di fastidio legato al peso o ad i materiali. Non mi ben chiaro come fare ad accendere i led ai lati… probabilmente devo collegare il microfono ad un computer, ci prover sicuramente. Le orecchie sono in silicone, si mettono molto facilmente ma nonostante ci non rischi di perderle perch fanno il giusto attrito con la plastica. C’ un buon annullamento del suono quindi sono adatte ad immergersi completamente nei giochi (nel mio caso). I bassi sono ben presenti e questo mi fa dare 5 stelle perch il rapporto qualit prezzo ottimo.
I love love love this headset! Most comfortable gaming headset I’ve had. Usually I have to put up with headaches caused by prolong pressure on my ears or uncomfortable squeezing on my glasses BUT these are perfect (for my head).
This is not to say I disagree with the reviews mentioning the hard inner ear piece. It’s very hard and I can see how it could potentially cause pain.
Personally, my ears are small and lay kind of flat against my head. That means the padding keeps it off my ear, all I feel is the ear muff itself.
As for the sound quality, please check out the video! I have an adaptor for my phone so the audio is from the actual headset mic. To me it sounds great!

These headphones are worth the price. The colour is cute, as well as the ears which you can remove and readjust as you please. The sound is crisp and clear and the volume and mic can be easily adjusted button located on the wire. The cat faces don’t glow up for me which is a shame. The port will fit into normal headphone ports.

These are so comfortable to wear. I have glasses and most headphones press my glasses really tightly against my head, which gets really uncomfortable for a while. These don’t do that at all– I’ve been wearing them with my glasses on for a few hours now and I don’t feel any discomfort.
I love that the ears are removable. My company recently instituted a cameras on policy for virtual meetings, so I was easily able to remove the ears to make them look more professional for my meetings this afternoon. Apparently, people could hear me much better than they could when I used my old headset, so I think the mic works great!
They’re also great for noise reduction– they don’t block sounds completely, but my noisy dryer in the basement sounds more like a soft hum than an earthquake now that I’m wearing these headphones.

I like the headset. It looks cute and it’s comfy.
She loves the colour, the clip on cat ears, the long cord. The multiple plugs allow her to use them on her laptop, desktop, tablet and phone. She uses them for gaming and remote school lectures and classes.
She left in the basement the other day and I had a zoom meeting for work starting soon so I grabbed them to try them out. They worked very well. The sound quality was impressive, the microphone worked better then the one I had been using before. The response to a 60 year old professor with pink cat ears on the headset was priceless. After the meeting she took them back. She said I looked adorable but told me to get my own set. In conclusion the sound quality is very good, they are good at blocking room noise from your ears. They are light and comfortable enough to wear for several hours. The microphone worked well at making my voice clear and audible to the other members of the meeting. The on cord microphone mute and volume controls are easy to find and use and fumbling with them does not add any noise like my Alienware headset does. Overall very good value for the money.

Had this headset for 6 months & no issues. Really good headset if you are on a budget.
Works great with ps4 & the headset can be plugged into the controller. The sound is amazing… I mostly play Warzone & I can hear enemies footsteps from far away. Love the kitty look!

People can hear me breathing when I have the mic closer than six inches from my face, decently noise cancelling, decent sound quality. Not too expensive.
NOTE: the way these adjust they are DEFINITELY an adult size not a child size, I have a small head and they’re loose on me. My boyfriend has a fairly large head and they fit him comfortably.

I bought the Kraken Quartz originally and the volume button broke on those almost immediately, and the cute cat ears would pop off all the time. I don't have that problem with these headphones. The ear cups are big and sit nicely on my head. A lot of outside noise is blocked out and the sound is pretty crisp. Exceptional quality for the price.

Super cute
They are super cute and comfy on the ears. I often get headaches when I use headphones over long periods of time but so far they aren’t doing that. The mic is sensitive and my voice is nice and crisp. Sound wise it’s pretty good but again not fully fully noise cancelling. Works for my PC and Nintendo switch

This is a brilliant head set. It’s designed to fit any size of head without adjusting it and it does. It fits my husbands big head and my 4 year old daughters just as well.
The sound is really good, esp for the money, better sound quality than my turtle beaches.
It’s very comfortable, padded well but not so that your ears get hot and uncomfortable.

Compared to the more expensive headset, where this design has been obtained from, the price is really good.
They are surprisingly comfortable, compared to the alternatives out there, which make your ears feel like squished pancakes after several minutes of use.
I like the mute switch and a great addition, of course, are the cat ears. By the way, they look like they won’t be able to attach well enough and stay on there, when you first see them, but actually they’re quite sturdy.

After reading many reviews, I thought it would not work with my MacBook Air. I was wrong, though I had to figure this out myself. The mic works fine, the sound quality is good, and the noise cancelling is what you would expect from this price.
I believed the sides would light up, or even the mic. Nope, there are no lights whatsoever on this device.
There are no instructions provided, regardless of language. However, if you’re having difficulty with a MacBook Air and you’re plugging it into the monitor, you need to plug it into the right hand side of the laptop.
If you’re planning on buying this product, go to the actual SoMic seller page rather than this third party. The packaging wasn’t great and it could’ve easily broken as it was shipped in a bag.

I bought these a few months ago and have been wearing them regularly to talk with friends online. Love the option for removable ears. I am a very quiet person and my friends say the audio is crisp and clear.
The only thing is after a few hours of wear (2-3 hours) the tips of my ears hurt.
But other than that love them!
UPDATE: Had these headphones since 2020 and have been using them regularly (min. 10hr/week) and I am very happy with them. They have held up really well and are of amazing quality for what you get.

Tbh I don’t think there is noise cancelation installed in this headset because I can hear background noise and my friends think it’s horrific. I have to sue discord’s built in noise cancellation so my friends don’t die of loud bg noises when we are in a call. The mic and sound works fine. Don’t get confused tho, this headset doesn’t light up like the USB one. I am overall happy with this product but I wished they had better noise cancellation. Also, the instructions in the box are wild and confusing as hell. They tell you to download drivers from their site (which looks very very sketchy) and it turns out you don’t even need to download anything from their site. False instructions. This product is definitely from China. I would recommend buying a razer headset if you want a better mic and cooler look.

Very comfortable headphones, excellent value for the price. Now used by various family members for gaming and Zoom chats. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because you can’t actually hear your own voice through the headphones.
Really pleased with this headset. Was slightly worried it would fall off my daughter’s head (she’s just turned 4 year’s old) and has what I would call a normal sized head (isn’t super small, isn’t super big, just normal and in proportion with her body). She loves them and can now talk to her brother when gaming on Xbox together.

This is quite decent and comfy wired headset. Sound quality is not bad at all and they can get quite loud with Mac laptop. The cushions are nice and soft, nicely sitting over the ears. The headset looks bulky but it fits also smaller kid’s heads and since they are lightweight, they are comfortable to use for longer period of time. Microphone is quite good for this price range. The only bad thing, not even related to product itself, was that the seller didn’t double-pack this product and then the box came damaged a bit (visible on the pictures). But luckily the content was not damaged. Good purchase overall.

These headphones are pretty cute and the headset itself is wonderfully high quality. The little control panel connected to the cable however where you can adjust music and mute your mic feels extremely cheap. The cat ears are removable which is a great option. Sound quality itself is decent, but slightly worse than another cheap headset I got for a similar price. But still pretty decent for the money. Mic is great. The sound quality is superb, and the microphone is crystal clear. We tested it against at $150 named brand headset and the sound quality was just as good!
However, if you are using a laptop, know that the voltage drops and you don’t get surround sound (turns very flat with no bass) if you don’t split the mic and headphone jack. This is not the fault of the headphone but a known computer issue. This was tested with both a MacBook Pro and a Windows laptop. This is too bad because laptops nowadays do not have a separate mic port, and I need both headset and mic to work at the same time.
Also tested on Android phones and you don’t need to split it and you will still get surround sound.

It’s was my sister’s birthday and I know she loves gaming. These headphones reflect perfectly her in-game character while she plays online with her friends. She had a very expensive headset before this, but I haven’t seen her using anything about this pink headset so I assume that specs must be good enough. She is gaming on PS4 and PC, if that helps. They work perfectly on these platforms.

I’m very happy with the fit and sound quality as well as the overall quality of the headset. I have a very large head so most headsets are too small and too tight, causing headaches or migraines.
The sound quality is really great, especially considering the fit doesn’t completely clamp tight over the ears to seal the sound in, if that makes sense. The fit itself is very comfortable; I am able to wear them for an extended period of time daily. Item just as described in the description. I’m also a big fan of the cat ears. Really cute and detachable.
I haven’t tried them yet for gaming, but for music or watching videos, they are great. When I try them for gaming, I’ll update the review!

I ended up replacing my Astros with this because I thought they broke. Turns out I was wrong (controller issues) but I still use these over the Astros. Sound quality isn’t as great, but they’re a lot lighter and more comfortable. If you have larger ears you might occasionally be bothered with how close the earpads hit your ear, but it’s not much of an issue. Sound quality is perfectly fine (not as great as my Astros though) and friends have told me the mic sounds good as well. Easy to move mic around.
The only two things to note (that bothers me, but even then just barely). First, you can hear when you mute/unmute yourself over the mic/chat. I don’t know what makes it possible, but you can hear a click whenever you move the mute button (it’s not just the moving part, but it makes a noise over the headset even when you’re moving from mute to unmute so????). Second, sometimes the headset cuts off and you can’t hear but the mic is still working. I’ve had these for a while and I tend to throw them around so I might not have taken the best care of them. A quick replug always fixes the issue.
Also these are suuuuuuuper cute. Not much of a pink person, but I really couldn’t resist these. I definitely recommend the headset. Will add pictures later if I remember to.
Cute headphones
Great headphones, great for calling, microphone works great. Adjustable volume control on the cord and you are able to turn the microphone on and off. Love the cute design. Didn’t give 5 stars because they aren’t noise cancelling but they do have great sound quality! Would recommend!

The product is comfortable, the sound quality is perfect and the mic quality is incredible. The headphones feel realy sturdy. I usually have trouble with standard heaphones not fitting because i have much smaller ears than average, but i dont with these. They took around 10 minutes to get set up and working. Couldnt ask for a better pair. I would 100% recommend.

Unfortunately this is the downside to buying a product for cheaper from a different seller. Other wise they so work fine. A detachable mic would be preferred as well.

Bought these to fit an e-girl joke for my stream but they’re very good headphones! Pretty good mic quality and sound and absolutely adorable pink cat ears! Been using to stream for months!
Only complaint is after a few hours, they really hurt your ears which sucks if you plan on gaming or streaming with them for several hours.
Overall very cute and decent headphones for the price! Would reccomend

I’m a girl with unusual ears (you wouldn’t notice unless you looked but one is about half an inch higher than the other) and in light of that these are quite comfortable! Very easy to rearrange on your head and adjust when things start to ache. This is my first set of gaming headphones but I love them!
Mic quality has yet to be fully tested, but the sound of my discord mic test sounded much better than usual!

I work from home, but the silicone cat ears are detachable if you wanted something more professional looking. They are big! The weight of the headphones does cause them to slide around on my head, so I definitely wouldn't wear these if you're looking for headphones for working out. The one, slight downside is that the cat ears attach to the bar that floats above your head, which for stuff like pictures or streaming makes it kind of difficult to fit in the camera's viewfinder. The pink is a nice, light pink. The color in the pictures is a bit off, but I found that to be a good thing once I received them. The mic works great. I use it for gaming and work meetings, and so far no complaints. The sound is great, there's a mute control switch (slides up and down) and volume wheel on the cord of the headset. If you're troubleshooting the mic, make sure it's not on mute! I don't think these have the "surround sound" feature, but for me they works well for gaming (particularly games where I rely on sound). The ear pads go over the ear and are very soft. I can wear them for hours, with glasses, and they're still comfortable. They have fallen from the height of my desk a few times, but they still work perfectly. I will update with any changes or if I have anything else to add. (I purchased these with my man's account, btw).

Sound quality is great mic also.
However these can’t be used outside or for headphones. The mic seems alittle flimsy due to it being flexible however it is ok.
I still love it though. This is one of the cheaper options I’ve seen.
Cute headphones
Really cute headset. Works well with Xbox, not sure on other platforms as haven’t tried. Fit perfectly over ears.
I was a little nervous ordering this but I decided to take the risk and I’m really glad I did. Other users already posted a lot of pictures so I won’t bother with that.
+ The box it came in is really nice!
+ Super comfortable, you don’t have to adjust anything it adjusts itself when you put it on. The band across your head is really soft unlike many other headsets and the earpads are a nice leather that doesn’t feel uncomfortable. Comfort-wise, these are a HUGE upgrade over my other name-brand headset!
+ The colour is perfect, exactly what I wanted. It’s a soft baby pink, not like the images it shows (which is good, in my opinion) the pink you get is way nicer!!
+ Sound quality is honestly really good, this is the part that I was super worried about but it proved to not be an issue, the quality is great. I can’t speak to mic quality yet because I haven’t tried it but the mic itself looks nice, doesn’t get in the way and is flexible so all good things.
+ Headset itself is adorable, the design is really cute which is what I wanted. The ears feel like silicon, they’re really easy to put on or take off
+ Some people mentioned the mute button was hard to push but I don’t have that issue at all, it’s really easy to slide up and down on mine!
+ I’m used to the fabric wrapped cords, this one isn’t and honestly, I like this way more. It seems to not get tangled/twisted as easily!
I don’t have anything negative to say about this headset, definitely a really great purchase, cannot recommend it enough! If you’re iffy on this and worried about taking a risk – DON’T BE! You won’t be disappointed!!
A problem that I have often found from headphones is that it makes wearing glasses uncomfortable. These are awesome and incredibly comfortable, making long hours of wear easy! The sound quality is great. I have not used the microphone yet, but the physical microphone itself is sturdy and adjustable. Great buy!

It’s better then what I had but the audio will cut out while I’m speaking. It’s comfortable, the mute button is a little stiff so I really have to push hard with my thumb. Exactly as described. Works great with my Nintendo, ps4, ps vita, phone, and xbox. Only time the people online cant hear me is when I yell directly into the mic. The faces on the sides of the headphones dont light up but I dont care for it. Can play music at 90/100 volume and nobody can hear it. Very happy ^^
This is really cute! It came a day before the date of delivery. Lol. It’s comfy too and the sound quality is good! It came in a good package and I’m impressed! I like the mute button too! I just tried it for music. I will try it later when I play games.
Edit: I tried it when I was playing games and my team mates are telling me that my voice sounds crisps except when shouting. When I shout the microphone will adjust by itself. Lol. I think it’s a good thing. I tried using this when singing too and it adjusts itself.
But it’s still 5 stars for me.
