**Question 1: No sound can be heard with headphones.
**Answer 1:
1. First check whether the volume of the wire control is adjusted correctly.
2. Check whether the earphone plug is correctly connected to the speaker jack. (If there is no sound when plugged into the front panel of the host, it is recommended to plug into the back panel for use.)
3. Start-control panel (windows + R input control)-hardware and sound-sound-play-right click speaker-properties-level, the speaker volume is adjusted to 100.
**Question 2: There is no sound from the microphone after the headset is plugged into the device.

I tried using them for around two hours but then my ears started hurting because they were directly touching the plastic part.
I returned them tho because I didn’t like how huge they look on the head + the sound is not as high as expected (by that high I mean to the point where u can’t handle the sound and that’s just a personal preference) + I didn’t do a lot of research on them before buying them and didn’t order the USB plug and was surprised that the lights don’t work (the USB plug headset is of course more expensive). Otherwise they are good quality Headset and I recommend them.
Commenting on my mom’s amazon account to review these because ive yet to get my own. Anyways these are great, dont be like me and wear them while you’re full jamming cuz if you fall and smack your head against the corner of your dresser the headphones might protect you from the concussion you should’ve gotten BUT it will yank against the base of your chord, which’ll make the phone you attached them to comes flying at you full force to finish the job, and it might bend the little connector, breaking them just enough to be irritating. Long story short I recommend. They are very cute and comfortable and the sound quality is pretty great.
These headsets are so cute! I love them. The sound is amazing and my friends say they can hear me pretty good and the quality is great. Although these are my first ever pair of gaming headsets, I’m VERY pleased. I play on PS4 btw. I’m so happy I bought these. I plan to get my friend a pair as well :’)
Update: After some months I’m here with an update uwu. So far they still work perfectly fine for me. Nothing went wrong they are holding up pretty well. They are still cute as ever. My friend however has had some problems with her headset. I got her the purple version of these and sometimes it would static and what not. I guess it just depends on the pair of headsets you get. Mine happens to last much longer than hers without any problems even though I bought mine before hers. Other than that I still love my headsets <3
It’s my first good gaming headset but I am a little confused. It says the mic and headphones light up but I’m not sure how that works as there is no real instruction manual. Very comfy though! I had to look up videos of other people who had the headphones to try to work out the lights but to no avail. Not sure how to make the lights turn on still.
I was so exited to get to headphone for gaming. I waited a week inpatiently1 Finally received them today but The audio is only coming out of one ear. I looked a the questions on Amazon to make sure it wasn’t a me issuebut the customer servie agent at Amazon confirmed that it was in fact broken. I’m returning it. 🙁
Edit (May 3rd): I ordered it again and it came today. I taught I had another issue with the sound but a only needed to press the button on the cord to level the volume. The sound quality is meh! It’s okay but no the best but I mostly bought the headset for the design.

I was surprised to find out the ears are silicone, but this allows them to be squished to attach to the rails. They don’t slide but are easy to adjust.
There is a little noise canceling and once you are listening to something it pretty much cancels out outside sounds.
The microphone is easy to adjust and sound quality is good. I’ve never had to turn the volume all the way up to reach ideal volume.
The mute on the cord is a toggle switch, this is better than a button as its easier to tell if it’s muted or not.
I have a very small head (I wear child sized glasses) and these fit me fine.
Love the headphones but we did thought the earphones would light up but they don’t. Instructions in Japanese so makes it difficult to know if customer needs to do something else. Other than that pretty product.

At first i had issues with connetcing it and the mic didn’t sound as expected, but with lots of restarting, downloading softwares and overall just spending some time on it, i got it to sound decent 🙂 It’s very cute and extremely comfortable to wear, the only issue is that if you have a bigger head or bigger ears it might feel a bit painful over long periods of time.

I just got them today ( 5 days earlier), problem they are broken ;-; (the mic and the left speaker doesn’t work), but the sound it’s still pretty good as the materials that the headset is made and they are really comfortable. Oh the packaging is different now is pink and grey.

This is not to say I disagree with the reviews mentioning the hard inner ear piece. It’s very hard and I can see how it could potentially cause pain.
Personally, my ears are small and lay kind of flat against my head. That means the padding keeps it off my ear, all I feel is the ear muff itself.
As for the sound quality, please check out the video! I have an adaptor for my phone so the audio is from the actual headset mic. To me it sounds great!

These are so comfortable to wear. I have glasses and most headphones press my glasses really tightly against my head, which gets really uncomfortable for a while. These don’t do that at all– I’ve been wearing them with my glasses on for a few hours now and I don’t feel any discomfort.
I love that the ears are removable. My company recently instituted a cameras on policy for virtual meetings, so I was easily able to remove the ears to make them look more professional for my meetings this afternoon. Apparently, people could hear me much better than they could when I used my old headset, so I think the mic works great!
They’re also great for noise reduction– they don’t block sounds completely, but my noisy dryer in the basement sounds more like a soft hum than an earthquake now that I’m wearing these headphones.

I do like these headphones, they are very cute and stylish! But, I will say, for the sound quality, they are very standard headphones. No bass to these headphones.. but, the noise cancelation is excellent! they come with the usual audio cord attached, they also come with a microphone adapter for gaming or computer use, alone without the adapter though, I am unsure how to turn on the microphone while using the headset, but overall I think that they are cute and stylish, very standard headphones. <3

She left in the basement the other day and I had a zoom meeting for work starting soon so I grabbed them to try them out. They worked very well. The sound quality was impressive, the microphone worked better then the one I had been using before. The response to a 60 year old professor with pink cat ears on the headset was priceless. After the meeting she took them back. She said I looked adorable but told me to get my own set. In conclusion the sound quality is very good, they are good at blocking room noise from your ears. They are light and comfortable enough to wear for several hours. The microphone worked well at making my voice clear and audible to the other members of the meeting. The on cord microphone mute and volume controls are easy to find and use and fumbling with them does not add any noise like my Alienware headset does. Overall very good value for the money.

My daughter really like this pink and cat ear headphone ,she use it everyday, the quality is very good ,comfortable earmuffs ,large size speakers.

NOTE: the way these adjust they are DEFINITELY an adult size not a child size, I have a small head and they’re loose on me. My boyfriend has a fairly large head and they fit him comfortably.

my boyfriend got me these for my birthday 🙂 I’ve used them a total of 3-5 times now on discord playing online games with my friends and they’ve said my voice audio sounds great! not only are they so adorable but they have the features that gamers care about most which is how comfortable they are and the mute/unmute and volume controls on the actual headset cord! 🙂 I love them so far!
I bought the Kraken Quartz originally and the volume button broke on those almost immediately, and the cute cat ears would pop off all the time. I don’t have that problem with these headphones. The ear cups are big and sit nicely on my head. A lot of outside noise is blocked out and the sound is pretty crisp. Exceptional quality for the price.
They are super cute and comfy on the ears. I often get headaches when I use headphones over long periods of time but so far they aren’t doing that. The mic is sensitive and my voice is nice and crisp. Sound wise it’s pretty good but again not fully fully noise cancelling. Works for my PC and Nintendo switch
Just a FYI for some reason I thought it lit up on the sides, it does not. Only the USB version does that.

This is a brilliant head set. It’s designed to fit any size of head without adjusting it and it does. It fits my husbands big head and my 4 year old daughters just as well.
The sound is really good, esp for the money, better sound quality than my turtle beaches.

Colour is very nice and bright, headset adjusts to your head as you put it on and the microphone is really good. The sound quality is pretty good, not incredible but you get what you pay for. The noise cancellation is great for online learning in a big household! Definitely recommend as a cheaper alternative to the razer kraken kitty, which is what I was looking for!

They are surprisingly comfortable, compared to the alternatives out there, which make your ears feel like squished pancakes after several minutes of use.
I like the mute switch and a great addition, of course, are the cat ears. By the way, they look like they won’t be able to attach well enough and stay on there, when you first see them, but actually they’re quite sturdy.

This product is adorable and it comes in gorgeous packaging. The materials feel well made, and not like cheap plastic. The noise cancellation is almost too good, my daughter cannot hear me calling for her with these on. I personally found that the sound was not as loud or as good quality as I hoped, but she has no complaints and loves the product. A more serious gamer may have issues with the sound quality, but for kids or casual gamers it will do the trick.
After reading many reviews, I thought it would not work with my MacBook Air. I was wrong, though I had to figure this out myself. The mic works fine, the sound quality is good, and the noise cancelling is what you would expect from this price.
I believed the sides would light up, or even the mic. Nope, there are no lights whatsoever on this device.
There are no instructions provided, regardless of language. However, if you’re having difficulty with a MacBook Air and you’re plugging it into the monitor, you need to plug it into the right hand side of the laptop.
If you’re planning on buying this product, go to the actual SoMic seller page rather than this third party. The packaging wasn’t great and it could’ve easily broken as it was shipped in a bag.
looks massive on my head tge part with the cat ears on is not adjustable! But apart from that these are super cute, comfy and they have good quality sound, i can chat with my friends on game with no issues.
I bought these a few months ago and have been wearing them regularly to talk with friends online. Love the option for removable ears. I am a very quiet person and my friends say the audio is crisp and clear.
The only thing is after a few hours of wear (2-3 hours) the tips of my ears hurt.
But other than that love them!
UPDATE: Had these headphones since 2020 and have been using them regularly (min. 10hr/week) and I am very happy with them. They have held up really well and are of amazing quality for what you get.

I really love them but they’re quite big for a girl headset. They arrive below my ears a little which makes gaming for long hours uncomfortable so for hours of competition I’ll just switch back to my old headset. I’m a 29 year old adult and I find them a little too big. Wished it was made for a girls head since it’s girls gamer headset but they’re really big and no way to make it smaller sadly. But overall they are really pretty and sounds really well.

These are so cute and comfortable!!! Great for small ears. Sometimes my mic doesn’t work when I plug into the ps3 or xbox, I have to make sure to plug in when the headset is on mute and then unmute it after or just play around with the cord but other than that it’s too cute to even care
The sound quality is superb, and the microphone is crystal clear. We tested it against at $150 named brand headset and the sound quality was just as good!
However, if you are using a laptop, know that the voltage drops and you don’t get surround sound (turns very flat with no bass) if you don’t split the mic and headphone jack. This is not the fault of the headphone but a known computer issue. This was tested with both a MacBook Pro and a Windows laptop. This is too bad because laptops nowadays do not have a separate mic port, and I need both headset and mic to work at the same time.
Also tested on Android phones and you don’t need to split it and you will still get surround sound.

Ive ordered these for my daughter’s bday, it’s arrived within the time limit. Only problem is it’s not working with the Nintendo switch but it works with the Xbox. I’ve tried the settings what not but can’t see till get it working. I would let her use the Xbox, but she has Nintendo switch. If someone can help with that, much appreciated! Thanks again!

I’m very happy with the fit and sound quality as well as the overall quality of the headset. I have a very large head so most headsets are too small and too tight, causing headaches or migraines.
The sound quality is really great, especially considering the fit doesn’t completely clamp tight over the ears to seal the sound in, if that makes sense. The fit itself is very comfortable; I am able to wear them for an extended period of time daily. Item just as described in the description. I’m also a big fan of the cat ears. Really cute and detachable.
I haven’t tried them yet for gaming, but for music or watching videos, they are great. When I try them for gaming, I’ll update the review!

The first time we got one we were super pleased but only got to use it for about a month before we moved and then after the move it worked for about 2 weeks and just suddenly stopped playing sound. We order 2 more as Christmas gifts and one of the cords (closes to the aux piece) is broken like it’s not even connected and the other one you can only hear glitch noises from it. I called Amazon and they won’t do anything about it so I don’t really recommend them it your looking for something worth your money.
I ended up replacing my Astros with this because I thought they broke. Turns out I was wrong (controller issues) but I still use these over the Astros. Sound quality isn’t as great, but they’re a lot lighter and more comfortable. If you have larger ears you might occasionally be bothered with how close the earpads hit your ear, but it’s not much of an issue. Sound quality is perfectly fine (not as great as my Astros though) and friends have told me the mic sounds good as well. Easy to move mic around.
The only two things to note (that bothers me, but even then just barely). First, you can hear when you mute/unmute yourself over the mic/chat. I don’t know what makes it possible, but you can hear a click whenever you move the mute button (it’s not just the moving part, but it makes a noise over the headset even when you’re moving from mute to unmute so????). Second, sometimes the headset cuts off and you can’t hear but the mic is still working. I’ve had these for a while and I tend to throw them around so I might not have taken the best care of them. A quick replug always fixes the issue.
Also these are suuuuuuuper cute. Not much of a pink person, but I really couldn’t resist these. I definitely recommend the headset. Will add pictures later if I remember to.
Great headphones, great for calling, microphone works great. Adjustable volume control on the cord and you are able to turn the microphone on and off. Love the cute design. Didn’t give 5 stars because they aren’t noise cancelling but they do have great sound quality! Would recommend!
Spot on product for a run of the mill set of gaming headphones
The product is comfortable, the sound quality is perfect and the mic quality is incredible. The headphones feel realy sturdy. I usually have trouble with standard heaphones not fitting because i have much smaller ears than average, but i dont with these. They took around 10 minutes to get set up and working. Couldnt ask for a better pair. I would 100% recommend.

I bought these a while ago and wanted to try them before giving a review. They are as photographed in the advert but these particular headphones on the sides have faces that should light up. Unfortunately this is the downside to buying a product for cheaper from a different seller. Other wise they so work fine. A detachable mic would be preferred as well.
Only complaint is after a few hours, they really hurt your ears which sucks if you plan on gaming or streaming with them for several hours.

I’m a girl with unusual ears (you wouldn’t notice unless you looked but one is about half an inch higher than the other) and in light of that these are quite comfortable! Very easy to rearrange on your head and adjust when things start to ache. This is my first set of gaming headphones but I love them!
Mic quality has yet to be fully tested, but the sound of my discord mic test sounded much better than usual!
I was looking for some headphones that would fit comfortable over my glasses for extended use (work, gaming). I work from home, but the silicone cat ears are detachable if you wanted something more professional looking. They are big! The weight of the headphones does cause them to slide around on my head, so I definitely wouldn’t wear these if you’re looking for headphones for working out. The one, slight downside is that the cat ears attach to the bar that floats above your head, which for stuff like pictures or streaming makes it kind of difficult to fit in the camera’s viewfinder. The pink is a nice, light pink. The color in the pictures is a bit off, but I found that to be a good thing once I received them. The mic works great. I use it for gaming and work meetings, and so far no complaints. The sound is great, there’s a mute control switch (slides up and down) and volume wheel on the cord of the headset. If you’re troubleshooting the mic, make sure it’s not on mute! I don’t think these have the “surround sound” feature, but for me they works well for gaming (particularly games where I rely on sound). The ear pads go over the ear and are very soft. I can wear them for hours, with glasses, and they’re still comfortable. They have fallen from the height of my desk a few times, but they still work perfectly. I will update with any changes or if I have anything else to add. (I purchased these with my man’s account, btw).

+ Super comfortable, you don’t have to adjust anything it adjusts itself when you put it on. The band across your head is really soft unlike many other headsets and the earpads are a nice leather that doesn’t feel uncomfortable. Comfort-wise, these are a HUGE upgrade over my other name-brand headset!
+ The colour is perfect, exactly what I wanted. It’s a soft baby pink, not like the images it shows (which is good, in my opinion) the pink you get is way nicer!!
+ Sound quality is honestly really good, this is the part that I was super worried about but it proved to not be an issue, the quality is great. I can’t speak to mic quality yet because I haven’t tried it but the mic itself looks nice, doesn’t get in the way and is flexible so all good things.
+ Headset itself is adorable, the design is really cute which is what I wanted. The ears feel like silicon, they’re really easy to put on or take off
+ Some people mentioned the mute button was hard to push but I don’t have that issue at all, it’s really easy to slide up and down on mine!

I don’t have anything negative to say about this headset, definitely a really great purchase, cannot recommend it enough! If you’re iffy on this and worried about taking a risk – DON’T BE! You won’t be disappointed!!

Very fun and comfy to wear, good sound but can tell the difference with more expensive headsets. Great value for money.
It’s better then what I had but the audio will cut out while I’m speaking. It’s comfortable, the mute button is a little stiff so I really have to push hard with my thumb. The noise cancelling doesn’t really cancel out any noise.. but what can you expect from a 80 dollar headset. It’s cute and cheap
Edit: I tried it when I was playing games and my team mates are telling me that my voice sounds crisps except when shouting. When I shout the microphone will adjust by itself. Lol. I think it’s a good thing. I tried using this when singing too and it adjusts itself.
But it’s still 5 stars for me.
