Perfect starting pressure cooke
Never had a pressure cooker before. This is a perfect starting one. Easy to use and clean. No complaints.
Heavy duty cooking
Present for Sister on birthday wish list, had about a month now. She loves it, used it 3 times per week, perfect for family of four and more. She says it’s heavy to lift and move when full but would highly recommend it.

Trustworthy pressure cooke
I had a fear for pressure cookers in general, but after using this one I feel more comfortable. Lots of safety features, but what I find really frustrating is the not having an actual indicator popping up. However once you get used to its red indication the experience is smooth.

Be it meat or Lentils – it always sticks! I had to throw 2 kg lamb curry just because it has a problem. It got stuck badly just in 15 minutes. I’m sure no lamb shank in the world is cooked within 15 minutes. I tried to prepare biryani one day (without the vent on) & the lower portion got stuck poorly. I have been used Hawkins for the last 19 years (since 2000) & never got a single ptoblem in all those years. This is the worst purchase in my entire life.

I’m used to the old fashioned pressure cooker with weights on top so was a bit hesitant with this new one. Its great. I can recommend it , good seal which is important, not too heavy and fast cooking.

Easiest pressure cooker to use - ever!
Have always used Prestige pressure cookers
but liked the look of this one so bought the Tefal and am glad I did. Perfect on all points, easy to use and clean. I really like the the pressure valve settings which are so easy to use. No scary hissing or spluttering either Good value too.

Purchased this pressure cooker to replace my ‘old’ Prestige aluminium pressure cooker. I have been very pleased with it so far. It is lighter than its predecessor and the lid locks securely in place. Very happy to date.

Glad I purchased the tefal pressure cooker, it’s easy to use and the size is great.

It is well made and ultra easy to use, almost fool proof.
I love cooking and I have enjoyed doing so for many years. Every now and again I would come across a recipe or advice from other home chefs that involved the use of a (dreaded) pressure cooker.
I have terrifying memories of my Mam using one when I was a child, lots of steam, whistling and my Mam conducting it all with the prong on a fork.
Well after many years of putting it off I did the research and bought this. It is so good and easy to use I bought one for my son and my Father (to replace the steam whistle).
I do highly recommend this to anyone venturing in to using a pressure cooker, you wont regret it. I now struggle to understand how I ever got by without one.
Potatoes never tasted so good and I can make homemade soup in 20 minutes.

After sorting out how to use the pressure cooker it was very good.
I use this product for making marmalade it was a bit tricky to use at first but managed to sort it out and after that I found it very useful and it was good for the steaming of the oranges.
It takes a little longer than my old pressure cooker.
Would have liked a video, to see how to use it. Found the instructions difficult to follow.

My first pressure cooker soooo good and useful. Great safety features dripped a bit in first use but once up to temperature it was golden and the price was great. This is great first pressure cooker and allows you to dial in the pressure for three different food types. Well done Tefal I can’t believe I lived with out one for so long!

I cooked my chicken soup in this and it is really great. The only feature I don’t like is the awkward lid attachment.

Great pressure cooker easy to clean and use, looks good too. Had several high dome pressure cookers before but had to change to stainless steel because of my new induction hob but glad I did. I mainly use it for soup that I make every second day and find it great, doesn’t stick to the bottom and cleans easily, like new!

I hesitated for a while between this one and it’s more expensive sibling. At less than half the price you miss out on the fancy opening mechanism and the minimum water level mark… so no biggie. This pressure cooker is well made, easy to wash and easy to use. For the price, you can’t go wrong.

Good Replacement For Old Prestige
Good in every way, except for daft pressure indicator, which does not rise sufficiently to be visible when pot is pressurised – you have to peer closely and see that it has moved up. Sort it out, Tefal.

It is a good product, easy to use. Bottom part is suitable to washing machine but top part is not.

Easy to use compared to my old pressure cooker but there wasn’t a book giving cooking times for the various foods!! I nearly sent it back as cooking times are so important for pressure cookers but adapted the times from my old book.

Bought this product and have used it many times so far without issues. I have used it to boil meat and veggies and it is easy to use straightforward and gets cleaned easily. The food came out very good and the cooking process was speeded up so much !

Never considered a pressure cooker before I got this, but since getting it I’ve discovered much faster cooking with more flavour than I have before, a stew with cheap cuts of beef cook to tender almost falling apart In about 15 minutes.
Tried oxtail for the firs time today, 45 minutes and it was falling off the bone and so moist.
Pulled pork in 1hr10 minutes!
Even simple things like boiled potatoes, done in 10 mins, the texture they have is completely different than boiling them for 15 minutes.

Bit pricey but definitely worth it. I don’t know how would have been with a cheaper one but this one is great, solid, very safe and riches pressure very fast, recommend!!!

Great pressure cooke
Very good quality and very fast to get to pressure. Highly satisfied with this pressure cooker and allows me to make soup in no time. I find it easy to clean, the joint in the lid can be removed before putting everything else in the dishwasher.

The valves seem to block easily especially making split gram (channa) lentils???! Doesn’t get blocked with other pulses or lentils. Overall I don’t think this pressure cooker will last as long as my previous one (20 years!! Tower brand).
