Before using the doorbell camera: please pull out the transparent insulating film at the bottom of the doorbell battery cover.
The video doorbell Only compatible with 2.4Ghz Wi-fi router. If you have a dual band router which has 2.4Ghz wifi and 5Ghz wifi, it must be on the 2.4Ghz setting.
No special characters or special symbols in the Wifi name.
Please fully charged the video doorbell for 8-10 hours: Using the included USB cable to charge the video doorbell with a DC 5V 1A or 5V 2A power adapter(the phone charger is ok).

As I’m away a lot I permanently put the usb wire through the door and leave plugged in so no worry there
Good quality video from this, unfortunately my wifi is not too good where it is so seems not to pick up everything. Night vision good too. Phone does let me know when doorbell goes though.

Can’t go wrong for the money, absolute quality doorbell with an app that actually works! The cloud storage is a handy feature as don’t have to worry about buying sd cards. All in all, really pleased!
The picture quality is excellent. The fact that the doorbell rings on your phone ad well as the chime which can be placed anyone in the house is useful when you are not near the door for example when in the garden.

This camera doorbell is fantastic. I lost one of the grub screws that holds the doorbell in place and new grub screws were sent immediately. The quality of the camera is brilliant.
I find this excellent. Motion detection is very good. Slight delay sometimes but on the whole very pleased with it.

This is my first video doorbell and it wasn’t too difficult to set up. The picture quality is great even at night.
This video doorbell give me security and reassurance. I know when it sake to open my door especially at night.
