This mini exercise bike is great for me. In wintertime, it’s hard to find suitable cardio training, but this little device fixes the problem. In spring and summer, I can jog outside. But when there’s snow I cannot train. I am using this exercise bike while watching TV, and it works wonderfully. Assembly is easy. Materials, craftsmanship are great. I could not find any defects. I live in a small apartment, so this little thing is perfect for my needs. Recommend!
This was so easy to assemble. Excellent quality. It is very unfortunate that I needed to return it. My husband is disabled and could not get his feet into the stirrups without assistance. I would recommend this product, for the money – the quality is great!

I got this because I am too old to be riding a bicycle, tried that and failed! This helps me to get some exercise while watching my favorite shows. Easy to use, not real heavy. Just started using it and so far, so good! I checked out a bunch of these and this was was very affordable. It’s adjustable to your needs.
I bought this item to burn a few calories
while I sit in the couch. Solid little under table exercise bike. It was easy to assemble, but the tools it comes with are insufficient to properly tighten the pedals. So you’ll need your own wrenches. The resistance works well and the digital tracker is a nice touch. The pedals can get uncomfortable on the feet after a while. Especially, if use the machine barefoot. Would reccomend and have reccomend it to family/coworkers.
Helped greatly for knee replacement therapy, recommend for sure. Will also help for exercising.
This is an excellent device. I train seniors and individuals with special needs, and this is a piece of equipment that almost anyone can safely and comfortably use. It would also work fantastically in an office setting. I researched a number of models before choosing this one, and purchased it for several reasons; it has more clearance than the others (user’s feet do not hit the machine when pedaling), it’s extremely sturdy, very portable (weighs a bit over 10kg/23lbs, carry handle is perfect), and is very comfortable to use with both lower and upper body (based on hand/foot grip, range of motion, resistance, and body positioning in relation to the machine). Would recommend.
I bought this for my 73 year old mom so she can get` some blood flow; as she is somewhat disabled. It’s too heavy for her to pick up or slide around. Take in to consideration whether you will need to carry it or move it for use. Otherwise, it’s a very nice bike.
This cycling machine is really well built and I love the fact its portable. I can even use this with my arms if I want to get an upper workout. Great cardio and great fun to use. It folds up and is nice and easy to store away as well when you don’t need it. Overall very happy with this

Love it! Only thing is the straps for the feet are weird and don’t stay on. No worries though, it is heavy enough it won’t move.

Silenzioso e fluido nel funzionamento, con la possibilita’ di impostare ben 10 livelli di intensita’. Nessun impuntamento o rumore meccanico. Fornito di 4 tappetini antiscivolo che usati normalmente non bloccano assolutamente l’attrezzo a terra, ho rimediato ricavando 4 strisce che ho poi piegato singolarmente come da foto in modo da avere la parte gommosa del tappetino da ambo le parti. Ho fissato semplicemente con una cucitrice da ufficio, ma va bene qualsiasi sistema…In questo modo vi posso garantire che anche alla resistenza massima della pedalata, l’attrezzo restera’ ben piantato a terra. Sarebbe gradita qualche indicazione sul funzionamento del display, ma con un po’ di pazienza si riesce a decifrarne il funzionamento.

I ordered this product for my middle-aged mother to use when she’s unable to walk on the treadmill. The product is heavy so it doesn’t go anywhere when using it and the resistance is very good compared to other mini exercise bikes. I would order this product for myself if I ever become interested to acquire a mini exercise bike. I highly recommend this product.

Needed something for cardio for home without taking up a huge amount of space. You will need something brace this up against and brace whatever seat you choose like a computer chair with something very heavy.

Reu avant la date prvu , super , joli , comme dcrit , se monte facilement , juste un petit dtail ngatif , c’est que sur mon planch a prend absolument les tapis dessous sinon il glisse quand je pdale , avec les tapis je trouve qu’il prend de la place . Pour le rang j’enlve les tapis , quand je l’installe pour pdaler je remet les tapis dessous , enlve quand j’ai fini, remet, enlve , remet , c’est un peu agaant .
I put it under my study table and sometimes i use it while sitting on my sofa watching movie too.
It is pretty easy to assemble as it almost come ready to go just had to attach two things( the pedals and the rest bars).
very light weight as my kids move it easily around.
It’s not foldable but comes under any table or bed easily so i’m put it away when i have guest.

Having this at home motivates me to exercise both my lower and upper body and achieves a large portion of the workout I was accomplishing at the public GYM. I had attended the local municipal gym for over 20 years faithfully 3 times per week. COVID-19 restrictions, health concerns and my age (now 82) managed to keep me away. This VANGONA Bike Pedal Exerciser has brought the Gym home to me! It is more expensive than the cheapest being offered, however at about $150, it’s cheaper than annual senior public gym membership fee. ADVICE: Start Slow (i.e. 5 minutes) and set resistance at the Lowest. You can work both up slowly, without discomfort.
Customer support was fast and super easy to work with when faced with a problem. No brainer to buy if you wanna try a small exercise bike.
Bought this to try to improve leg strength at home. Easy to assemble, but the tension control dial is so stiff to move I am afraid I might break it if I try to force it. Also, no instruction on how to set, or use, the distance calculator. Could not find instructions on You Tube either. Very sturdy and overall pleased with my purchase.

Facilissima da montare, silenziosa e robusta. Comodi i tappettini antiscivolo presenti nella confezione, anche perch senza in effetti la mini cyclette tende a scivolare durante l’utilizzo. I have severe bilateral knee OA and have scheduled full knee replacements and bought this to use before and after surgeries and I feel it working with no tension on (so i have lots to strive to) It works great for arms as well. Seems like a good quality item as well.
Bought it for my mother… she quite enjoyed it. It’s surprisingly heavy though.
The only thing I don’t like is it keeps sliding. The mat it comes with was useless, I tried it on my carpet and wooden floors and it keeps sliding when you use it.
The decals were a little hastily applied, but I easily corrected. The delivery took long that expected for a product supposedly in stock. The expected arrival date was adjusted twice. The product arrived and left the same facilities 2-3 times. Having receiving the item, assembly went smoothly. Operation is smooth and quiet. Very well pleased. A very solid purchase. The only thing I question is the electronics, I’m not sure how accurate the reading are. I have to monitor my O2 levels which means I can’t pedal as fast as I like. I pedal slower but can go for an hour with no problem, but checking the results the mileage and calorie levels seem excessive. The display would be better if its position were adjustable to facilitate viewing when operating on a table top.

Works great but bought for my mom and way to heavy for her to move. Can only use when someone’s there to help her.
Our screen actually wouldn’t work when we got it home and assembled it. I contacted customer service and within 3 days we had a new screen and everything works great now. I couldn’t be happier with how quickly and efficiently they responded to the issue!
I’m very disappointed, but it’s not worth packing this thing up and lugging it to the UPS store
UPDATE 9/27/21 I was contacted by customer service today, and they have offered to provide me with a new display and a $100.00 Amazon Card. Because of this gesture, I have increased my star rating from a three to a five!
The only reason this isn’t getting a full rating is because it doesn’t grip my hardwood or vinyl floors very well. Works great on carpet or outside on the concrete. Easy to use. Quick to set upnajd fast delivery. The price is right.
Overall better than most products we have purchased. It is used daily and the wear and tear has played a role in every purchase we have made. This item has lasted the longest and been the most sturdiest.

This works great but is not for down the desk a least regular desk and specially if you are tall, I’m 5.8 ft on hight and I can’t pedal under the desk.

I purchased this machine after trying another brand that I was not happy with. This one is heavy so it is very sturdy. The pedals are extremly smooth and I am pretty sure it was easy to assemble (hubby did it). The machine is very quiet, once offices reopen I would be able to use it in our very quiet office without disrupting my coworkers. Love this machine!
Liked the bike the only draw back was no real instructions to figure out how it works. Not a good internet reader so paper instructions would have been nice.
Item runs noiseless and very smooth. The digital info box could fit a little tighter. Resistance levels, I believe, are suitable for anyone, young or old, fit or unfit. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
I think this is a great product.. I use it all the time … however I gad to get a new chair for at my desk because my Rolling chair would launch me across the room trying to pedal .. that is nothing but hilarious and my faul

This thing is awesome! Modern problems require modern solutions. This is a great way to easily incorporate activity into your life. Rowing on low resistance all morning and I can feel my body temp up. I think the calorie counter is a bit generous but it’s a great tool. If you want to get a sweat going do 2min mid to low resistance then 2min hard resistance keep cycling!
Very satisfied, so far. It’s sturdy and quiet. Feel it working my muscles. Can’t wait to see the results after a few months.

Upon my initial review of the pedal exerciser in which there was a noticeable clunking when pedaling forward, customer service (including follow up) offered by Arina from Mevem Life (the seller) has been exceptional. A new exerciser was sent to me as a replacement and everything is fine with this one. I am very happy with the performance and quality of the product and giving it five stars. Thanks!
Overall, it took about 15 minutes to put together from the time I opened the box to the time I could start pedaling. I was careful to follow the directions about screwing on the pedals since they are threaded in opposite directions. Anyone who has worked on a regular bike should be familiar with this.
I love how easy it is to use. It can hide in the corner of the room and not take up too much space. The straps work well to keep my feet in place. The pedals have divots so I can use it for my arms when I need.
The computer doesn’t make the most sense in the world, but I’m tracking my fitness using a personal fitness tracker, so I don’t have to put a lot of stock in the computer itself.
Overall, the feet help keep it steady on my carpet. The “bike” isn’t very heavy and has a big handle to make it easy to carry from room to room.

Great portable cycle machine for mom who is 83 years young! She loves the portability and how easy it is to use. It stretches her legs just enough and she loves that she can exercise and strengthen her legs. She feels better with her walking since using this cycler.
Originally I had issues with my unit, nothing to do with the unit itself but my desk/chair combo made it impossible to use. The customer service team is actually the best I’ve ever dealt with. The issue was dealt with swiftly, and they checked up on how things were going everyday. The customer service team reassured me that something with a lower profile was in the works that would fit all types of desks including my awkwardly low desk, so I look forward to seeing it in future. Would definitely recommend this over the competition just for customer service alone. If someone high up in the company is reading this, Arina deserved a raise immediately. I’ve seen other reviews citing how amazing she was, and I agree. Absolutely amazing!
This machine is surprisingly well made. hefty weight, smooth peddling action, not noisy, substantial gear options…I could go on. Compared to a similar device I purchased (and subsequently sent back due to such poor construction and components) i am extremely impressed by the remarkable difference in quality. I purchased this for my mother and find myself wanting one too – I highly doubt you will be disappointed if you invest in this machine! Such a great purchase.

Easy to assemble, sturdy, smooth and quiet operation. Only downside, Exerciser tends to slip on hard surface floors when in use. Easily resolved by placing the unit on a carpet strip.
A bit pricy. Takes about 15 mins to assemble. Tend to slip on hardwood floor. For a better grip use it on carpet or a foam floor tile. So far very satisfied with the product.
I ordered the bike to help exercise while working. The first one came and the display was telling I was peddling at 250km/h. So I contacted the Manufacturer and the sent a replacement right away and it arrived within two days. Amazing customer service and a great product. I would gladly buy from this seller in the future.

I love this thing!!! Just what I needed to exercise a bit more when I cannot go walking outside because of the cold or rain. I do have to secure it to my chair with a strap because my floors are slippery but a rubber carpet might do the trick too. I personally just prefer my strap as it is now set at the right distance for my legs (I’m 5’10”) to sort of mimic a recumbent stationary bike. This was a very good buy for me. I recommend it.
The build quality is strong and the pedals feel very comfortable and stable to rest on, it is also easy to adjust for your feet regardless if you wear shoes, sandals or bare foot. The handle is comfortable to hold from to adjust and move the pedal around.
in terms of sitting on a couch and exercising, it works great, however under the table, it does not work for me as I intended to use it, this is not an issue with the pedal as the pedal is at its lowest point possible, the issue is that when I pedal, my knees hit the bottom of the table if I am close to the table and the table leans to the wall, so you can’t push the pedal further back to be able to give space for your knees. If you want to solve this problem, you have to have a clear space behind your desk so you push the pedal and be able spin without hitting your knees.
There is also a display on the pedal if you wish to track and measure your activity on the pedal, I will not go through all the details as it does show in the descriptions and instructions of the product.
overall, this is a very simple way to keep your legs active and give your body a good blood flow.

Assembly instructions are not great, but it’s only 4 prices to attach, so very easy to figure out.
After we spent very little time to assemble it, he gets on immediate for a test drive. We can see he is just loving it. Now, his daily routine is to pedal three times a day for 15 plus minutes however enjoying using it. I think he spends more time with it than with his wife these day.
The beauty of this is that it is portable and not too heavy while small enough to store away by himself. The adjustable tension control helps him start up easily then build up strength as he adjusts to a higher tension level. He finds the exerciser very useful and helpful for improving his muscles strength and mobility. He can now stand for a bit without support and can walk a few steps without a cane.
Components are strong and heavy, except for the display portio, this is extremely cheap and not very useful. The instruction are typical Chinese translation, with a lot of spelling errors and not very helpful.
After two days, I’m happy with my purchase. I need it for the cardio, so the numbers are irrelevant, and I should note is in Miles, not Kilometers and you can’t change it.
Although originally frustrating, the follow up from Arina has been absolutely supportive. When the original unit problem could not be easily resolved, she replaced the unit within days. I am very happy with this unit as a post leg surgery, upper body workout and impressed with the support.
I received the machine in a timely fashion and it was effortless to set up. The magnetic resistance works fine and I think the machine will be fine, however:
The monitor doesn’t work. It moves through the functions showing zeros, but it doesn’t indicate any data whatsoever. It seems to me that the monitor is not connected internally. I need the unit during post surgery and need to monitor my activities. Time is also important as any resolution needs to be during my recovery, and useless after.
I have been in contact with Lucia and Arina who have been responsive and caring but without resolution.
I value the reviews when purchasing even small orders and took a chance with this unit without any reviews. I think the machine would definitely meet my needs if the monitor was functional.
If the issue is resolved during my post surgery recovery, my rating would be a five star. Time is moving however.
